Lately, the sup-t-norm composition of fuzzy relations has been used instead of the well-known max–min. Thus, there is a need for methods of studying and solving sup-t-norm fuzzy relation equations (t is any t-norm). In this paper, the solution existence problem is first studied and solvability criteria for composite fuzzy relation equations of any t-norm are given. Then, a methodology for solving fuzzy relation equations based on sup-t composition, where t is an Archimedean t-norm, is proposed. This resolution method is simpler and faster than those proposed for covering all the continuous t-norms. The result is important, since, as is shown in the paper, the only continuous t-norm that is not Archimedean is the “minimum”.  相似文献

Portfolio selection theory with fuzzy returns has been well developed and widely applied. Within the framework of credibility theory, several fuzzy portfolio selection models have been proposed such as mean–variance model, entropy optimization model, chance constrained programming model and so on. In order to solve these nonlinear optimization models, a hybrid intelligent algorithm is designed by integrating simulated annealing algorithm, neural network and fuzzy simulation techniques, where the neural network is used to approximate the expected value and variance for fuzzy returns and the fuzzy simulation is used to generate the training data for neural network. Since these models are used to be solved by genetic algorithm, some comparisons between the hybrid intelligent algorithm and genetic algorithm are given in terms of numerical examples, which imply that the hybrid intelligent algorithm is robust and more effective. In particular, it reduces the running time significantly for large size problems.  相似文献

Power system transient stability is one of the most challenging technical areas in electric power industry. Thyristor-controlled series compensation (TCSC) is expected to improve transient stability and damp power oscillations. TCSC control in power system transients is a nonlinear control problem. This paper presents a T–S-model-based fuzzy control scheme and a systematic design method for the TCSC fuzzy controller. The nonlinear power system containing TCSC is modelled as a fuzzy “blending” of a set of locally linearized models. A linear optimal control is designed for each local linear model. Different control requirements at different stages during power system transients can be considered in deriving the linear control rules. The resulting fuzzy controller is then a fuzzy “blending” of these linear controllers. Quadratic stability of the overall nonlinear controlled system can be checked and ensured using H control theory. Digital simulation with NETOMAC software has verified that the fuzzy control scheme can improve power system transient stability and damp power swings very quickly.  相似文献

The maximum cut (Max-Cut) problem has extensive applications in various real-world fields, such as network design and statistical physics. In this paper, a more practical version, the Max-Cut problem with fuzzy coefficients, is discussed. Specifically, based on credibility theory, the Max-Cut problem with fuzzy coefficients is formulated as an expected value model, a chance-constrained programming model and a dependent-chance programming model respectively according to different decision criteria. When these fuzzy coefficients are represented by special fuzzy variables like triangular fuzzy numbers and trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, the crisp equivalents of the fuzzy Max-Cut problem can be obtained. Finally, a genetic algorithm combined with fuzzy simulation techniques is designed for the general fuzzy Max-Cut problem under these models and numerical experiment confirms the effectiveness of the designed genetic algorithm.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a fuzzy logic based guaranteed cost controller for trajectory tracking in nonlinear systems. Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model is used to represent the dynamics of a nonlinear system and the controller design is carried out using this fuzzy model. State feedback law is used for building the fuzzy controller whose performance is evaluated using a quadratic cost function. For designing the fuzzy logic based controller which satisfies guaranteed performance, linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach is used. Sufficient conditions are derived in terms of matrix inequalities for minimizing the performance function of the controller. The performance function minimization problem with polynomial matrix inequalities is then transformed into a problem of minimizing a convex performance function involving standard LMIs. This minimization problem can be solved easily and efficiently using the LMI optimization techniques. Our controller design method also ensures that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable. Simulation study is carried out on a two-link robotic manipulator tracking a reference trajectory. From the results of the simulation study, it is observed that our proposed controller tracks the reference trajectory closely while maintaining a guaranteed minimum cost.  相似文献

The design of a rule-based controller for a class of master-slave chaos synchronization is presented in this paper. In traditional fuzzy logic control (FLC) design, it takes a long time to obtain the membership functions and rule base by trial-and-error tuning. To cope with this problem, we directly construct the fuzzy rules subject to a common Lyapunov function such that the master–slave chaos systems satisfy stability in the Lyapunov sense. Unlike conventional approaches, the resulting control law has less maximum magnitude of the instantaneous control command and it can reduce the actuator saturation phenomenon in real physic system. Two examples of Duffing–Holmes system and Lorenz system are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed controller.  相似文献

The solutions of a fuzzy regression model are obtained by converting the problem into a linear programming problem. For each level h, h[0, 1), there exists a solution. In this paper, we study the set of all the solutions to the fuzzy regression model that comes from a set of data as a metric space with an appropriate metric on it. We define a similarity ratio that allows us to compare the spaces of solutions of a fuzzy regression model that come from different sets of data. We also give an application using data sets concerning the GNP–money relationship.  相似文献

In fuzzy measure theory, as Sugeno's fuzzy measures lose additivity in general, the concept ‘almost’, which is well known in classical measure theory, splits into two different concepts, ‘almost’ and ‘pseudo-almost’. In order to replace the additivity, it is quite necessary to investigate some asymptotic behaviors of a fuzzy measure at sequences of sets which are called ‘waxing’ and ‘waning’, and to introduce some new concepts, such as ‘autocontinuity’, ‘converse-autocontinuity’ and ‘pseudo-autocontinuity’. These concepts describe some asymptotic structural characteristics of a fuzzy measure.In this paper, by means of the asymptotic structural characteristics of fuzzy measure, we also give four forms of generalization for both Egoroff's theorem, Riesz's theorem and Lebesgue's theorem respectively, and prove the almost everywhere (pseudo-almost everywhere) convergence theorem, the convergence in measure (pseudo-in measure) theorem of the sequence of fuzzy integrals. In the last two theorems, the employed conditions are not only sufficient, but also necessary.  相似文献

Evaluation of the degree of membership in fuzzy sets is a fundamental topic in fuzzy set theory. Saaty (Ref. 1) proposes a method for solving this problem that has been widely accepted. In this paper, we examine the problem from an error minimization point of view that attempts to reflect the real intentions of the decision maker. When this approach is used, the findings reveal that fuzzy sets of different cardinalities have dramatically different requirements in the consistency level of the input data as far as the error minimization criterion is concerned.  相似文献

This study considers the robust identification of the parameters describing a Sugeno type fuzzy inference system with uncertain data. The objective is to minimize the worst-case residual error using a numerically efficient algorithm. The Sugeno type fuzzy systems are linear in consequent parameters but nonlinear in antecedent parameters. The robust consequent parameters identification problem can be formulated as second-order cone programming problem. The optimal solution of this second-order cone problem can be interpreted as solution of a Tikhonov regularization problem with a special choice of regularization parameter which is optimal for robustness (Ghaoui and Lebret (1997). SAIM Journal of Matrix Analysis and Applications 18, 1035–1064). The final regularized nonlinear optimization problem allowing simultaneous identification of antecedent and consequent parameters is solved iteratively using a generalized Gauss–Newton like method. To illustrate the approach, several simulation studies on numerical examples including the modelling of a spectral data function (one-dimensional benchmark example) is provided. The proposed robust fuzzy identification scheme has been applied to approximate the physical fitness of patients with a fuzzy expert system. The identified fuzzy expert system is shown to be capable of capturing the decisions (experiences) of a medical expert.  相似文献

This paper puts forward an integrated fuzzy simulation-fuzzy data envelopment analysis (FSFDEA) algorithm to cope with a special case of single-row facility layout problem (SRFLP). Discrete-event-simulation, a powerful tool for analyzing complex and stochastic systems, is employed for modeling different layout formations. Afterwards, a range-adjusted measure (RAM) is used as a data envelopment analysis (DEA) model for ranking the simulation results and finding the optimal layout design. Due to ambiguousness associated with the processing times, fuzzy sets theory is incorporated into the simulation model. Since the results of simulation are in the form of possibility distributions, the DEA model is treated on a fuzzy basis; therefore, a recent possibilistic programming approach is used to convert the fuzzy DEA model to an equivalent crisp one. The proposed FSFDEA algorithm is capable of modeling and optimizing small-sized SRFLP’s in stochastic, uncertain, and non-linear environments. The solution quality is inspected through a real case study in a refrigerator manufacturing company.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is to deal with a multiobjective linear programming problem with fuzzy random coefficients. Some crisp equivalent models are presented and a traditional algorithm based on an interactive fuzzy satisfying method is proposed to obtain the decision maker’s satisfying solution. In addition, the technique of fuzzy random simulation is adopted to handle general fuzzy random objective functions and fuzzy random constraints which are usually hard to be converted into their crisp equivalents. Furthermore, combined with the techniques of fuzzy random simulation, a genetic algorithm using the compromise approach is designed for solving a fuzzy random multiobjective programming problem. Finally, illustrative examples are given in order to show the application of the proposed models and algorithms.  相似文献

In a regression analysis, it is assumed that the observations come from a single class in a data cluster and the simple functional relationship between the dependent and independent variables can be expressed using the general model; Y=f(X)+ε. However; a data cluster may consist of a combination of observations that have different distributions that are derived from different clusters. When faced with issues of estimating a regression model for fuzzy inputs that have been derived from different distributions, this regression model has been termed the ‘switching regression model’ and it is expressed with . There are methods that suggest the class numbers of independent variables heuristically. Alternatively, in defining the optimal class number of independent variables, the use of suggested validity criterion for fuzzy clustering has been aimed. In the case that independent variables have an exponential distribution, an algorithm has been suggested for defining the unknown parameter of the switching regression model and for obtaining the estimated values after obtaining an optimal membership function, which is suitable for exponential distribution.  相似文献

In this paper, a new idea, fuzzy perturbation, is advanced. The stability of the solutions of a fuzzy relation equation and the generalized solution of the unsolvable equation are defined by means of this idea. Thereupon, a part of the theory of fuzzy perturbation analysis, fuzzy directional perturbation, is formed. Up to now, how to solve a fuzzy relation equation in a complete Brouwerian lattice is still an open problem as Di Nola et al. point out. To this problem, the key problem is whether there exists a minimal element in the solution set when a fuzzy relation equation is solvable. In this paper, we first show that there is a minimal element in the solution set of a fuzzy relation equation AX=b (where A=(a1,a2,…,an) and b are known, and X=(x1,x2,…,xn)T is unknown) when its solution set is nonempty, and b has an irredundant finite join-decomposition. Further, we give the method to solve AX=b in a complete Brouwerian lattice under the same conditions. Finally, a method to solve a more general fuzzy relation equation in a complete Brouwerian lattice when its solution set is nonempty is also given under similar conditions.  相似文献

Completions of fuzzy metric spaces (in the sense of George and Veeramani) are discussed. A complete fuzzy metric space Y is said to be a˜fuzzy metric completion of a˜given fuzzy metric space X if X is isometric to a˜dense subspace of Y. We present an example of a˜fuzzy metric space that does not admit any fuzzy metric completion. However, we prove that every standard fuzzy metric space has an (up to isometry) unique fuzzy metric completion. We also show that for each fuzzy metric space there is an (up to uniform isomorphism) unique complete fuzzy metric space that contains a˜dense subspace uniformly isomorphic to it.  相似文献

The inventory policy, meant as a replenishment rule, has a considerable impact on most firms. The paper considers the determination of optimal inventory policy of firms from a global viewpoint of top management. The inventory is represented as a fuzzy system with the fuzzy inventory level as the output, the fuzzy replenishment as the input and fuzzy demand. The control problem is formulated in terms of decision-making in a fuzzy environment with fuzzy constraints imposed on replenishments, a fuzzy goal for preferable inventory levels to be attained and the fuzzy decision as the intersection of fuzzy constraints and the fuzzy goal at subsequent stages. The planning horizon is infinite. The problem is to find an optimal time-invariant strategy relating the optimal replenishments to the current inventory levels, maximizing the membership function of fuzzy decision. The existence of such a strategy is proved and an algorithm for its determination is given. The optimal time-invariant strategy obtained is represented as a fuzzy conditional statement equated with a fuzzy relation which is the firm's optimal fuzzy replenishment rule.  相似文献
