In this paper, we define robust weak ergodicity and study the relation between robust weak ergodicity and stable ergodicity for conservative partially hyperbolic systems. We prove that a Cr(r > 1) conservative partially hyperbolic diffeomorphism is stably ergodic if it is robustly weakly ergodic and has positive (or negative) central exponents on a positive measure set. Furthermore, if the condition of robust weak ergodicity is replaced by weak ergodicity, then the diffeomophism is an almost stably ergodic system. Additionally, we show in dimension three, a Cr(r > 1) conservative partially hyperbolic diffeomorphism can be approximated by stably ergodic systems if it is robustly weakly ergodic and robustly has non-zero central exponents.  相似文献

In this paper, for a discontinuous skew-product transformation with the integrable observation function, we obtain uniform ergodic theorem and semi-uniform ergodic theorem. The main assumptions are that discontinuity sets of transformation and observation function are ignorable in some measure-theoretical sense. The theorems extend the classical results which have been established for continuous transformations and continuous observation functions.  相似文献

对随机模型,可以从不同角度研究其稳定性,一种是研究其转移概率函数趋向于平稳分布的速度,即各种遍历性;另一种是研究平稳分布的尾部衰减速度.本文从这两个方面着手,找它们之间的关系,对GI/G/1排队系统,给出等待时间列几何遍历、平稳分布轻尾与服务时间分布轻尾三者等价,l-遍历、平稳分布的尾部(l-1)-阶衰减与服务时间分布的尾部l-阶衰减三者等价,最后证明出等待时间列不是强遍历.  相似文献

提出了随机环境下的幂变换门限自回归条件异方差模型,得出了其以几何速率收敛的充分条件.该模型反映了动力系统受随机环境干扰的现象,能更好的拟合现实世界中的诸多实际问题.另一方面,本文推广了自回归条件异方差模型,改善了模型的适应性程度,能够更好地适用于各种不同的金融市场价格行为波动的现象.  相似文献

It must have been around 1966 when I first met Klaus Krickeberg at a conference in Greece. In my memory it was Konrad Jacobs who encouraged some young people from Erlangen to attend. I still remember when Klaus took us, M. Sieveking, J. Köhn and me, to a quite exciting tour by car on the Peloppenese. Later on, times were exciting too when I was around 1970 assistent to Klaus in Heidelberg. I also remember David G. Kendall at the Greece-conference, telling us about the Delphi method. About this I had forgotten until recently when writing this paper I noticed that my current work on opinion dynamics is related to the Delphi method.  相似文献

Let P be a positive recurrent infinite transition matrix with invariant distribution π and be a truncated and arbitrarily augmented stochastic matrix with invariant distribution (n)π. We investigate the convergence ‖(n)ππ‖→0, as n, and derive a widely applicable sufficient criterion. Moreover, computable bounds on the error ‖(n)ππ‖ are obtained for polynomially and geometrically ergodic chains. This paper investigates the explicit convergence rates to the stationary distribution π of the embedded M/G/1 queue; specifically, for suitable rate functions r(n) which may be polynomial with r(n) = n^l, l 〉 0 or geometric with r(n) = α^n, a 〉 1 and "moments" f ≥ 1, we find the conditions under which Σ∞n=0 r(n)||P^n(i,·) - π(·)||f ≤ M(i) for all i ∈ E. For the polynomial case, the explicit bounds on M(i) are given in terms of both "drift functions" and behavior of the first hitting time on the state O; and for the geometric case, the largest geometric convergence rate α* is obtained.  相似文献

A new class of operators performing an optimization (optimization operators or, simply, optimators) which generate transition matrices with required properties such as ergodicity, recurrence etc., is considered and their fundamental features are described. Some criteria for comparing such operators by taking into account their strenght are given and sufficient conditions for both weak and strong ergodicity are derived. The nearest Markovian model with respect to a given set of observed probability vectors is then defined as a sequence of transition matrices satisfying certain constraints that express our prior knowledge about the system. We consider a multiphase service system with a Poisson input flow. Its intensity depends on the number of customers under service. The stationary distribution for this system can be found in an explicit form. We study the rate of convergence to this stationary distribution as well as the bounds for some mixing coefficients. These results can be applied for an extended class of branching processes. We consider the following Type of problems. Calls arrive at a queue of capacity K (which is called the primary queue), and attempt to get served by a single server. If upon arrival, the queue is full and the server is busy, the new arriving call moves into an infinite capacity orbit, from which it makes new attempts to reach the primary queue, until it finds it non-full (or it finds the server idle). If the queue is not full upon arrival, then the call (customer) waits in line, and will be served according to the FIFO order. If λ is the arrival rate (average number per time unit) of calls and μ is one over the expected service time in the facility, it is well known that μ > λ is not always sufficient for stability. The aim of this paper is to provide general conditions under which it is a sufficient condition. In particular, (i) we derive conditions for Harris ergodicity and obtain bounds for the rate of convergence to the steady state and large deviations results, in the case that the inter-arrival times, retrial times and service times are independent i.i.d. sequences and the retrial times are exponentially distributed; (ii) we establish conditions for strong coupling convergence to a stationary regime when either service times are general stationary ergodic (no independence assumption), and inter-arrival and retrial times are i.i.d. exponentially distributed; or when inter-arrival times are general stationary ergodic, and service and retrial times are i.i.d. exponentially distributed; (iii) we obtain conditions for the existence of uniform exponential bounds of the queue length process under some rather broad conditions on the retrial process. We finally present conditions for boundedness in distribution for the case of nonpatient (or non persistent) customers. We study shift ergodicity, mixing, and related problems for invariant measures of interacting particle systems. The models we consider here include ferromagnetic stochastic Ising models, voter models, contact processes, exclusion processes, three-opinion noisy biased voter models, multi-opinion voter models, etc. Our results answer some questions for these models.
