Benzamidinium d-glucuronate (1) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group P212121 and exhibits a 3 D network with molecules linked by moderate intermolecular hydrogen bonds (HNH…O(solvent) 2.993 Å, HNH…OCO 2.894 Å, HNH…O(cycle) 2.844 Å, OH…NH2 2.931 Å, OH…O(solvent) 2.894, 2.924 and 2.715 Å (stronger)) with participation of cations, anions and solvent molecules. The IR-band assignment of carbohydrate moieties is elucidated by a comparison between the types and bond lengths of intermolecular interactions with participation of OH groups in d-glucuronate and linear polarized IR-(IR-LD) spectroscopic data. Experimental results are supported by theoretical ab initio calculations of benzamidinium cation and d-glucuronate anion.  相似文献

A crystallographic investigation of anion–π interactions and hydrogen bonds on the preferred structural motifs of molybdenum(VI) complexes has been carried out. Two molybdenum(VI) network polymers MoO2F4·(Hinca)2 (1) and MoO2F3(H2O)·(Hinpa) (2), where inca = isonicotinamide and inpa = isonipecotamide, have been synthesized, crystallographically characterized and successfully applied to alcohol oxidation reaction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space C2/c: a = 16.832(3) Å, b = 8.8189(15) Å, c = 12.568(2) Å, β = 118.929(3)°, V = 1560.1(5) Å3, Z = 4. Complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space P-1: a = 5.459(2) Å, b = 9.189(4) Å, c = 12.204(5) Å, α = 71.341(6)°, β = 81.712(7)°, γ = 77.705(7)°, V = 564.8(4) Å3, Z = 2. Complex 1 consists of hydrogen bonding and anion–π interactions, both of which are considered as important factors for controlling the geometric features and packing characteristics of the crystal structure. The geometry of the sandwich complex of [MoO2F4]2− with two pyridine rings indicates that the anion–π interaction is an additive and provides a base for the design and synthesis of new complexes. For complex 2, the anions and the protonated inpa ligands form a 2D supramolecular network by four different types of hydrogen contacts (N–HF, N–HO, O–HF and O–HO). The catalytic ability of complexes 1 and 2 has also been evaluated by applying them to the oxidation of benzyl alcohol with TBHP as oxidant.  相似文献

A new class of M(II)–Hg(II) (M=Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II)) mixed-metal coordination polymers, Cu(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2HgCl2 (4), [Co(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2(HgCl2)2] · 0.61H2O (5) and [Ni(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2(HgCl2)2] · 0.77H2O (6), have been prepared by self assembly of metal-containing building blocks, M(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2 · (H2O)2(M=Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II)), with HgCl2. Compounds 46 were characterized fully by IR, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 4 crystallized in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a=17.916(5) Å, b=7.223(2) Å, c=13.335(4) Å, β=128.726(3)°, V=1346.2(6) Å3, Z=4. It contains alternating Hg(II) and Cu(II) metal centers that are cross-linked by 2-pyrazinecarboxylate spacers and chlorine co-ligands to generate a unique three-dimensional Hg(II)–Cu(II) mixed metal framework. Compound 5 crystallized in the triclinic space group P , with a=6.3879(7) Å, b=6.6626(8) Å, c=13.2286(15) Å, α=96.339(2)°, β=91.590(2)°, γ=113.462(2)°, V=511.71(10) Å3, Z=1. Compound 6 also crystallized in the triclinic space group P , with a=6.3543(8) Å, b=6.6194(8) Å, c=13.2801(16) Å, α=96.449(2)°, β=92.263(2)°, γ=113.541(2)°, V=506.67(11) Å3, Z=1. Compounds 5 and 6 are isostructural and in the solid state the Hg(II)M(II)Hg(II) units are connected by Hg2Cl2 linkages to produce a novel M(II)–Hg(II) (M=Co(II), Ni(II)) zigzag mixed-metal chain, in which a new type of M–M′–M′–M array was observed. The metal containing building blocks, M(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2 · (H2O)2 (M=Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II)), exhibit different connectivities to HgCl2 depending on the metal cation contained within them.  相似文献

Two novel organic–inorganic hybrid polyoxometalates, (X = P, m = 1 1; X = Si, m = 2 2; 2,2′-bpy = 2,2′-bpyridine), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. They are isostructural, possessing orthorhombic, and the parameters of unit cells for compound 1 are space group Pbca, a = 17.317(4) Å, b = 17.092(3) Å, c = 20.587(4) Å, V = 6445(2) Å3, Z = 4; for compound 2 are space group Pcab, a = 17.181(3) Å, b = 18.198(4) Å, c = 20.672(4) Å, V = 6463(2) Å3, Z = 4. The two compounds show a layer framework constructed from Keggin-polyoxoanion clusters and [Cu (2, 2′-bpy)2]2+ coordination polymer fragments via weak covalent interactions, resulting in a 3D network via supramolecular interactions. Their electrochemical properties are studied in detail.  相似文献

In the presence of CoCl2·6H2O and dppm (bis(diphenylphosphino) methane), the reaction of TCNQ (7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethane) molecules by [2+2] cycloaddition forms a p-tricyanovinylphenyldicyanomethide ion (PCQ), which has been obtained as one anion unit in one new compound [Co(dppmdo)3][PCQ]2·H2O 1 (dppmdo = bis(diphylphospine oxide) methane). Its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography: 1 crystallizes in with a = 14.174(3) Å, b = 19.553(4) Å, c = 19.776(4) Å, α = 112.72(3)°, β = 95.43(3)°, γ = 110.79(3)°, and Z = 2. It was characterized by IR spectra, UV–Vis spectra, and cyclic voltammogram. Magnetic properties indicate that no magnetic coupling between PCQ and [Co(dppmdo)3]2+ unit.  相似文献

The role of ancillary ligands, namely imidazole (im), pyridine (py), 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) in the assembly of copper(II) dipicolinate complexes are presented. Mononuclear complexes are observed in the case of monodentate ligands. The mononuclear complex [Cu(im)3L]·4H2O (1) (L = dipicolinate anion) has a distorted octahedral structure with Z′ = 2, whereas [CuL(py)(H2O)]·2H2O (2) adopts distorted square pyramidal geometry. The bidentate ligands bpy and phen favor the formation of dinuclear complexes. The dinuclear complex [CuL(bpy)(μ-L)Cu(bpy)(H2O)]·9H2O (3) has one carbonyl oxygen atom of a carboxylate group of dipicolinate acting as a bridging ligand to the copper site that is devoid of a coordinated water molecule. The complex has an angle of 83.55° between the plane of L and bpy attached to one copper site, whereas it has an angle of 78.13° between the plane L and bpy attached to the other copper site. A 1,10-phenanthroline containing dinuclear copper(II) dipicolinate complex, [Cu(phen)(H2O)(μ-L)Cu(phen)2][CuL2]·12H2O (4), has been structurally characterized. It has an unusual carboxylate bridge.  相似文献

Three novel water‐soluble copper(II) complexes – {[Cu(phen)(trp)]ClO4·3H2O}n ( 1 ), {[Cu(4‐mphen)(trp)]ClO4·3H2O}n ( 2 ) and [[Cu(dmphen)(trp)(MeOH)][Cu(dmphen)(trp)(NO3)]]NO3 ( 3 ) (phen: 1,10‐phenanthroline; 4‐mphen: 4‐methyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline; dmphen: 4,7‐dimethyl‐1,10‐phenanthroline; trp: l ‐tryptophan) – have been synthesized and characterized using various techniques. Complexes 1 and 2 are isostructural, and exist as one‐dimensional coordination polymers. Complex 3 consists of two discrete copper(II) complexes containing [Cu(trp)(dmphen)(MeOH)]+, [Cu(trp)(dmphen)(NO3)] and one nitrate anion. The binding interaction of the complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT‐DNA) was investigated using thermal denaturation, electronic absorption and emission spectroscopic methods, revealing that the complexes could interact with CT‐DNA via a moderate intercalation mode. The binding activity of the complexes to CT‐DNA follows the order: 3  >  2 > 1 . The pUC19 DNA cleavage activity of the complexes was investigated in the absence and presence of external agents using the agarose gel electrophoresis method. Especially, in the presence of H2O2 as an activator, the pUC19 DNA cleavage abilities of the complexes are clearly enhanced at low concentration. Addition of hydroxyl radical scavenger dimethylsulfoxide shows a marked inhibition of the pUC19 DNA cleavage activity of the complexes. In vitro cytotoxic effect of the complexes was examined on human tumor cell lines (Caco‐2, A549 and MCF‐7) and healthy cells (BEAS‐2B). The potent cytotoxic effect of complex 3 , with IC50 values of 1.04, 1.16 and 1.72 μM, respectively, is greater relative to clinically used cisplatin (IC50 = 22.70, 31.1 and 22.2 μM) against the Caco‐2, A549 and MCF‐7 cell lines.  相似文献

Two three-dimensional open-framework zinc phosphites, H2aem·Zn3(HPO3)4·0.5H2O (1) and H2apm·Zn3(HPO3)4 (2), have been synthesized by a phosphorous acid flux method, where aem=4-(2-aminoethyl)morpholine and apm=4-(3-aminopropyl)morpholine. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, P21/c, a=9.5852(7) Å, b=20.3941(8) Å, c=10.5339(8) Å, β=94.125(9)°, V=2053.8(2) Å3, Z=4, R1=0.0319, wR2=0.0628. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, P21/n, a=8.589(2) Å, b=14.020(3) Å, c=16.606(3) Å, β=97.190(8)°, V=1983.9(7) Å3, Z=4, R1=0.0692, wR2=0.1479. Both compounds are based on (3,4)-connected networks with 8- and 12-ring channels, which are constructed from Zn3(HPO3)4 clusters as the same secondary building units. These inorganic clusters are spatially organized by different structure-directing agents into different three-dimensional frameworks.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid (pydcH2) and Co(NO3)2 or Ni(NO3)2 in the presence of 4,4′-bipyridine results in two novel compounds Co(pydc)(H2O)2 (1) and Ni(pydc)(H2O) (2). Crystal data: 1, monoclinic, C2/c, a=9.900(2), b=11.984(2), c=7.3748(15) Å, β=105.37(3)°, V=843.7(3) Å3, Z=4; 2, monoclinic, P21/c, a=7.7496(6), b=15.0496(11), c=6.4224(5) Å, β=108.437(1)°, V=710.59(9) Å3, Z=4. The structure of 1 is composed of honeycomb layers built up from {CoO4N} trigonal bipyramids and 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate bridges. The structure of 2 adopts a three-dimensional framework structure in which the Ni atoms are coordinated by the pydc bridges both within the honeycomb layer and between the layers. The magnetic properties of 1 and 2 have been investigated.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of In3+ and 1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylic acid with the presence of piperazine leads to the generation of a novel 3D porous coordination polymer, [H3O][In2(btc)(bdc)(OH)2]·5.5H2O (1), (btc=1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylate, bdc=1,4-benzenedicarboxylate). Compound 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic space group Pbca with a=16.216(7) Å, b=13.437(6) Å, c=31.277(14) Å, and Z=8. It is interesting to find that the in-situ decarboxylation reaction of 1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylate (btc) partially transformed into 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate (bdc) occurs. The 16 indium(III) centers were linked by four btc, four bdc and two μ2-OH ligands to form a box-girder. The adjacent box-girders are further connected by the bdc and btc ligands to generate a novel porous metal–organic framework containing nanotubular open channel with a cross-section of approximately 11.5×11.3 Å2. The micropores are occupied by lattice water molecules, and the solvent-accessible volume of the unit cell was estimated to be 3658.6 Å3, which is approximately 53.7% of the unit-cell volume (6815.4 Å3).  相似文献

A series of novel octahedral nickel(II) dithiocarbamate complexes involving bidentate nitrogen-donor ligands (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) or a tetradentate ligand (cyclam = 1,4,8,11-tetraazacycloteradecane) of the composition [Ni(BzMetdtc)(phen)2]ClO4 (1), [Ni(Pe2dtc)(phen)2]ClO4 (2), [Ni(Bzppzdtc)(phen)2]ClO4 · CHCl3 (3), [Ni(Bzppzdtc)(phen)2](SCN) (4), [Ni(BzMetdtc)(bpy)2]ClO4 · 2H2O (5), [Ni(Pe2dtc)(cyclam)]ClO4 (6), [Ni(BzMetdtc)2(cyclam)] (7), [Ni(Bz2dtc)2(cyclam)] (8) and [Ni(Bz2dtc)2(phen)] (9) (BzMetdtc = N,N-benzyl-methyldithiocarbamate(1-) anion, Pe2dtc = N,N-dipentyldithiocarbamate(1-) anion, Bz2dtc = N,N-dibenzyldithiocarbamate(1-) anion, Bzppzdtc = 4-benzylpiperazinedithiocarbamate(1-) anion), have been synthesized. Spectroscopic (electronic and infrared), magnetic moment and molar conductivity data, and thermal behaviour of the complexes are discussed. Single crystal X-ray analysis of 3 and 8 confirmed a distorted octahedral arrangement in the vicinity of the nickel atom with a N4S2 donor set. They represent the first X-ray structures of such type complexes. The catalytic influence of complexes 2, 3, 6, and 7 on graphite oxidation was studied and discussed.  相似文献

The ground- and excited-state structures for a series of Os(II) diimine complexes [Os(NN)(CO)2I2] (NN = 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy) (1), 4,4′-di-tert-butyl-2,2′-bipyridine (dbubpy) (2), and 4,4′-dichlorine-2,2′-bipyridine (dclbpy) (3)) were optimized by the MP2 and CIS methods, respectively. The spectroscopic properties in dichloromethane solution were predicted at the time-dependent density functional theory (TD-DFT, B3LYP) level associated with the PCM solvent effect model. It was shown that the lowest-energy absorptions at 488, 469 and 539 nm for 13, respectively, were attributed to the admixture of the [dxy (Os) → π*(bpy)] (metal-to-ligand charge transfer, MLCT) and [p(I) → π*(bpy)] (interligand charge transfer, LLCT) transitions; their lowest-energy phosphorescent emissions at 610, 537 and 687 nm also have the 3MLCT/3LLCT transition characters. These results agree well with the experimental reports. The present investigation revealed that the variation of the substituents from H → t-Bu → Cl on the bipyridine ligand changes the emission energies by altering the energy level of HOMO and LUMO but does not change the transition natures.  相似文献

Copper(II) complexes [Cu(ph-tpy)(B)](ClO4) (13), where ph-tpy is (4′-phenyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine and B is N,N-donor phenanthroline base, viz. 1,10-phenanthroline (phen, 1), dipyridoquinoxaline (dpq, 2), and dipyridophenazine (dppz, 3), were prepared and characterized from analytical and spectral data. Complex 1, characterized by X-ray crystallography, shows a distorted square-pyramidal (4 + 1) CuN5 coordination geometry having the tridentate ph-tpy ligand at the basal plane and bidentate phen bound to the axial-equatorial sites. The complexes display a dd band near 650 nm in aqueous DMF. The complexes are avid binders to calf thymus DNA giving the binding order: 3 (dppz) > 2 (dpq) > 1 (phen). The dpq and dppz complexes show photo-induced DNA cleavage activity in red light via photo-redox pathway forming hydroxyl radicals. The cytotoxicity of the dppz complex 3 was studied by MTT assay in HeLa cancer cells. The IC50 values are 3.7 and 12.4 μM in visible light of 400–700 nm and dark, respectively.  相似文献

Detailed study on identification and thermal decomposition of solid title compounds 1 and 2 crystallized from the used aqueous ammonia solutions of Pd(NH3)2(NO2)2 and Pt(NH3)2(NO2)2, has been carried out. Beyond the composition of complexes 1 and 2, their trans square planar configuration have already been recognized by reference IR spectra and powder XRD patterns, nevertheless their exact molecular and crystal structure as of trans-Pd(NH3)2(NO2)2 (1, Pd-NN) and trans-Pt(NH3)2(NO2)2 (2, Pt-NN) has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction (R = 0.0515 and 0.0341), respectively. Despite their compositional and configuration analogy, they crystallize in different crystal systems and space groups. The crystals of 1 (Pd-NN) are triclinic (space group No. 2, P-1, a = 5.003(1) Å, b = 5.419(1) Å, c = 6.317(1) Å, α = 91.34(2)°, β = 111.890(10)°, γ = 100.380(10)°), while those of 2 (Pt-NN) are monoclinic (space group No. 5, C2, a = 7.4235(16) Å, b = 9.130(2) Å, c = 4.4847(10) Å, β = 99.405(7)°).The pyrolytic processes of 1 and 2 (which might be sensitive to shock and heat) have been followed by simultaneous thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA), while the evolved gaseous species have been traced in situ by online coupled TG/DTA–EGA–MS and TG–EGA–FTIR instruments in He and air. Pd and Pt powders, forming as final solid products in single step, are captured and checked by TG and XRD. Whilst the unified evolved gas analyses report evolution of N2, H2O, NH3, N2O, NO, and NO2 gases as gaseous product components in the exothermic decomposition of both trans-Pd(NH3)2(NO2)2 (1) and trans-Pt(NH3)2(NO2)2 (2) starting from ca. 230 and 220 °C, in sealed crucibles with a pinhole on the top, respectively.  相似文献

Two chiral fluorescent chemosensors 1 and 2 were synthesized, and the structure characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. Their recognition ability was studied in aqueous solution (Tris–HCl buffer pH 7.4, MeOH/H2O = 1:1) through fluorescence spectra. Receptors 1 and 2 showed a good binding ability to the copper ion. The host 1-Cu2+ complex showed a chiral recognition ability to mandelate anions with a preferable binding to l-mandelate than d-mandelate anions. The host 1-Cu2+ complex and l- or d-mandelate anions formed 1:1 stoichiometric complex. The binding constant for l-mandelate is 576 M−1, whereas that for d-mandelate is only 38 M−1, which can be distinguished by the different change of fluorescence intensity.  相似文献

Two new phenol based macroacyclic Schiff base ligands, 2,6-bis({N-[2-(phenylselenato)ethyl]}benzimidoyl)-4-methylphenol (bpebmpH, 1) and 2,6-bis({N-[3-(phenylselenato)propyl]}benzimidoyl)-4-methylphenol (bppbmpH, 2) of the Se2N2O type have been prepared by the condensation of 4-methyl-2,6-dibenzoylphenol (mdbpH) with the appropriate (for specific reactions) phenylselenato(alkyl)amine. These ligands with Cu(II) acetate monohydrate in a 2:1 molar ratio in methanol form complexes of the composition [(C6H2(O)(CH3){(C6H5)CN(CH2)nSe(C6H5)}{(C6H5)CO}2Cu] (3 (n = 2), 4 (n = 3)) with the loss of phenylselenato(alkyl)amine and acetic acid. In both these complexes, one arm of the ligand molecule undergoes hydrolysis, and links with Cu(II) in a bidentate (NO) fashion, as confirmed by single crystal X-ray crystallography of complex 3. The selenium atoms do not form part of the copper(II) distorted square planar coordination sphere which has a trans-CuN2O2 core. The average Cu–N and Cu–O distances are, respectively, 1.973(3) and 1.898(2) Å. The N–Cu–N and O–Cu–O angles are, respectively, 167.4(11)° and 164.5(12)°. The compounds 1–4 have been characterized by elemental analysis, conductivity measurements, mass spectrometry, IR, electronic, 1H and 77Se{1H} NMR spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry. The interaction of complex 3 with calf thymus DNA has been investigated by a spectrophotometric method and cyclic voltammetry.  相似文献

Two oxoborates, (Pb3O)2(BO3)2MO4 (M=Cr, Mo), have been prepared by solid-state reactions below 700 °C. Single-crystal XRD analyses showed that the Cr compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic group Pnma with a=6.4160(13) Å, b=11.635(2) Å, c=18.164(4) Å, Z=4 and the Mo analog in the group Cmcm with a=18.446(4) Å, b=6.3557(13) Å, c=11.657(2) Å, Z=4. Both compounds are characterized by one-dimensional chains formed by corner-sharing OPb4 tetrahedra. BO3 and CrO4 (MoO4) groups are located around the chains to hold them together via Pb–O bonds. The IR spectra further confirmed the presence of BO3 groups in both structures and UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectra showed band gaps of about 1.8 and 2.9 eV for the Cr and Mo compounds, respectively. Band structure calculations indicated that (Pb3O)2(BO3)2MoO4 is a direct semiconductor with the calculated energy gap of about 2.4 eV.  相似文献

Five new Cu(II) complexes [Cu(psa)(phen)] · 3H2O (1), [Cu(psa)(2bpy)] · 0.5H2O (2), [Cu(psa)(2bpy)(H2O)] · 3H2O (3), [Cu(psa)(4bpy)] · H2O (4), and [Cu(psa)0.5(N3)(2bpy)] (5) (H2psa = phenylsuccinic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, 2bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, and 4bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine) were obtained under solvothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 2 and 3 were formed by one-pot reaction. In complex 2, Cu(II) ion is four-coordinated and locates at a slightly distorted square center. In complex 3, the coordinated water molecule occupies the axial site of Cu(II) ion forming a tetragonal pyramid geometry. Complexes 1 and 3 are of 1D chain structures, and extended into 2D supramolecular network by hydrogen bonds. Complex 2 is of zipper structure, and further assembled into 2D supramolecular network by hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions. Complex 4 is a 3D CdSO4-like structure with twofold interpenetration, while complex 5 is a dinuclear compound. The different structures of complexes 15 can be attributed to using the auxiliary ligands, indicating an important role of the auxiliary ligands in assembly and structure of the title complexes.  相似文献

Based on the ligand dppz (dppz = dipyrido-[3,2-a:2′,3′-c]phenazine), a new ligand pbtp (pbtp = 4,5,9,11,14-pentaaza-benzo[b]triphenylene) and its polypyridyl ruthenium(II) complexes [Ru(phen)2(pbtp)]2+ (1) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline and [Ru(bpy)2(pbtp)]2+ (2) (bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, ES-MS and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The DNA-binding of these complexes were investigated by spectroscopic methods and viscosity measurements. The experimental results indicate that both complexes 1 and 2 bind to CT-DNA in classical intercalation mode, and can enantioselectively interact with CT-DNA. It is interesting to note that the pbtp ruthenium(II) complexes, in contrast to the analogous dppz complexes, do not show fluorescent behavior when intercalated into DNA. When irradiated at 365 nm, both complexes promote the photocleavage of pBR 322 DNA.  相似文献
