利用氟离子选择性电极测定系列氟离子标准溶液的电极电位(vs.SCE),用测得的电极电位值与氟离子标准溶液的浓度数据进行非线性工作曲线拟舍,可准确测定1×10~(-6)~1×10~(-5)moL/L氟离子溶液的浓度。该法易于实现氟离子溶液的自动连续监测,适于氟离子溶液浓度的在线测量。 相似文献

研制了酞菁钯 PVC膜硫氰酸根离子选择性电极。在B.R缓冲体系(pH2.5)中,电极对SCN-离子响应的线性范围为1.0×10-5~0.1mol·L-1,检出限为7.28×10-6mol·L-1,斜率为56±1mV,电极具有良好的选择性和稳定性。用于印染厂废水中SCN-的测定,结果满意。 相似文献

先在0.5 mol·L-1硝酸介质中活化氟离子选择性电极,再在含硝酸的总离子强度调节混合液(TISAM)中测定氟,线性范围为1×10-7~1×10-2mol·L-1,检出限为1.9μg·L-1。该方法应用于绿茶饮料、水、牛奶中痕量氟的测定,结果的RSD小于4.8%,回收率在96.1%至100.2%之间,对氟离子选择性电极在硝酸介质中的活化机理作了阐述。 相似文献

1 引言 维生素B1化学名称为氯化4-甲基-3-[(2-甲基-4-氨基-5-嘧啶基)甲基]-5-(2-羟基乙基)噻唑盐酸盐,作为一种药物,可以维持正常糖代谢及神经消化系统功能,用于防治缺乏维生素B1所致的脚气病,也用于神经炎、消化不良等症的辅助治疗.目前我国药典法规定维生素B1注射液及其片剂中维生素B1含量采用分光光度法测定.国外有人研究采用银离子选择性电极,在0.5mol/L NaOH溶液中用电位滴定法测定维生素B1含量,而国内未见报道.本研究采用离子选择性电极,在水溶液中用电位滴定法测定维生素B1的含量. 相似文献

氟离子选择电极测定植物中氟有灰化法,氧瓶燃烧法、氢氧化钠熔融法和酸浸提法等。这些方法分析时间长、操作繁琐,且均需加入TISAB(总离子强度缓冲溶液)使pH=5~5.5,以防止低pH值时生成HF缔合物和高pH值时OH的干扰。为了达到快速分析的目的,我们在pH≈1时,不加TISAB,用标准加入法直接测定植物中氟,每次测定只需约30min。方法的精密度与准确度较好,分析结果与盐酸浸提法结果无 相似文献

Abstract A simple, rapid, and reliable potentiometric method is described for determination of ranitidine hydrochloride in pharmaceutical formulations. Experiments were performed to determine the suitability of using a chloride-ion selective electrode for the indirect estimation of ranitidine hydrochloride. The precision and accuracy of the potentiometric method were determined. We found that they not differ significantly. The advantage of the proposed method is the fact that it can be applied without filtration of the drug sample before analysis. 相似文献

Abstract A method has been developed for the determination of sodium in alumina using a selective ion electrode. The alumina sample is dissolved in ammonium hydrogen fluoride in platinum crucibles or sintered with boric acid using either platinum, nickel, or zirconium crucibles. Either dissolution technique completely extracts all available sodium. After dissolution, and in the presence of citrate to prevent aluminum hydroxide precipitation, the pH is adjusted to 8.7 with ammonium hydroxide, and the sodium concentration is determined by a sodium selective ion electrode. 相似文献

ABSTRACT In this work, a critical study of the determination of fluoride in oral products with an ion selective electrode was performed. The influence of the type of fluorine compound in the sample as well as the practical factors involved in the analysis were investigated. Fluoride could be determined, directly, in samples where it is in the form of NaF or SnF2. However, in samples where it is as MFP (sodium monofluorophosphate) an acid treatment was needed for removal of fluoride from the PO4F2? ion. In both cases, problems were noted related to the continuous use of the electrode, caused by the adsorption of fluoride ions onto the electrode surface. This problem was solved by using of KOH and Al2(SO4)3 solutions. Good results were obtained for the analysis of real commercial samples. 相似文献

The electrode makes possible the measurement of potassium ion activities in the range of 10?1 M to at least 10?6 M in unbuffered systems with a selectivity of potassium over sodium ions of more than 4,000.
