Two new flavone glycosides,isoetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2′-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside (1) and isoetin-7-O-β-D-glucopyr- anosyl-2′-O-α-D-glucopyranoside (2),a new lignan,mongolicumin A (3),and a new guaianolide,mongolicumin B (4) were isolated from the aerial part of Taraxacum mongolicum.Their structures were elucidated mainly by spectral analyses.  相似文献

Two new isoflavonoids, 6-methoxy-5,7,8,4'-tetrahydryoxyisoflavone (1) and 4'-methoxy -5,6-dihydroxyisoflavone-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), were isolated from the rhizomes of Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic evidence including ID NMR, 2D NMR, MS and IR spectra.  相似文献

Three new myrsinol diterpenes were isolated from the roots of Euphorbia prolifera. Their structures were elucidated as 2α-O-isobutyryl-3β,5α,7β,10,15β-penta-O-acetyl-14α-O-benzoyl-10,18-dihydromyrsinol (1), 2α-O-isobutyryl-3β-O-propion-yl-5α,7β,10,15β-tetra-O-acetyl-10,18-dihydromyrsinol (2), and 2α,14α-di-O-benzoyl-3β,5α,7β,10,15β-penta-O-acetyl-10,18-dihydromyrsinol (3) on the basis of spectroscopic data analyses (IR, ESI-MS, HR-ESI-MS, and 1D and 2D NMR). Their neuroprotective activities were evaluated and compounds 1 and 2 showed neuroprotective effects against MPP+-induced neuronal cell death in SH-SY5Y cells.  相似文献

Major novel steroidal alkaloid glycosides, named esculeoside A (1) and esculeoside B (2), have been isolated from the pink color-type and the red color-type, respectively, of the ripe tomato fruits of Lycopersicon esculentum MILL. for the first time. The structures of 1 and 2 have been characterized as 3-O-β-lycotetraosyl (5S,22S,23S,25S)-23-acetoxy-3β,27-dihydroxyspirosolane 27-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and 3-O-β-lycotetraosyl (5S,22S,23R,25S)-22,26-epimino-16β,23-epoxy-3β,23,27-trihydroxycholestane 27-O-β-d-glucopyranoside, respectively.  相似文献

Six new biphenyl quinolizidine lactone alkaloids: 14α-hydroxydecodine (1), 14β-hydroxydecodine (2), 4″-O-demethylheimidine (3), 4″-O-demethyl-9β-hydroxyvertine (4), 4″-O-demethylvertine N-oxide (5), and 4″-O-demethyl-9β-hydroxyvertine N-oxide (6) were isolated from so-called “sinicuichi” (origin: Heimia salicifolia) together with 18 known alkaloids. (1R,2S,6R)-2-Amino-6-hydroxycyclooctanecarboxylic acid (?)-10 was synthesized from (1R,2S)-2-aminocyclooct-5-enecarboxylic acid (+)-2 via an iodolactone intermediate, while (1R,2S,3R,4S)-2-amino-5,6-dihydroxycyclooctanecarboxylic acid (?)-12 was prepared by using the OsO4-catalyzed oxidation of Boc-protected amino ester (?)-5. The stereochemistry and relative configurations of the synthesized compounds were determined by 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy (based on 2D NOE cross-peaks and 3J(H,H) coupling constants) and X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Two new phenylethanoid glycosides, namely β-D-glucopyranoside, 1″-O-(7S)-7-(3-methoxyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-7-methoxyethyl-3″-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-4″-[(8E)-7-(3-methoxyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-8-propenoate] (1) and β-D-glucopyranoside, 1″-O-(7S)-7-(3-methoxyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-7-methoxyethyl-3″-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-4″-[(8E)-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-8-propenoate] (2), together with six phenylethanoid glycosides were isolated from Cirsium setosum. Their structures were elucidated by their spectroscopic data and references. Compounds 2, 4, 5, 7 and 8 (10 μM) exhibited moderate hepatoprotective activities. Inherently chiral anti-O,O′-dibenzyl-p-tert-butylcalix[4]arene 1 was resolved as the (S)-2-methoxy-2-(naphthalen-1-yl)propionic ester by flash chromatography. Conversely, the anti-O,O′-dibutyl analogue 2 was resolved as the (Sa)-2′-methoxy-1,1′-binaphthalene-2-carboxylic ester by crystallization combined with flash chromatography. CD analysis of these compounds indicated the absolute stereochemistries to be (Sa)-(+)-1 and (Sa)-(+)-2, respectively, the former of which was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis.  相似文献

A new steroidal saponin, named pumilum A (1), and a new phenolic glycoside, threo-1-(4'-hydroxy-2'-methoxyphenyl)-2-(2',4'-dihydroxyphenyl)-1,3-propanediol-4'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7) were isolated from the methanolic extract of the bulbs of Lilium pumilum DC, along with five known steroidal saponins. Their chemical structures were elucidated on the basis of detailed spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR techniques and chemical methods. The structures of two saponins, thyonosides A and B, isolated from the holothurian Thyone aurea collected in Namibia, were elucidated by 1D and 2D NMR (1H, 13C, 1H-1H COSY, 1H-1H J-resolved, TOCSY, HMQC, HMBC and NOESY). The two compounds have the same aglycon but different oligosaccharidic chains. Thyonoside A has a 3-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-6-O-sodium sulphate-β-d-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)-4-O-sodium sulphate-β-d-xylopyranosyl chain, and thyonoside B a 3-O-methyl-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-xylopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-d-quinovopyranosyl-(1→2)-4-O-sodium sulphate-β-d-xylopyranosyl chain. The holostane-type aglycon features an endocyclic double bond at position 7-8, a double bond at position 25-26 and a β-acetoxy group at C16.  相似文献

Five new acyclic monoterpene glycosides 1 – 5 were isolated from the leaves of Viburnum orientale (Caprifoliaceae). Anatolioside ( 1 ) is a monoterpene diglycoside and its structure was elucidated as linalo-6-yl 2′-O-(α-L -rhamnopyranosyl)β-D -glucopyranoside (arbitrary numbering of linalool moiety). Compounds 2 – 5 are all derivatives of 1 , containing additional monoterpene and sugar units, connected by ester and glycoside bonds. Their structures were established as linalo-6-yl O-[(2E,6R)-6-hydroxy-2, 6-dimethylocta-2,7-dienoyl]-(1? → 4″)-O-α-L -rhamnopyranosyl-(1″? → 2″″)-β-D -glucopyranoside ( = anatolioside A; 2 ), linalo-6-yl O-β-D -glucopyranosyl-(1? → 6?)-O-[(2E,6R)-6-hydroxy-2,6-dimethylocta-2,7-dienoyl]-(1? → 4″)-O-α-L -rhamnopyranosyl-(1″ → 2′)–β-D -glucopyranoside ( = anatolioside B; 3 ), linalo-6-yl O-β-D ribo-hexopyranos-3-ulosyl-(1′? → 6?)-O-[(2E,6R)-6-hydroxy-2,6-dimethylocta-2,7-dienoyl]-(1? → 4″)-O-α-L -rhamnopyranosyl-(1″ → 2′)-β-D -glucopyranoside ( = anatolioside C; 4 ) and linalo-6-yl O-[(2E, 6R)-6-hydroxy-2,6-dimethylocta-2,7-dienoyl]-(1″? → 2″″)-O-β-D -glucopyranosly-(1″″ → 6?)-O-[(2E,6R)-6-hydroxy-2,6-dimethylocta-2,7-dienoyl]-(1? → 4″)-O-α-L -rhamnopyranosyl(1″ → 2′)-β-D -glucopyranoside ( = anatolioside D ; 5 ). Based on the features of its crystallization, racemic 3-(2,3-dimethylphenoxy)propane-1,2-diol 2, the synthetic precursor of the chiral drug xibenolol 1, was resolved into pure enantiomers by the direct method of entrainment. The enantiomers of diol 2 through a Mitsunobu reaction were converted into the nonracemic 1,2-epoxy-3-(2,3-dimethylphenoxy)propanes (S)- and (R)-3, and then into the xibenolol enantiomers. Single crystals of (+)- and (?)-1·HCl were studied by X-ray diffraction. On the basis of the Flack parameter, the absolute (R)- and (S)-configurations were assigned to these compounds and to the other intermediate chiral substances.  相似文献

Two xanthones, 2-(3-hydroxy-3,3-dimethyldihydroallyl)-dihydro-6-deoxyisojacareubin (1) and dihydro-6-deoxyjacareubin (2), and two 3 ⟶ 8 rotameric biflavonoids, (2R,3S)-volkensiflavone-7-O-β-acetylglucopyranoside (3) and (2S,3S)-morelloflavone-7-O-β-acetylglucopyranoside (4), together with fifteen known compounds, were isolated from a dichloromethane/methanol (1:1, v/v) extract of the bark of the plant Allanblackia floribunda. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by NMR spectroscopy and mass spectroscopic techniques and those of the known ones were deduced by comparison with data reported in the literature. The isolated biflavonoids were obtained as mixtures of conformers exhibiting duplicate NMR signals in solution at 25 °C and their respective absolute configurations were assigned using circular dichroism spectroscopy. Selected isolated compounds were assessed for their antibacterial and antioxidant properties.  相似文献

Racemic 3-(4-indolyloxy)-1,2-propanediol 2 has been effectively resolved into (S)- and (R)-enantiomers by a preferential crystallization procedure. Non-racemic (S)-2 was converted into (S)-4-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)-1H-indole (S)-4 via a Mitsunobu reaction and then into (S)-pindolol (S)-1. The crystalline (S)-1 was studied by single crystal X-ray diffraction. A large number of symmetry independent molecules (Z = 6) led to a weakening of the system of strong intermolecular hydrogen bonds, which combined with a loose packing (PI = 64.6%), may be the cause of the abnormally low melting point of (S)-1 as compared with rac-1.  相似文献

Eight chiral vinylterphenyl monomers,(+)-2,5-bis{4′-[(S)-1″-methylpropyloxy]phenyl}styrene(Ia),(+)-2,5-bis{4′-[(S)-2″-methylbutyloxy]phenyl}styrene(Ib),(+)-2,5-bis{4′-[(S)-3″-methylpentyloxy]phenyl}styrene(Ic),(+)-2,5-bis{4′-[(S)-4″-methylhexyloxy]phenyl}styrene(Id),(?)-2,5-bis{4′-[(R)-1″-methylpropyloxy]phenyl}styrene(Ie),(+)-2-{4′-[(S)-1″-methylpropyloxy]phenyl}-5-{4′-[(R)-1″-methylpropyloxy]phenyl}styrene(IIa),(?)-2-{4′-[(R)-1″-methylpropyloxy]phenyl}-5-{4′-[(S)-1″-methylpropyloxy]phenyl}styrene(IIb),and(+)-2-{4′-[(S)-2′′-methylbutyloxy]phenyl}-5-{4′-[(S)-1″-methylpropyloxy]phenyl}styrene(III),were synthesized and radically polymerized.These molecules were designed to further understand long-range chirality transfer in radical polymerization and to possibly tune the chiroptical properties of the polymers by varying the spatial configuration,position,and various combination of the stereogenic centers at the ends of p-terphenyl pendants.The resultant polymers adopted helical conformations with a predominant screw sense.When the stereogenic centers ran away from the terphenyl group as in Ib?d,the corresponding polymers changed the direction of optical rotation in an alternative way and showed no obvious stereomutation upon annealing in tetrahydrofuran.The two stereogenic centers of IIa,IIb,and III acted concertedly in chiral induction,whereas those of Ia and Ie played a counteractive role.The five polymers derived from Ia,Ie,IIa,IIb,and III underwent stereomutation when annealed in tetrahydrofuran.The polymers PIa?e had good thermal stability and high glass transition temperatures(Tgs).They generated liquid crystalline phases at above Tgs that could be kept upon cooling,with the exception of PIe.This result was consistent with the extended helical structures.  相似文献

A continuing phytochemical study on the semi-mangrove plant Hibiscus tiliaceus yielded two new tetracyclic triterpenoids (3β,24S)-19(10→9)-abeo-8α,9β,10α-eupha-5,25(26)-dien-3,24-diol (tiliacol A, 1 ), and (3β,23Z)-19(10→9)-abeo-8α,9β,10α-tircalla-5,23-dien-3,25-diol (tiliacol B, 3), together with one known analog (2). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectral analyses (MS, IR, 1D NMR and 2D NMR) and comparison with literature compounds. Compound 2 showed potent cytotoxicity against both P388 and HeLa cells with ICon values of 11.2 μmol/L and 11.5 μmol/L, resoectively.  相似文献

2-Ethyl-1,3-propanediol 1 and its related di-O-acetate 2 were desymmetrized by partial chemoenzymatic acetylation and deacetylation, by Pseudomonas fluorescens lipase (Amano P.; PFL), to (R)-1-O-acetyl-2-ethyl-1,3-propanediol 3. On treatment of 3 with I2/Ph3P/imidazole the related (S)-1-O-acetyl-2-ethyl-3-iodopropanol 4 was obtained and transformed into the corresponding triphenylphosphonium salt 5. Reaction of [(S)-3-acetoxy-2-ethylpropylidene]triphenylphosphorane 6, prepared from 5, with 2,3:4,5-di-O-isopropylidene-β-d-arabino-hexos-2-ulopyranose 7 gave (Z)-3-C-acetoxymethyl-1,2,3,4,5-pentadeoxy-6,7:8,9-di-O-isopropylidene-β-d-manno-dec-4-ene-6-ulo-6,10-pyranose 8 which was hydrogenated to 9 and subsequently deacylated to 10. Treatment of 10 with Me2CO/H+ caused a rearrangement to (3R,4R,5S,6R,9R)-9-ethyl-5-hydroxy-3,4-isopropylidenedioxy-1,7-dioxaspiro[5.5]undecane 11, which closely matched the skeleton of the talaromycins.  相似文献

Two metabolites, the known antitumor macrolide hypothemycin 1 and its new 5′-O-methyl ether, 5′-O-methylhypothemycin 2, and the known steroid ergosterol 3, were isolated from a Phoma sp. The structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic data analysis, and the absolute configuration of hypothemycin 1 was confirmed by single crystal X-ray analysis in combination with the new solid-state CD/TDDFT methodology. Since the solid-state CD spectrum shows contributions from intermolecular interactions in the crystal, 1 represents a critical test case for our solid-state CD/TDDFT approach.  相似文献
