用表面压-面积等温线,原子力显微镜(AFM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对两种具有不同取代位置的新型双头基两亲分子(bolaamphiphile)A和B在气液界面形成的Langmuir铺展膜的结构进行了研究,化合物1,20-二十碳二β-萘酯(B)在气液界面形成了拉伸型 Langmuir单分子膜,而化合物1,20-二十碳二α-萘酯(A)在气液界面则形成了具有三层分子厚度的二维结晶膜.  相似文献

与基于共价键的两亲性分子相对照,超两亲分子系指基于非共价键构筑的两亲分子.基于超分子体系的分子工程学的思想,本文总结了超两亲分子的各种类型,包括小分子型、聚合物型和响应性超两亲分子等,以及组装超两亲分子的各种推动力,如主客体相互作用、基于电荷转移作用和不同分子间的协同作用等.研究表明,超两亲分子的研究既可丰富传统的胶体界面化学,又为高级结构的可控组装提供了新的构筑基元,并为制备功能超分子材料开拓了新的途径.  相似文献

合成了两种咪唑基表面活性离子液体,通过界面膨胀流变法研究了其在气/液界面的聚集行为,考察了咪唑基表面活性离子液体浓度、无机盐和温度对聚集行为的影响。研究发现,咪唑基表面活性离子液体在吸附过程中吸附控制占主导作用,而弛豫过程不是单一指数函数;加入无机盐或升高温度可以提高咪唑基表面活性离子液体的表面活性、增强其在界面的吸附能力、降低表面张力。扩张流变结果显示扩张模量、弹性模量和粘性模量随震荡频率增加而增加;随表面活性离子液体浓度增大,扩张模量先增大后减小。扩张模量随温度升高或无机盐(NaBr或CaBr2)的加入而降低。表面活性离子液在气/液界面形成的吸附膜以弹性模量为主,而且C14mimBr的界面膜弹性模量大于C12mimBr的界面膜弹性模量。  相似文献

Langmuir-Blodgett(LB)技术可在二维气/液界面上精确地控制分子之间的排列及堆积方式, 构建有序超薄膜及纳米组装体. 同时, 界面这一不对称环境也可有效放大组装体的手性信息, 实现超分子体系中的手性传递和手性放大. 本文研究了萘环取代位置不同的两种手性两亲分子——N,N′-双十八烷基-α-萘-L-氨基-谷氨酸二酰胺(1NLG)和N,N′-双十八烷基-β-萘-L-氨基-谷氨酸二酰胺(2NLG)在气/液界面的铺展及组装行为, 发现同分异构效应影响了两亲分子在界面的排列, 1NLG组装形成了均一的纳米带状结构, 而2NLG则形成了左手螺旋结构, 并且2NLG薄膜表现出圆偏振发光(CPL)性质, 其不对称因子(glum)比三维体相组装体(超分子凝胶)大23倍, 表明界面促进了超分子手性的放大.  相似文献

合成了手性阳离子型两亲性小分子化合物,利用圆二色谱分析了其在水中形成的自组装体的结构;以该化合物的自组装体为模板,在正丙醇和氨水的混合溶剂中制备得到了介孔二氧化硅空心球;利用扫描电镜、透射电镜、X射线衍射仪以及氮气吸附-脱附试验装置分析了二氧化硅空心球的形貌及孔结构.结果表明,两亲性小分子在水中形成的自组装体呈现手性堆积;合成的介孔二氧化硅空心球的直径约为600~800nm,壁厚约为100~150nm,其孔道垂直于球的表面,孔径约为3.0nm,比表面积约为306m2·g-1.正丙醇作为模板控制二氧化硅空心球的空腔尺寸和形貌,而两亲性小分子的自组装体作为模板控制放射状孔道的形貌和尺寸.  相似文献

制备了一种含肉桂酸基团的Bola型两亲分子HDC(4-(10-羟基癸氧基)-10-羟基癸氧基肉桂酸酯). 第一次观察到该分子在有机溶剂中经紫外光照发生光致二聚. 分离出来的二聚HDC在20%的乙醇/水混合溶剂中能形成球形的囊泡. 同时发现溶剂的介电常数大小与光致二聚过程密切相关, 介电常数的大小不仅关系到反应发生与否, 而且直接影响到反应的速率.  相似文献

微生物脂肽是一类具有很强表面活性和生物特性的生物表面活性剂。脂肽分子由亲水的肽链和疏水的脂肪烃链两部分组成,由于其特殊的化学组成和两亲性分子结构,脂肽类生物表面活性剂在医药、食品、化妆品、环境修复和微生物采油等领域具有良好的应用潜力。表面活性素是一类典型的微生物脂肽化合物,这主要是因为它除了具有表面活性外,还具有抗菌、抗病毒等生物活性。表面活性和生物活性主要在界面处发生,并受到活性分子在亲水/疏水界面上的分子形态的影响。本文重点以表面活性素为评述对象,综述了近年来微生物脂肽在气/液界面上分子形态的研究进展。  相似文献

Thermodynamic criterion of equal chemical potential for phase equilibrium between gas and liquid in curved interface has been introduced in many textbooks and papers. In this paper, the process of the derivation of the criterion is proved to be wrong with analysis. In order to solve the problem, a proof procedure for the thermodynamic criterion of equal chemical potential is provided based on the definition of chemical potential. At the same time, a new thermodynamic criterion of two-phase equilibrium in curved interface is established using Gibbs interface thermodynamics and a new method for derivation of Kelvin equation is put forward based on the thermodynamic criterion of two-phase equilibrium. The new criterion which is derived directly from the second law of thermodynamics has a specific thermodynamic significance and clear physical model.  相似文献

Here we report a quantitative study of the orientational structure and motion of water molecule at the air/water interface. Analysis of Sum Frequency Generation (SFG) vibrational peak of the free O-H stretching band at 3700 cm-1 in four experimental configurations showed that orientational motion of water molecule at air/water interface is libratory within a limited angular range. The free OH bond of the interfacial water molecule is tilted around 33° from the interface normal and the orientational distribution or motion width is less than 15°. This picture is significantly different from the previous conclusion that the interfacial water molecule orientation varies over a broad range within the ultrafast vibrational relaxation time, the only direct experimental study concluded for ultrafast and broad orientational motion of a liquid interface by Wei et al.(Phys. Rev. Lett. 86, 4799, (2001)) using single SFG experimental configuration.  相似文献

用椭圆偏振光仪测定了不同温度时由溴化十六烷基三甲铵和正十六烷抅成的混合单分子层在空气-水界面上的椭圆率系数,证明该混合单分子层在髙于正十六烷正常熔点6℃的温度时有一从凝聚相到扩展液相的二维相变化.对椭圆率系数进行了理论预测,预测结果与实验值吻合良好.  相似文献

Lipid-porphyrin conjugates are versatile compounds which can self-assemble into liposome-like structures with multifunctional properties. Most of the conjugates that have been described so far, consisted in grafting pyropheophorbide-a (Pyro-a) or other porphyrin derivatives through the esterification of the hydroxyl group in the sn-2 position of a lysophosphatidylcholine. However, despite the versatility of these conjugates, less is known about the impact of the lipid backbone structure on their 2D phase behavior at the air/water interface and more precisely on their fine structures normal to the interface as well as on their in-plane organization. Herein, we synthesized a new lipid-porphyrin conjugate (PyroLSM) based on the amide coupling of Pyro-a to a lysosphingomyelin backbone (LSM) and we compared its interfacial behavior to that of Pyro-a and Pyro-a conjugated lysophosphatidylcholine (PyroLPC) using Langmuir balance combined to a variety of other physical techniques. Our results provided evidence on the significant impact of the lipid backbone on the lateral packing of the conjugates as well as on the shape and size of the formed domains. Compared to Pyro-a and PyroLPC monolayers, PyroLSM exhibited the highest lateral packing which highlights the role of the lipid backbone in controlling their 2D organization which in turn may impact the photophysical properties of their assemblies.  相似文献

根据经典热力学理论,在水中纳米级的气泡难以长期稳定存在.近年来却有大量的实验结果表明固液界面存在纳米气泡,原子力显微镜也直接观察到了纳米气泡.有关纳米气泡的研究具有巨大的理论和实际意义,它对表面科学、流体动力学、生物科学以及一些应用领域都有深远的影响.纳米气泡会引起流体在界面的滑移,减少流动阻力,并与表面粘附、胶体分散、矿石浮选、废渣处理等方面密切相关.目前关于纳米气泡的研究才刚刚开始,对于它的基本物化性质的了解还不多,但其重要性已经引起相关领域的极大关注.本文综述了从提出纳米气泡存在一直到实验证明的过程、纳米气泡的形成机制和形貌、分布特征等基本性质以及纳米气泡的存在对疏水长程作用和流体滑移的影响,并阐述了生物学中一些与纳米气泡存在有关的问题.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics (MD) simulation are used to study the properties of gemini surfactant of ethyl-α,ω-bis(dodecyldimethylammonium bromide) (C12C2C12) and dodecyl-trimethylammonium bromide (DTAB) at the air/water interface, respectively. In the two systems,t he surfactant concentrations are both 28 wt.%, and other conditions are also the same. After reaching the thermodynamic equilibrium, the concentration profiles, the radial distributions functions (RDF) and the mean squared displacement (MSD) are investigated. The results reveal that the surface activity of C12C2C12 surfactant is higher than DTAB surfactant.  相似文献

The constructive or destructive spectral interference between the molecular groups oriented up and down at the interface in the sum-frequency generation (SFG) spectra provides a direct measurement of the absolute orientation of these molecular groups. This simple approach can be employed to interrogate absolute molecular orientations other than using the complex absolute phase measurement in the SFG studies. We used the -CN group in the p-cyanophenol (PCP) molecule as the internal phase standard, and we measured the phases of the SFG fields of the -CN groups in the 3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxy-benzonitrile (35DMHBN) and 2,6-dimethyl-4-hydroxy-benzonitrile (26DMHBN) at the air/water interface by measuring the SFG spectra of the aqueous surfaces of the mixtures of the PCP, 35DMHBN, and 26DMHBN solutions. The results showed that the 35DMHBN had its -CN group pointing into the aqueous phase; while the 26DMHBN, similar to the PCP, had its -CN group pointing away from the aqueous phase. The tilt angles of the -CN group for both the 35DMHBN and 26DMHBN molecules at the air/water interface were around 25°-45° from the interface normal. These results provided insights on the understanding of the detailed balance of the competing factors, such as solvation of the polar head groups, hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic effects, etc., on influencing the absolute molecular orientation at the air/water interface.  相似文献
