建立了正交各向异性材料热弹性问题的三维无网格伽辽金(Element Free Galerkin, EFG)法计算模型。利用该计算模型对三维复合材料汽轮机叶轮和轴承座进行了热弹性分析,对比了材料方向角及热导率因子、热膨胀系数因子和拉压弹性模量因子不同组合情况下轴承座的最大热变形总位移和当量应力值,讨论了材料方向角及上述正交各向异性因子对热变形和当量应力的影响规律,并与各向同性材料进行了对比。结果表明:三维EFG模型的热变形总位移和当量应力相对误差范数分别比有限元法小0.1215%和0.1359%;材料方向角同时影响热变形的大小和方向,但对当量应力方向影响不大;正交各向异性材料因子主要影响热变形和当量应力的大小。在考虑热-机械载荷作用下的三维复合材料零件结构设计中,当以刚度或强度为主要需求时,材料方向角、热导率因子、热膨胀系数因子、拉压弹性模量因子分别在(45°~60°,8:1:4~10:1:5,(1/6):(1/5):1~(1/5):(1/4):1,(7/5):1:(9/5)~(3/2):1:2)或(0°~10°,(1/10):1:(1/5)~(1/8):1:(1/4),(1/5):1:(1/6)~(1/4):1:(1/5),1:(1/5):(1/10)~1:(1/4):(1/8))范围内取值能有效降低轴承座等结构的热变形和当量应力。  相似文献

对单轴压缩下受载边处于简支边界约束非受载边处于竖向及旋转弹性边界约束的正交各向异性矩形板的屈曲问题进行了精度改进的理论研究.在运用瑞利-里兹法进行理论推导中,确保了形函数同时精度满足力边界约束和位移边界约束,从而获得了具有较高精度(与有限元对比,误差小于1%)的闭合形式解析解及常用于工程分析设计的显式公式.这些结果可用于判别单轴压缩下竖向及旋转弹性边界约束正交各向异性矩形板的屈曲承载能力,进而应用到复合材料薄壁结构的局部稳定性前期分析设计中.  相似文献

当边值问题是简单的,即是应力边值问题时,Stroh公式是很有效的。对于混合边值问题,倒如滑动边界条件,Stroh公式中的简洁的矩阵表达式就失效了。我们提出了一个广义的Stroh公式,它可应用于一大类一般的边界条件。简单的边界条件和滑动边界条件是这一类一般边界条件的特殊情形。值得指出的是,这个关于Stroh公式所作的修正并不大。广义的公式和最后的解答看起来很类似于未修正的原公式和原来的解。然而这个修正却可应用于相当广的边界条件。  相似文献

论文致力于平面正交各向异性弹性问题的规则化边界元法研究,提出了新的规则化边界元法的理论和方法.对问题的基本解的特性进行了研究,确立基本解的积分恒等式,提出一种基本解的分解技术,在此基础上,结合转化域积分方程为边界积分方程的极限定理,建立了新颖的规则化边界积分方程.和现有方法比,论文不必将问题变换为各向同性的去处理,从而不含反演运算,也有别于Galerkin方法,无需计算重积分,因此所提方法不仅效率高,而且程序设计简单.特别是,所建方程可计算任何边界位移梯度,进而可计算任意边界应力,而不仅限于面力.数值实施时,采用二次单元和椭圆弧精确单元来描述边界几何,使用不连续插值逼近边界函数.数值算例表明,论文算法稳定、效率高,所取得的边界量数值结果与精确解相当接近.  相似文献

The fundamental solutions of the orthotropic thick plates taking into account the transverse shear deformation are derived by means of Hörmander's operator method and a plane-wave decomposition of the Dirac δ-function in this papey. The boundary integral equations of the thick plates have been formulated which are adapted to arbitrary boundary conditions and plane forms. The numerical calculation of the fundamental solutions is discussed in detail. Some numerical examples are analyzed with BEM.  相似文献

For the thermoelastic dynamic axisymmetric problem of a finite orthotropic hollow cylinder, one comes closer to reality to involve the effect of axial strain than to consider the plane strain case only. However, additional mathematical difficulties should be encountered and a different solution procedure should be developed. By the separation of variables, the thermoelastic axisymmetric dynamic problem of an orthotropic hollow cylinder taking account of the axial strain is transformed to a Volterra integral equation of the second kind for a function of time, which can be solved efficiently and quickly by the interpolation method. The solutions of displacements and stresses are obtained. It is noted that the present method is suitable for an orthotropic hollow cylinder with an arbitrary thickness subjected to arbitrary axisymmetric thermal loads. Numerical comparison is made to show the effect of the axial strain on the displacements and stresses. The transient response of a central crack in an orthotropic strip under the in-plane shear impact loading is studied by using the dual integral equation method proposed by Copson and Sih. The general formula for the shear stress intensity factor near the crack tip is derived. Numerical results of with in various cases are obtained by solving the second kind Fredholm integral equation and by performing the inverse Laplace transform.  相似文献

Summary This study deals with the geometrically nonlinear axisymmetric deflection characteristics of orthotropic thick shallow truncated conical springs. Marguerre type governing equations including the effect of shear deformation have been formulated in terms of normal displacement , shear rotation and stress function . Polynmial approximations are used for these field variables and the discretised equations are obtained using the orthogonal point collocation method. The influence of thickness-to-radius ratio, orthotropic parameter and edge conditions has been investigated. Significant influence of shear deformation on the response is found for moderately thick high-modulus composite clamped caps. Its effect is less pronounced for simply-supported caps.

Übersicht In dieser Arbeit werden die nichtlinearen Kennlinien von orthotropen, dicken, flachen Tellerfedern untersucht. Die dem Problem zugrunde liegenden Gleichungen vom Marguerre-Typ schließen den Effekt der Schubdeformation ein und werden mit Hilfe der Auslenkung , des Schubwinkels und einer Spannungsfunktion formuliert. Diese Größen werden in Potenzreihen entwickelt, und mit dem Kollokationsverfahren ergeben sich diskretisierte Gleichungen. Der Einfluß des Verhältnisses von Dicke zu Radius sowie der Einfluß von Orthotropieparametern und Randbedingungen wird untersucht.

We analyze the steady-state response of a functionally graded thick cylindrical shell subjected to thermal and mechanical loads. The functionally graded shell is simply supported at the edges and it is assumed to have an arbitrary variation of material properties in the radial direction. The three-dimensional steady-state heat conduction and thermoelasticity equations, simplified to the case of generalized plane strain deformations in the axial direction, are solved analytically. Suitable temperature and displacement functions that identically satisfy the boundary conditions at the simply supported edges are used to reduce the thermoelastic equilibrium equations to a set of coupled ordinary differential equations with variable coefficients, which are then solved by the power series method. In the present formulation, the cylindrical shell is assumed to be made of an orthotropic material, although the analytical solution is also valid for isotropic materials. Results are presented for two-constituent isotropic and fiber-reinforced functionally graded shells that have a smooth variation of material volume fractions, and/or in-plane fiber orientations, through the radial direction. The cylindrical shells are also analyzed using the Flügge and the Donnell shell theories. Displacements and stresses from the shell theories are compared with the three-dimensional exact solution to delineate the effects of transverse shear deformation, shell thickness and angular span.  相似文献

Summary An elasticity solution has been obtained for a long, thick transversely isotropic circular cylindrical shell subjected to distributed pinch load using a set of three displacement functions. Numerical results are presented for different materials and thickness to mean radius ratios. The results obtained from this analysis have been compared with classical and first-order shear deformation shell theories of Flugge, Sanders, Love and Donnell.  相似文献

对于热弹性平面问题,过去广泛集中在直接变量边界元法研究,本文研究间接变量规则化边界元法,建立了间接变量规则化边界积分方程。和直接边界元法相比,间接法具有降低密度函数的连续性要求、位移梯度方程中的热载荷体积分具有较弱奇异性等优点。数值实施中,用精确单元描述边界几何,不连续插值函数逼近边界量。算例表明,本文方法效率高,所得数值结果与精确解相当吻合。  相似文献
