Three new complexes, {[Mn(dtb)(bpe)·2H2O]·H2O} n (1), {[Mn(dtb)(bpa)·2H2O]·H2O} n (2), and {[Mn(dtb)(phen)]} n (3) [H2dtb?=?5,5′-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid), bpe?=?1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethene, bpa?=?1,2-bi(4-pyridyl)ethane, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline], have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions with Mn(OAc)2·4H2O, dtb, and different N-donor ligands. X-ray structure analyses of 1 and 2 reveal analogous structures with 1D helical chains and 2D 44 chiral layers. The structure of 3 shows a 1D chain which is outwardly decorated with phen ligands. These neutral polymeric complexes exhibit structural diversity due to the different coordination modes of the flexible dtb ligand and the N-donor ligands. The thermogravimetric analyses and X-ray powder diffractions of 1–3 are also presented.  相似文献

This article systematically investigates the influence of the properties of inhomogeneous N‐auxiliary ligands and pH value on the helical structures of complexes based on C2‐symmetric ligand 1,3‐adamantanedicarboxylic acid (H2ADC). Five kinds of neutral ligands (phen=1,10‐phenanthroline, bipy=4,4′‐bipyridine, bpa=1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethane, bpe=1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyl)ethane, and bpp=1,3‐bis(4‐pyridyl)propane) were selected, and a series of new ZnII/CoII dicarboxylates have been synthesized by slow diffusion, namely, [Zn(phen)(ADC)(H2O)]2 ? CH3OH ( 1 ), {[Zn(ADC)(bpe)] ? H2O}n ( 2 ), {[Zn(ADC)(bipy)] ? 2 H2O}n ( 3 ), {[Zn(ADC)(bpa)]2 ? 5 H2O}n ( 4 ), {[Zn(ADC)(bpp)]2 ? CH3OH}n ( 5 ), {[Zn(ADC)(bpp)]}n ( 6 ), {[Co(ADC)(bpp)(CH3OH)(H2O)] ? CH3OH ? 2 H2O}n ( 7 ), and {[Co(ADC)(bpp)]}n ( 8 ). Single‐crystal X‐ray structural analysis shows that complex 1 forms a 0D dinuclear with closed‐loop unit. The complex 2 is a 2D layer framework. Compounds 3 and 4 are isomorphous with a small discrepancy and present one‐dimensional chainlike structures. It is interesting that the 2D organic–inorganic hybrid frameworks containing meso‐helical chains have been observed. Compound 5 is a 2D interpenetrated network with (4,4) topology, in which homochiral left‐handed helical chains are arranged in an ABAB sequence parallel to the plane defined by (a,c), and right‐handed helical chains running along the a axis are also observed in the solid state, resulting in a meso‐helical structure. Compounds 6 , 7 , and 8 crystallize in a chiral space group P212121. Highly dimensional 6 and 8 are essentially isostructural and present a threefold interpenetrated 3D diamondoid network containing three helical chains, whereas 7 exhibits a 2D grid layer with a left‐handed helical chain. Furthermore, thermal stability, X‐ray powder diffraction, and the luminescent properties of 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 are also discussed.  相似文献

通过溶剂热法合成了2种三维微孔锌金属有机框架材料,其分子式为[Zn3(DBA)(OH)(1,10-phen)2]n (1)和{[Zn2(HDBA)(4,4′-bipy)1.5]·H2O}n (2)(H5DBA=3,5-二(2′,4′-对羧基苯基)苯甲酸;1,10-phen=1,10-菲咯啉;4,4′-bipy=4,4′-联吡啶)。结构分析表明,配合物1为三核锌基金属单元的三维微孔骨架,配合物2为双核锌基的微孔结构。与2相比,配合物1在水中具有较强的发光性能,可作为检测Fe3+、Cr2O72-和丙酮分子的发光传感器,具有较高的选择性和灵敏度。  相似文献

In this paper, three luminescent metal–organic frameworks, namely: [Zn(p-IPhHIDC)]n (1), {[Cd(p-IPhIDC)(H2O)]·CH3OH}n (2) and [Zn(p-TIPhHIDC)]n (3), bearing two novel substituted imidazole dicarboxylate ligands, 2-(p-N-imidazol-1-yl)-phenyl-1H-imidazole-4,5dicarboxylic acid (p-IPhH3IDC) and 2-p-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-phenyl-1H-imidazole-4,5dicarboxylic acid (p-TIPhH3IDC), have been prepared and characterised through infrared spectra, X-ray powder diffraction, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analyses and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Ignoring the free methanol molecule and coordinated water in 2, 13 are similar structures. Moreover, the luminescent properties of the MOFs have been explored. It was found that MOFs 1 and 2 show good luminescent sensing of Fe3+ in varying degrees, and 3 of K+.  相似文献

Four new anthraquinone-1,5-disulfonate (L)-based metal complexes with N,N-bidentate chelating coligands, {[Pb(phen)2(L)]?·?4H2O} n (1), {[Mn2(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)6(L)]?·?L?·?6H2O} (2), [Co(phen)2(H2O)(L)] (3), and [Zn(phen)2(H2O)(L)] (4) (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline and 2,2′-bipy?=?2,2′-bipyridine), have been hydrothermally synthesized and were structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analyses, FT-IR spectra, thermogravimetric curves, and solid luminescence spectra. Structural analysis suggests that 1 is a polymeric 1D zigzag chain bridged by dianionic L. In contrast, the other three complexes have discrete centrosymmetric binuclear structure for 2 and isolated isomorphic mononuclear entities for 3 and 4, which are further assembled into 3D supramolecular networks by abundant hydrogen-bonding and/or π–π stacking interactions. Additionally, 2 and 4 exhibit favorable luminescent emissions, suggesting they are potential candidates for light emission materials.  相似文献

Two pairs of isostructural transition metal coordination polymers, {[Co(L)(H2O)]n} (1) and {[Zn(L)(H2O)]n} (3), {[Co(L)(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)]·H2O}n (2) and {[Zn(L)(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)]·H2O}n (4) (H2L = N-pyrazinesulfonyl-glycine acid and 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine), have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, elemental and thermogravimetric analyses. The structures show that 1 and 3 display 2-D polymeric grid frameworks with a 3-connected (4, 82) topology. 2 and 4 also exhibit a 2-D polymeric grid structure, but are constructed by a 4-connected (4, 4) topology. The adjacent 2-D polymeric grid frameworks for 1–4 are further linked by hydrogen bonding O–H?O interactions to form 3-D supramolecular interweaved orderly networks. The fluorescent properties of 3 and 4 were investigated in the solid state.  相似文献

在溶剂热条件下合成了3个新型三维微孔同构异核金属有机骨架Ln (Na)-MOFs:{[LnNa (BDT)(H2O)3]·2H2O}n(Ln=Tb (1)、Dy (2)、Ho (3),H4BDT=3,5-二(3'',5''-二羧基苯基)-1H-1,2,4-三唑),并通过单晶X射线衍射、元素分析、热重分析和粉末X射线衍射技术对其进行表征。结构分析表明,Ln (Na)-MOFs是具有相同的异核双金属单元的三维骨架结构。荧光研究表明,Tb (Na)-MOF (1)可以荧光传感检测水中Fe3+、Cr2O72-以及乙醛分子,具有较高的灵敏度和选择性,也可用于水中邻苯二酚的电化学检测。  相似文献

Five new coordination compounds, {[Mn(L)(CH3OH)2] · CH3OH · H2O} n (1), {[Cd(L)(DMF)2(H2O)] · H2O} n (2), {[Co(L)(CH3OH)4] · CH3OH}2 (3), {[Cd(L)(phen)(CH3OH)] · CH3OH} n (4), and {[Mn(L)(phen)(H2O)] · CH3OH} n (5) (L = 5-ferrocene-1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) were obtained from different metal salts and L with or without 1,10-phen under mild conditions. Complex 1 is a 1-D ladder-like chain composed of 8-membered rings A and 16-membered rings B, which arrange alternately. Complex 2 is an infinite linear chain, further bridged to form a parallel double chain through different hydrogen-bond interactions. Complex 3 is a discrete dinuclear structure, while 4 is a neutral 1-D infinite zigzag coordination chain. Complex 5 is a 1-D linear chain with phen and ferrocene groups of L as pendants hanging on the different sides of the main chain. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibilities of 1 were measured and weak antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between the neighboring Mn(II) ions were found with J = ?0.95 cm?1.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of the tricarboxylate ligand 5‐(carboxymethoxy)isophthalic acid (H3L) with ZnII, CdII, and SnII salts in the presence of the bisbenzoimidazole coligand 1, 3‐bis(benzimidazol‐2‐yl)‐2‐oxapropane (bbop) afforded the coordination polymers, [Zn(HL)(bbop)]n ( 1 ), [Cd(HL)(bbop)]n ( 2 ), and {[H2(bbop)][Sn2L2]}n ( 3 ). The complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses, thermogravimetric analyses, and fluorescence properties. The structures of complexes 1 and 2 are constructed by 1D chains and show strong blue luminescence emission. The structure of complex 3 is a 2D anionic dilayer, and shows a vase‐like porous structure occupied by the bulky [H2(bbop)]2+ cation, which is an uncommon structural feature in transition metal coordination polymers. The three complexes are further connected by hydrogen bonds to form 3D supramolecular architectures.  相似文献

A luminescent coordination polymer with the overall formula {[Zn(tr2btd)(bpdc)]∙DMF}n (where tr2btd = 4,7-di(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2,1,3-benzothiadiazole; bpdc = 4,4′-biphenyldicarboxylate) was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal and powder X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric, infrared spectroscopy, and elemental analyses. Luminescent properties of the obtained compound were studied in detail both in the solid state and as a suspension in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMA). It was found that {[Zn(tr2btd)(bpdc)]∙DMF}n exhibits bright turquoise luminescence with excellent quantum efficiency and demonstrates turn-on fluorescence enhancement effect upon soaking in DMA Al3+ solution. Fluorescence titration experiments were carried out and the detection limit for Al3+ ions was calculated to be 120 nM, which is among the lowest reported values for similar materials. Moreover, compound demonstrated excellent selectivity and reusability, and the mechanism of the response is discussed. These results indicate that {[Zn(tr2btd)(bpdc)]∙DMF}n is a promising probe for sensitive fluorescent Al3+ detection.  相似文献

The use of the [FeIII(AA)(CN)4]? complex anion as metalloligand towards the preformed [CuII(valpn)LnIII]3+ or [NiII(valpn)LnIII]3+ heterometallic complex cations (AA=2,2′‐bipyridine (bipy) and 1,10‐phenathroline (phen); H2valpn=1,3‐propanediyl‐bis(2‐iminomethylene‐6‐methoxyphenol)) allowed the preparation of two families of heterotrimetallic complexes: three isostructural 1D coordination polymers of general formula {[CuII(valpn)LnIII(H2O)3(μ‐NC)2FeIII(phen)(CN)2 {(μ‐NC)FeIII(phen)(CN)3}]NO3 ? 7 H2O}n (Ln=Gd ( 1 ), Tb ( 2 ), and Dy ( 3 )) and the trinuclear complex [CuII(valpn)LaIII(OH2)3(O2NO)(μ‐NC)FeIII(phen)(CN)3] ? NO3 ? H2O ? CH3CN ( 4 ) were obtained with the [CuII(valpn)LnIII]3+ assembling unit, whereas three isostructural heterotrimetallic 2D networks, {[NiII(valpn)LnIII(ONO2)2(H2O)(μ‐NC)3FeIII(bipy)(CN)] ? 2 H2O ? 2 CH3CN}n (Ln=Gd ( 5 ), Tb ( 6 ), and Dy ( 7 )) resulted with the related [NiII(valpn)LnIII]3+ precursor. The crystal structure of compound 4 consists of discrete heterotrimetallic complex cations, [CuII(valpn)LaIII(OH2)3(O2NO)(μ‐NC)FeIII(phen)(CN)3]+, nitrate counterions, and non‐coordinate water and acetonitrile molecules. The heteroleptic {FeIII(bipy)(CN)4} moiety in 5 – 7 acts as a tris‐monodentate ligand towards three {NiII(valpn)LnIII} binuclear nodes leading to heterotrimetallic 2D networks. The ferromagnetic interaction through the diphenoxo bridge in the CuII?LnIII ( 1 – 3 ) and NiII?LnIII ( 5 – 7 ) units, as well as through the single cyanide bridge between the FeIII and either NiII ( 5 – 7 ) or CuII ( 4 ) account for the overall ferromagnetic behavior observed in 1 – 7 . DFT‐type calculations were performed to substantiate the magnetic interactions in 1 , 4 , and 5 . Interestingly, compound 6 exhibits slow relaxation of the magnetization with maxima of the out‐of‐phase ac signals below 4.0 K in the lack of a dc field, the values of the pre‐exponential factor (τo) and energy barrier (Ea) through the Arrhenius equation being 2.0×10?12 s and 29.1 cm?1, respectively. In the case of 7 , the ferromagnetic interactions through the double phenoxo (NiII–DyIII) and single cyanide (FeIII–NiII) pathways are masked by the depopulation of the Stark levels of the DyIII ion, this feature most likely accounting for the continuous decrease of χM T upon cooling observed for this last compound.  相似文献

Using the principle of crystal engineering, four novel metal-organic coordination polymers, {[Cd1(nic)2(H2O)]2[Cd2(nic)2(H2O)2]}n (1), [Cd2(fma)2(phen)2]n (2), [Cd(fma)(bipy)(H2O)]n (3) and [Zn(mal)(bipy)·3H2O]n (4) (nic=nicotinate, fma=fumarate, mal=malate, phen=phenanthroline, bipy=2,2′-bipyridine) have been synthesized by hydrothermal reaction of M(CH3COO)2·2H2O (M=Zn, Cd) with nicotinic acid, fumaric acid and cooperative L (L=phen, bipy), respectively. X-ray analysis reveals that complex 1 possesses an unprecedented two-dimensional topology structure constructed from three-ply-like layers, complex 2 is an infinite 2D undulating network, complex 3 is a 1D zigzag chain and complex 4 belongs to a 1D chain. The results indicate a transformation of fumarate into malate during the course of hydrothermal treatment of complex 4. The photophysical properties have been investigated with luminescent excitation and emission spectra.  相似文献

Four novel mixed‐ligand complexes were obtained from the reaction of maleic acid, diimine chelating ligands and Cd(OH)2 or CdO in a mixed solvent of water and methanol. The complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The results show that all the four complexes are coordination polymers. [Cd(phen)(H2O)(male)]n · 2nH2O ( 1 ) and [Cd(bipy)(H2O)(male)]n · 2nH2O ( 2 ) (male = maleate; phen = 1, 10‐phenanthroline, bipy = 2, 2′‐bipyridine) are isomorphic, and the asymmetric unit is constructed by one CdII atom, a maleate group, a diimine ligand and two crystal water molecules. Each maleate group links two CdII atoms in a bis(bidentate) chelating mode, resulting in a 1D helical chain. Within [Cd(phen)(H2O)2(male)]n · 2nH2O ( 3 ), the maleate group bridges two CdII atoms in a bis(monodentate) chelating mode into a 1D helical chain along the [100] direction. The helical chain is decorated by phen groups alternatively at the two sides, and each phen plane of one chain is inserted in the void space between two adjacent phen ligands from an adjacent chain, resulting in a double zipper‐like chain. The asymmetric unit of [Cd2(phen)2(male)2]n ( 4 ) contains a CdII cation, one phen molecule, and a maleate group, and one bridging maleate group links three CdII atoms resulting in a 2D layer extending in [011] plane. The 2D networks are constructed by four kinds of rings formed by the central metal atom and maleate dianion. The thermostabilities of the four complexes were investigated.  相似文献

Two Co(II) coordination polymers, [Co(ca)(bib)]n ( I ) and {[Co(ca)(bibp)1.5]·1.5H2O} n ( II ) (H2ca = citraconic acid, bib = 1,4-bis(1-imidazoly)benzene, bibp = 1,4-bis-[4-(imidazol-1-yl)benzyl]piperazine), were prepared by hydrothermal method and measured structurally by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. Complex I shows a 2D layer structure containing Co-carboxylate chains. Complex II displays a 3D metal–organic framework composed of the binuclear [Co2(CO2)2]2+ cluster nodes through ca2− and bibp as linkers with (412·63) topology. Complexes I and II have high thermal stabilities because their frameworks maintain good integrity before 340°C and 265°C, respectively. Both complexes show well photocatalytic activities for methylene blue degradation under UV irradiation in the presence of H2O2, which may be used as potential materials for photocatalytic dyes degradation.  相似文献

Three new coordination polymers {[Cd(tza)(2,2′-bpy)(H2O)](ClO4)} n 1, {[Co(tza)(2,2′-bpy)(H2O)](ClO4)} n 2, and {[Cu(tza)(phen)](ClO4)} n 3 (Htza = tetrazole-1-acetic acid, 2,2′-bpy = 2,2′-bipyridyl, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) were synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, and IR spectra. Complexes 1 and 2 exhibit 3-D architectures formed by ππ interaction of 2,2′-bpy ligands interlinking to the adjacent 2-D layers. Complex 3 is a 1-D zigzag double chain and the 3-D structure is formed by ππ stacking interaction of phen and nonclassical hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

采用NdCl3·6H2O和3,4'',5-联苯三羧酸(H3bpt)为原料在DMF/H2O混合溶剂热条件下合成得到一个三维钕配合物{[Nd (bpt)(DMF)(H2O)]·2H2O}n1),并通过红外光谱、元素分析、单晶及粉末X射线衍射表征了配合物1的结构。单晶衍射结果表明,配合物1具有(5,5)-连接的三维结构,拓扑符号为(44·63·83)(48 62)。此外,对配合物1的热稳定性、荧光性质、光催化降解染料及磁性质进行了详细研究。  相似文献

Two Dy–Mn polymers, {[Dy(L1)3Mn1.5(H2O)3]?3.125 H2O}n ( 1 , L1=pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid) and {[Dy(L2)3Mn1.5(H2O)6]?8.25 H2O}n ( 2 , L2 = 4‐hydroxylpyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylic acid), with high symmetry (S6) have been prepared. Polymer 1 has a nanoporous 3D framework with channel of about 17.6 Å diameter, while 2 has a honeycomb‐type 2D structure with the cavity of approximately 14.4 Å diameter. In the construction of multidimensional porous polymers with 3d–4f mixed metals, it is the first observation that a ligand substituent effect leads to dramatic differences in the structures formed. Luminescent studies reveal that the emission intensities of 1 and 2 increase significantly upon the addition of Mg2+, whereas the introduction of other metal ions leaves the intensity unchanged or even weakens it; hence, both of them may serve as good candidates of Mg2+ luminescent probes. To our knowledge, complex 1 is also the first example of a 3d–4f metal‐based nanoporous polymer to exhibit luminescent selectivity for Mg2+. Magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal a rather rare ferromagnetic interaction in 2 . Thermal gravimetric analyses and powder X‐ray diffraction investigations have also been performed, suggestive of high thermal stability of 1 .  相似文献
