基于两能级原子与单模腔场之间的失谐相互作用,我们提出了一个有效的且能够纯化任意未知原子纠缠态的纠缠纯化方案。将量子逻辑门(Phys.Rev.Lett.74,4087(1995))和纠缠纯化(Phys.Rev.Lett.76,722(1996))的理论研究的最新进展相结合提出了一个在实验上可行的纠缠纯化物理方案。  相似文献

Motivated by recent experimental studies on coherent dynamics transfer in three interacting atoms or electron spins [Phys. Rev. Lett 114(2015) 113002, Phys. Rev. Lett 120(2018) 243604], here we study entanglement entropy transfer in three interacting qubits. We analytically calculate time evolutions of wave function, density matrix and entanglement of the system. We find that initially entangled two qubits may alternatively transfer their entanglement entropy to other two qubit pairs. Thus dynamical evolution of three interacting qubits may produce a genuine three-partite entangled state through entanglement entropy transfers. In particular, different pairwise interactions of the three qubits endow symmetric and asymmetric evolutions of the entanglement transfer,characterized by the quantum mutual information and concurrence. Finally, we discuss an experimental proposal of three Rydberg atoms for testing the entanglement dynamics transfer of this kind.  相似文献

Bell nonlocality, entanglement and nonclassical correlations are different aspects of quantum correlations for a given state. There are many methods to measure nonclassical correlations. In this paper, nonclassical correlations in two-qubit spin models are measured by the use of measurement-induced disturbance (MID) [S. Luo, Phys. Rev. A 77 (2008) 022301] and geometric measure of quantum discord (GQD) [B. Daki?, V. Vedral, C. Brukner, Phys. Rev. Lett. 105 (2010) 190502]. Their dependences on external magnetic field, spin–spin coupling, and the Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya (DM) interaction are presented in detail. We also compare Bell nonlocality, entanglement measured by concurrence, MID and GQD and illustrate their different characteristics.  相似文献

We investigate the generation of entanglement of coherent excitonic states in coupled quantum dots placed in a cavity by meaning of the state preparation fidelity [Nature (London) 404 (2002) 256; Phys. Rev. A 65 (2002) 012107; J. Uffink, Phys. Rev. Lett.88 (2002) 230406.] The effect of the number of excitons and the coherent intensity |α| of the cavity field on the entanglement is also studied.  相似文献

We investigate theoretically and experimentally the tripartite entanglement defined by V. Coffman [Phys. Rev. A 61 (2000) 052306] and nonlocality expressed by the Mermin inequality [Phys. Rev. Lett. 65 (1990) 1838] in three-qubit generalized Greenberger–Horne–Zeilinger (GGHZ) states. Using our GGHZ states with fidelity ∼0.84, we demonstrate experimentally the theoretical results of tripartite entanglement and the Mermin theorem successfully. It is shown that the experimental results are in good agreement with the theoretical predictions.  相似文献

通过介绍六粒子纠缠态的新应用研究,提出了一个二粒子任意态的信息分离方案.在这个方案中,发送者Alice、控制者Charlie和接受者Bob共享一个六粒子纠缠态,发送者先执行两次Bell基测量|然后控制者执行一次Bell基测量|最后接受者根据发送者和控制者的测量结果,对自己拥有的粒子做适当的幺正变换,从而能够重建要发送的二粒子任意态.这个信息分离方案是决定性的,即成功概率为100%.与使用相同的量子信道进行二粒子任意态的信息分离方案相比,本文提出的方案只需要进行Bell基测量而不需要执行多粒子的联合测量,从而使得这个方案更简单、更容易,并且在目前的实验室技术条件下是能够实现的.  相似文献

We report the experimental transformation of quadrature entanglement between two optical beams into continuous variable polarization entanglement. We extend the inseparability criterion proposed by Duan et al. [Phys. Rev. Lett. 84, 2722 (2000)]] to polarization states and use it to quantify the entanglement. We propose an elaboration utilizing two quadrature entangled pairs for which all three Stokes operators between a pair of beams are entangled.  相似文献

Entanglement properties of two-mode squeezed coherent states in the radiation field are investigated according to the entanglement criterion [Phys. Rev. Lett. 84 (2000) 2722]. The dependence of entanglement on squeeze angle and squeeze parameter is discussed. It shows that the system evolves into entangled states and entanglement does not increase persistently with the increase of squeeze angle and squeeze parameter. There only exists a certain squeeze angle in which the entanglement exists continuously.  相似文献

A genuine 3N-qubit entanglement is derived based on N GHZ trios and controlled teleportation. The state is a complementarity to the genuine 2N-qubit entangled state constructed with N Bell states by Yeo-Chua for N = 2 [Phys. Rev. Lett. 96, 060502 (2006)] and by Chen-Zhu-Guo for any N [Phys. Rev. A 74, 032324 (2006)]. By means of the measures proposed in Phys. Rev. A 74, 022314 (2006), the entanglement of the constructed state is quantified and classified with the well-known GHZ, W and Chen-Zhu-Guo's 2N-qubit entangled state.  相似文献

We investigate general properties of thermal entanglement in arbitrary-length 1D Helsenberg spin-1/2 chain based on classifications of its eigenstates. The influences of magnetic field and temperature on entanglement are qualitatively discussed and three features are presented. The conclusions hold for both bipartite and multipartite entanglement, and are in agreement with the results numerically proven by Arnesen et al. [Phys. Rev. Lett. 50 (2001) 017901].  相似文献

The dynamics of entanglement for two-mode magnons in an antiferromagnet is investigated according to the entanglement criterion proposed by Duan et al. [L.M. Duan, G. Giedke, J.I. Cirac, P. Zoller, Phys. Rev. Lett. 84 (2000) 2722]. It is shown that entanglement between the two modes of magnons can be generated and occurs periodically with time.  相似文献

The recently developed Kraus representation for bosonic Gaussian channels is employed to study analytically the robustness of non-Gaussian entanglement against evolution under noisy attenuator and amplifier environments, and compare it with the robustness of Gaussian entanglement. Our results show that some non-Gaussian states with one ebit of entanglement are more robust than all Gaussian states, even the ones with arbitrarily large entanglement, a conclusion of direct consequence to the recent conjecture by Allegra et al. Monogamy is a fundamental property of multi-partite entangled states. Recently, Kim J S [ Phys. Rev. A 93 032331]showed that a partially coherent superposition(PCS) of a generalized W-class state and the vacuum saturates the strong monogamy inequality proposed by Regula B et al. [ Phys. Rev. Lett. 113 110501] in terms of squared convex roof extended negativity; and this fact may present that this class of states are good candidates for studying the monogamy of entanglement. Hence in this paper, we will investigate the monogamy relations for the PCS states. We first present some properties of the PCS states that are useful for providing our main theorems. Then we present several monogamy inequalities for the PCS states in terms of some entanglement measures.  相似文献

When a composite quantum state interacts with its surroundings, both quantum coherence of individual particles and quantum entanglement will decay. We have shown that under vacuum noise, i.e., during spontaneous emission, two-qubit entanglement may terminate abruptly in a finite time [T. Yu, J.H. Eberly, Phys. Rev. Lett. 93 (2004) 140404], a phenomenon termed entanglement sudden death (ESD). An open issue is the behavior of mixed-state entanglement under the influence of classical noise. In this paper we investigate entanglement sudden death as it arises from the influence of classical phase noise on two qubits that are initially entangled but have no further mutual interaction.  相似文献

We explore the capability of spin-1/2 chains to act as quantum channels for both teleportation and transfer of qubits. Exploiting the emergence of long-distance entanglement in low-dimensional systems [Phys. Rev. Lett. 96, 247206 (2006)10.1103/Phys.Rev.Lett.96, 247206(2006)], here we show how to obtain high communication fidelities between distant parties. An investigation of protocols of teleportation and state transfer is presented, in the realistic situation where temperature is included. Basing our setup on antiferromagnetic rotationally invariant systems, both protocols are represented by pure depolarizing channels. We propose a scheme where channel fidelity close to 1 can be achieved on very long chains at moderately small temperature.  相似文献

Enlightened by the work of Yeo and Chua [Phys. Rev. Lett. 96 (2006) 060502] for teleportation and dense coding with genuine multipartite entanglement, we present an explicit protocol for faithful remote state preparation in a real coefficient case by using the same four-particle entangled state which is not reducible to pair of Bell states. It is shown that any complex coefficient case can be changed to a real coefficient case. With this protocol, the state can play an analogous role to Einstein-Podolsky-Rosen pairs in the theory of multipartite entanglement.  相似文献

We present a method to estimate entanglement measures in experiments. We show how a lower bound on a generic entanglement measure can be derived from the measured expectation values of any finite collection of entanglement witnesses. Hence witness measurements are given a quantitative meaning without the need of further experimental data. We apply our results to a recent multiphoton experiment [M. Bourennane, Phys. Rev. Lett. 92, 087902 (2004)], giving bounds on the entanglement of formation and the geometric measure of entanglement in this experiment.  相似文献

We investigate the entanglement dynamics of two initially entangled qubits interacting independently with two uncorrelated reservoirs beyond the Markovian approximation. Quite different from the Markovian reservoirs [C.E. López, et al., Phys. Rev. Lett. 101 (2008) 080503], we find that entanglement sudden birth (ESB) of the two reservoirs occurs without certain symmetry with respect to the entanglement sudden death (ESD) of the two qubits. A phenomenological interpretation of entanglement revival is also given.  相似文献

We demonstrate a novel way to efficiently create a robust entanglement between an atomic and a photonic qubit. A single laser beam is used to excite one atomic ensemble and two different modes of Raman fields are collected to generate the atom-photon entanglement. With the help of built-in quantum memory, the entanglement still exists after 20.5 micros storage time which is further proved by the violation of Clauser-Horne-Shimony-Holt type Bell's inequality. The entanglement procedure can serve as a building block for a novel robust quantum repeater architecture [Zhao, Phys. Rev. Lett. 98, 240502 (2007)10.1103/PhysRevLett.98.240502] and can be extended to generate high-dimensional atom-photon entanglements.  相似文献
