The flourishing complex network theory has aroused increasing interest in studying the properties of real-world networks. Based on the traffic network of Chang--Zhu--Tan urban agglomeration in central China, some basic network topological characteristics were computed with data collected from local traffic maps, which showed that the traffic networks were small-world networks with strong resilience against failure; more importantly, the investigations of assortativity coefficient and average nearest-neighbour degree implied the disassortativity of the traffic networks. Since traffic network hierarchy as an important basic property has been neither studied intensively nor proved quantitatively, the authors are inspired to analyse traffic network hierarchy with disassortativity and to finely characterize hierarchy in the traffic networks by using the n-degree--n-clustering coefficient relationship. Through numerical results and analyses an exciting conclusion is drawn that the traffic networks exhibit a significant hierarchy, that is, the traffic networks are proved to be hierarchically organized. The result provides important information and theoretical groundwork for optimal transport planning.  相似文献

This paper describes an objective traffic noise survey of Turin, an industrial town in north Italy. The main objects of the investigation were to determine the nature and level of outdoor traffic noise in an actual urban situation and to verify the relationships between level of traffic noise, traffic volume and traffic composition.Noise measurements were performed at 70 locations uniformly distributed over the town, in the autumn of 1974. A ten-minute record was made at each site every hour for 23 hours.The results are presented and compared with published data from previous surveys carried out in other European and North American towns.  相似文献

The empirical data on traffic flows collected in the linear portion of the Lefortovsky tunnel of the third Moscow transport ring were analyzed. It was shown that the crowded traffic observed in the tunnel is indeed characterized by the synchronized vehicular traffic. In particular, long-range spatial correlations in their motion velocities and the region of “widely scattered states”, i.e., two typical properties of the synchronized vehicular traffic phase, were detected in the fundamental diagram. Moreover, the phase diagram of the traffic flow dynamics showed two regions with essentially different properties, which are separated by a narrow layer with a virtually fixed vehicle density. One of them corresponds to synchronized vehicular traffic and contains a core of chaotic dynamics. Another region corresponds to irreversible formation of wide moving jams.  相似文献

Responses to a social survey were collected from residents of 27 different sites in the Greater Manchester area. The sites were exposed to noise emanating from (a) freely flowing traffic on urban roads, or (b) motorway traffic, or (c) congested or disturbed traffic flow on urban roads. Existing noise indices were tested on this general sample of traffic flow situations to determine their efficacy in the prediction of community dissatisfaction to traffic noise. No existing index could handle adequately all the traffic flow conditions. When the indices were combined with measures of traffic volume flow between midnight and 6 a.m. a marked improvement in their predictive capability was noted. In particular, extended indices based on L10 (18 hour) and Leq appeared to be useful predictors of community response to all of the traffic flow situations studied in this project.  相似文献

为满足交通控制和诱导系统的实时性需求,减少交通拥挤状况,降低交通事故突发频率,需要对短时交通流进行预测。当前的短时交通流预测方法是采用K-近邻的非参数回归对其进行预测,预测过程中没有将预测模型中关键因素对交通流的影响进行详细的说明,导致预测结果不准确,存在短时交通流预测误差较大的问题。为此,提出一种基于模糊神经网络的短时交通流预测方法。该方法首先以历史短时交通流数据样本序列为基础,将提取的关联维数作为短时交通流的混沌特征量,然后以该特征量为依据,对短时交通流数据进行聚类,使相同的短时交通流聚合类样本比不同的交通流聚合类样本更为贴近,采用高斯过程回归对短时交通流预测模型进行建设,建设过程中利用差分方法对短时交通流预测序列进行平稳化操作之后,对短时交通流预测模型进行训练,将GPR模型引入至短时交通流预测过程中,得到交通流预测方差估计值,并确定交通流预测值置信区间,由此实现短时交通流的预测。由此实现短时交通流的预测。实验结果证明,所提方法可以准确地预测交通运输系统的实时状况,为车辆行驶的最佳路线进行了有效引导,减少了自然影响方面和人为因素对短时交通流预测结果的干扰,为交通部门对交通路况的控制管理提供了依据。  相似文献

There is an explicit and implicit assumption in multimodal traffic equilibrium models, that is, if the equilibrium exists, then it will also occur. The assumption is very idealized; in fact, it may be shown that the quite contrary could happen, because in multimodal traffic network, especially in mixed traffic conditions the interaction among traffic modes is asymmetric and the asymmetric interaction may result in the instability of traffic system. In this paper, to study the stability of multimodal traffic system, we respectively present the travel cost function in mixed traffic conditions and in traffic network with dedicated bus lanes. Based on a day-to-day dynamical model, we study the evolution of daily route choice of travelers in multimodal traffic network using 10000 random initial values for different cases. From the results of simulation, it can be concluded that the asymmetric interaction between the cars and buses in mixed traffic conditions can lead the traffic system to instability when traffic demand is larger. We also study the effect of travelers' perception error on the stability of multimodal traffic network. Although the larger perception error can alleviate the effect of interaction between cars and buses and improve the stability of traffic system in mixed traffic conditions, the traffic system also become instable when the traffic demand is larger than a number. For all cases simulated in this study, with the same parameters, traffic system with dedicated bus lane has better stability for traffic demand than that in mixed traffic conditions. We also find that the network with dedicated bus lane has higher portion of travelers by bus than it of mixed traffic network. So it can be concluded that building dedicated bus lane can improve the stability of traffic system and attract more travelers to choose bus reducing the traffic congestion.  相似文献

The results of the first part of a field study of human response to traffice noise are reported, along with the general methodology of the entire study. The research was carried out by carefully selecting subjects at sites that had the desired values of selected site variables. Human response measurements were obtained from interviewer administered structured questionnaires, and were as spatially and temporally coincident as possible with the noise measurements. Noise measurements were obtained from six days of rapidly sampled recordings. In this first part the effects of traffic noise level and housing type were considered. Although traffic noise level was the major correlate of the intensity of negative responses to traffic noise, traffic noise level by housing type interaction effects were also observed and were attributed to the accuracy of perceiving the vehicle flow rate and day-night noise level differences. Spontaneous responses supported the validity of the elicited responses.  相似文献

Noise pollution due to road traffic is a major global concern because of its negative impact on the quality of life in communities everywhere. In Vietnam, traffic noise has become an increasingly noticeable and serious problem in large cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. To gain more insight into the characteristics of this noise, intensive noise measurements were conducted in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in September 2005 and September 2007, respectively. A comprehensive dataset of noise was obtained that included 24-h noise measurements as well as short-term noise recordings. The volume of traffic was also quantified by reproducing video camera recordings. Noise datasets from both cities were then compared with a dataset of Japanese traffic noise obtained in Kumamoto. The results showed that the traffic noise in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City was characterized by relatively high noise exposure levels due to the large number of motorbikes and frequent horn sounds. The sound of horns contributed a definite impact of 0-4 dB on noise exposure in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, where noise levels decreased with the absence of horn sounds. Our results also showed differences in the characteristic traffic noise of Vietnam and Japan.  相似文献

为揭示短时交通流的内在动态特性,利用非线性方法对交通流混沌特性进行识别,为短时交通流的预测提供基础.基于混沌理论对交通流时间序列进行相空间重构,利用C-C算法计算时间延迟和嵌入维数,采用Grassberger-Procaccia算法计算吸引子关联维数,通过改进小数据量法计算最大Lyapunov指数来判别交通流时间序列的混沌特性.针对局域自适应预测方法在交通流多步预测中预测器系数无法调节的问题,提出了交通流多步自适应预测方法.通过实测数据计算,结果表明:2,4和5 min三种统计尺度的交通流时间序列均具有混沌特性;改进的小数据量法能够准确地计算出最大Lyapunov指数;构建的交通流多步自适应预测模型能够有效地预测交通流量的变化.为智能交通系统诱导和控制提供了依据.  相似文献

This study concerns road traffic noise in Greater Cairo, Egypt. Road traffic is the most significant sources of noise in the city. Measurements of road traffic noise levels in Greater Cairo in September and October 2001, indicated that noise levels in city were higher than those set by the Egyptian noise standards and policy to protect public health and welfare in residential areas (LAeq=80 dB and higher were recorded). A social survey carried out simultaneously indicated that 73.8% of respondent residents were highly or moderately irritated by road traffic noise. In our paper we present (1) The results of road traffic noise measurements. (2) Egyptian noise standards and policy. (3) Results of the social survey. 上海市高架道路的上匝道合流处率先实施了交替通行的控制策略.以Fukui和Ishibashi提出的FI元胞自动机交通流模型为基础,对实施该策略前后的上匝道合流处分别建立合理的交通流模型,并对交通流进行了数值模拟和分析.结果表明:当高架路主线和上匝道的来流车辆较多时,交替通行控制可以大大改善高架道路交通;当交通流稀疏时,实施控制前后交通流状况基本不发生变化. 关键词: 元胞自动机模型 上匝道合流处 交替通行控制 数值模拟  相似文献

交通流时间序列的研究主要采用数据挖掘和机器学习的方法,这些"黑箱"挖掘方法很难直观反映序列特性.为增强交通流时间序列及其特征分析的可视化性,结合可视图理论来构建交通流时间序列的关联网络,从复杂网络角度实现交通流时间序列的特性分析.在网络构建的过程中,考虑到不同交通状态下交通流表征具有的差异性,首先利用交通流参量的相关性对交通流状态进行分类,然后构建不同交通状态下的时间序列复杂网络,并对这些网络的特征属性给出统计分析,如度分布、聚类系数、网络直径、模块化等.研究表明,可视图法可为交通流时间序列映射到网络提供有效途径,并且不同状态下交通流时间序列构建的复杂网络的模块化、聚类系数和度分布等统计特征呈现一定的变化规律,为交通流运行态势的研究提供了可视化的分析角度.  相似文献

We study the dynamical behavior of many vehicles with different desired velocities, moving through a sequence of traffic lights on a single-lane highway, where the traffic lights turn on and off periodically with the synchronized strategy. The dynamics of vehicular traffic controlled by traffic lights is described in terms of the nonlinear maps. For specific values of cycle time, the group (cluster) of vehicles exhibits the bunching without extending over the highway. It is found that two types of traffic states appear: the one is the bunching traffic and the other is the extended traffic. In the bunching traffic, all vehicles move together with the same tour time, while vehicles spread over the highway in the extended traffic. The dynamical transition between two traffic states occurs at specific values of cycle time. The phase diagram (region map) is presented.  相似文献

The adverse effects of long-term exposure to a high volume of road traffic were studied in socio-acoustic surveys in 1997 and in 1999 after a substantial reduction in road traffic. The results obtained in 1997 showed a similar response pattern as in previously performed studies in the area in 1986 [Ohrstr?m, J. Sound Vib. 122, 277-290 (1989)]. In 1999, road traffic had been reduced from 25000 to 2400 vehicles per day, and this resulted not only in a large decrease in annoyance and activity disturbances, but also in a better general well-being. The results suggest that a reduction in both noise and other pollutants from road traffic contribute to these effects. To be able to use the outdoor environment and to have the possibility to keep windows open is essential for general well-being and daily behavior, which implies that access both to quiet indoor and outdoor sections of the residency is of importance for achievement of a healthy sound environment. More knowledge of long-term health consequences of exposure to noise and simultaneous pollutants from road traffic is needed. Studies should focus more on "softer" health outcomes and well-being than hitherto and preferably be performed in connection with traffic abatement measures.  相似文献

The results of a study on the relative annoyance by rail or road traffic noise in urban and rural areas are reported. Fourteen areas with rail and road traffic noise with differing levels of loudness (Leq) were investigated. The annoyance was assessed by means of a questionnaire. The analysis of the relationship between annoyance and Leq—performed separately for rail and road traffic noise—shows that the same amount of annoyance is reached for railway traffic noise at Leq levels 4–5 dB(A) higher than for road traffic noise (railway/traffic noise “bonus”). The estimation for the difference values vary for the different variables of annoyance. Furthermore, the difference levels tend to be higher in urban than in rural areas.  相似文献

The road network in Beijing is expanding in the form of loop-lines. Following the 2nd and 3rd ring roads, the 4th has been completed and come into operation in 2002. Traffic noise surveying and analysis was performed along four main roads in the Beijing urban area—the 2nd, 3rd and 4th ring roads circling the central downtown area and Chang-An Avenue, a major east-west corridor through the heart of the city. Measured noise data along the 2nd, 3rd and Chang-An Avenue were compared with the data surveyed before the completion of the 4th ring road for determining influence of expanding ring roads on traffic noise pattern in Beijing City. The results indicate that these main roads remain overloaded by traffic flow during daytime, and noise levels due to road traffic along these roads exceeds relavent environmental standards by 5 dBA. Reduced traffic noise level was observed along the northern half of the 2nd and 3rd ring roads, and along the central section of Chang-An Avenue. Increased traffic noise level was observed along the southern half of the 2nd and 3rd ring roads, and along the non-central section of Chang-An Avenue. Expanding ring roads mitigate heavy traffic flow in the central part of Beijing City, but spread high traffic noise outwards at the same time.  相似文献

A field study has been carried out in urban Assiut city, Egypt. The goals of this study are: (1) to carry out measurements to evaluate road traffic noise levels, (2) to determine if these levels exceeds permissible levels, (3) to examine people’s attitudes towards road traffic noise, (4) to ascertain the relationship between road traffic noise levels and degree of annoyance. The measurements indicate that traffic noise noise levels are higher than those set by Egyptian noise standards and policy to protect public health and welfare in residential areas: equivalent continuous A - weighted sound pressure levels (LA eq) = 80 dB and higher were recorded, while maximum permissible level is 65 dB. There is a strong relationship between road traffic noise levels and percentage of highly annoyed respondents. Higher road traffic noise levels mean that the percentage of respondents who feel highly annoyed is also increased.  相似文献

Based on the cellular automaton traffic flow model and the concept of public transport priority, a two-lane traffic model with an intermittent bus lane is proposed and the properties of urban traffic flow are studied. The cases of traffic with a dedicated bus lane (DBL), an intermittent bus lane (IBL) and an ordinary two-lane traffic are simulated, and comparisons in the form of the fundamental diagrams and the velocity-density profiles are made between them. It is shown that the DBL has the advantage of freeing buses from traffic interference and also has the disadvantage of disrupting traffic, the IBL is more efficient in improving the bus flow than ordinary two-lane traffic and maintaining the car flow at a higher level at the same time than the DBL, while the ordinary two-lane traffic suppresses public transportation and is not advantageous in easing urban traffic congestion. Also it is indicated that the DBL is only appropriate for low traffic flow in a two-lane traffic system, and this limitation can be partly overcome by opening the bus lane to general traffic intermittently when the bus lane is not in use by buses.  相似文献

The traffic states are investigated for the noisy traffic flow in the presence of a bottleneck under the open boundary condition. The phase diagrams of the different kinds of congested traffic are presented for different values of sensitivity (the inverse of delay time). It is shown that the five different types of traffic states appear below the critical point: the free traffic with a pinned localized cluster, the weak standing shock, the moving localized cluster, the oscillatory congested traffic, and the strong standing shock. Above the critical point, the moving localized cluster and oscillatory congested traffic do not occur. Also, in the traffic flow without noise, the moving localized cluster and oscillatory congested traffic do not appear.  相似文献
