We give a precise formula for the value of the canonical Green’s function at a pair of Weierstrass points on a hyperelliptic Riemann surface. Further we express the ‘energy’ of the Weierstrass points in terms of a spectral invariant recently introduced by N. Kawazumi and S. Zhang. It follows that the energy is strictly larger than log 2. Our results generalize known formulas for elliptic curves.  相似文献

We are concerned with Runge-Kutta-Nyström methods for the integration of second order systems of the special formd 2 y/dt 2=f(y). If the functionf is the gradient of a scalar field, then the system is Hamiltonian and it may be advantageous to integrate it by a so-called canonical Runge-Kutta-Nyström formula. We show that the equations that must be imposed on the coefficients of the method to ensure canonicity are simplifying assumptions that lower the number of independent order conditions. We count the number of order conditions, both for general and for canonical Runge-Kutta-Nyström formulae. This research has been supported by Junta de Castilla y León under project 1031-89 and by Dirección General de Investigación Científica y Técnica under project PB89-0351.  相似文献

Recently, a number of new methods for constructing asymptotic solutions to various evolution equations has been developed. These asymptotic solutions are expressed at each instant of time via an elementy of some smooth manifoldy and an elementf of some Hilbert space . We study general properties of the mapping that assigns an asymptotic formula to the pair (y, f). Translated fromMatematicheskie Zametki, Vol. 65, No. 3, pp. 437–456, March, 1999.  相似文献

The Cartan–Hartogs domains are defined as a class of Hartogs type domains over irreducible bounded symmetric domains. The purpose of this paper is twofold. Firstly, for a Cartan–Hartogs domain \(\Omega ^{B^{d_0}}(\mu )\) endowed with the canonical metric \(g(\mu ),\) we obtain an explicit formula for the Bergman kernel of the weighted Hilbert space \(\mathcal {H}_{\alpha }\) of square integrable holomorphic functions on \(\left( \Omega ^{B^{d_0}}(\mu ), g(\mu )\right) \) with the weight \(\exp \{-\alpha \varphi \}\) (where \(\varphi \) is a globally defined Kähler potential for \(g(\mu )\) ) for \(\alpha >0\) , and, furthermore, we give an explicit expression of the Rawnsley’s \(\varepsilon \) -function expansion for \(\left( \Omega ^{B^{d_0}}(\mu ), g(\mu )\right) .\) Secondly, using the explicit expression of the Rawnsley’s \(\varepsilon \) -function expansion, we show that the coefficient \(a_2\) of the Rawnsley’s \(\varepsilon \) -function expansion for the Cartan–Hartogs domain \(\left( \Omega ^{B^{d_0}}(\mu ), g(\mu )\right) \) is constant on \(\Omega ^{B^{d_0}}(\mu )\) if and only if \(\left( \Omega ^{B^{d_0}}(\mu ), g(\mu )\right) \) is biholomorphically isometric to the complex hyperbolic space. So we give an affirmative answer to a conjecture raised by M. Zedda.  相似文献

In Douglas et al. (2012) [9], the authors investigated a family of quotient Hilbert modules in the Cowen–Douglas class over the unit disk constructed from classical Hilbert modules such as the Hardy and Bergman modules. In this paper we extend the results to the multivariable case of higher multiplicity. Moreover, similarity as well as isomorphism results are obtained.  相似文献

We carry out an analysis of the canonical system of a minimal complex surface S of general type with irregularity q > 0.Using this analysis,we are able to sharpen in the case q > 0 the well-known Castelnuovo inequality KS2≥3pg(S) + q(S)-7.Then we turn to the study of surfaces with pg=2q-3 and no fibration onto a curve of genus > 1.We prove that for q≥6 the canonical map is birational.Combining this result with the analysis of the canonical system,we also prove the inequality:KS2≥7χ(S) + 2.This improves an e...  相似文献

Summary Let M be a locally conformal Kähler manifold. Then the Kähler form of M satisfies d= for some closed 1 -form , called the Lee form of M. We show that M admits three canonical foliations (four if is parallel) and we prove several properties of them, improving previous results of I. Vaisman. In particular all of these foliations are totally geodesic and Riemannian, and one of them is also almost complex. If this latter foliation is regular on a compact M, then we prove that M is a locally trivial fiber bundle over a compact Kähler manifold M, and the fibers are totally geodesic flat 2-tori. Finally we study geometrical properties, the canonical class and the Godbillon-Vey class of the totally real foliation of a CR-submanifold N cM.Work done during a visit of the second author at Michigan State University; this visit was supported by C.N.R., Italy.  相似文献

Let $\mathbf{G}$ be a connected split reductive group over a $p$ -adic field. In the first part of the paper we prove, under certain assumptions on $\mathbf{G}$ and the prime $p$ , a localization theorem of Beilinson–Bernstein type for admissible locally analytic representations of principal congruence subgroups in the rational points of $\mathbf{G}$ . In doing so we take up and extend some recent methods and results of Ardakov–Wadsley on completed universal enveloping algebras (Ardakov and Wadsley, Ann. Math., 2013) to a locally analytic setting. As an application we prove, in the second part of the paper, a locally analytic version of Smith’s theorem on the canonical dimension.  相似文献

Smooth surfaces have finitely generated canonical rings and projective canonical models. For normal surfaces, however, the graded ring of multicanonical sections is possibly nonnoetherian, such that the corresponding homogeneous spectrum is noncompact. I construct a canonical compactification by adding finitely many non-ℚ-Gorenstein points at infinity, provided that each Weil divisor is numerically equivalent to a ℚ-Cartier divisor. Similar results hold for arbitrary Weil divisors instead of the canonical class.  相似文献

In this short note, we give a characterization of domains satisfying Serre’s condition (R1) in terms of their canonical modules. In the special case of toric rings, this generalizes a result of the second author [9 Yanagawa, K. (2015). Dualizing complexes of seminormal a?ne semigroup rings and toric face rings. J. Algebra 425:367391.[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]] where the normality is described in terms of the “shape” of the canonical module.  相似文献

We show that every unramified morphism ${X\to Y}$ has a canonical and universal factorization ${X\hookrightarrow E_{X/Y}\to Y}$ where the first morphism is a closed embedding and the second is étale (but not separated).  相似文献

Dynamical systems driven by Gaussian noises have been considered extensively in modeling, simulation and theory. However, complex systems in engineering and science are often subject to non-Gaussian fluctuations or uncertainties. A coupled dynamical system under non-Gaussian Lévy noise is considered. After discussing cocycle property, stationary orbits and random attractors, a synchronization phenomenon is shown to occur, when the drift terms of the coupled system satisfy certain dissipativity conditions. The synchronization result implies that coupled dynamical systems share a dynamical feature in certain asymptotic sense.  相似文献

We prove that localized functions can be represented in the form of an integral over a parameter, the integrand being the Maslov canonical operator applied to an amplitude obtained from the Fourier transform of the function to be represented. This representation generalizes an earlier one obtained by Dobrokhotov, Tirozzi, and Shafarevich and permits representing localized initial data for wave type equations with the use of an invariant Lagrangian manifold, which simplifies the asymptotic solution formulas dramatically in many cases.  相似文献

In this article we study the deformation of finite maps and show how to use this deformation theory to construct varieties with given invariants in a projective space. Among other things, we prove a criterion that determines when a finite map can be deformed to a one-to-one map. We use this criterion to construct new surfaces of general type with birational canonical map, for different c12c_{1}^{2} and χ (the canonical map of the surfaces we construct is in fact a finite, birational morphism). Our general results enable us to describe some new components of the moduli of surfaces of general type. We also find infinitely many moduli spaces having one component whose general point corresponds to a canonically embedded surface and another component whose general point corresponds to a surface whose canonical map is a degree 2 morphism.  相似文献

For a diagram of a knot, Lee associated a complex which is called Lee?s complex. We introduce the notion of a state cycle of Lee?s complex, which is a certain cycle of Lee?s complex. We describe state cycles which represent the canonical class of Lee?s homology of a knot. As a corollary, we give the shaper slice-Bennequin inequality for the Rasmussen invariant of a knot in the viewpoint of cycles of Lee?s complex.  相似文献

It is a classical fact that the cotangent bundle \(T^* {\mathcal {M}}\) of a differentiable manifold \({\mathcal {M}}\) enjoys a canonical symplectic form \(\Omega ^*\) . If \(({\mathcal {M}},\mathrm{J} ,g,\omega )\) is a pseudo-Kähler or para-Kähler \(2n\) -dimensional manifold, we prove that the tangent bundle \(T{\mathcal {M}}\) also enjoys a natural pseudo-Kähler or para-Kähler structure \(({\tilde{\hbox {J}}},\tilde{g},\Omega )\) , where \(\Omega \) is the pull-back by \(g\) of \(\Omega ^*\) and \(\tilde{g}\) is a pseudo-Riemannian metric with neutral signature \((2n,2n)\) . We investigate the curvature properties of the pair \(({\tilde{\hbox {J}}},\tilde{g})\) and prove that: \(\tilde{g}\) is scalar-flat, is not Einstein unless \(g\) is flat, has nonpositive (resp. nonnegative) Ricci curvature if and only if \(g\) has nonpositive (resp. nonnegative) Ricci curvature as well, and is locally conformally flat if and only if \(n=1\) and \(g\) has constant curvature, or \(n>2\) and \(g\) is flat. We also check that (i) the holomorphic sectional curvature of \(({\tilde{\hbox {J}}},\tilde{g})\) is not constant unless \(g\) is flat, and (ii) in \(n=1\) case, that \(\tilde{g}\) is never anti-self-dual, unless conformally flat.  相似文献

We find the misère monoids of normal-play canonical-form integer and non-integer numbers. These come as consequences of more general results for the universe of dead-ending games. Left and right ends have previously been defined as games in which Left or Right, respectively, have no moves; here we define a dead left (right) end to be a left (right) end whose options are all left (right) ends, and we define a dead-ending game to be one in which all end followers are dead. We find the monoids and partial orders of dead ends, integers, and all numbers, and construct an infinite family of games that are equivalent to zero in the dead-ending universe.  相似文献

An algorithm of successive location of the solution is developed for the problem of finding the projection of a point onto the canonical simplex in the Euclidean space n . This algorithm converges in a finite number of steps. Each iteration consists in finding the projection of a point onto an affine subspace and requires only explicit and very simple computations.  相似文献
