以下匝道瓶颈路段为研究背景,以手动驾驶汽车和两类智能车为研究对象,包括自适应巡航(ACC)汽车和协同自适应巡航(CACC)汽车,建立了混入智能车的混合交通流模型.在车辆的纵向控制层面,分别构建了手动驾驶汽车改进舒适驾驶元胞自动机规则和智能车的跟驰模型;基于车辆下匝道行驶特性,引入车辆感知范围R、换道控制区域LLC、换道冒险因子λ等参数,建立了控制车辆横向运动的自由换道和强制换道模型.通过对混合交通流模型进行数值仿真发现,CACC车辆混入率PCACC、车辆感知范围R、换道区域长度LLC和换道冒险程度λ均对下匝道交通系统产生影响.当CACC车辆混入率低于0.5时,CACC退化为ACC的概率增大,系统稳定性下降,交通拥堵呈恶化趋势;当CACC车辆混入率大于0.5时,车辆运行速度显著提升,拥堵消散能力提高.增大车辆感知范围、加长换道区域长度、提高换道冒险程度,都能够有效缓解改善下匝道瓶颈路段主线的拥挤状况,而对匝道运行效率影响并不明显.  相似文献

A new method is proposed to predict the travel time on a highway route with a bottleneck caused by an on-ramp. The method takes advantage of the slow variation of the bottleneck throughput when congestion exists. The predicted travel time for a vehicle leaving the origin is given by the current number of vehicles on the route divided by the estimated throughput. The latter is an average of N/T recorded as each vehicle reaches the destination where N is the number of vehicles at the start of the trip and T is the time to complete the trip. Drivers divert to an off-ramp when the predicted travel time exceeds a target value. The target could be historical average travel times of alternative routes or chosen to limit the amount of congestion. Simulations employing three-phase traffic theory show that the travel time converges to the target value and remains close to or below it with the proposed prediction strategy. Strong oscillations in travel time obtained when other strategies are used for diversion do not develop with the new method because the inherent delay is effectively removed.  相似文献

We study the traffic states and queuing occurring in traffic flow on a toll highway with multi-lane tollgates. The traffic states change with increasing density and varying number of tollgates. When the manual-collection vehicles sort themselves into the tollgates, the queues occur just in front of the tollgates if the vehicular density is higher than a critical value. The queuing in front of tollgates is induced by the competition between the lane expansion and slowdown effects. When the lane expansion effect is superior to the slowdown effect, no queuing occurs. We derive the fundamental diagrams (current-density diagrams) for the traffic flow on the toll highway. The current saturates at the nearest tollgate at a low density and the saturation extends to the next-nearest tollgate with increasing density.  相似文献

Based on the existing classical cellular automaton model of traffic flow, a cellular automaton traffic model with different-maximum-speed vehicles mixed on a single lane is proposed, in which public transit and harbour-shaped bus stops are taken into consideration. Parameters such as length of cellular automaton, operation speed and random slow mechanism are re-demarcated. A harbour-shaped bus stop is set up and the vehicle changing lane regulation is changed. Through computer simulation, the influence of occupation rate of public transit vehicles on mixed traffic flow and traffic capacity is analysed. The results show that a public transport system can ease urban traffic congestion but creates new jams at the same time, and that the influence of occupation rate of public transit vehicles on traffic capacity is considerable. To develop urban traffic, attention should be paid to the occupation rate of public transit vehicles and traffic development in a haphazard way should be strictly avoided.  相似文献

The system of mixture of single lane and double lane is studied by a cellular automata model, which is developed by us based on the Nagel and Schreckenberg's models. We justify that the model can reach a stable states quickly. The density distributions of the stable state is presented for several cases, which illustrate the manner of the congestion. The relationship between the outflow rate and the total number of vehicles and that between the outflow rate and the density just before the bottleneck are both given. Comparing with the relationship that occurring in the granular flow, we conclude that the transition from the free traffic flow to the congested traffic flow can also be attributed to the abrupt variation through unstable flow state, which can naturally explain the discontinuities and the complex time variation behavior observed in the traffic flow experiments.  相似文献

We study the traffic states and jams occurring on a two-lane highway with a few slowdown sections. We derive the fundamental diagrams (flow-density diagrams). The fundamental diagrams on first and second lanes depend highly on the configuration of slowdown sections. The occupancy fraction of vehicles on first and second lanes varies with configuration of slowdown sections and also changes with density for the definite configuration. When a jam is formed on a lane, the flow (current) saturates on the lane. The saturated flow is given by the maximal value of the current of the slowdown section. The relationship between the densities before and after the jam is derived analytically. The dependence of jam lengths on density is derived numerically and analytically.  相似文献

We study the dynamical behavior of counter traffic flow through a sequence of signals (traffic lights) controlled by a phase shift. There are two lanes for the counter traffic flow: the first lane is for east-bound vehicles and the second lane is for west-bound vehicles. The green-wave strategy is studied in the counter traffic flow where the phase shift of signals in the second lane has opposite sign to that in the first lane. A nonlinear dynamic model of the vehicular motion is presented by nonlinear maps at a low density. There is a distinct difference between the traffic flow in the first lane and that in the second lane. The counter traffic flow exhibits very complex behavior on varying the cycle time, the phase difference, and the split. Also, the fundamental diagram is derived by the use of the cellular automaton (CA) model. The dependence of east-bound and west-bound vehicles on cycle time, phase difference, and density is clarified.  相似文献

Based on the two-lane traffic model proposed by Chowdhury et al., a highway traffic model with a blockage induced by an accident car is proposed, in which both symmetric lane changing rules and asymmetric lane changing rules are adopted. The fundamental diagrams and spatial-temporal profiles are presented after the numerical simulation and the jam transition is studied. It is shown that the accident car not only causes a local jam behind the accident car, but also causes vehicles to cluster in the bypass lane. The asymmetric lane changing rules are more advantageous in reducing the local jam than the symmetric lane changing rules when the accident car is in the right lane, and the symmetric lane changing rules are superior when the accident car is in the left lane. Furthermore the curves of lane-changing frequency against the total density are given. It is found that the vehicles will change lane more frequently when traffic is inhomogeneous with different types of vehicle or with an accident car.  相似文献

We propose a traffic model based on microscopic stochastic dynamics. We built a Markov chain equipped with an Arrhenius interaction law. The resulting stochastic process is comprised of both spin-flip and spin-exchange dynamics which models vehicles exiting, entering and interacting in a two-dimensional lattice environment corresponding to a multi-lane highway. The process is further equipped with a novel look-ahead type, anisotropic interaction potential which allows drivers/vehicles to ascertain local fluctuations and advance to new cells forward or sideways. The resulting vehicular traffic model is simulated via kinetic Monte Carlo and examined under both, typical and extreme traffic flow scenarios. The model is shown to correctly predict both qualitative as well as quantitative traffic observables for any highway geometry. Furthermore it also captures interesting multi-scale phenomena in traffic flows after a simulated accident which lead to oscillatory, dissipating, traffic waves with different periods per lane.  相似文献

Lane markings are painted on the ground to permit movement turns along traffic lanes at signalized junctions. Drivers have to follow the guidance to turn different directions to enter different downstream lanes. A new two-dimensional lattice hydrodynamic model is proposed to model the effects of a shared lane marking. The control method is used to analyze the model and new stability conditions are derived. A shared lane marking can divert traffic with different directions to enter different downstream lanes. Under different turning proportion, intensities of traffic at downstream vary. Results show that the traffic diversion could influence the flow stability. Shared lane marking is able to divert traffic flows to different downstream lanes. A feedback control signal is added in the proposed model. Revised stability conditions are obtained using the proposed control method. Numerical simulations present the results for the stability under different traffic conditions.  相似文献

在Nagel-Schreckenberg(NS)模型的基础上,提出一种可应用智能交通系统(ITS)信息的新的交通流元胞自动机模型. 其中考虑了有效间距及刹车灯的作用,并引入了可变安全间距的新概念. 数值模拟表明:对于这种改进的ITS元胞自动机模型,道路交通量有了显著提高,体现了智能交通的优越性——有效地扩大交通流量,减少阻塞生成. 当考虑快车和慢车的混合交通流时,发现即使少量的慢车也会导致交通流量大幅度下降,说明了严格实施快慢道行驶的必要性. 关键词: 交通流 智能交通系统(ITS) 元胞自动机模型 刹车灯 可变安全间距  相似文献

Based on the cellular automaton traffic flow model and the concept of public transport priority, a two-lane traffic model with an intermittent bus lane is proposed and the properties of urban traffic flow are studied. The cases of traffic with a dedicated bus lane (DBL), an intermittent bus lane (IBL) and an ordinary two-lane traffic are simulated, and comparisons in the form of the fundamental diagrams and the velocity-density profiles are made between them. It is shown that the DBL has the advantage of freeing buses from traffic interference and also has the disadvantage of disrupting traffic, the IBL is more efficient in improving the bus flow than ordinary two-lane traffic and maintaining the car flow at a higher level at the same time than the DBL, while the ordinary two-lane traffic suppresses public transportation and is not advantageous in easing urban traffic congestion. Also it is indicated that the DBL is only appropriate for low traffic flow in a two-lane traffic system, and this limitation can be partly overcome by opening the bus lane to general traffic intermittently when the bus lane is not in use by buses.  相似文献

在考虑自适应巡航(adaptive cruise control, ACC)车辆的交通流模型的基础上, 建立了考虑ACC车辆影响的上匝道系统混合交通流模型, 研究ACC车辆引入对上匝道交通系统交通流的影响. 为了描述ACC车辆和手动驾驶车辆在交通流运行中的差异, 分别构建了基于常车头时距原则的ACC 车辆跟驰子模型和手动驾驶车辆MCD元胞自动机子模型; 基于上匝道车辆合流驶入主线的需求, 建立了换道子模型, 引入了表征驾驶员换道心理的参数λ. 通过对混合交通流模型进行数值模拟发现, ACC车辆的混入可以有效改善上匝道系统交通流的运行, 降低合流等事件对于交通流运行的影响, 抑制交通拥堵的时空范围及拥堵强度, 提高交通流的平均速度和流量. 此外在混合交通流模型中, ACC车辆期望车头时距Hd的减小与换道心理参数λ 的增大均可以提高混合交通流运行的速度和流量, 而合流区长度lw对混合交通流影响则因上匝道车辆驶入概率的不同而存在差异.  相似文献

We study the traffic behavior when a vehicle changes from the first lane to the second lane on a two-lane highway. The incoming vehicle decelerates or accelerates by interacting with the vehicle ahead or behind on the second lane. We apply the extended optimal velocity model to the vehicular motion to take into account the velocity difference. We investigate whether or not the incoming vehicle collides with the vehicles ahead or behind. We derive such conditions that the incoming vehicle comes into collision with the vehicles ahead or behind. The safety-collision transition occurs by changing the lane. The dynamic transition depends highly on the headway, the vehicular speed, the sensitivity, and the velocity difference. We present the phase diagram (or region map) for the safety-collision transition.  相似文献

Basic lattice model is extended to study the heterogeneous traffic by considering the optimal current difference effect on a unidirectional single lane highway. Heterogeneous traffic consisting of low- and high-sensitivity vehicles is modeled and their impact on stability of mixed traffic flow has been examined through linear stability analysis. The stability of flow is investigated in five distinct regions of the neutral stability diagram corresponding to the amount of higher sensitivity vehicles present on road. In order to investigate the propagating behavior of density waves non linear analysis is performed and near the critical point, the kink antikink soliton is obtained by driving mKdV equation. The effect of fraction parameter corresponding to high sensitivity vehicles is investigated and the results indicates that the stability rise up due to the fraction parameter. Two diversion schemes that apportion demand between two on-ramps to reduce congestion and improve throughput on a freeway are analyzed. In the first scheme, drivers choose to merge or to divert to a downstream on-ramp based on information about average travel times for the two routes: (1) merge and travel on the freeway or (2) divert and travel on a surface street with merging downstream. The flow, rate of merging at the ramps, and the travel times oscillate strongly, but irregularly, due to delayed feedback. In the second scheme, diversion is controlled by the average mainline velocities just upstream of the on-ramps. Driver choice is not involved. If the average upstream velocity on the mainline drops below a predetermined value (20 m/s) vehicles are diverted to the downstream ramp. When the average mainline velocity downstream becomes too low, diversion is no longer permitted. The resultant oscillations in this scheme are nearly periodic. The period is dominated by the response time of the mainline to interruption of merging rather than delayed feedback, which contributes only a minor component linear in the distance separating the on-ramps. In general the second scheme produces more effective congestion reduction and greater throughput. Also the travel times for on-ramp drivers are less than that obtained by drivers who attempt to minimize their own travel times (first scheme). 在NaSh模型基础上,充分考虑驾驶员在匝口指示牌的诱导作用下驾驶方式的变化,定义了车辆在匝口上游的换道、直行驾驶规则,提出了敏感换道的元胞自动机下匝道交通流模型. 通过计算机数值模拟,结果表明:敏感换道过程能减少直行车道上的转出车辆比例,对非必要的换道行为有明显的抑制作用,且随敏感换道区长度增加,该作用越明显;匝口提示位置并非越长越好,系统转出车辆比例越小,系统所需的最佳敏感换道区长度越短. 工程设计中根据转出车辆比例选取一个适宜距离安放匝口指示牌,能有效增加系统流量和临界加入概率. 关键词: 交通流 元胞自动机 驾驶方式 计算机数值模拟  相似文献
