The possibility of preconcentrating vanadium, chromium, copper, and nickel by the simultaneous adsorption in a flow-through mode on a two-layer adsorbent and the determination of metal ions by diffuse reflectance spectroscopy was studied. The adsorbent was made of a polyacrylonitrile fiber, one layer of which was filled with an AV-17 anion exchanger (PANV-AV-17), while another layer, with a KU-2 cation exchanger (PANV-KU-2). The procedure was based on the simultaneous preconcentration of vanadium and chromium on the first disk and nickel and copper on the second disk, by pumping the analyzed solution through both disks in a flow-through cell. Then, vanadium was determined on the disk of PANV-AV-17 with 8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulfonic acid in 0.1 M HCl; next, chromium was determined with 1,5-diphenylcarbazide; the complex of vanadium was decomposed by 0.5 M H2SO4 and ascorbic acid. In the PANV-KU-2 disk, nickel was determined with dimethylglyoxime and then copper was analyzed with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate; the complex of nickel was decomposed with 1 M HCl. The selectivity factors were determined. A procedure was developed for the dynamic adsorption-spectroscopic determination of the following elements present simultaneously (μg/mL): V, 0.01–0.05; Cr, 0.002–0.015; Ni, 0.02–0.10; and Cu, 0.02–0.15. The results of analysis of model solutions are presented for different component ratios, RSD < 20%.  相似文献

This work began with the side chain of ginsenoside Rg1 which was acetylized with Ac2O-Pyr and oxidized by OsO4 and NaIO4 to give ginsenoside Rg1 aldehyde(2), which was further converted into an unsaturated ester(3) by Wittig-Horner reaction. The unsaturated ester(3) was treated with N2H4 and HNO2 to yield Rg1 azide(4) which was directly conjugated with BSA to give immunogen: ginsenoside Rg1-BSA conjugate(5). This azide(4) was conjugated with tyramine to give ginsenoside Rg1-tyramine conjugate which was labelled with free Na125I by CH-T to yield125I-labeled antigen: gensenoside Rg1-125I-tyramine(6). The labelling rate was 40%–50% and specific activity was 3.0–4.0 MBq/g.  相似文献

99Mo was separated from uranium and insoluble fission product hydroxides. More than 98% of99Mo radioactivity was extracted with bis (2-ethylhexyl)phosphoric acid. The organic phase was washed and99Mo was back-extracted from the organic phase with NH4OH solution. The percent recovery from the organic phase was 91% and the purity of99Mo was more than 99%. Pure99mTc was also extracted from the organic phase with a saline solution. Reversed-phase partition chromatography was used for the purification of99Mo from131I and other fission products (10% HDEHP on kieselguhr bed).131I and other isotopes were quantitatively eluted with 0.1M H2SO4,99Mo was eluted using a mixture of 0.5 M HCl and 30% H2O2.  相似文献

A series of pyridines, pyrimidinone, oxazinones, and their derivatives were synthesized as anti-inflammatory agents using abietic acid (7-isopropyl-1,4a-dimethyl-1,2,3,4,4a,4b,5,6,10,10a-decahydrophenanthrene-1-carboxylic acid) as the starting material. The arylidiene derivative was treated with cyanothioacetamide to give cyano pyridine-thione, which was reacted with ethyl chloroacetate to yield the corresponding cyano ester. The ester was hydrolysed to the sodium salt, which was reacted with acetic anhydride to afford 2-methyloxazinone, which was treated with ammonium acetate to afford 2-methylpyrimidinone followed by methylation with methyl iodide to yield 2,3-dimethyl- pyrimidinone. In addition, the oxazinone derivative was reacted with aniline or hydrazine hydrate to give 3-phenyl- or 3-aminopyrimidinones. The latter reacted with thiophene-2-carboxaldehyde or phenylisothiocyanate to afford Schiff’s bases or thiosemicarbazide derivatives. The pharmacological screening showed that many of these compounds have good anti-inflammatory activity comparable to Prednisolone® as reference drug.  相似文献

This presented paper deals with a methodology for the separation and simultaneous determination of two active substances in topical pharmaceutical formulation composed of lidocaine (L) and prilocaine (P). The methodology described is based on the sequential injection chromatography (SIC) with UV detection. Monolithic Column Chromolith Flash RP-18, 25 mm × 4.6 mm (Merck, Germany) was used. Separation was performed using elution with binary mobile phase composed of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer 0.05 M (40:80 (v/v)) + 0.01% triethylamine (adjusted to pH 7.1 with H3PO4) at a flow rate of 0.6 ml min−1. The analysis duration was <7 min. The method was linear over the range of 2.5-200 mg l−1 with a detection limit of 0.25 mg l−1 for both substances.The system was then coupled with Franz cell. Fully automated system for the in vitro release testing of semisolid dosage forms based on sequential injection analysis (SIA) was developed. Simultaneous measurement of L and P release was done by this system. Samples were taken in 10.5 min intervals during 4 h of the release test. Each test was followed by calibration with five standard solutions. Receiving medium was replenished automatically by the system.  相似文献

The grafting of polypropylene glycol (PPG) onto an ultrafine ferrite by the reaction of hydroxyl groups on the surface with isocyanate-capped PPG (PPG-NCO), prepared by the reaction of an equimolecular amount of PPG with tolylene 2,4-diisocyanate, was investigated. When PPG-NCO (M n=2.5×103) was heated with the ferrite in bulk, the percentage of grafting onto the ferrite at 120 °C was increased up to 18.5%. On the contrary, the grafting by the reaction of PPG with hydroxyl groups on the ferrite at 120°C was scarcely observed. The grafted PPG onto the ferrite was removed by hydrolysis with a dilute methanol solution of potassium hydroxide. Therefore, it was considered that PPG was grafted onto the ferrite surface with urethane bond. The grafting of PPG onto the surface was also confirmed by infrared spectra. The reaction of PPG-NCO with the ferrite was accelerated by the addition of-picoline as a catalyst. PPG-grafted ferrite was found to produce a stable colloidal dispersion in organic solvents. Furthermore, the effect of molecular weight of PPG-NCO on the grafting onto the ferrite was discussed.  相似文献

Dibromofluoracetaldehyde (DBFA) was prepared by reducing methyl dibromofluoroacetate with lithium aluminium hydride (LAH) at low temperatures whereby theLAH was added to dibromofluoroacetate. The initially obtainedDBFA hydrate was dehydrated to the free aldehyde. Methyl dibromofluoroacetate was synthesized together with methyl bromodifluoroacetate by air oxidation of 1,1-dibromo-2,2-difluoroethylene. The mixture of oxidation products, consisting of two acid halides, was treated with methanol and gave a mixture of the methyl esters which here separated by distillation. DBFA was polymerized with anionic and cationic initiators to crystalline insoluble poly-DBFA. Poly-DBFA degraded quantitatively at elevated temperatures to monomericDBFA. Copolymerization ofDBFA with chloral gave copolymers with nearly the same comonomer composition as the feed.DBFA was also copolymerized with phenyl isocyanate to a copolymer which contained acetal and urethane linkages.Part XII:R. A new sensor was developed using a screen-printed carbon electrode modified with single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and Prussian blue (PB) coated with chitosan. The modified electrode allowed the oxidation and reduction of rutin at 0.25 and 0.096 V, respectively, with a ΔE of 0.154 V. Furthermore, the peak currents increase nearly 100% compared with the electrode without modification. The process was more reversible compared with the electrode modified with only SWCNTs or PB. Cyclic voltammetry was used to characterize the modified electrode surface. The quantification of rutin was more sensitive with adsorptive stripping voltammetry than with anodic stripping voltammetry. Adsorption potential, adsorption time and pH were optimized based on the oxidation of rutin: Eads =–0.10 V, tads = 60 s, pH 3.0. The detection limit (3σ/b) was 0.01 μM and the relative standard derivation was 3%. The new sensor was used in the quantification of rutin in black tea, coffee and synthetic drink of tea with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Summary. Methyl 2,3-O-isopropylidene-β-d-ribofuranoside was synthesized and oxidized with HIO4 to afford the corresponding carboxylic acid. The latter was coupled with the appropriate acylated amino acids in the presence of HOBt and DDC as coupling reagents to give the corresponding amides. The methyl acetate derivative was hydrolyzed with 2 N KOH/MeOH to the corresponding carboxylic acid, which was coupled with l-glycine methyl ester to furnish the amide. Deprotection was carried out with 70% AcOH at reflux temperature. The prepared glycopeptides were tested for antiviral activity against Herpes Simplex virus type-1 (HSV-1) and hepatitis-A virus (HAV). The plaque reduction infectivity assay was used to determine virus count reduction as a result of treatment with tested compounds.  相似文献

Abstract

Pyrrolidine, morpholine, and β-hydroxyethylmorpholine have been phosphorylated with phosphorus oxychloride, phenylphosphorodichloridate, p-chlorophenylphosphorodichloridate and thiophosphoryl chloride. The resultant phosphorodichloridates have been condensed with a wied range of nucleophilic reagents, e.g. amines, hydrazines, phenols and isobutanol. Piperazine with phosphorus oxychloride (2 mols) gave the N(1) N(4)-diphosphorotetrachloridate, which was characterized as the tetracyclohexylamidate. β-Hydroxyethylpiperazine was similarly phosphorylated to the N,O-diphosphorotetrachloridate which was characterized as the tetraphenylhydrazidate.

Condensation of pyrrolidine (2 mols) with phosphorus oxychloride (1 mol) afforded N,N′-dipyrrolidinophosphorochloridate which was reacted with phenylhydrazide and sodium azide. The phosphoroazide with triphenylphosphine afforded the corresponding triphenylphosphinimine. N-Phenyl N′-pyrrolidinophosphorochloridate with aqueous pyridine gave the corresponding pyrophosphoramide and the stability of the pyrophosphoramide towards hydrolysis was examined. 1,2-Cyclohexanediol was phosphorylated with phenylphosphorodichloridate and thiophosphorylchloride. Trans-4-t-Butylcyclohexyl N,N′-diphenylhydrazinophosphorothioate by reaction with formaldehyde gave a tetra-azaphosphorine P-sulfide. Trans-4-t-Butylcyclohexyl N-phenyl N′-phenylphosphorodiamidic hydrazide reacted with 1,4-dibromobut-2-ene to give a 1,2-diazahex-4-ene.  相似文献

The phase transitions of Ba2-xSrxIn2O5 were investigated with various thermal analyses and high-temperature X-ray diffraction. It was clarified that crystal structure of Ba2-xSrxIn2O5 with x=0.0~0.4 varies from brownmillerite through distorted perovskite to another distorted perovskite with increase of temperature. The phase transition from brownmillerite to distorted perovskite was revealed to be first order, whereas transition from distorted perovskite to another one was second order. The specimen with x≥0.5 showed only one first order phase transition from brownmillerite to distorted perovskite. The phase diagram of Ba2-xSrxIn2O5 was established and existence of tricritical point at ~1100°C with x=0.4~0.5 was suggested. Summary A rapid, sensitive and selective high-performance liquid chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of sphingosine in human serum. After precipitation with methanol, the samples were extracted using Carbopack B disposable columns; the sphingosine was eluted with 0.05 M hydrochloric acid in methanol-dichloromethane (20∶80, v/v) and the extract evaporated to dryness at 40°C. The sample residue was then reconstituted with methanol and reacted with o-phthaldialdehyde reagent to produce a fluorescent compound. Separation was performed using an LC-18 column with 0.05 M phosphate buffer (pH 7)-methanol-acetonitrile (15∶80∶5, v/v) as mobile phase. Fluorescence detection was performed with excitation and emission wavelengths of 340 and 455 nm, respectively. The serum extract was re-analyzed with a cyano LC column to minimize the possibility of false positive results. The possible interference of compounds having a structure similar to that of sphingosine was evaluated. The mean recovery of sphingosine was >94.5%. The limit of detection of the assay was 1 ng mL−1. The between-run and within-run coefficients of variation for replicate analyses were <4.0% and <3.4%, respectively. The levels of free sphingosine in the serum of 40 normal subjects (20 male and 20 female) was investigated; the average level was 81.6±41.1 ng mL−1 (mean ±S.D.) for males and 85.5±33.7 ng mL−1 for females.  相似文献

Metallic platinum was photodeposited on TiO2 particles, and morphological characteristics of the Pt/TiO2 catalyst were determined. The dispersion of metallic platinum was uniform and did not alter the morphology of the TiO2 particles. However, absorbance of the Pt/TiO2 catalyst for light with wavelength more than 400 nm was significantly improved by the addition of metallic platinum. Gaseous acetone was decomposed in an annular photoreactor coated with TiO2 or Pt/TiO2 catalysts using a UV or a fluorescent lamp as light source. The decomposition of acetone with the application of a UV lamp was obviously enhanced for experiments conducted with Pt/TiO2 catalyst. Decomposition of acetone was promoted considerably with increasing oxygen concentration for experiments conducted with oxygen less than 50,000 ppmv, yet the decomposition of acetone was kept relatively constant for experiments conducted with oxygen above 50,000 ppmv. On the basis of the mass balance for carbon species, the amount of organic intermediates formed for experiments conducted under various conditions was found to be minimal. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 采用铝锆偶联剂和棕榈酸改性纳米CaCO3 粉体. 借助 XRD, FTIR, 接触角及流变学等测试方法对纳米CaCO3 的表面结构进行表征. XRD 分析表明: 改性纳米 CaCO3保持原样品完整的体相结构, 为方解石型纳米微晶. FTIR 分析证明: 表面改性剂与纳米 CaCO3 表面是以化学键合和物理吸附方式相结合, 粒子表面存在羧基等有机官能团的红外吸收特征. 通过测定苯和水在改性纳米CaCO3粉末压片上的接触角, 计算了改性纳米 CaCO3的表面能和极性分量, 并与未改性纳米CaCO3 进行比较. 结果表明, 经表面改性, 纳米 CaCO3 的表面能和极性分量明显降低, 其在有机溶液中的吸附功增大, 界面张力大大降低; 经棕榈酸改性的纳米 CaCO3 表现出较好的亲油疏水性, 而铝锆偶联剂改性的纳米 CaCO3 同时具有亲水性和亲油性. 以液体石蜡为溶剂, 研究了表面改性对纳米CaCO3悬浮液流变行为的影响. 实验发现: 经过表面处理, 纳米 CaCO3 粉体悬浮液流变行为发生较大的变化, 稳态剪切黏度大大降低, 表现出较小的动态弹性储能模量和黏性损耗模量, 而损耗因子较大.  相似文献

In addition, the oxazinone derivative was reacted with aniline or hydrazine hydrate to give 3-phenyl- or 3-aminopyrimidinones. The latter reacted with thiophene-2-carboxaldehyde or phenylisothiocyanate to afford Schiff’s bases or thiosemicarbazides. 3-Aminopyrimidinone was treated with phthalic anhydride or 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic acid dianhydride or toluene-3,5-diisocyanate to afford the corresponding imide, bis-imide, and bis-semicarbazide derivatives. The utility of DNA microarrays is severely limited by their restricted sensitivity. Tyramine signal amplification (TSA) coupled with gold label silver stain (GLSS) was introduced in DNA microarrays for visual detection of human pathogenic microorganisms. First, a TSA system was introduced to the microarrays after the microarrays were prepared and hybridized with biotinylated targets. This procedure leads to large amounts of biotin-conjugated tyramine depositing at the site of enzyme reaction under HRP catalysis. Second, streptavidin–nanogold was introduced and accumulated by specific binding of biotin and streptavidin. Finally, silver staining was performed. The images of the spots were scanned with a visible light scanner and quantified with ArrayVision 7.0 software. Detection conditions were systematically optimized. Then the sensitivity among TSA coupled with GLSS, GLSS, and TSA coupled with Cy3 was compared. The optimized conditions were: streptavidin–HRP (1 mg mL−1) dilution 1:1500, biotin–tyramine dilution 1:200 (+0.5% H2O2), streptavidin–nanogold dilution 1:100 (all diluted in 1 × PBS + 1% BSA) and silver stain time of 10 min. The sensitivity of TSA coupled with GLSS was 100-fold higher than that of GLSS, and was identical with that of TSA coupled with Cy3. Meanwhile, the specificity of the microarrays were not affected. This implied that TSA coupled with GLSS was a sensitive visual detection method and would be an ideal alternative to fluorescence-based detection for DNA microarrays.  相似文献

The kinetics of etherification of tert-butanol with aliphatic alcohols on gel KU-2×8 and macroporous KU-23 sulfo cation exchangers was studied. The first order of reaction with respect to tert-butanol and the -CSO3H groups of a catalyst was established. The activation energy of the process observed on KU-2×8 was 60–95 kJ/mol. It was shown that the etherification of tert-butanol on KU-2×8 occurred in a surface layer. The reactivity of primary alcohols introduced into the reaction with tert-butanol increased with their molecular weights (C2–C5). The rate of reaction with secondary alcohols was lower than that with primary alcohols.  相似文献

Regenerated cellulose blend film with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) was successfully prepared by coagulating cellulose/TPU solution with water in the presence of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU). Compared with pristine regenerated cellulose film, the toughness and thermal stability of the blend film was significantly improved. For example, the elongation at break was increased from 11% of pristine cellulose film to 51% of blend film with 20 wt. % TPU. The 50% weight loss temperature of this blend film was increased by 33 °C compared to neat cellulose. The relaxation transition temperature of cellulose was decreased with the addition of TPU through dynamic mechanical thermal analysis. The oxygen permeability was decreased from 2.3 × 10−10 cm3 cm/cm2 s Pa of pristine cellulose film to 0.08 × 10−10 cm3 cm/cm2 s Pa of the blend film with 20 wt.%. TPU The X-ray diffraction spectra showed that the crystallinity of cellulose decreased with incorporation of TPU. The images of scanning electron microscope discovered that there was good compatibility between cellulose and TPU. TPU was nano-dispersed in cellulose matrix. The blend film still maintained quite good transparency.  相似文献

A novel template monomer with multiple methacryloyl groups was synthesized with β‐cyclodextrin by the acetylation of primary hydroxyl groups and the esterification of secondary hydroxyl groups with methacrylic acid anhydride. The average number of methacryloyl groups in the monomer was 11. The radical polymerization of the monomer was carried out with the following initiators: α,α′‐azobisisobutylonitrile, H2O2? Fe2+ redox initiator, p‐xylyl‐N,N‐dimethyldithiocarbamate (XDC), and α‐bromo‐p‐xylyl‐N,N‐dimethyldithiocarbamate (BXDC). When the concentration of the monomer was less than 4.12 × 10?3 M, polymerization was limited inside the molecule, and gelation of the system was hindered. For controlled radical photopolymerization with XDC and BXDC, the methacryloyl groups of the monomer were homogeneously polymerized, and poly(methacrylic acid) with a narrow molecular weight distribution was obtained by the hydrolysis of the polymerized products. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A biotin derivative, namely biotin–aminocaproic acid–lysine (BAL), was synthesized with solid-phase chemistry, conjugated to a carrier-protein, and used for rabbit immunization. The aminocaproic acid–lysine “long-arm” was used in order to project the biotin-hapten above the carrier-protein surface. Lysine was selected due to its Nε-amino group, through which BAL was conjugated to the carrier-protein. BAL was synthesized on a commercially available resin with the Fmoc-solid-phase strategy; this has simplified the experimental procedure, overcome the need for intermediate purification steps, and led to a final product of high purity, with high yield. The anti-BAL antibodies recognized free biotin, as shown with an in-house-developed ELISA, in which biotin conjugated to a synthetic “lysine–dendrimer” was used to coat the ELISA microwells. In immunocytology and Western-blot experiments, the anti-BAL antibodies led to similar results with those obtained with streptavidin. Synthetic derivatives of hapten molecules that can be easily prepared with solid-phase chemistry, such as BAL, may be used for the development of specific antibodies for the corresponding hapten.  相似文献
