Contributions to the Chemistry of Phosphorus. 243 On the Oxocyclotetraphosphanes (PBut)4O1–4 Under suitable conditions, the reaction of tetra‐tert‐butylcyclotetraphosphane, (PBut)4, with dry atmospheric oxygen gives rise to the corresponding monoxide (PBut)4O ( 1 ) which has been isolated by column chromatography. The reaction with hydrogen peroxide furnishes a mixture of oxocyclotetraphosphanes (PBut)4O1–4 consisting of two constitutionally isomeric dioxides (PBut)4O2 ( 2 a , 2 b ), the trioxide (PBut)4O3 ( 3 ), and the tetraoxide (PBut)4O4 ( 4 ), in addition to 1 . According to the 31P NMR parameters the oxygen atoms are exclusively exocyclically bonded to the phosphorus four‐membered ring. Which of the P atoms are present as λ5‐phosphorus follows from the different low‐field shifts of the individual P nuclei compared with the starting compound. Accordingly, 1 is 1,2,3,4‐Tetra‐tert‐butyl‐1‐oxocyclotetraphosphane, 2 a and 2 b are 1,2,3,4‐Tetra‐tert‐butyl‐1,2‐dioxo‐ and ‐1,3‐dioxocyclotetraphosphane, respectively, 3 is 1,2,3,4‐Tetra‐tert‐butyl‐1,2,3‐trioxocyclotetraphosphane, and 4 is 1,2,3,4‐Tetra‐tert‐butyl‐1,2,3,4‐tetraoxocyclotetraphosphane. When the oxidation reaction proceeds a fission of the P4 ring takes place.  相似文献

Thirteen new 2-alkylaminoimidazolones(4) wre rapidly synthesized by a new solution-phase parallel synthetic method,which includes aza-Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane(1) with aromatic isocyanate to give carbodi-imide(2) and subsequent reaction of 2 with various aliphatic primary amine in a parallel fashion.The products were confirmed by ^1H NMR,MS,IR and X-ray crystallographic analysis.The unusual selectivity of the cyclization was probably due to the deometry of the guanidine intermediate.  相似文献

Systematic NMR characterization of 4‐thio‐5‐furan‐pyrimidine nucleosides or 4‐thio‐5‐thiophene‐pyrimidine nucleosides (ribonucleosides and 2′‐deoxynucleosides) was performed. All proton and carbon signals of 4‐thio‐5‐thiophene‐ribouridine and related analogues were unambiguously assigned. The orientations of the base (4‐thiouridine or its deoxy analogue) relative to the ring (furan or thiophene) are explored by a NMR approach and further supported by X‐ray crystallographic studies. 3‐O‐Acetyl‐11‐keto‐β‐boswelliasäure was extracted from pulverized frankincense and purified by HPLC. All analytical spectra were recorded and are reproduced either in the main part or in the supporting information. The NMR‐ and mass‐spectra have been interpreted and compared with theoretical calculations of the 13C chemical shifts. The project is a follow up of the recent book “Classics in Spectroscopy” by S. Amino Derivatives of α‐P4S3, α‐P4Se3, and P3Se4; Data and Analyses of their 31P NMR Spectra in Solution α‐P4S3I2, α‐P4Se3I2, and P3Se4I were reacted with primary and secondary amines in CS2. The reaction yields exo‐exo isomeres of α‐P4S3L2 and α‐P4Se3L2, the N‐bridged compounds α‐P4S3L′ and P3Se4L, with L = NHR1, NPhR2, THC (R1 = tBu, Ad, Ph, Flu, TPMP; R2 = Me, Et, iPr), and L′ = NR1. The 31P NMR data of the compounds in CS2 solution were measured. By the reaction of α‐P4Se3I2 with primary amines NH2tBu and NH2Ad in CS2 an asymmetric isomer α‐P4Se3Iendo(NHR1)exo was observed for the first time in the 31P NMR spectra. The influence of the ligands L on the 31P NMR parameter of α‐P4S3L2, α‐P4Se3L2, and P3Se4L is discussed.  相似文献

The reaction of the hydrazide of pyridine‐4‐acetic acid with isothiocyanate gave thiosemicarbazide derivatives respectively. Further cyclization with 2% NaOH led to the formation of 4‐substituted 3‐(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)‐1,2,4‐triazoline‐5‐thione and 3‐(pyridin‐4‐ylmethyl)‐1,2,4‐triazoline‐5‐thione. The structures of all new products were confirmed by analytical and spectroscopic methods.  相似文献

The structures of 4‐chloro‐3‐nitroaniline, C6H5ClN2O2, (I), and 4‐iodo‐3‐nitroaniline, C6H5IN2O2, (II), are isomorphs and both undergo continuous (second order) phase transitions at 237 and 200 K, respectively. The structures, as well as their phase transitions, have been studied by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy and difference scanning calorimetry experiments. Both high‐temperature phases (293 K) show disorder of the nitro substituents, which are inclined towards the benzene‐ring planes at two different orientations. In the low‐temperature phases (120 K), both inclination angles are well maintained, while the disorder is removed. Concomitantly, the b axis doubles with respect to the room‐temperature cell. Each of the low‐temperature phases of (I) and (II) contains two pairs of independent molecules, where the molecules in each pair are related by noncrystallographic inversion centres. The molecules within each pair have the same absolute value of the inclination angle. The Flack parameter of the low‐temperature phases is very close to 0.5, indicating inversion twinning. This can be envisaged as stacking faults in the low‐temperature phases. It seems that competition between the primary amine–nitro N—H...O hydrogen bonds which form three‐centred hydrogen bonds is the reason for the disorder of the nitro groups, as well as for the phase transition in both (I) and (II). The backbones of the structures are formed by N—H...N hydrogen bonding of moderate strength which results in the graph‐set motif C(3). This graph‐set motif forms a zigzag chain parallel to the monoclinic b axis and is maintained in both the high‐ and the low‐temperature structures. The primary amine groups are pyramidal, with similar geometric values in all four determinations. The high‐temperature phase of (II) has been described previously [Garden et al. (2004). Acta Cryst.
