Preparation and Crystal Structures of Ag[N(CN)2](PPh3)2, Cu[N(CN)2](PPh3)2, and Ag[N(CN)2](PPh3)3 The coordination compounds Ag[N(CN)2](PPh3)2 ( 1 ), Cu[N(CN)2](PPh3)2 ( 2 ), and Ag[N(CN)2](PPh3)3 ( 3 ) are obtained by the reaction of AgN(CN)2 or CuN(CN)2 with triphenylphosphane in CH2Cl2. X‐ray structure determinations were performed on single crystals of 1 , 2 , and 3 · C6H5Cl. The three compounds crystallize monoclinic in the space group P21/n with the following unit cell parameters. 1 : a = 1216.07(9), b = 1299.5(2), c = 2148.4(3) pm, β = 99.689(13)°, Z = 4; 2 : a = 1369.22(10), b = 1257.29(5), c = 1888.04(15) pm, β = 94.395(7)°, Z = 4; 3 · C6H5Cl: a = 1276.6(4), b = 1971.7(3), c = 2141.3(5) pm, β = 98.50(3)°, Z = 4. In all structures the metal atoms have a distorted tetrahedral coordination. The crystal structure of 3 · C6H5Cl shows monomeric molecular units with terminal coordinated dicyanamide. The crystal structure of 1 is built up by dinuclear units, which are bridged by dicyanamide ligands. However, the crystal structure of 2 corresponds to a onedimensional coordination polymer, bridged by dicyanamide anions.  相似文献

Sodium dicyanamide NaC2N3 was found to undergo two phase transitions. According to thermal analysis and temperature-dependent X-ray powder diffractometry, the transition of alpha-NaC2N3 (1a) to beta-NaC2N3 (1b) occurs at 33 degrees C and is displacive. 1a crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n (no. 14), with a = 647.7(1), b = 1494.8(3), c = 357.25(7) pm, beta = 93.496(1) degrees, and Z = 4. The structure was solved from powder diffraction data (Cu Kalpha1, T = 22 degrees C) using direct methods and it was refined by the Rietveld method. The final agreement factors were wRp = 0.072, Rp = 0.053, and RF = 0.074. 1b crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbnm (no. 62), with a = 650.15(5), b = 1495.1(2), c = 360.50(3) pm, and Z = 4. The structure was refined by the Rietveld method using the atomic coordinates of 1a as starting values (Mo Kalpha1, T = 150 degrees C). The final agreement factors were wRp = 0.044, Rp = 0.034, RF = 0.140. The crystal structures of both polymorphs contain sheets of Na+ and N(CN)2- ions which are in la nearly and in 1b exactly coplanar. Above 340 degrees C, 1b trimerizes in the solid to Na3C6N9 (2). 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n (no. 14), with a = 1104.82(1), b = 2338.06(3), c = 351.616(3) pm, beta = 97.9132(9)degrees, and Z = 4. The structure was solved from synchrotron powder diffraction data (lambda = 59.733 pm) using direct methods and it was refined by the Rietveld method. The final agreement factors were wRp = 0.080, Rp = 0.059, and RF = 0.080. The compound contains Na+ and the planar tricyanomelaminate C6N9(3-). The phase transition from 1b to 2 is reconstructive. It occurs in the solid-state without involvement of other phases or intermediates. The crystal structures of 1b and 2 indicate that there is no preorientation of the N(CN)2- in the solid before their trimerization to C6N9(3-).  相似文献

Two new alkali metal borophosphates, K3[BP3O9(OH)3] and Rb3[B2P3O11(OH)2], were synthesized by applying solvothermal techniques using ethanol as solvent. The crystal structures were solved by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction (K3[BP3O9(OH)3], monoclinic, C2/c (No. 15), a = 2454.6(8) pm, b = 736.3(2) pm, c = 1406.2(4) pm, beta = 118.35(2) degrees , Z = 8; Rb3[B2P3O11(OH)2], monoclinic, P2(1)/c (No. 14), a = 781.6(2) pm, b = 667.3(2) pm, c = 2424.8(5) pm, beta = 92.88(1) degrees , Z = 4). Both crystal structures comprise borophosphate chain anions. While for the rubidium compound a loop-branched chain motif is found as common for most of the chain anions in alkali metal borophosphates, the crystal structure of the potassium phase comprises the first open-branched chain with the highest phosphate content found so far in this group of compounds. Both chain anions are closely related to known anhydrous or hydrated phases, and the structural relations are discussed in terms of how the presence of OH groups and hydrogen bonds as well as number, charge, and size of charge balancing cations influence the 3D structural arrangement. The anionic entities are classified in terms of general principles of structural systematics for borophosphates.  相似文献

Reaction of AgBF(4), KNH(2), K(2)Se, Se, and [2.2.2]-cryptand in acetonitrile yields [K([2.2.2]-cryptand)](4)[Ag(4)(Se(2)C(2)(CN)(2))(4)] (1). In the unit cell of 1 there are four [K([2.2.2]-cryptand)](+) units and a tetrahedral Ag(4) anionic core coordinated in mu(1)-Se, mu(2)-Se fashion by each of four mns ligands (mns = maleonitrilediselenolate, [Se(2)C(2)(CN)(2)](2)(-)). Reaction of AgNO(3), Na(2)(mnt) (mnt = maleonitriledithiolate, [S(2)C(2)(CN)(2)](2)(-)), and [2.2.2]-cryptand in acetonitrile yields [Na([2.2.2]-cryptand)](4)[Ag(4)(mnt)(4)].0.33MeCN (2). The Ag(4) anion of 2 is analogous to that in 1. Reaction of AgNO(3), Na(2)(mnt), and [NBu(4)]Br in acetonitrile yields [NBu(4)](4)[Ag(4)(mnt)(4)] (3). The anion of 3 also comprises an Ag(4) core coordinated by four mnt ligands, but the Ag(4) core is diamond-shaped rather than tetrahedral. Reaction of [K([2.2.2]-cryptand)](3)[Ag(mns)(Se(6))] with KNH(2) and [2.2.2]-cryptand in acetonitrile yields [K([2.2.2]-cryptand)](3)[Ag(mns)(2)].2MeCN (4). The anion of 4 comprises an Ag center coordinated by two mns ligands in a tetrahedral arrangement. Reaction of AgNO(3), 2 equiv of Na(2)(mnt), and [2.2.2]-cryptand in acetonitrile yields [Na([2.2.2]-cryptand)](3)[Ag(mnt)(2)] (5). The anion of 5 is analogous to that of 4. Electronic absorption and infrared spectra of each complex show behavior characteristic of metal-maleonitriledichalcogenates. On the Crystal Structures of the Cyano Complexes [Co(NH3)6][Fe(CN)6], [Co(NH3)6]2[Ni(CN)4]3 · 2 H2O, and [Cu(en)2][Ni(CN)4] Of the three title compounds X‐ray structure determinations were performed with single crystals. [Co(NH3)6][Fe(CN)6] (a = 1098.6(6), c = 1084.6(6) pm, R3, Z = 3) crystallizes with the CsCl‐like [Co(NH3)6][Co(CN)6] type structure. [Co(NH3)6]2[Ni(CN)4]3 · 2 H2O (a = 805.7(5), b = 855.7(5), c = 1205.3(7) pm, α = 86.32(3), β = 100.13(3), γ = 90.54(3)°, P1, Z = 1) exhibits a related cation lattice, the one cavity of which is occupied by one anion and 2 H2O, whereas the other contains two anions parallel to each other with distance Ni…Ni: 423,3 pm. For [Cu(en)2][Ni(CN)4] (a = 650.5(3), b = 729.0(3), c = 796.5(4) pm, α = 106.67(2), β = 91.46(3), γ = 106.96(2)°, P1, Z = 1) the results of a structure determination published earlier have been confirmed. The compound is weakly paramagnetic and obeys the Curie‐Weiss law in the range T < 100 K. The distances within the complex ions of the compounds investigated (Co–N: 195.7 and 196.4 pm, Ni–C: 186.4 and 186.9 pm, resp.) and their hydrogen bridge relations are discussed.  相似文献

Two novel coordination polymers of Co(II) with dicyanamide (dca) were obtained by the addition of ancillary ligands of pyrazine dioxide (pzdo) and 2-methyl pyrazine dioxide (mpdo) into the Co-dca binary system, respectively. Co[N(CN)(2)](2)(pzdo) (1) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group of Pnnm (No. 58) with a = 9.4699(5) A, b = 14.9984(3) A, c = 7.4313(7) A, and Z = 4, while Co[N(CN)(2)](2)(mpdo) (2) is in the monoclinic space group C2 (No. 5) with a = 16.5391(4) A, b = 9.6065(2) A, c = 7.5001(2) A, beta = 105.779(1) degrees, and Z = 4. Both complexes contain similar two-dimensional triangular Co-dca layers, which offer rare examples of mixed 1,5-mu- and mu(3)-dca bridging coordination polymers with long-range ferromagnetic ordering below ca. 2.5 K.  相似文献

The presence of two kinds of iron(II) sites has been demonstrated by M?ssbauer spectroscopy. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c (a = 11.076(3) A, b = 10.983(2) A, c = 17.018(5) A, alpha = 90 degrees, beta = 107.25(2) degrees, gamma = 90 degrees, Z = 4). Its structure consists of zigzag chains formed by an alternated array of cis-[Ni(en)2]2+ cations and nitroprusside anions. 3 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 (a = 8.896(5) A, b = 10.430(5) A, c = 12.699(5) A, alpha = 71.110(5) degrees, beta = 79.990(5) degrees, gamma = 89.470(5) degrees, Z = 1). Ammonium dicyanamide NH(4)[N(CN)(2)] was synthesized through aqueous ion exchange. The crystal structure was investigated by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (P2(1)/c, a = 378.67(6) pm, b = 1240.9(3) pm, c = 911.84(14) pm, beta = 91.488(18) degrees, Z = 4). It derives from the CsCl structure type. Medium strong hydrogen bonds between NH(4)(+) and [N(CN)(2)](-) ions are indicative of the observed formation of dicyandiamide H(4)C(2)N(4) during heating. According to DSC and temperature-dependent X-ray powder diffractometry, this isomerization is exothermic and occurs between 102 and 106 degrees C in the solid. The reaction represents the isolobal analogue to the classical synthesis of urea by heating NH(4)OCN. While other alkali and alkaline earth dicyanamides undergo trimerization or polymerization of their anions during heating, ammonium dicyanamide thus shows a different reactivity.  相似文献

Three new strontium vanadium borophosphate compounds, (NH4)2(C2H10N2)6[Sr(H2O)5]2[V2P2BO12]6 10H2O (Sr-VBPO1) (1), (NH4)2(C3H12N2)6[Sr(H2O)4]2[V2P2BO12]6 17H2O (Sr-VBPO2) (2), and (NH4)3(C4H14N2)4.5[Sr(H2O)5]2[Sr(H2O)4][V2P2BO12]6 10H2O (Sr-VBPO3) (3) have been synthesized by interdiffusion methods in the presence of diprotonated ethylenediamine, 1,3-diaminopropane, and 1,4-diaminobutane. Compound 1 has a chain structure, whereas 2 and 3 have layered structures with different arrangements of [(NH4) [symbol: see text] [V2P2BO12]6] cluster anions within the layers. Crystal data: (NH4)2(C2H10N2)6[Sr(H2O)5]2[V2P2BO12]6 10H2O, monoclinic, space group C2/c (no. 15), a = 21.552(1) A, b = 27.694(2) A, c = 20.552(1) A, beta = 113.650(1) degrees, Z = 4; (NH4)2(C3H12N2)6[Sr(H2O)4]2[V2P2BO12]6 17H2O, monoclinic, space group I2/m (no. 12), a = 15.7618(9) A, b = 16.4821(9) A, c = 21.112(1) A, beta = 107.473(1) degrees, Z = 2; (NH4)3(C4H14N2)4.5[Sr(H2O)5]2[Sr(H2O)4] [V2P2BO12]6 10H2O, monoclinic, space group C2/c (no. 15), a = 39.364(2) A, b = 14.0924(7) A, c = 25.342(1) A, beta = 121.259(1) degrees, Z = 4. The differences in the three structures arise from the different steric requirements of the amines that lead to different amine-cluster hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The reaction of alkylzinc triisopropylsilylamide with dialkylmagnesium leads to a ligand exchange. Besides the starting materials, heteroleptic alkylmagnesium triisopropylsilylamide and homoleptic magnesium bis(triisopropylsilylamide) are detected by NMR spectroscopy. After the addition of 1,2-bis(dimethylamino)ethane (TMEDA) to the reaction mixture, (tmeda)Mg[N(H)SiiPr3]2 (1) precipitates as colorless cuboids (C24H60MgN4Si2, a = 2269.6(2), b = 1029.58(5), c = 1593.2(1) pm, beta = 120.826(8) degrees , monoclinic, C2/c, Z = 4). The amide nitrogen atoms are coordinated planarily with strongly widened Mg-N-Si bond angles of 139.2(1) degrees . The metalation of triisopropylsilylamine with dimethylmagnesium in THF yields quantitatively heteroleptic [(thf)MeMg-N(H)SiiPr3]2 (2) which crystallizes as colorless needles (C28H66Mg2N2O2Si2, a = 1982.4(2), b = 2034.1(1), c = 907.22(6) pm, beta = 95.021(9), monoclinic, P2(1)/n, Z = 4). Because of the bridging position of the triisopropylsilylamide anion, the tetracoordinate nitrogen atoms show rather long Mg-N bond lengths of 210.7 pm (average value).  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of the V2O5/2,2':6':2"-terpyridine/ZnO/H2O system under a variety of conditions yielded the organic-inorganic hybrid materials [V2O4(terpy)2]3[V10O28].2H2O (VOXI-10), [VO2(terpy)][V4O10] (VOXI-11), and [V9O22(terpy)3] (VOXI-12). The structure of VOXI-10 consists of discrete binuclear cations [V2O4(terpy)2]2+ and one-dimensional chains [V10O28]6-, constructed of cyclic [V4O12]4- clusters linked through (VO4) tetrahedra. In contrast, the structure of VOXI-11 exhibits discrete mononuclear cations [VO2(terpy)]1+ and a two-dimensional vanadium oxide network, [V4O10]1-. The structure of the oxide layer is constructed from ribbons of edge-sharing square pyramids; adjacent ribbons are connected through corner-sharing interactions into the two-dimensional architecture. VOXI-12 is also a network structure; however, in this case the terpy ligand is incorporated into the two-dimensional oxide network whose unique structure is constructed from cyclic [V6O18]6- clusters and linear (V3O5(terpy)3) moieties of corner-sharing vanadium octahedra. The rings form chains through corner-sharing linkages; adjacent chains are connected through the trinuclear units. A series of tetracyanoborate salts M[B(CN)4] with the singly charged cations of Li+, Na+, Rb+, Cs+, [NH4]+, Tl+, and Cu+ as well as the THF solvate tetracyanoborates Na[B(CN)4] x THF and [NH4][B(CN)4] x THF were synthesized and their X-ray structures, vibrational spectra, solubilities in water, and thermal stabilities determined and compared with already known M[B(CN)4] salts. Crystallographic data for these compounds are as follows: Na[B(CN)4], cubic, Fd3m, a = 11.680(1) A, Z= 8; Li[B(CN)4], cubic, P43m, a = 5.4815(1) A, Z= 1; Cu[B(CN)4], cubic, P43m, a = 5.4314(7) A, Z= 1; Rb[B(CN)4], tetragonal, /4(1)/a, a = 7.1354(2) A, c= 14.8197(6) A, Z= 4; Cs[B(CN)4], tetragonal, /4(1)/a, a = 7.300(2) A, c = 15.340(5) A, Z= 4; [NH4][B(CN)4], tetragonal, /4(1)/a, a = 7.132(1) A, c = 14.745(4) A, Z= 4; Tl[B(CN)4], tetragonal, /4(1)/a, a = 7.0655(2) A, c = 14.6791(4) A, Z= 4; Na[B(CN)4] x THF, orthorhombic, Pnma, a = 13.908(3) A, b = 9.288(1) A, c = 8.738(1) A, Z= 4; [NH4][B(CN)4] x THF, orthorhombic, Pnma, a = 8.831(1) A, b = 9.366(2) A, c = 15.061(3) A, Z= 4. The cubic Li+, Na+, and Cu+ salts crystallize in a structure consisting of two interpenetrating independent tetrahedral networks of M cations and [B(CN)4]- ions. The compounds with the larger countercations (Rb+, Cs+, Tl+, and [NH4]+) crystallize as tetragonal, also with a network arrangement. The sodium and ammonium salts with the cocrystallized THF molecules are both orthorhombic but are not isostructural. In the vibrational spectra the two CN stretching modes A1 and T2 coincide in general and the band positions are a measure for the strength of the interionic interaction. An interesting feature in the Raman spectrum of the copper salt is the first appearance of two CN stretching modes.  相似文献

The new cluster [Bu4N]2[W6Cl8(OSO2CF3)6] (1) has been prepared and structurally characterized. This material is an effective precursor for the generation of cluster ions with the general formula [W6C18L6]n (L = Cl-, Br-, I-, NCS-, NCO-, NCSe-, and O=PPh3; n = 2- or 4+). The last three clusters are new. The products have been characterized by IR spectroscopy, NMR spectroscopy, and FAB mass spectrometry. In addition to 1, the products [Bu4N]2[W6C18(NCS)6] (5) and [Bu4N]2[W6C18(NCO)6] (7) were structurally characterized. The isotypic title compounds Ba4Pr7[Si12N23O][BN3], Ba4Nd7[Si12N23O][BN3], and Ba4Sm7[Si12N23O][BN3] were prepared by reaction of Pr, Nd, or Sm, with barium, BaCO3, Si(NH)2, and poly(boron amide imide) in nitrogen atmosphere in tungsten crucibles using a radiofrequency furnace at temperatures up to 1650 C. They were obtained as main products (approximately 70%) embedded in a very hard glass matrix in the form of intense dark green (Pr), orange-brown (Sm), or dark red (Nd) large single crystals, respectively. The stoichiometric composition of Ba4Sm7[Si12N23O][BN3] was verified by a quantitative elemental analysis. According to the single-crystal X-ray structure determinations (Ba4Ln7[Si12N23][BN3], Z= , P6 with Ln = Pr: a = 1225.7(1), c = 544.83(9) pm, R1 = 0.013, wR2 = 0.030; Ln = Nd: a = 1222.6(1), c = 544.6(1) pm, R1 = 0.017, wR2 = .039; Ln = Sm: a = 1215.97(5), c = 542.80(5) pm, R1 = 0.047, wR2 = 0.099) all three compounds are built up by a framework structure [Si12N23O]23- of corner-sharing SiX4 tetrahedrons (X = O, N). The oxygen atoms are randomly distributed over the X positions. The trigonal-planar orthonitridoborate ions [BN3]6- and also the Ln(3)3+ are situated in hexagonal cages of the framework (bond lengths Si-(N/O) 169-179 pm for Ln=Pr). The remaining Ba2+ and Ln3- ions are positioned in channels of the large-pored network. The trigonal-planar [BN3]6- ions have a B-N distance of 147.1(6) pm (for Ln = Pr). Temperature-dependent susceptibility measurements for Ba4Nd7[Si12N23O][BN3] revealed Curie-Weiss behavior above 60 K with an experimental magnetic moment of muexp = 3.36(5) microB/Nd. The deviation from Curie-Weiss behavior below 60 K may be attributed to crystal field splitting of the J = 9/2 ground state of the Nd3+ ions. No magnetic ordering is evident down to 4.2 K.  相似文献

Reactions of the tin precursors, R2Sn(OMe)OSO2Me (R=n-Pr, n-Bu), with an equimolar quantity of 2-quinoline/4-methoxy-2-quinoline/1-isoquinoline carboxylic acid in acetonitrile proceed under mild conditions (rt,12-15 h) via selective Sn-OMe bond cleavage to afford the corresponding mixed-ligand diorganotin derivatives [R2Sn(O2CR')OSO2Me]2 [R'=C9H6N-2, R=n-Pr (1), n-Bu (2); R'=4-OMe-C9H5N-2, R=n-Pr (3), n-Bu (4); R'=C9H6N-1, R=n-Pr (5), n-Bu (6)]. These have been characterized by FAB mass, IR, and multinuclear (1H, 13C, 119Sn) NMR spectral data and X-ray crystallography (for 4 and 6). The molecular structure of 4 (C20H29NO6SSn, monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a=14.1(13) A, b=16.7(18) A, c=20.3(19) A, beta=107(4) degrees, Z=8) comprises distorted octahedral geometry around each tin atom by virtue of weakly bridging methanesulfonate [Sn(1A)-O(3B)=3.010, Sn(1B)-O(3A)=2.984 A] and (N,O) chelation of the carboxylate ligands. The spectral data of 1-4 suggest a similar structural motif in solution. The molecular structure of 6 (C38H53N2O10S2Sn2, monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a=11.339(2) A, b=14.806(3) A, c=24.929(5) A, beta=100.537(3) degrees, Z=4) reveals varying bonding preferences with monomeric units being held together by a bridging methanesulfonate [Sn(2)-O(5)=2.312(2) A] and a carboxylate group bonded to Sn(1) and Sn(2) atoms, respectively. Slow hydrolysis of compound 2 derived from 2-quinoline carboxylic acid in moist CH3CN affords the asymmetric distannoxane, [Bu2Sn(O2CC9H6N-2)-O-Sn(OSO2Me)Bu2]2 (7) (C27H45NO6SSn2, monoclinic, C2/c, a=21.152(3) A, b=13.307(2) A, c=26.060(4) A, beta=110.02(10) degrees, Z=8) featuring ladder type structural motif by virtue of unique mu2-coordination of covalently bonded oxygen atoms [O(6), O(6)#1] of the methanesulfonate groups.  相似文献

The homoleptic complexes [Ph(4)P](2)[Co[N(CN)(2)](4)] and [Ph(4)P][M[N(CN)(2)](3)] [M = Co, Mn] have been structurally as well as magnetically characterized. The complexes containing [M[N(CN)(2)](4)](2-) form 1-D chains, which are bridged via a common dicyanamide ligand in [M[N(CN)(2)](3)](-) to form a 2-D structure. The five-atom [NCNCN](-) bridging ligands lead to weak magnetic coupling along a chain. The six [NCNCN](-) ligands lead to a (4)T(1g) ground state for Co(II) which has an unquenched spin-orbit coupling that is reflected in the magnetic properties. Long-range magnetic ordering was not observed in any of these materials.  相似文献
