Iron oxide is a key multi-functional material in many different fields of modern technology. The β-Fe(2)O(3) cubic phase, one of the least studied Fe-O systems, was obtained by Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) using for the first time a Fe(II) β-diketonate diamine complex, Fe(hfa)(2)·TMEDA, as the molecular source (hfa = 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoro-2,4-pentanedionate; TMEDA = N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine). The strong visible light absorption of β-Fe(2)O(3) deposits highlights their possible functional application in photocatalytic hydrogen production under solar light. A comprehensive investigation on the Fe(ii) complex, performed by a joint experimental-theoretical approach, explains the molecular origin of its excellent thermal behaviour and reveals why this species is a successful precursor for the CVD of iron oxide nanostructures.  相似文献

The efficient “One-pot” CuCl2-catalyzed C–S bond coupling reactions were developed for the synthesis of dibenzo[b,f][1,4]thiazepines and 11-methy-ldibenzo[b,f][1,4]thiazepines via 2-iodobenzaldehydes/2-iodoacetophenones with 2-aminobenzenethiols/2,2′-disulfanediyldianilines by using bifunctional-reagent N, N′-dimethylethane-1,2-diamine (DMEDA), which worked as ligand and reductant. The reactions were compatible with a range of substrates to give the corresponding products in moderate to excellent yields.  相似文献

Using the potentially tridentate N,N′-bis(N-heterocyclic silylene)pyridine [SiNSi] pincer-type ligand, 2,6-N,N′-diethyl-bis[N,N′-di-tert-butyl(phenylamidinato)silylene] diaminopyridine, led to the first isolable bis(silylene)pyridine-stabilized manganese(0) complex, {κ3-[SiNSi]Mn(dmpe)} 4 (dmpe = (Me2P)2C2H4), which represents an isolobal 17 VE analogue of the elusive Mn(CO)5 radical. The compound is accessible through the reductive dehalogenation of the corresponding dihalido (SiNSi)Mn(ii) complexes 1 (Cl) and 2 (Br) with potassium graphite. Exposing 4 towards the stronger π-acceptor ligands CO and 2,6-dimethylphenyl isocyanide afforded the related Mn(0) complexes κ2-[SiNSi]Mn(CO)3 (5) and κ3-[SiNSi]Mn(CNXylyl)21-dmpe) (6), respectively. Remarkably, the stabilization of Mn(0) in the coordination sphere of the [SiNSi] ligand favors the d7 low-spin electronic configuration, as suggested by EPR spectroscopy, SQUID measurements and DFT calculations. The suitability of 4 acting as a superior pre-catalyst in regioselective hydroboration of quinolines has also been demonstrated.

An isolable bis(silylene)pyridine stabilized manganese(0) complex {κ3-[SiNSi]Mn(dmpe)}, isolobal to elusive Mn(CO)5 radical has been synthesized and fully characterised.  相似文献

Peptide and protein characterization by mass spectrometry (MS) relies on their dissociation in the gas phase into specific fragments whose mass values can be aligned as ‘mass ladders’ to provide sequence information and to localize possible posttranslational modifications. The most common dissociation method involves slow heating of even-electron (M+n H)n+ ions from electrospray ionization by energetic collisions with inert gas, and cleavage of amide backbone bonds. More recently, dissociation methods based on electron capture or transfer were found to provide far more extensive sequence coverage through unselective cleavage of backbone N–Cα bonds. As another important feature of electron capture dissociation (ECD) and electron transfer dissociation (ETD), their unique unimolecular radical ion chemistry generally preserves labile posttranslational modifications such as glycosylation and phosphorylation. Moreover, it was postulated that disulfide bond cleavage is preferred over backbone cleavage, and that capture of a single electron can break both a backbone and a disulfide bond, or even two disulfide bonds between two peptide chains. However, the proposal of preferential disulfide bond cleavage in ECD or ETD has recently been debated. The experimental data presented here reveal that the mechanism of protein disulfide bond cleavage is much more intricate than previously anticipated.  相似文献

Qin Pi (Fraxinus chinensis Roxb.) is commercially used in healthcare products for the improvement of intestinal function and gouty arthritis in many countries. Three new secoiridoid glucosides, (8E)-4′′-O-methylligstroside (1), (8E)-4′′-O-methyldemethylligstroside (2), and 3′′,4′′-di-O-methyl-demethyloleuropein (3), have been isolated from the stem bark of Fraxinus chinensis, together with 23 known compounds (4–26). The structures of the new compounds were established by spectroscopic analyses (1D, 2D NMR, IR, UV, and HRESIMS). Among the isolated compounds, (8E)-4′′-O-methylligstroside (1), (8E)-4′′-O-methyldemethylligstroside (2), 3′′,4′′-di-O-methyldemethyloleuropein (3), oleuropein (6), aesculetin (9), isoscopoletin (11), aesculetin dimethyl ester (12), fraxetin (14), tyrosol (21), 4-hydroxyphenethyl acetate (22), and (+)-pinoresinol (24) exhibited inhibition (IC50 ≤ 7.65 μg/mL) of superoxide anion generation by human neutrophils in response to formyl-L-methionyl-L-leuckyl-L-phenylalanine/cytochalasin B (fMLP/CB). Compounds 1, 9, 11, 14, 21, and 22 inhibited fMLP/CB-induced elastase release with IC50 ≤ 3.23 μg/mL. In addition, compounds 2, 9, 11, 14, and 21 showed potent inhibition with IC50 values ≤ 27.11 μM, against lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced nitric oxide (NO) generation. The well-known proinflammatory cytokines, tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin 6 (IL-6), were also inhibited by compounds 1, 9, and 14. Compounds 1, 9, and 14 displayed an anti-inflammatory effect against NO, TNF-α, and IL-6 through the inhibition of activation of MAPKs and IκBα in LPS-activated macrophages. In addition, compounds 1, 9, and 14 stimulated anti-inflammatory M2 phenotype by elevating the expression of arginase 1 and Krüppel-like factor 4 (KLF4). The above results suggested that compounds 1, 9, and 14 could be considered as potential compounds for further development of NO production-targeted anti-inflammatory agents.  相似文献

An alkylyttrium complex supported by an N,N′-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)ethylenediamido ligand, (ArNCH2CH2NAr)Y(CH2SiMe3)(THF)2 (1, Ar = 2,6-iPr2C6H3), activated an ortho-phenyl C–H bond of 2-phenylpyridine (2a) to form a (2-pyridylphenyl)yttrium complex (3a) containing a five-membered metallacycle. Subsequently, a unique C(sp2)–C(sp2) coupling of 2-phenylpyridine proceeded through a bimetallic yttrium intermediate, derived from an intramolecular shift of the yttrium center to an ortho-position of the pyridine ring in 3a, to yield a bimetallic yttrium complex (4a) bridged by two-electron reduced 6,6′-diphenyl-2,2′-bipyridyl. Aryl substituents at the ortho-position of the pyridine ring were key in order to destabilize the μ,κ2-(C,N)-pyridyldiyttrium intermediate prior to the C(sp2)–C(sp2) bond formation.  相似文献

As part of our continuous studies involving the prospection of natural products from Brazilian flora aiming at the discovery of prototypes for the development of new antiparasitic drugs, the present study describes the isolation of two natural acetylene acetogenins, (2S,3R,4R)-3-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-(n-eicos-11′-yn-19′-enyl)butanolide (1) and (2S,3R,4R)-3-hydroxy-4-methyl-2-(n-eicos-11′-ynyl)butanolide (2), from the seeds of Porcelia macrocarpa (Warm.) R.E. Fries (Annonaceae). Using an ex-vivo assay, compound 1 showed an IC50 value of 29.9 μM against the intracellular amastigote forms of Leishmania (L.) infantum, whereas compound 2 was inactive. These results suggested that the terminal double bond plays an important role in the activity. This effect was also observed for the semisynthetic acetylated (1a and 2a) and eliminated (1b and 2b) derivatives, since only compounds containing a double bond at C-19 displayed activity, resulting in IC50 values of 43.3 μM (1a) and 23.1 μM (1b). In order to evaluate the effect of the triple bond in the antileishmanial potential, the mixture of compounds 1 + 2 was subjected to catalytic hydrogenation to afford a compound 3 containing a saturated side chain. The antiparasitic assays performed with compound 3, acetylated (3a), and eliminated (3b) derivatives confirmed the lack of activity. Furthermore, an in-silico study using the SwissADME online platform was performed to bioactive compounds 1, 1a, and 1b in order to investigate their physicochemical parameters, pharmacokinetics, and drug-likeness. Despite the reduced effect against amastigote forms of the parasite to the purified compounds, different mixtures of compounds 1 + 2, 1a + 2a, and 1b + 2b were prepared and exhibited IC50 values ranging from 7.9 to 38.4 μM, with no toxicity for NCTC mammalian cells (CC50 > 200 μM). Selectivity indexes to these mixtures ranged from >5.2 to >25.3. The obtained results indicate that seeds of Porcelia macrocarpa are a promising source of interesting prototypes for further modifications aiming at the discovery of new antileishmanial drugs.  相似文献

Two novel copper(II) complexes of formulas {[Cu(4-Hmpz)4][Cu(4-Hmpz)23-ox-κ2O1,O2:κO2′:κO1′)(ClO4)2]}n (1) and {[Cu(3,4,5-Htmpz)4]2[Cu(3,4,5-Htmpz)23-ox-κ2O1,O2:κO2′:κO1′)(H2O)(ClO4)]2[Cu2(3,4,5-Htmpz)4(µ-ox-κ2O1,O2:κ2O2′,O1′)]}(ClO4)4·6H2O (2) have been obtained by using 4-methyl-1H-pyrazole (4-Hmpz) and 3,4,5-trimethyl-1H-pyrazole (3,4,5-Htmpz) as terminal ligands and oxalate (ox) as the polyatomic inverse coordination center. The crystal structure of 1 consists of perchlorate counteranions and cationic copper(II) chains with alternating bis(pyrazole)(µ3-κ2O1,O2:κO2′:κO1′-oxalato)copper(II) and tetrakis(pyrazole)copper(II) fragments. The crystal structure of 2 is made up of perchlorate counteranions and cationic centrosymmetric hexanuclear complexes where an inner tetrakis(pyrazole)(µ-κ2O1,O2:κ2O2′,O1′-oxalato)dicopper(II) entity and two outer mononuclear tetrakis(pyrazole)copper(II) units are linked through two mononuclear aquabis(pyrazole)(µ3-κ2O1,O2:κO2′:κO1′-oxalato)copper(II) units. The magnetic properties of 1 and 2 were investigated in the temperature range 2.0–300 K. Very weak intrachain antiferromagnetic interactions between the copper(II) ions through the µ3-ox-κ2O1,O2:κO2′:κO1′ center occur in 1 [J = −0.42(1) cm−1, the spin Hamiltonian being defined as H = −J∑S1,i · S2,i+1], whereas very weak intramolecular ferromagnetic [J = +0.28(2) cm−1] and strong antiferromagnetic [J’ = −348(2) cm−1] couplings coexist in 2 which are mediated by the µ3-ox-κ2O1,O2:κO2′:κO1′ and µ-ox-κ2O1,O2:κ2O2′,O1′ centers, respectively. The variation in the nature and magnitude of the magnetic coupling for this pair of oxalato-centered inverse copper(II) complexes is discussed in the light of their different structural features, and a comparison with related oxalato-centered inverse copper(II)-pyrazole systems from the literature is carried out.  相似文献

Substitution of the diglyme ligand of [Eu(hfa)3(diglyme)] (where hfa is hexafluoroacetylacetonate) with a simple 1,10-phenanthroline leads to a six-fold increase of the product μβEFISH, as measured by the Electric-Field-Induced Second Harmonic generation (EFISH) technique. Similarly, [Eu(tta)3(1,10-phenanthroline)] (where Htta is 2-thenoyltrifluoroacetone) is characterized by a large second-order NLO response. Both 1,10-phenanthroline europium complexes have great potential as multifunctional materials for photonics.  相似文献

We report on the fabrication of Cu(x)O-TiO(2) (x = 1, 2) nanomaterials by an unprecedented vapor-phase approach. The adopted strategy involves the growth of porous Cu(x)O matrices by means of chemical vapor deposition (CVD), followed by the controlled dispersion of TiO(2) nanoparticles. The syntheses are performed on Si(100) substrates at temperatures of 400-550 °C under wet oxygen atmospheres, adopting Cu(hfa)(2)·TMEDA (hfa = 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoro-2,4-pentanedionate; TMEDA = N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylenediamine) and Ti(O-(i)Pr)(2)(dpm)(2) (O-(i)Pr = isopropoxy; dpm = 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-3,5-heptanedionate) as copper and titanium precursors, respectively. Subsequently, finely dispersed gold nanoparticles are introduced in the as-prepared systems via radio frequency (RF)-sputtering under mild conditions. The synthesis process results in the formation of systems with chemical composition and nano-organization strongly dependent on the nature of the initial Cu(x)O matrix and on the deposited TiO(2) amount. The decoration with low-size gold clusters paves the way to the engineering of hierarchically organized nanomaterials.  相似文献

In the presence of TMEDA (N,N,N’,N’-tetramethylethylenediamine), partially deaggregated zinc dihydride as hydrocarbon suspensions react with the gallium(I) compound [(BDI)Ga] ( I , BDI={HC(C(CH3)N(2,6-iPr2-C6H3))2}) by formal oxidative addition of a Zn−H bond to the gallium(I) centre. Dissociation of the labile TMEDA ligand in the resulting complex [(BDI)Ga(H)−(H)Zn(tmeda)] ( 1 ) facilitates insertion of a second equiv. of I into the remaining Zn−H to form a thermally sensitive trinuclear species [{(BDI)Ga(H)}2Zn] ( 2 ). Compound 1 exchanges with polymeric zinc dideuteride [ZnD2]n in the presence of TMEDA, and with compounds I and 2 via sequential and reversible ligand dissociation and gallium(I) insertion. Spectroscopic and computational studies demonstrate the reversibility of oxidative addition of each Zn−H bond to the gallium(I) centres.  相似文献

The antioxidant and enzyme inhibitory potential of fifteen cycloartane-type triterpenes’ potentials were investigated using different assays. In the phosphomolybdenum method, cycloalpioside D (6) (4.05 mmol TEs/g) showed the highest activity. In 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH*) radical and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline)-6-sulfonic acid (ABTS) cation radical scavenging assays, cycloorbicoside A-7-monoacetate (2) (5.03 mg TE/g) and cycloorbicoside B (10) (10.60 mg TE/g) displayed the highest activities, respectively. Oleanolic acid (14) (51.45 mg TE/g) and 3-O-β-d-xylopyranoside-(23R,24S)-16β,23;16α,24-diepoxycycloart-25(26)-en-3β,7β-diol 7-monoacetate (4) (13.25 mg TE/g) revealed the highest reducing power in cupric ion-reducing activity (CUPRAC) and ferric-reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) assays, respectively. In metal-chelating activity on ferrous ions, compound 2 displayed the highest activity estimated by 41.00 mg EDTAE/g (EDTA equivalents/g). The tested triterpenes showed promising AChE and BChE inhibitory potential with 3-O-β-d-xylopyranoside-(23R,24S)-16β,23;16α,24-diepoxycycloart-25(26)-en-3β,7β-diol 2′,3′,4′,7-tetraacetate (3), exhibiting the highest inhibitory activity as estimated from 5.64 and 5.19 mg GALAE/g (galantamine equivalent/g), respectively. Compound 2 displayed the most potent tyrosinase inhibitory activity (113.24 mg KAE/g (mg kojic acid equivalent/g)). Regarding α-amylase and α-glucosidase inhibition, 3-O-β-d-xylopyranoside-(23R,24S)-16β,23;16α,24-diepoxycycloart-25(26)-en-3β,7β-diol (5) (0.55 mmol ACAE/g) and compound 3 (25.18 mmol ACAE/g) exerted the highest activities, respectively. In silico studies focused on compounds 2, 6, and 7 as inhibitors of tyrosinase revealed that compound 2 displayed a good ranking score (−7.069 kcal/mole) and also that the ΔG free-binding energy was the highest among the three selected compounds. From the ADMET/TOPKAT prediction, it can be concluded that compounds 4 and 5 displayed the best pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic behavior, with considerable activity in most of the examined assays.  相似文献

2,4-bis (3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-6-methoxy-1,3,5-triazine (BPMT) pincer ligand was used to synthesize the new [Zn(BPMT)(NCS)2] (1) and [Zn(BPMT)(Br)2] (2) complexes by a reaction with Zn(NO3)2·6H2O in the presence of either KSCN or KBr, respectively. The structure of complex 1 has been exclusively confirmed using single crystal X-ray diffraction. In this neutral heteroleptic complex, the BPMT is a pincer chelate coordinating the Zn(II) ion via three interactions with the two pyrazole moieties and the s-triazine core. Hence, BPMT is a tridentate NNN-chelate. The coordination environment of Zn(II) is completed by two strong interactions with two terminal SCN ions via the N-atom. Hence, the Zn(II) is penta-coordinated with a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry. Hirshfeld analysis indicated the predominance of H…H, H…C and N…H intermolecular interactions. Additionally, the S…H, S…C and S…N contacts are the most significant. The free ligand has no or weak antimicrobial, antioxidant and anticancer activities while the studied Zn(II) complexes showed interesting biological activity. Complex 1 has excellent antibacterial activity against B. subtilis (2.4 μg/mL) and P. vulgaris (4.8 μg/mL) compared to Gentamycin (4.8 μg/mL). Additionally, complex 1 (78.09 ± 4.23 µg/mL) has better antioxidant activity than 2 (365.60 ± 20.89 µg/mL). In addition, complex 1 (43.86 ± 3.12 µg/mL) and 2 (30.23 ± 1.26 µg/mL) have 8 and 12 times the anticancer activity of the free BPMT ligand (372.79 ± 13.64 µg/mL).  相似文献

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is a devastating neurodegenerative disorder, one of the main characteristics of which is the abnormal accumulation of amyloid peptide (Aβ) in the brain. Whereas β-secretase supports Aβ formation along the amyloidogenic processing of the β-amyloid precursor protein (βAPP), α-secretase counterbalances this pathway by both preventing Aβ production and triggering the release of the neuroprotective sAPPα metabolite. Therefore, stimulating α-secretase and/or inhibiting β-secretase can be considered a promising anti-AD therapeutic track. In this context, we tested andrographolide, a labdane diterpene derived from the plant Andrographis paniculata, as well as 24 synthesized derivatives, for their ability to induce sAPPα production in cultured SH-SY5Y human neuroblastoma cells. Following several rounds of screening, we identified three hits that were subjected to full characterization. Interestingly, andrographolide (8,17-olefinic) and its close derivative 14α-(5′,7′-dichloro-8′-quinolyloxy)-3,19-acetonylidene (compound 9) behave as moderate α-secretase activators, while 14α-(2′-methyl-5′,7′-dichloro-8′-quinolyloxy)-8,9-olefinic compounds 31 (3,19-acetonylidene) and 37 (3,19-diol), whose two structures are quite similar although distant from that of andrographolide and 9, stand as β-secretase inhibitors. Importantly, these results were confirmed in human HEK293 cells and these compounds do not trigger toxicity in either cell line. Altogether, these findings may represent an encouraging starting point for the future development of andrographolide-based compounds aimed at both activating α-secretase and inhibiting β-secretase that could prove useful in our quest for the therapeutic treatment of AD.  相似文献

Transfer reagents are useful tools in chemistry to access metastable compounds. The reaction of [Cp′′2ZrCl2] with KSb(SiMe3)2 leads to the formation of the novel polyantimony triple decker complex [(Cp′′Zr)2(μ,η1:1:1:1:1:1-Sb6)] (1, Cp′′ = 1,3-di-tertbutyl-cyclopentadienyl), containing a chair-like Sb66− ligand. Compound 1 represents a valuable transfer reagent to form novel antimony ligand complexes. Thus, the reaction of 1 with CpR-substituted transition metal halides of nickel, cobalt and iron leads to the formation of a variety of novel Sbn ligand complexes, such as the cubane-like compounds [(Cp′′′Ni)43-Sb)4] (2) and [(Cp′′′Co)43-Sb4)] (3a) or the complexes [(CpBnCo)33-Sb)2] (4) and [(Cp′′′Fe)33-Sb)2] (5), representing a trigonal bipyramidal structure. Moreover, beside the transfer of Sb1 units, also the complete entity can be transferred as seen in the iron complex [(Cp′′′Fe)33,η4:4:4-Sb6)] (6). DFT calculations shed light on the bonding situation of the products.

The synthesis and characterization of the unique polyantimony complex [(Cp′′Zr)2(μ,η1:1:1:1:1:1-Sb6)] (1) is described. Compound 1 was used as antimony source to transfer Sbn units to late transition metal fragments [CpRM] (M = Fe, Co, Ni).  相似文献

A number of novel heteroligand Zn(II) complexes (1–8) of the general type (Ln)Zn(NN) containing O,N,O′-, O,N,S-donor redox-active Schiff bases and neutral N,N′-chelating ligands (NN) were synthesized. The target Schiff bases LnH2 were obtained as a result of the condensation of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-2-hydroxybenzaldehyde with substituted o-aminophenols or o-aminothiophenol. These ligands with combination with 2,2′-bipyridine, 1,10-phenanthroline, and neocuproine are able to form stable complexes upon coordination with zinc(II) ion. The molecular structures of complexes 4∙H2O, 6, and 8 in crystal state were determined by means of single-crystal X-ray analysis. In the prepared complexes, the redox-active Schiff bases are in the form of doubly deprotonated dianions and act as chelating tridentate ligands. Complexes 6 and 8 possess a strongly distorted pentacoordinate geometry while 4∙H2O is hexacoordinate and contains water molecule coordinated to the central zinc atom. The electrochemical properties of zinc(II) complexes were studied by the cyclic voltammetry. For the studied complexes, O,N,O′- or O,N,S-donor Schiff base ligands are predominantly involved in electrochemical transformations in the anodic region, while the N,N′-coordinated neutral nitrogen donor ligands demonstrate the electrochemical activity in the cathode potential range. A feature of complexes 5 and 8 with sterically hindered tert-butyl groups is the possibility of the formation of relatively stable monocation and monoanion forms under electrochemical conditions. The values of the energy gap between the boundary redox orbitals were determined by electrochemical and spectral methods. The parameters obtained in the first case vary from 1.97 to 2.42 eV, while the optical bang gap reaches 2.87 eV.  相似文献

The reactivity of the tetrahedral dipnictogen complexes [{CpMo(CO)2}2(μ,η22-EE′)] (E, E′ = P, As, Sb, Bi; “Mo2EE′”) towards different one-electron oxidation agents is reported. Oxidation with [Thia][TEF] (Thia+ = C12H8S2+; TEF = Al{OC(CF3)3}4) leads to the selective formation of the radical monocations [Mo2EE′]˙+, which immediately dimerize to the unprecedented dicationic E2E′2 ligand complexes [{CpMo(CO)2}442222-E′EEE′)]2+via E–E bond formation. Single crystal X-ray diffraction revealed that, in the case of Mo2PAs and Mo2PSb, P–P bond formation occurs yielding zigzag E2P2 (E = As (1), Sb (2)) chains, whereas Mo2SbBi forms a Sb2Bi2 (5) cage, Mo2AsSb an unprecedented As2Sb2 unit representing an intermediate stage between a chain- and a cage-type structure, and Mo2AsBi a novel planar As2Bi2 (4a) cycle. Therefore, 1–5 bear the first substituent-free, dicationic hetero-E4 ligands, stabilized by transition metal fragments. Furthermore, in the case of Mo2AsSb, the exchange of the counterion causes changes in the molecular structure yielding an unusual, cyclic As2Sb2 ligand. The experimental results are corroborated by DFT calculations.

Unique dicationic hetero-tetrapnictogen E2E′2 (E ≠ E′ = P, As, Sb, Bi) chains and cages are obtained via oxidation of the tetrahedranes [{CpMo(CO)2}2(μ,η22-EE′)]. Exchange of the counterion causes an unusual cyclization of the As2Sb2 ligand.  相似文献

A new 5,7-dihydroxy-3′-methoxy-4′-acetoxyflavone-8-C-β-d-arabinopyranoside-2″-O-(4‴-acetoxy)-glucoside (6) and three known flavone C-glycosides—5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxyflavone-6-C-xyloside-8-C-β-d-glucoside (lucenin-1) (7), 5,7,3′-trihydroxyflavone-6-C-glucoside-8-C-β-d-glucoside (vicenin-2) (8), and 5,7,4′-trihydroxy-3′-methoxyflavone-6-C-β-d-glucopyranoside-8-C-α-arabinopyranoside (chrysoeriol-6-C-β-d-glucopyranoside-8-C-α-arabinopyranoside) (9)—were isolated from aerial parts of Scleranthus perennis L. (Caryophyllaceae). Their structures were determined through the use of comprehensive spectroscopic and spectrometric methods, and a method for the quantification of the major constituents of S. perennis and S. annuus L. was developed. Furthermore, the anti-collagenase and antioxidant activities of all isolated compounds obtained from extracts and fractions from both Scleranthus species were evaluated. The highest percentage of collagenase inhibition (at 400 µg/mL) was distinguished for methanolic extracts (22.06%, 32.04%) and ethyl acetate fractions (16.59%, 14.40%) from S. annuus and S. perennis. Compounds 6–9 displayed moderate inhibitory activity, with IC50 values ranging from 39.59–73.86 µM.  相似文献

A novel synthesis of thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolines 4(a–e), pyrido[2′,3′:4,5]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolines {5(a–e), 6(a–e), and 7(a–e)}, pyrano[2′,3′:4,5]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazolines 8(a–e), and benzo[4,5]thiazolo[2,3-b]quinazoloine9(a–e) derivatives starting from 2-(Bis-methylsulfanyl-methylene)-5,5-dimethyl-cyclohexane-1,3-dione 2 as efficient α,α dioxoketen dithioacetal is reported and the synthetic approaches of these types of compounds will provide an innovative molecular framework to the designing of new active heterocyclic compounds. In our study, we also present optimization of the synthetic method along with a biological evaluation of these newly synthesized compounds as antioxidants and antibacterial agents against the bacterial strains, like S. aureus, E. coli, and P. aeruginosa. Among all the evaluated compounds, it was found that some showed significant antioxidant activity at 10 μg/mL while the others exhibited better antibacterial activity at 100 μg/mL. The results of this study showed that compound 6(c) possessed remarkable antibacterial activity, whereas compound 9(c) exhibited the highest efficacy as an antioxidant. The structures of the new synthetic compounds were elucidated by elemental analysis, IR, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR.  相似文献

A low-pressure chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique based on the formation of reactive film precursors by dissociation of gas-phase reactants by electron impact is described. The electrons are emitted by a hot filament and a positive bias voltage applied to the substrate provides control of the emission current. The emitted electrons are primarily responsible for the gas dissociation, but secondary electrons resulting from electron-impact ionization of the gas molecules also produce reactive species, contributing to the deposition process. This technique was used to synthesize polymer films from C2H2–N2 mixtures at pressures ranging from 1–10 Pa. The dependencies of the current collected by the substrate, IS, on the substrate bias voltage, VS, and on the gas pressure were determined. The film deposition rate was measured as a function of several deposition variables such as IS, VS, and the N2 to C2H2 flow rate ratio. Oxygen was present in the films as a contaminant. Analyses by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) provided insight into the film molecular structure, allowing identification of various functional groups and binding states of the C- and N–atoms. From the XPS spectra, the N/C and O/C ratios were determined.  相似文献
