The stereospecific epoxide-opening reactions of 1,1-dibromo-3,4-epoxy-1-alkenes with allyltributylstannane and with ketene silyl acetals in the presence of a Lewis acid are described. Both the reactions occurred regioselectively at the allylic position via an SN2 process giving rise to a single product, respectively. Treatment of the products by the latter reaction with p-TsOH afforded various 3,4-anti- and 3,4-syn-disubstituted γ-lactones in a highly stereoselective manner and high yields.  相似文献

α,β-Unsaturated aldehyde acetals add :CCl2 (obtained in accordance with Makosza procedure) to form gem-dichlorocyclopropanecarboxaldehyde acetals (1) in high yields when the ratio of reactants is no less than 1:4. The addition of :CCl2 to polyunsaturated aldehyde acetals in the above conditions proceeds regioselectively at double bonds enriched by electrons. Compounds 1 are reduced by sodium in liquid ammonia to give cyclopropanecarboxaldehyde acetals (2). Both 1 and 2 are hydrolized by dilute H3P04 to the corresponding aldehydes and are added to vinyl ethers in the presence of BF3·Et2O to produce only 1:1 adducts which are hydrolyzed by a mixture of AcOH-AcONa-H2O to give β-formylcyclopropanes which were previously unknown.  相似文献

By employing the chelation strategy, treatment of an acetal of a contiguous diol with Me3SiCH2MgCl liberates the corresponding diol regioselectively. In addition, acetals of different structural variety are transformed upon treatment with Me3SiCH2MgCl and ZnI2 into the corresponding olefination products in good yield.  相似文献

A nickel(II)-catalyzed asymmetric alkylation of acyclic oxocarbenium ions generated in situ from corresponding acetals with carboxylic acid derivatives to prepare β-alkoxyl carbonyl moieties with diverse α-substituents has been disclosed. The method exhibited broad scope of acetals and carboxylic acid derivatives with excellent enantioselectivity and good functional group compatibility, and can be conducted in a gram-scale without obvious loss of efficiency.  相似文献

The acid-free, organocatalytic acetalization of various aldehydes and ketones with N,N′-bis[3,5-bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]thiourea is presented. The neutral, double hydrogen bonding thiourea catalyst can be used at very low loadings of 0.01–1 mol% at room temperature to furnish the respective acetals in 65–99% yield at turnover frequencies around 600 h−1. Acid-labile TBDMS-protected as well as unsaturated aldehydes can be converted efficiently into their acetals utilizing this very mild and highly practical method.  相似文献

(Triisopropylsilyl)acetaldehyde dimethyl acetal (TIPS-ADMA) was synthesized from chlorotriisopropylsilane in three steps. Cyclic and acyclic 1,2-diols can be transformed to (triisopropylsilyl)ethylidene acetals (TIPS-AA). Removal of the acetal by LiBF4 regenerates the starting diol in excellent yield even in the presence of an acetonide of 1,2-diol. The TIPS-AA group can survive under the deprotection conditions of the acetonide in acetic acid at 80 °C. Selective protection of 2,3- and 4,6-diols for O-methyl d-mannoside with TIPS-ADMA and selective deprotection of the acetals have been achieved.  相似文献

The regio- and diastereoselectivity of the addition of PhCu, BF3 reagent on chiral acetals derived from several mono or dienic aldehydes was studied. It was found that monoethylenic acetals react regio- and diastereoselectively via an overall anti SN2′ reaction. The regioselectivity observed with the dienic acetals seems to be strongly dependent on the nature of the acetal. In all cases the SN2″reaction was the result of an anti process.  相似文献

It is demonstrated that α,β-unsaturated acetals can be considered a synthetic tool for transforming carbonyl derivatives into cheap and easily accessible starting materials for the construction of various and more complex structures. The lithium-potassium mixed superbase LIC-KOR induces a conjugate elimination reaction that converts α,β-unsaturated acetals into 1E-1-alkoxybuta-1,3-dienes. These derivatives can be readily metalated in situ and functionalized by reaction with electrophiles. The results can be grouped in two sections: (1) the palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction between alkoxydienylboronates and tetralone- or isochromanone-derived vinyl triflates; (2) the regio- and stereoselective cross coupling reaction with aryl derivatives in the presence of a palladium catalyst (Heck conditions).  相似文献

The 1,4-elimination reaction of 2-substituted-(2Z)-4-methoxy-O-alkenyl acetals with n-butyllithium is shown to afford the 2-substituted-(1Z,3E)-O-1,3-dienyl acetals in high stereoselectivities. The Ferrier reaction of the O-1,3-dienyl acetals thus obtained provides the corresponding α-quaternary-β,γ-unsaturated aldehydes in excellent yields with high α-regioselectivities.  相似文献

(Trimethylsilyl)acetonitrile reacts smoothly with dimethyl acetals in the presence of stoichiometric trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate (TMSOTf) to yield β-methoxynitriles. The ideal substrates for this reaction are acetals derived from aromatic aldehydes. Elimination to the corresponding α,β-unsaturated nitriles is observed as the major product in the case of electron-rich acetals. A mechanistic hypothesis that includes isomerization of the silylnitrile to a nucleophilic N-silyl ketene imine is presented.  相似文献

Efficient access to masked β-amino-aldehydes was performed starting from 6-alcoxy tetrahydrooxazinone 6ad (6-ATO). Transacetalization leads to the opening of the cycle to form either unsymmetric acetal 7 or symmetric acetals 1618. These amino acetals are key compounds, obtained with 99% ee, which can be engaged in efficient peptide coupling. This method could easily provide peptides aldehydes or small amido aldehydes as exemplified with the formal synthesis of ent-Maraviroc.  相似文献

Benzylidene-type cyclic acetals of carbohydrates undergo efficient reductive ring opening using BH3·THF and a catalytic amount of TMSOTf at room temperature. 4,6-O-Benzylidene-hexopyranosides afford the corresponding 4-O-benzyl ethers exclusively, in high yields. Other benzylidene-type acetals, such as naphthylmethylene and 4-methoxybenzylidene acetals are also cleaved with the same reagent. The conversions are highly regio- and stereoselective and afford benzyl-type ethers in excellent yields.  相似文献

On irradiation (λ=350 nm) in the presence of 1,1‐dimethoxyethene, naphthalene‐1,2‐dionemonoacetals 1 regioselectively afford 1,1,4,4‐tetramethoxycyclobuta[a]naphthalen‐3‐ones 3 . Sequential deprotection of these bis‐acetals first lead to 1,1‐dimethoxycyclobuta[a]naphthalene‐3,4‐diones 4 and then to cyclobuta[a]naphthalene‐1,3,4‐triones 6 , which, in turn, are converted into (3,4‐dihydro‐3,4‐dioxonaphthalen‐2‐yl)acetates 7 by treatment with SiO2/MeOH/air.  相似文献

Asymmetrically bridged aroyl-S,N-ketene acetals and aroyl-S,N-ketene acetal multichromophores can be readily synthesized in consecutive three-, four-, or five-component syntheses in good to excellent yields by several successive Suzuki-couplings of aroyl-S,N-ketene acetals and bis(boronic)acid esters. Different aroyl-S,N-ketene acetals as well as linker molecules yield a library of 23 multichromophores with substitution and linker pattern-tunable emission properties. This allows control of different communication pathways between the chromophores and of aggregation-induced emission (AIE) and energy transfer (ET) properties, providing elaborate aggregation-based fluorescence switches.

A library of 23 asymmetrically linked aroyl-S,N-ketene acetal solid-state emissive multichromophores accessed by one-pot multicomponent reactions exhibits AIE- and AIEE-active behavior as well as dual emission and potential energy transfer.  相似文献

The title cyclic β-amino esters were synthesized stereo- and regioselectively. Starting from the corresponding 1-aryl- and 1-alkylcyclopropane-1,2-dicarboxylates, selective monosaponification and subsequent Curtius reaction leads to certain cis-1-alkyl- and 1-aryl-2-aminocyclopropanecarboxylic esters. These β-aminocyclopropanecarboxylate derivatives (β-ACCs) can be seen as useful building blocks for β-peptides.  相似文献
