The hydrothermal reaction of copper chloride dihydrate and 5,5-dimethyl-imidazolidine,-2,4-dione with a mole ratio of 1:1 in acetonitrile resulted in the formation of a new acetate-bridged dinuclear copper complex, [C2H6ON]2[Cu2Cl2(μ-CH3COO)4]. Protonated acetamide in eaolie form and acetic acid were yielded by the hydrolysis of acetonitrile under hydrothennal condition. The rifle complex (C12H24Cl2Cu2N2O10) was characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, IR spectrum, elemental and electrochemical analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 8.298004), b = 14.358(2), c = 12.0010(2) A^°, β= 130.620(3)°, V = 1085.3(2) A^°^3, Dc = 1.696 g/cm^3, 34, = 554.31, Z = 2, F(000) = 564 and μ = 2.254 mm^-1. The crystal structure consists of a tetraacetate-bridging dinulcear copper complex anion [Cu2Cl2(μ-CH3COO)4]^2-, with the chlorine anions in the axial positions, and two protonated acetamide cations [C2H6ON]^+, which were connected through hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional infinite network.  相似文献

The mononuclear complex, Cu(H2SIP-O)(bpy)(H2O) (H4SIP-O = 4-hydroxyl- 5-sulfoisophthalic acid and bpy = 2,2'-dipyridyl), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Cu(OH)2 with NaH2SIP and bpy at 160 ℃, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis and IR spectrum. The new ligand 4-hydroxyl-5-sulfoisophthalic acid derived from 5-sulfoisophthalic acid ligand under an in situ hydrothermal condition. The crystal of the complex crystallizes in a triclinic system, space group P1, with a = 7.757(4), b = 10.663(6), c = 11.727(7)A, α = 94.272(4), β = 104.067(7), γ = 97.400(7)°, V= 927.4(9)A^3, Z = 2, C18H14N2O9SCu, Mr= 497.93, Dc= 1.783 g/cm^3,μ = 1.350 mm^-1, F(000) = 506, the final R = 0.0518 and wR = 0.1513 for 4180 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The central Cu(II) ion is five-coordinated by two oxygen atoms from the H2SIP-O^2- ligand and two nitrogen atoms of bpy ligand in a distorted square-planar geometry as well as a water oxygen atom in the apical position to complete a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The mononuclear copper molecules are linked by hydrogen bonds between coordinated water molecules and sulfonate groups to form a one-dimensional double-chain structure. The chains are further held together through extensive π-π stacking interactions between the aromatic rings to form a three- dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

A new copper(Ⅱ) complex[Cu(PDA)(H2O)2] was synthesized and its structure was determined.Cu(Ⅱ)is five-coordinated in a tetragonal pyramid geometry. The two coordinating water molecules are different and the two Cu-O bond lengths differ by nearly 0.02nm.The whole crystal is linked to form a three-dimensional network by means of hydrogen bonds. The X-band ESR spectrum shows three different g tensors with a well-resolved hyperfine structure in the gz signal, giving the ESR parameters gx=2.05,gy=2.065 and gz=2.29.The covalency of the coordinate bonds and the deviation from tetragonal pyramid geometry for the complex are discussed based on the ESR spectra.  相似文献

The title compound of Cu(C14H9O3)2(C5H5N)2(C2H5OH)2(1) was synthesized via the hy- drothermal reaction of CuCl2·2H2O and 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylic acid(HHF) with pyridine, and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.8302(12), b = 10.1625(14), c = 12.2708(17), α = 86.207(2), β = 69.562(2), γ = 64.932(2)o, V = 930.3(2) 3, Z = 1, Mr = 764.30, Dc = 1.364 g/cm3, F(000) = 399, S = 1.059 and μ(MoKα) = 0.644 mm-1. The final R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.1274 for 3414 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The copper atom is six-coordinated by two oxygen atoms from two different 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylate ligands, two pyridine nitrogen atoms and two ethanol oxygen atoms, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The extensive O–H···O hydrogen bonding connects the molecules to form a one-dimensional chain structure. Between adjacent one-dimensional chains, a two-dimensional layered structure was formed by fluorene ring π-π packing interaction. Between the layers, a three-dimensional structure was formed through the π-π packing interaction of the pyridine ring. Moreover, the thermal stability and photoluminescent property of the complex has been investigated.  相似文献

A novel interpenetrating structure [(HMA + )(FB – )]·2H 2 O of melamine(MA) with 4-fluoro-benzoic acid (HFB) was synthesized. It crystallized in the monoclinic system with space group P2 1 /c. The complex has a interpenetrating 2D structure with hydrogen-bonded grid networks. Carboxylic acid to melamine proton transfer occurs in the complex. The adjacent HMA + cations related by an inverse center form cationic [HMA + ] ∞ ribbons via a pair of N―H···N hydrogen bonds. Adjacent FB – anions are paired by C―H···F hydrogen bonds to form dimers, which are connected to [HMA + ] ∞ ribbons through N―H···O interactions. The supramolecular features in the complex are guided by control of strong N―H···N, N―H···O and O―H···O hydrogen bonds, as well as highly directional weak C―H···F interactions and aromatic π···π stacking interactions.  相似文献

A new copper(Ⅱ) complex [Cu2(MNA)2(2,2‘-bipy)2]·2.5H2 O with methy-5-norbornene-2,3-dicarboxylic acid(MNA) and 2,2’-bipyridine as ligands has been synthesized in the mixed solvents of DMF and water.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P 1,with a = 10.4191(11),b = 12.8883(13),c = 16.1114(16) ?,α = 70.8090(10),β = 80.568(2),γ = 77.440(2)o,V = 1984.3(4) ?3,Dc = 1.551 g/cm3,Z = 2,F(000) = 962,the final GOOF = 1.051,R = 0.0431 and w R= 0.0980.The crystal structure shows that the whole molecule consists of two independent dinuclear units,in which two copper ions are bridged by two μ2-η1:η0 3-carboxylate groups of MNA2-.The coordination environment of Cu(Ⅱ) ion is Cu O3N2,giving a distorted square pyramidal geometry.The spectroscopic characterization,thermal stability and magnetic properties of the complex were investigated.  相似文献

A Trihydrated complex of benzimidazole copper(Ⅱ) sulfate [(C7H6N2)4CuSO4]·3H2O was synthesized and structurally characterized. The crystal structure of this compound is built up of six solvated water molecules and two dissimilar copper ions identified as Cu1 and Cu2. The coordination geometry of copper(Ⅱ) is a slightly distorted square pyramid. The four equivalent tertiary nitrogen atoms of the benzimidazole ligand form an equatorial plane, while the oxygen atoms of sulfato occupy the axial site. In the solid state, the title compound forms a three dimensional network structure via hydrogen bonds. The benzimidazole, sulfato ion and H2O moieties are connected by the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The (EPR) spectrum shows axial symmetry with g⊥=2.039 and g∥=2.285. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility shows that there is a weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the neighboring copper(Ⅱ) ions.  相似文献

In the title complex, each copper(Ⅱ) atom is located at the center of a distorted tetrahedron consisting of four coordinate atoms (one nitrogen atom, two oxygen anions, and one chlorine atom). Two copper(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by two oxygen anions (O(1) and O(1a)) of two phenolates to form a Cu(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) binuclear entity, and the distance between two copper(Ⅱ)atoms is 3.0144(15) (A).  相似文献

The novel alkaline metal complex Ca(BPDCH)2(1, BPDCH2 = 2,2'-bipyridine-5,5'-dicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of Ca(NO3)2·4H2O with 2,2'-bipyridine-5,5'-dicarboxylic acid. The molecular and crystal structures of complex 1 have firstly been characterized by FTIR, elemental analysis, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The 3D MOF structure of complex 1 was interpreted by the versatile binding modes-the intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions of 2,2'-bipyridine-5,5'-dicarboxylic acid ligand. The analysis results show complex 1 belongs to a coordination polymer with 3D MOF structure. The results of thermogravimetric analysis and solubility demonstrate complex 1 is a thermostable compound and does not dissolve in water and traditional organic solvents.  相似文献

The crystal structure of one novel Mn(II) complex, [Mn(pmta)_3]_2[Mn(H_2O)_6]·4H_2O(1), is reported(Hpmta = 5-methyl-1-phenyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid). In the title compound, the asymmetric unit consists of a [Mn(pmta_)3]ˉ anion, half [Mn(H_2O)_6]~(2+) counter cation and two lattice H_2O molecules, and the intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds connect the complex into a supramolecular structure. The liquid-state fluorescence spectra of complex 1 have been determined. Hirshfeld surface analysis was also studied. The main intermolecular interactions in the complex are O···H and H···H contacts.  相似文献

The pentanuclear complex, [Cu5(SIP)2(HSIP)2(H2O)18](H2O)5 (H3SIP=5-sulfoi-sophthalic acid), has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of CuCl2 with NaH2SIP at 160 ℃, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and IR spectrum. The crystal of the complex crystallizes in a trielinic system, space group P1, with a = 7.0018(5), b = 11.9725(8), c = 19.0424(13) A, α = 78.8540(10), β = 85.1710(10),γ = 83.6080(10)~, V = 1553.24(19) A3, Z = 1, C32H60O51S4Cu5, Mr= 1706.74, Dc= 1.825 g/cm3,μ = 1.937 mm-1, F(000) = 869, the final R = 0.0709 and wR = 0.1503 for 4235 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The five Cu2+ ions are connected by two symmetry-related tridentate SIP3- ligands and charge-balanced by two monodentate HSIP2- ligands, giving a discrete pentanuclear structure. The pentanuclear copper molecules are linked by hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. The temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility data revealed weak ferromagnetic magnetic interactions between the Cu2+ ions.  相似文献

The complexes of [Cu(bpy)(H2O)(CBA)2]n 1 and [Cu(phen)(H2O)(CBA)2]·H2O 2 based on p-cyanobenzoic acid(HCBA) have been synthesized in aqueous ethanolic solution at room temperature. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies demonstrated that complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic and complex 2 is of triclinic system. The results indicate the complex 1 shows a 1D chain structure bridged by two carboxylic oxygen atoms from CBA–, and complex 2 is a mononuclear structure. Through intermolecular hydrogen bonding and π...π stacking interactions, the complexes are assembled into supramolecular structures. Complex 1 has been characterized by magnetic measurements. The magnetic measurement indicates that weak ferromagnetic interaction(zJ= 0.038(5)) between the Cu2+ ions is dominant in the structure. The IR spectrum and results of thermal and elemental analyses are also presented.  相似文献

A new ligand, 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-5,6-dichlorobenzimidazole, H2pbmCl2(1), and a novel MnIII complex, [MnIII(HpbmCl2)(pbmCl2)(DMF)2](2),(DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide), have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal of compound 1(C13H8Cl2N2O, Mr = 279.12) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21 with a = 3.770(5), b = 25.20(3), c = 5.865(7) , = 92.727(17)o, V = 556.6(12) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.665 g/cm3, S = 1.137, μ= 0.568 mm-1, F(000) = 284, the final R = 0.0876 and wR = 0.2334 for 1848 independent reflections. The molecule is planar due to the presence of a strong intramolecular hydrogen bond between O–H group of phenol and N atom of imidazole. H2pbmCl2(1) molecules are arranged into a one-dimensional linear chain through intermolecular hydrogen bonds(N–H···O and C–H···Cl). The crystal of complex 2(C32H27Cl4MnN6O4, Mr = 756.34) belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 19.043(10), b = 10.808(5), c = 18.704(11), = 115.540(6)o, V = 3473(3) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.446 g/cm3, S = 1.3, μ = 0.733 mm-1, F(000) = 1544, the final R = 0.1219 and wR = 0.2681 for 7811 independent reflections. The Mn ion adopts a distorted octahedral geometry coordinated by two deprotonated H2pbmCl2 ligands and two DMF molecules. The [MnIII(HpbmCl2)(pbmCl2)(DMF)2] molecules are arranged into a three-dimensional structure through hydrogen bonds(N–H···N, C–H···N and C–H···Cl) and weak π···πinteractions. The activity measurements suggest that complex 2 is able to serve as a catalyst for H2O2 disproportionation reaction to form O2 in neutral water solution.  相似文献

The final R = 0.0304 and wR = 0.0763 for 3427 observed reflections with I 2σ(I) and R = 0.0365 and wR = 0.0894 for all data. The structure contains one crystallographic unique Pb(Ⅱ) atom, one phen molecule chelating with a Pb(Ⅱ) atom, and one bdc2- anion, acting as a bidentate bridging ligand linking the Pb(Ⅱ) atoms to form a one-dimensional structure. The two-dimensional layer and three-dimensional stacking structures are formed by C–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions. The thermal stable and fluorescent properties of 1 were investigated. PbO micro-crystal particles are produced by calcination of powder sample of complex 1. The obtained PbO is characterized and observed by XRD and SEM analyses.  相似文献
