One- and two-dimensional homo- and heteronuclear correlation proton, carbon, proton—proton, and proton—carbon NMR spectra of fifteen drimanic sesquiterpenoids: 11,12-dibromodrima-5,8-dien-7-one, drim-8-en-7-one, 11-hydroxydrim-8-en-7-one, 11,12-dihydroxydrim-8-en-7-one, 11-hydroxy-11,12-epoxydrim-8-en-7-one, 11-hydroxy-11,12-epoxydrim-8-en-7-one, 8,9-epoxydriman-7-one, 8,9-epoxydriman-7-ol, 11,12-diacetoxydrim-8-en-7-ol, drimane-7,8,11-triol, 7,8-isopropylidenedioxydriman-11-al, 9, 11-dihydroxydrim-7-en-6-one, drimane-7,8,9-triol, drimane-7,8,11-triol, and drim-8-ene-7,11,12-triol were studied. Mass spectral and thermal studies by TG and DTG of some iron(III) binuclear complexes of the general type Fe2(R2dtc)2(tds)X2X/ have been carried out to determine their modes of decomposition. Fragmentation patterns are given and possible mechanisms are discussed.
Zusammenfassung Massenspektrometrische und thermische Untersuchungen (TG und DTG) einiger zweikerniger Eisen(III)-Komplexe des allgemeinen Typs (R2dtc)2(tds)X2X2 wurden ausgeführt, um deren Zersetzungsmechanismus zu ermitteln. Fragmentspektren werden angegeben und mögliche Mechanismen diskutiert.

Solasodine (I) has been subjected to a number of transformations. The following compounds have been obtained from it by described procedures: 3-acetoxypregna-5,16-dien-20-one (II), 3-acetoxypregn-5-en-20-ol (III), and 3-acetoxypregn-5-en-20-ol (IV). The oxidation of (III) and (IV), the formation of an oxime, and the reduction of the oxime with sodium in ethanol, followed by Hess methylation, has led to 20-dimethylaminopregn-5-en-3-ol (IX) and to 20-dimethylaminopregn-5-en-3-ol (X). From compounds (IX) and (X), by analogy with (III) and (IV) by their oxidation and the preparation of oximes, which were then reduced and methylated, the following were obtained: 3,20-bisdimethylaminopregnane (XVII) and 3,20-bisdimethylaminopregnane (XVIII), and also quaternary salts of the latter.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. Monosubstituted - and -alkylthiophans and -, -, and -alkylthiacyclohexanes were subjected to a comparative mass spectrometric study. The stability of the M+ ion increases on passing from - to -alkylthiophans and from - to - and -alkylthiacyclohexanes. In the case of -alkylthiophans and - and -alkylthia-cyclohexanes the principal process is associated with ejection of the substituent as a whole, whereas a portion of the alkyl substituent, with retention of one CH2 group in the composition of the charged fragment, is eliminated from the molecular ions of -alkylthiophans and -alkylthiacyclohexanes.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 2, pp. 176–181, February, 1978.  相似文献

Heats of dilution of aqueous solutions of the following di-and tripeptides were determined at 25°C over a wide concentration range: -alanyl-glycine, -alanyl--alanine, DL--alanyl-glycine, glycyl-DL--alanine, L--alanyl-L-alanine, DL--alanyl-DL--alanine, DL--alanyl-DL-valine, DL--alanyl--alanine, glycyl--aminobutyric acid, glycyl-L-leucine and DL--alanyl-glycylglycine. The excess enthalpies Hex and partial molar relative enthalpies L2 were calculated and enthalpy coefficients of intermolecular interaction were analysed using the additivity principle of Savage and Wood. The concentration dependence of the enthalpic characteristics of peptide-peptide interactions is discussed based on of their hydrophobicity and hydrophilicity. The three-stage model of peptide association is described using enthalpic coefficients of intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

The reaction of -iodo--nitrostilbene with morpholine or piperidine yields -nitro--morpholino- or -nitro--piperidinostilbene. The reaction is regioselective and stereospecific: only the iodine, and not the nitro group, is substituted; the product obtained has acis structure regardless of whether the initial substrate had acis- or atrans-configuration. The prereaction stage probably includes the formation of a charge-transfer complex between substrate and reagent.A. N. Conclusions When heated in the presence of a catalytic amount of BF3 etherate,-trifluoromethyl--diethylamino--fluoroacrylic acid N, N-dimethylamide is reversibly isomerized to-trifluoromethyl--dimethylamino--fluoroacrylic acid N, N-diethylamide. Summary It has been established that the mass spectra of N-Bz, and N-Ac derivatives of peptides containing ,-didehydrotryptophan residues have characteristic peaks of ions with m/e 130, 156 (157), and 183; these permit the identification in peptides of the ,-didehydrotryptophan residue, which is unstable on hydrolysis. In the course of the fragmentation of dehydropeptides by the amino acid route, the formation of the intense peak of the ion of an azlactone of aN-acyl-,-didehydrotryptophan is characteristic. The mass-spectrometric method can be used for determining the amino acid sequences of peptides containing ,-didehydrotryptophan residues.M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. M. M. Two new steroid glycosides have been isolated from an ethanolic extract of the starfishCrossaster papposus — crossasterosides P1 and P2. On the basis of chemical transformations and spectral characteristics, the structure of crossasteroside P1 has been established as (24R)-24-ethyl-5-cholestane-3,6,8,15,16,29-hexaol 29-O-[2-O-methyl--D-xylopyranosyl-(1 2)--D-galactofuranoside]. A H2 chemisorption and TPR study of Ru–Ag/SiO2 catalysts reveals that after oxidation at 373 K this systems behaves like Ru–Cu/SiO2. High temperature oxidation, however, does not result in the separation of the metal like in the Ru–Cu case but in the redispersion of Ag on top of the Ru particles.

Summary It was shown that In contrast to the Meerwein-Koelsch reaction, the decomposition of benzenediazonlum fluoborate In esters of ,-unsaturated acids proceeds by a heterolytlc mechanism with the phenyl attacking the -carbon and the carbalkoxyl group of these esters. The reaction with ethyl crotonate gave -methylatropic acid (after hydrolysis) and a small amount of a dibasic acid, C14H16O4 (or C14H14O4). With methyl acrylate it gave atropic acid, phenyl acrylate, and a smaller amount of -methyl--phenylglutaric acid. With methyl methacrylate It formed benzylacrylic acid and the product of further conversions of phenyl methacrylate, namely the keto phenol 2-methyl-5-hydroxyindan-1-one.  相似文献
