Rychkov defined weighted Besov spaces and weighted Triebel‐Lizorkin spaces coming with a weight in the class $A_p^{\rm loc}$, which is even wider than the class Ap due to Muckenhoupt. In the present paper we are concerned with the atomic decomposition of these spaces. As an application, we obtain some key theorems in the theory of function spaces. Finally we conclude this paper with some helpful examples showing the difference between weighted spaces and unweighted spaces.  相似文献

In this article, we established some solution existence theorems for implicit quasivariational inequalities. We first established some results in finite-dimensional spaces and then a solution existence result in infinite-dimensional spaces was derived. Our theorems are proved for discontinuous mappings and sets which may be unbounded. In this paper, we show some splitting theorems for CAT(0) spaces on which a product group acts geometrically and we obtain a splitting theorem for compact geodesic spaces of non-positive curvature. A CAT(0) group Γ is said to be rigid, if Γ determines its boundary up to homeomorphisms of a CAT(0) space on which Γ acts geometrically. C. Croke and B. Kleiner have constructed a non-rigid CAT(0) group. As an application of the splitting theorems for CAT(0) spaces, we obtain that if Γ1 and Γ2 are rigid CAT(0) groups then so is Γ1 × Γ2.  相似文献

We prove converse and smoothness theorems of polynomial approximation in weightedLpspaces with norm ‖fWLp()(0<p?∞) for Erdo&#x030B;s weights on the real line. In particular we prove characterization theorems involving realization functionals and thereby establish some interesting properties of our weighted modulus of continuity.  相似文献

The aim of this paper is twofold. First, we initiate a detailed study of the so-called Xs θ spaces attached to a partial differential operator. This include localization, duality, microlocal representation, subelliptic estimates, solvability and Lp (Lq ) estimates. Secondly, we obtain some theorems on the unique continuation of solutions to semilinear second order hyperbolic equations across strongly pseudo-convex surfaces. These results are proved using some new Lp Lq Carleman estimates, derived using the Xs θ spaces. Our theorems cover the subcritical case; in the critical case, the problem remains open. Similar results hold for higher order partial differential operators, provided that characteristic set satisfies a curvature conditions.  相似文献

We establish extension theorems for functions in spaces which arise naturally in studying interpolation by radial basic functions. These spaces are akin in some way to the non-integer-valued Sobolev spaces, although they are considerably more general. Such extensions allow us to establish local error estimates in a way which we make precise in the introductory section of our paper. There are many other applications of these fundamental results, including improved Lp error estimates for interpolation by shifts of a single basic function, but these applications have been left to a later paper.  相似文献

In this work we prove some sharp weighted inequalities on spaces of homogeneous type for the higher order commutators of singular integrals introduced by R. Coifman, R. Rochberg and G. Weiss in Factorization theorems for Hardy spaces in several variables, Ann. Math. 103 (1976), 611–635. As a corollary, we obtain that these operators are bounded on L p (w) when w belongs to the Muckenhoupt’s class A p , p > 1. In addition, as an important tool in order to get our main result, we prove a weighted Fefferman-Stein type inequality on spaces of homogeneous type, which we have not found previously in the literature.  相似文献

We study fundamental properties of product (α1, α2)-modulation spaces built by (α1, α2)-coverings of ℝn1 × ℝn2. Precisely we prove embedding theorems between these spaces with different parameters and other classical spaces. Furthermore, we specify their duals. The characterization of product modulation spaces via the short time Fourier transform is also obtained. Families of tight frames are constructed and discrete representations in terms of corresponding sequence spaces are derived. Fourier multipliers are studied and as applications we extract lifting properties and the identification of our spaces with (fractional) Sobolev spaces with mixed smoothness.

In this paper we establish some results regarding the existence of solution on L1 spaces to a nonlinear boundary value problem originally proposed by Lebowitz and Rubinow (J. Math. Biol. 1974; 1 :17–36) to model an age‐structured proliferating cell population. Our approach, based on topological methods, uses essentially the specific properties of weakly compact sets on L1 spaces. Our results provide positive answers to the questions posed in Jeribi (Nonlinear Anal. Real World Appl. 2002; 3 :85–105). Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

In this paper, we first show that there are some gaps in the fixed point theorems for fuzzy non-expansive mappings which are proved by Bag and Samanta, in [Bag T, Samanta SK. Fixed point theorems on fuzzy normed linear spaces. Inf Sci 2006;176:2910–31; Bag T, Samanta SK. Some fixed point theorems in fuzzy normed linear spaces. Inform Sci 2007;177(3):3271–89]. By introducing the notion of fuzzy and α- fuzzy reflexive Banach spaces, we obtain some results which help us to establish the correct version of fuzzy fixed point theorems. Second, by applying Theorem 3.3 of Sadeqi and Solati kia [Sadeqi I, Solati kia F. Fuzzy normed linear space and it’s topological structure. Chaos, Solitons & Fractals, in press] which says that any fuzzy normed linear space is also a topological vector space, we show that all topological version of fixed point theorems do hold in fuzzy normed linear spaces.  相似文献

In this paper, we show the Yau’s gradient estimate for harmonic maps into a metric space (X, dX) with curvature bounded above by a constant κ (κ ? 0) in the sense of Alexandrov. As a direct application, it gives some Liouville theorems for such harmonic maps. This extends the works of Cheng (1980) and Choi (1982) to harmonic maps into singular spaces.

We establish new theorems for the composition of pseudo almost periodic and pseudo almost automorphic functions in Banach spaces. Our results extend the recent ones [H. Li, F. Huang and J. Li, Composition of pseudo almost-periodic functions and semilinear differential equations, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 255 (2001), pp. 436–446; J. Liang, J. Zhang, T.J. Xiao, Composition of pseudo almost automorphic and asymptotically almost automorphic functions, J. Math. Anal. Appl. 340 (2001), pp. 1493–1499]. We also study some sufficient conditions for the continuity of the superposition operator. As an application to the abstract results, we give some existence theorems of pseudo almost periodic/automorphic solutions for some semilinear evolution equations and examples with the heat equation.  相似文献

In this paper, the sequence spaces e0^τ(u, p) and ec^τ(u, p) of non-absolute type which are the generalization of the Maddox sequence spaces have been introduced and it is proved that the spaces e0^τ(u,p) and ec^τ(u,p) are linearly isomorphic to spaces co(p) and c(p), respectively. Furthermore, the α-, β- and γ-duals of the spaces 0^τ(u,p) and ec^τ(u,p) have been computed and their bases have been constructed and some topological properties of these spaces have been investigated. Besides this, the class of matrices (e0^τ)(u, p) : μ) has been characterized, where μ is one of the sequence spaces l∞, c and co and derives the other characterizations for the special cases of μ. In the last section, Euler Core of a complex-valued sequence has been introduced, and we prove some inclusion theorems related to this new type of core.  相似文献

In this paper, we obtain an existence theorem for fixed points of contractive set-valued mappings on a metric space endowed with a graph. This theorem unifies and extends several fixed point theorems for mappings on metric spaces and for mappings on metric spaces endowed with a graph. As an application, we obtain a theorem on the convergence of successive approximations for some linear operators on an arbitrary Banach space. This result yields the well-known Kelisky–Rivlin theorem on iterates of the Bernstein operators on C[0,1].  相似文献
