The reactivity ratios of vinyl acetate(VAc) and divinyl benzene (DVB) were calculated from the Q and e values.The possibility of the copolymerization of these two monomers was predicted and the copolymerization was carried out by suspension polymerization technique in the presence of pore producing agent (toluene and gasoine).The relative ratio of acetoxy group and benzene ring in the copolymer were monitored by IR measurement during the polymerization.The variation of pore properties,such as spectific surface area,porosity and average pore diameter,with polymerization time were determined.The copolymers at various polymerization time were alcoholyzed and thus the variation of the hydroxyl group content with polymerization time was studied. 相似文献

Spherical macroporous copolymers of methyl acrylate and trimethylopropane triacrylate with different surface and pore structure were synthesized via suspension polymerization.and their surface and pore structure were characterized by measurements of surface area,apparent density and skeleton density and calculation of average pore diameter,The results revealed that crosslinking degree and porogent determined the physical structure of these copolymers.Some of the copolymers were applied to adsorptive purification of ginkgo leaves extract to enhance the content of flavonoids,the results showed that most of the copolymers could by used to increase the flavonids content. 相似文献

Spherical macroporous adsorbents with active sites capable of hydrogen bonding adsorption based on urea-formaldehyde condensed polymer were synthesized via reversed suspension polymerization.The properties of the obtained adsorbent were also investigated in detail.The results showed that the water permeability could be improved by adding hydroxyl-contatining organic compound moiety into the adsorbent.The specific surface area and average pore diameter of these adsorbents increaswed while the porosity first increased then decreased with the increase of the amount of the added hydroxyl-containing compound. 相似文献

Two kinds of St/DVB copolymer beeds containing(1-pyrenyl) formyl and (1-pyrenyl) methyl groups respectively have been synthesized by both functionalization and copolymerization.The fluorescence spectra of the swollen polymers synthesized are similar in shape to those of the corresponding model compounds,while the intensity ratio of excimer to monomer shows clear dependence on the contents of the pyrene groups. 相似文献

The treatment and resource reuse of 1,2,4-acid producing wastewater by self-mademacroporous adsorption resin ND,A-107 was studied in this paper. Optimum adsorption anddesorption process parameters were acquired by systematically study. The polymeric resin NDA-10 7indicated good adsorption & desorption of 1,2, 4-acid in the wastewater. The removal efficiency of1,2,4-acid, CODer is about 78%, 72% respectively. It is evident that this adsorption process is anefficient treatment method for 1,2,4-acid producing wastewater. At the same time, the accumulationand resource reuse of l,2, 4-acid can be realized in this process. 相似文献

In search of a suitable adsorbent used for the enrichment and separation of natural saponins from an aqueous solution,a series of porous cross-linked poly (vinylaceto-phenone) resins I-Ⅸ were synthesized via the Friedel-Crafts acylation of styrene-divinyl-benzene copolymer beads.Their carbonyl contents were characterized by infrared spectra and elemental analysis.Their physical properties such as bulk densities,skeleton densities,and specific surface areas were also determined.The tests for the resins adsorption of gypenosides showed that only those resins with high carbonyl contents and large specific surface areas could favorably adsorb gypenosides from an aqueous solution with much higher capacities. 相似文献

The random copolymers of styrene and 2,5-bis[(4-methoxyphenyloxycarbonyl)styrene] (MPCS) with different copolymerization ratio were synthesized by conventional free radical polymerization. The copolymer having high molecular weight was experimentally elucidated using a combination of proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography. The liquid crystalline behavior of the copolymer was studied using differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffractometry and polarized optical microscopy. It was found that the liquid crystalline behavior was dependent on the content of styrene. Experimental results show that the copolymer could turn into a liquid crystalline phase at about 180℃ when the content of styrene was less than 20%. The mechanical properties of the copolymer were also studied. Preliminary results indicate that the tensile strength decreases while the tensile modulus increases as the content of MPCS is increased. 相似文献
