In this paper, we give some results on the blow-up behaviors of the solution to the mixed problem for some higher nonlinear hyperbolic evolution equation in finite time. By introducing the "blow-up factor K(u,ut)" we get some new results, which generalize the conclusions of [3] and [4]. 相似文献

The superclose property is derived through interpolation instead of the nonlinear H^1 projection and integral identity technique. This paper constructs a local classical solution of degenerate hyperbolic problem for the two-dimensional nonlinear wave system. To deal with the parabolic degeneracy, we introduce a new set of coordinates to transform the nonlinear wave system to a new system that has explicitly singularity-regularity structures. By constructing a weighted metric space, we establish the existence of solution for the new system. Returning the solution to the original variables, we obtain the existence of the classical solution for the nonlinear wave system with degenerate boundary value problem. 相似文献

In the case of nonlinear elastic quasitransverse waves in composite media described by nonlinear hyperbolic equations, we
study the nonuniqueness problem for solutions of a standard self-similar problem such as the problem of the decay of an arbitrary
discontinuity. The system of equations is supplemented with terms describing dissipation and dispersion whose influence is
manifested in small-scale processes. We construct solutions numerically and consider self-similar asymptotic approximations
of the obtained solution of the equations with the initial data in the form of a “spreading” discontinuity for large times.
We find the regularities for realizing various self-similar asymptotic approximations depending on the choice of the initial
conditions including the dependence on the form of the functions determining the small-scale smoothing of the original discontinuity.

为了降低经典的三阶加权本质无振荡(WENO)格式的数值耗散,提出了一种新的三阶WENO格式的修正模板近似方法.改进了经典WENO-JS格式中各候选模板上数值通量的一阶多项式逼近,通过加入二次项使模板逼近达到三阶精度.计算了相应的候选通量,并且通过引入可调函数φ(x),使得新的格式具有ENO性质.最后给出了一系列数值算例,证明了该方法的有效性. 相似文献
