The investigation of the influence of different errors of alignment on the mesh behavior of hypoid gears with low crossing shaft angle has been carried out. As a result, a simplified methodology of compensation of errors of alignment and correction of the contact pattern by controlled axial displacements to the pinion and wheel of the hypoid gear set has been proposed. The shaft angle error and the offset error mainly influence the position of the contact pattern in profile direction. The pinion and wheel axial position errors influence the position of contact pattern along the tooth trace direction and change the position slightly along the tooth profile direction. All the assembly errors increase the peak-to-peak value of transmission errors, except positive values of the pinion axial position error that allows decreasing the peak-to-peak transmission error slightly in an appropriate range. Finite element analysis has been performed to verify the compensating ability of the developed methodology.

In this paper, the nonlinear vibration characteristics of geared rotor bearing system and the interactions among gears, shafts, and plain journal bearings were studied. First, with the consideration of backlash, transmission error, time-varying mesh stiffness, and layout parameters, the dynamic model of geared rotor bearing system featuring confluence transmission was proposed. The nonlinear oil-film forces were computed with the Reynolds equation for finite-length journal bearings. Second, the responses of meshing vibration and bearing vibration were discussed. The numerical results revealed that the system exhibited a diverse range of periodic, sub-harmonic, and chaotic behaviors. Under different ranges of rolling frequency, the system got into chaos state through different roads. Moreover, in lower frequency, meshing vibration showed coexist of different periodic motions. Lastly, couplings of nonlinear oil-film force and nonlinear gear mesh force were discussed through a range of rolling frequencies. Gear-bearing dynamic interactions were demonstrated through the analysis of dynamic gear loads and dynamic bearing loads, and the coupling effect behaved different when rolling frequency changed.  相似文献

时滞动力吸振器对谐波激励有着良好的减振控制效果,但对随机激励的减振控制效果却并不明显,具体表现为时滞动力吸振器对随机激励的减振控制效果与被动吸振器几乎相同。针对上述问题,本文提出了一种新的时变参数时滞减振控制方法。在原有时滞减振控制方法的基础上,首先将时滞增益系数由定值形式变为时间函数形式,然后通过时变优化得到多组时滞控制参数并使其以一定时间周期循环作用于减振控制过程,通过这种方法进一步改善了时滞动力吸振器减振性能。本文最后以二自由度时滞动力吸振器减振模型为例,以主系统的振动响应为仿真对象,运用精细积分法求解了具有时变时滞参数的时滞动力学方程,以此得到了在谐波激励和随机激励作用下主系统振动的时域仿真结果。研究结果表明,在时变参数时滞动力吸振器的控制下,主系统无论是受谐波激励作用还是受随机激励作用,其振动位移、振动速度和振动加速度均比在定值参数时滞动力吸振器控制下时有大幅的减少,时滞动力吸振器的减振性能有了明显的改善。   相似文献

In this paper, a nonlinearly dynamic model for a spatial geared systemwith intersecting-axes, which consists of bevel gears, bearings, andshafts, is proposed based on a specific finite element theory. A newtype of spatial gear element which is consistent with the specific finiteelement theory is developed and completely describes all thedeformations that exist for the spatial motions of a pair of bevel gears,the time-variant meshing stiffness, and various types of gear errors inmanufacturing and assembly. The 3D motions of the spatial geared systemin axial, lateral, and torsional directions are coupled in the model. Theproposed approach has been coded into a software system and a dynamicanalysis for the spatial geared system is carried out. The nonlinearinfluences of axial, lateral and torsional stiffnesses of the shaft onthe vibration of the spatial geared system are especially investigated.The lateral stiffness changes the resonance peak frequencies of thespatial geared system and the torsional stiffness greatly affects thesize of the dynamic load and vibration amplitude.  相似文献

The micro-geometry of the tooth surfaces of spiral bevel and hypoid pinions has to be fine-adjusted to obtain enhanced meshing and contact characteristics during the meshing process with their corresponding mating gears. In this paper, a new methodology is proposed to design face-milled spiral bevel gear drives to, firstly, derive favorable orientation and dimensions of the contact pattern between the mating surfaces of the gears and, secondly, obtain a predesigned parabolic function of negative transmission errors with limited magnitude of maximum transmission errors. The proposed approach is based on the definition of the desired topography for the active surfaces of the pinion followed by a numerical derivation of their finishing machine-tool settings through a bound-constrained optimization algorithm. Increasing mechanical strength and reducing the levels of noise and vibration of face-milled spiral bevel gear drives constitute the main objectives of the proposed design process. Owing to the present of manufacturing errors, the dynamic floating characteristics of herringbone planetary gear train (HPGT) can be changed in comparison with the original ideal design. In this research, based on the actual structure of herringbone gears, taking into consideration manufacturing eccentric errors and tooth profile errors, bearing deformation, time-varying meshing stiffness, gyroscopic effect, and so on, a novel and generalized bending–torsional–axial coupled dynamic model of a herringbone planetary gear train is presented to investigate the dynamic floating performances applying the lumped-parameter approach. The model is capable of being employed for the vibration behavior analysis of the HPGT with different types of manufacturing errors and arbitrary number of planets. The variable step Runge–Kutta algorithm is utilized to compute the dynamic responses of the HPGT system. In combination with the proposed computational approach of the component floating displacement amount, the relationship among manufacturing errors, component floating displacements, and different floating forms is obtained, and the effects of manufacturing errors on the HPGT dynamic floating performances are discussed. Meanwhile, sun gear radial floating trajectories in two cases of sun gear float and non-float are compared and analyzed. Results indicate that the manufacturing error and component float prominently affect the dynamic floating characteristics in the HPGT system.  相似文献

In machine defect detection, namely those of gears, the major problem is isolating the defect signature from the measured signal, especially where there is significant background noise or multiple machine components. This article presents a method of gear defect detection based on the combination of Wavelet Multi-resolution Analysis and the Hilbert transform. The pairing of these techniques allows simultaneous filtering and denoising, along with the possibility of detecting transitory phenomena, as well as a demodulation. This paper presents a numerical simulation of the requisite mathematical model followed by its experimental application of acceleration signals measured on defective gears on a laboratory test rig. Signals were collected under various gear operating conditions, including defect size, rotational speed, and frequency bandwidth. The proposed method compares favourably to commonly used analysis tools, with the advantage of enabling defect frequency isolation, thereby allowing detection of even small or combined defects.  相似文献

This research investigates the effect of uncertain material parameters on the stochastic, dynamic response of a rock-fill dam-foundation system subjected to non-stationary random excitation. The uncertain material parameter of particular interest is the shear modulus, developed from a lognormal distribution model. The stochastic seismic response model of the dam-foundation system, with uncertain material parameters and subjected to random loads is the result of a Monte Carlo simulation method. The nonlinear behavior model arises from an equivalent linear method, which considers the nonlinear variation of soil shear modulus and soil damping as a function of shear strain. Specification of the non-stationary stochastic process arises from a simulation method, which generates artificial earthquake accelerograms obtained from the product of a deterministic function of time and a stationary process. The artificial earthquake ground acceleration records reflect the characteristics of soft, medium and firm soil types. Comparison of the numerical results from these approaches provides stochasticity in earthquake seismic excitation and randomness in material parameter (shear modulus) cases. Further, the results indicate that both these cases generally influence the nonlinear dynamic response of rock-fill dams to a non-stationary seismic excitation.  相似文献

行星齿轮磨损会导致齿轮齿侧间隙非线性增大、传动精度下降、齿面冲击力增大, 进而会导致齿轮传动系统振动加剧, 因此需要对行星齿轮的齿面磨损与动力学耦合特性进行研究. 本文构建了齿轮非线性磨损与考虑齿轮齿侧间隙的非线性动力学耦合计算模型, 对行星传动齿轮磨损动力学特性进行了研究. 首先建立齿轮啮合非线性动力学模型, 获得齿轮运行过程中的非线性啮合力; 进一步将非线性啮合力与齿轮齿面磨损模型相结合, 研究齿轮齿面磨损分布规律; 并根据齿轮磨损后的齿侧间隙对齿面重构, 同时对齿轮动力学模型进行更新; 进而得到行星齿轮传动中动态啮合力和磨损特性的变化趋势, 并获得齿轮传动系统齿轮齿向振动响应. 数值计算结果表明, 行星齿轮磨损导致齿轮在单?双齿交替啮合时产生的冲击增大, 同时太阳轮?行星轮啮合齿对对磨损较为敏感, 齿面啮合条件剧烈恶化, 是造成行星齿轮传动性能退化的主要原因, 本文研究结果为行星齿轮传动系统运行状态评估与可靠性预测提供了理论基础.   相似文献

Active control landing gears are used to alleviate vibration during aircraft taxiing. A nonlinear stochastic dynamics model is established, considering the aircraft body pitch movement and elastic vibration excited by the random runway. The equivalent linearization method is adopted to ensure the model linearity near the balance point, and the Gaussian random process of the runway is generated from the Gaussian white noise using a shape filter. Based on the stochastic optimal control theory, the LQG controller is designed along with weighted quadratic performance index for a better ride comfort, shock absorption, road holding and least energy expenditure. The algebraic Riccati and Lyapunov equations are solved to obtain stationary response while taxiing aircraft at a constant velocity and the differential Riccati and Lyapunov equations are solved to obtain the nonstationary response while taxiing aircraft at a variable velocity. The aircraft dynamic responses are obtained through the runway random process modeled by Monte Carlo method. Simulation results show that active control landing gear can give a better ride comfort, shock absorption and road holding performance no matter whether taxiing is at constant or variable velocity.  相似文献

In recent years virtual dynamic system simulation has become very important in the design and development stage, as new strategies can be examined without expensive measurements and with reduced time. This paper describes the development of a simulation model for transient analysis of the longitudinal dynamics of a heavy tracked vehicle. The driving inputs for this simulation model are obtained from a powertrain model. The main elements of the powertrain include the engine, Torque Converter (TC), transmission and drivetrain. Here the engine is modeled based on the engine maps from steady-state experiments. The TC is modeled based on its characteristic map from experiments. A fairly simple transmission model is used which is based on static gear ratios assuming small shift times. The final drivetrain model however includes the rotational dynamics of the sprocket. The simulation model developed is validated by comparing the predicted values with the measured data from experiments. The results have demonstrated that the developed model is able to predict fairly accurately the acceleration and braking performance of the heavy tracked vehicle on both soft and hard terrain.  相似文献

Time-varying mesh stiffness is one of the main excitation sources of a gear system, and it is also considered as an important factor for the vibration and noise of gears. Thus, this excitation is usually taken as an input into the gear dynamic model to obtain the system dynamic responses. However, the mesh stiffness of a gear pair is actually nonlinear with respect to the dynamic mesh force (DMF) that fluctuates during the operation of gears. Therefore, the dynamic model of gears with the quasi-static mesh stiffness calculated under a constant load is not accurate sufficiently. In this paper, a dynamic model of spur gear is established with considering the effect of the force-dependent time-varying mesh stiffness, backlash and profile deviation. Due to the nonlinear relationship between the mesh stiffness and the load for each tooth pair, it needs first to determine the load sharing among tooth pairs and then calculate the overall mesh stiffness of the gear pair. As the mesh stiffness and DMF are related, the mesh stiffness is no longer directly taken into the gear dynamic model as an input, but is jointly solved with the numerical integration process using the gear dynamic model. Finally, the dynamic responses predicted from the established gear dynamic model are compared with the experimental results for validation and compared with the traditional models to reveal their differences. The results indicate that the established dynamic model of spur gear transmission has a wider application range than the traditional models.  相似文献

齿轮副中的齿距偏差等短周期误差使系统出现复杂的周期运动, 影响齿轮传动的平稳性. 将该类复杂周期运动定义为近周期运动, 采用多时间尺度Poincaré映射截面对其进行辨识. 为研究齿轮副的近周期运动, 引入含齿距偏差的直齿轮副非线性动力学模型, 并计入齿侧间隙与时变重合度等参数. 采用变步长4阶Runge-Kutta法数值求解动力学方程, 由所提出的辨识方法分析不同参数影响下系统的近周期运动. 根据改进胞映射法计算系统的吸引域, 结合多初值分岔图、吸引域图与分岔树状图等研究了系统随扭矩与啮合频率变化的多稳态近周期运动. 研究结果表明, 齿轮副中的短周期误差导致系统的周期运动变复杂, 在微观时间尺度内, 系统的Poincaré映射点数呈现为点簇形式, 系统的点簇数与实际运动周期数为宏观时间尺度的Poincaré映射点数. 短周期误差导致系统在微观时间尺度内的吸引子数量增多, 使系统运动转迁过程变复杂. 合理的参数范围及初值范围可提高齿轮传动的平稳性. 该辨识与分析方法可为非线性系统中的近周期运动研究奠定理论基础.   相似文献

Considering the axial and radial loads, a math- ematical model of angular contact ball bearing is deduced with Hertz contact theory. With the coupling effects of lateral, torsional and axial vibrations taken into account, a lumped-parameter nonlinear dynamic model of helical gearrotor-bearing system (HGRBS) is established to obtain the transmission system dynamic response to the changes of dif- ferent parameters. The vibration differential equations of the drive system are derived through the Lagrange equation, which considers the kinetic and potential energies, the dis- sipative function and the internal/external excitation. Based on the Runge-Kutta numerical method, the dynamics of the HGRBS is investigated, which describes vibration properties of HGRBS more comprehensively. The results show that the vibration amplitudes have obvious fluctuation, and the frequency multiplication and random frequency components become increasingly obvious with changing rotational speed and eccentricity at gear and bearing positions. Axial vibration of the HGRBS also has some fluctuations. The bearing has self-variable stiffness frequency, which should be avoided in engineering design. In addition, the bearing clearance needs little attention due to its slightly discernible effect on vibration response. It is suggested that a careful examination should be made in modelling the nonlinear dynamic behavior of a helical gear-rotor-bearing system.  相似文献

轻质、高精度的柔性多体系统被广泛应用于实际工程领域中.由于实际设计公差、制造误差及环境温度等多种不确定因素的存在,使得柔性多体系统的结构参数(物理参数和几何参数)表现出随机性.具有随机结构参数的动力学模型能够客观地反映出真实系统的动力学行为,且结构参数的不确定性对空间柔性多体系统动力学响应的影响是不容忽视的.针对具有多个随机参数的空间柔性多体系统,提出了一种基于广义alpha算法的非侵入式随机柔性多体系统动力学计算方法.采用绝对节点坐标公式(absolute node coordinate formulation, ANCF)来描述柔性体, 推导建立多体系统动力学模型.利用混沌多项式展开(polynomial chaos expansion, PCE)法构建系统随机动力学方程的代理模型,然后将随机响应面法(stochastic response surface method, SRSM)嵌入广义-alpha方法中,分别采用改进抽样的回归方法(regression method of improved sampling, RMIS)和单项求容积法则(Monte Carlo simulation, MCR)来确定样本点.将数值计算结果与蒙特卡洛模拟(Monte Carlo simulation, MCS)结果进行对比, 验证了所提算法的有效性.在相同的定积分精度的条件下,根据单项求容积法则确定的样本点的计算结果稳定性更强, 且其计算效率更高.  相似文献

提出了随机结构系统反应的子空间次序正交分解的思想.基于这一思想,文中导出了一类用于考虑随机激励的随机结构复合随机振动分析的扩阶系统方法,从而可以应用传统的确定性结构随机振动各种分析方法求解复合随机振动问题.作为特例,本文给出了使用模态分析法求解的过程.将文中算例与随机模拟结果相比较,证实了本文思想与方法的实用性.  相似文献

An analytical computer simulation procedure for dynamic modeling of low-contact-ratio spur gear systems is presented. The procedure computes the gear static transmission error and uses a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) to generate its frequency spectrum at various tooth profile modifications. The dynamic loading response of an unmodified (perfect involut) gear pair is compared with that of gears with profile modifications. 基于Bouc-Wen滞回模型,研究了由滞回环本身的随机性导致的多自由度非线性随机系统可靠性分析问题。基于结构失效的首次穿越模型,应用四阶矩技术和Edgeworth级数逼近技术,对独立失效模式下多自由度随机滞回系统的可靠性问题进行分析。数值算例表明,由独立随机参数表征的随机结构,系统随机响应之间不再独立,存在协方差;系统响应之间相关系数不唯一,具有随时间连续变化的动态、强相关特性。分析计算结果与Monte-Carlo模拟结果吻合较好,表明算法能够满足工程计算精度要求。  相似文献

This work presents a wide number of results about the influence that variations in terms of operational and design parameters play on the dynamic behavior of external gear pumps. These results are obtained by using a non-linear lumped-parameter kineto-elastodynamic model developed and experimentally assessed with the aim of including all the important dynamic effects. On the one hand, the effects of variations in the operational parameters—namely output pressure, rotational speed and oil viscosity—are analysed; on the other hand, the effects of modifications of some design parameters are shown: clearances and relief groove dimension. The results in terms of gear eccentricity, pressure evolution, pressure forces, gear accelerations and variable forces exciting the pump casing enlighten the dynamic behavior of gear pumps and give useful indications for design improvements and vibration and noise reduction. As regards specifically gear accelerations as well as forces exciting the casing, they strongly increase with both output pressure and rotational speed, but variations in rotational speed in the operational range give lower effects. Conversely, the modifications of the clearances give negligible effects, while the relief groove dimension is very important: the larger the relief grooves are, the higher the gear accelerations and forces exciting the casing become.  相似文献
