Four new euphane triterpenes, (3β)‐3‐(acetyloxy)eupha‐7,25‐dien‐24‐one ( 1 ), (3β,24R)‐3‐(acetyloxy)eupha‐7,25‐dien‐24‐ol ( 2 ), (3β,24S)‐eupha‐7,25‐diene‐3,24‐diol ( 3 ), and (3β,24R)‐eupha‐7,25‐diene‐3,24‐diol ( 4 ) were isolated from the barks of Broussonetia papyrifera, a tree whose roots, barks, and fruits were used as herbal drugs in China. The structures of 1 – 4 were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence and chemical methods. 相似文献

A new isoquinoline alkaloid, named broussonpapyrine (1), along with three other known isoquinoline alkaloids, namely nitidine (2), oxyavicine (3), and liriodenine (4), were isolated from Broussonetia papyrifera fruits. the first report of the isoquinoline alkaloids isolated from this plant.

Chemical investigation of leaves of Staphylea bumalda DC., collected in the suburbs of Hiroshima City, afforded 11 new megastigmane glucosides, named staphylionosides A-K (3-13), along with two known megastigmane glucosides (1, 2). A stable penta-coordinated serine-carboxylic-phosphoric anhydride may be synthesized at temperatures below −18 °C. Above that temperature, the product was shown to isomerize to another penta-coordinated phosphorus compound, which was proven by the change in the magnitude of observed P–C coupling constants. The mechanism for the anhydride to ester isomerization might provide a clue to the proposal of high-energy supply for biochemistry. Organic bases were shown to exert little influence on the rate of isomerization. 相似文献

From leaves of Turpenia ternata (Staphylaceae), one megastigmane and seven of its glucosides (1-8) were isolated. Megastigmane and two of the glucosides were found to be known compounds, namely, 3S,5R,6R,9S-tetrahydroxymegastigmane (1), corchoionoside C (2), and icariside B4 (3). The structures of compounds 4-8 (turpinionosides A-E, respectively) were elucidated by means of spectroscopic analyses, and then their absolute structures were determined by the modified Mosher's method to be (3S,5R,6S,9S)-3,6,9-trihydroxymegastigman-7-ene 3-O- and 9-O-beta-D-glucopyranosides (4, 5, respectively), (1S,3S,5R,6S,9R)-3,9,12-trihydroxymegastigmane 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (6), (3S,4R,9R)-3,4,6-trihydroxymegastigman-5-ene 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (7), and (2S,9R)-2,9-dihydroxymegastigman-5-en-4-one 2-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (8). 相似文献

The novel triethylantimony(v) o-amidophenolato (AP-R)SbEt3 (R = i-Pr, 1; R = Me, 2) and catecholato (3,6-DBCat)SbEt3 (3) complexes have been synthesized and characterized by IR, NMR spectroscopy (AP-R is 4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(2,6-dialkylphenyl)-o-amidophenolate, alkyl = isopropyl (1) or methyl (2); 3,6-DBCat is 3,6-di-tert-butyl-catecholate). Complexes 1–3 have been obtained by the oxidative addition of corresponding o-iminobenzoquinones or o-benzoquinones to Et3Sb. The addition of 4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)-o-iminobenzoquinone to Et3Sb at low temperature gives hexacoordinate [(AP-AP)H]SbEt3 (4) which decomposes slowly in vacuum with the liberation of ethane yielding pentacoordinate complex [(AP-AP)]SbEt2 (5). [(AP-AP)H]2− is O,N,O′-tridentate amino-bis-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-phenolate-2-yl) dianion and [(AP-AP)]3− is amido-bis-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-phenolate-2-yl) trianion. The decomposition of 4–5 accelerates in the presence of air. o-Amidophenolates 1 and 2 bind molecular oxygen to give spiroendoperoxides Et3Sb[L-iPr]O2 (6) or Et3Sb[L-Me]O2 (7) containing trioxastibolane rings. This reaction proceeds slowly and reaches the equilibrium at 15–20% conversion five times more than for (AP-R)SbPh3 analogues. Molecular structures of 1 and 5 were determined by X-ray analysis. 相似文献

Three new megastigmane glucopyranosides, komaroveside A [(3S,4R,5Z,7E)-3,4-dihydroxy-5,7-megastigmadien-9-one-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside] (1), komaroveside B [(3S,4S,5S,6R,7E)-5,6-epoxy-3,4-dihydroxy-7-megastigmen-9-one-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside] (2) and komaroveside C [(3S,4S,5S,6R,7E,9S)-5,6-epoxy-3,4,9-trihydroxy-7-megastigmen-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside] (3) were isolated, together with eight known compounds, from Cardamine komarovii. The identification of these compounds and the elucidation of their structures were based on 1D- and 2D-NMR spectral data analysis. The isolated compounds were tested for their cytotoxicity against four human tumor cell lines (A549, SK-OV-3, SK-MEL-2, HCT15) in vitro using the sulforhodamine B bioassay. 相似文献

The continuous chemical investigation on the ethyl acetate (EtOAc) soluble fraction of the MeOH extract afforded two new lanostane triterpenoid derivatives including one with a rearranged lanostane skeleton. They were identified as 3,4-seco-8-(14→13R)abeo-17,13-friedo-9β-lanosta-4(28), 7,14(30),24-tetraen-26,23-olide-23-hydroxy-3-oic acid (1) and 7,14-mariesa- dien-3oL-hydroxy-25-methoxy-26-oic acid (2).
