Three-component reaction of an enolizable compound, such as acetophenone, methyl acetoacetate, 4-hydroxycoumarin, 2-naphthol, or 3-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid; an aromatic aldehyde, and acetonitrile induced by phosphorus pentoxide and hexamethyldisiloxane leads to 2-acetylamino ketones, methyl 3-(acetylamino aryl methyl)-3-oxobutanoates, 3-(acetylamino aryl methyl)-4-hydroxycoumarins, 1-(acetylamino aryl methyl)-2-naphthols, or 4-(acetylamino aryl methyl)-3-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acids in excellent yields.  相似文献

CuI-catalyzed coupling reaction of electron-deficient aryl iodides with aliphatic primary amines occurs at 40 degrees C under the promotion of N-methylglycine. Using l-proline as the promoter, coupling reaction of aryl iodides or aryl bromides with aliphatic primary amines, aliphatic cyclic secondary amines, or electron-rich primary arylamines proceeds at 60-90 degrees C; an intramolecular coupling reaction between aryl chloride and primary amine moieties gives indoline at 70 degrees C; coupling reaction of aryl iodides with indole, pyrrole, carbazole, imidazole, or pyrazole can be carried out at 75-90 degrees C; and coupling reaction of electron-deficient aryl bromides with imidazole or pyrazole occurs at 60-90 degrees C to provide the corresponding N-aryl products in good to excellent yields. In addition, N,N-dimethylglycine promotes the coupling reaction of electron-rich aryl bromides with imidazole or pyrazole to afford the corresponding N-aryl imidazoles or pyrazoles at 110 degrees C. The possible action of amino acids in these coupling reactions is discussed.  相似文献

为筛选高效催化Suzuki反应的催化剂, 合成了3种新的环钯化二茂铁亚胺-三苯基膦配合物2~4, 经元素分析(或HRMS)、 红外光谱和核磁共振谱对其结构进行了表征, 并通过X射线单晶衍射测定了化合物3的晶体结构. 这些化合物容易合成, 在空气和溶液中稳定, 可用作芳基溴及杂芳基溴与苯基硼酸偶联的Suzuki反应催化剂. 使用摩尔分数为0.01%的催化剂3, 以2倍量的K3PO4为碱, 于110 ℃下, 在甲苯中反应5~15 h, 使具有不同电子和位阻效应的取代芳基溴及杂芳基溴能以较高的产率与苯基硼酸反应生成偶联产物; 与溴苯相比, 带吸电子基的溴苯反应活性较高, 催化剂的摩尔分数降低至0.001%时, 仍能得到较高产率, 而带强给电子基的溴苯如4-溴苯甲醚及带邻位取代基的溴苯在其它条件相同时, 需要延长反应时间才能得到较高的产率.  相似文献

The aliphatic, phosphine-based pincer complex [(C(10)H(13)-1,3-(CH(2)P(Cy(2))(2))Pd(Cl)] (1) is a highly active Negishi catalyst, enable to quantitatively couple various electronically activated, non-activated, deactivated, sterically hindered and functionalized aryl bromides with various diarylzinc reagents within short reaction times and low catalyst loadings. Experimental observations strongly indicate that a molecular mechanism is operative with initial chloride dissociation of 1 and formation of the cationic T-shaped 14e(-) complex [(C(10)H(13)-1,3-(CH(2)P(C(6)H(11))(2))(2))Pd](+) (B), which undergoes oxidative addition of an aryl bromide (Ar'Br) to yield the cationic, penta-coordinated aryl bromide pincer complexes of type [(C(10)H(13)-1,3-(CH(2)P(Cy(2))(2))Pd(Br)(aryl')](+) (C) with the metal center in the oxidation state of +IV and the aryl unit in cis position relative to the aliphatic pincer core. Subsequent transmetalation with Zn(aryl)(2) result in the cationic diaryl pincer complexes of type [(C(10)H(13)-1,3-(CH(2)P(Cy(2))(2))Pd(aryl)(aryl')](+) (D), which reductively eliminate the coupling products, thereby regenerating the catalyst. The neutral square planar aryl pincer complex--a possible key intermediate in the catalytic cycle--was found to be reversibly formed in the reaction mixture but is not involved in the catalytic mechanism. Similarly, palladium nanoparticles as the catalytically active form of 1 could have been excluded.  相似文献

All-cis-1,2,3,4-Tetrakis(diphenylphosphinomethyl)cyclopentane/[PdCl(C3H5)]2 efficiently catalyzes the Sonogashira reaction of propiolaldehyde diethyl acetal with a variety of aryl bromides and chlorides. A minor electronic effect of the substituents of the aryl bromide was observed. Similar reaction rates were observed in the presence of activated aryl bromides such as 4-trifluoromethylbromobenzene and deactivated aryl bromides such as bromoanisole. Turnover numbers up to 95,000 can be obtained for this reaction. Even aryl chlorides and heteroarylbromides or chlorides have been successfully alkynylated with this catalyst. Moreover, a wide variety of substituents on the aryl halide such as fluoro, trifluoromethyl, acetyl, benzoyl, formyl, nitro, dimethylamino or nitrile are tolerated.  相似文献

Several ethylenedioxy-bridged bisarenes with a variety of type and number of aryl groups were synthesized to study non-covalent dispersion-driven inter- and intramolecular aryl–aryl interactions in the solid state and gas phase. Intramolecular interactions are preferably found in the gas phase. DFT calculations with and without dispersion correction show larger interacting aromatic groups increase the stabilization energy of folded conformers and decrease the intermolecular centroid–centroid distance. Single-molecule structures generally adopt folded conformations with short intramolecular aryl–aryl contacts. Gas electron diffraction experiments were performed exemplarily for 1-(pentafluorophenoxy)-2-(phenoxy)ethane. A new procedure for structure refinement was developed to deal with the conformational complexity of such molecules. The results are an experimental confirmation of the existence of folded conformations of this molecule with short intramolecular aryl–aryl distances in the gas phase. Solid-state structures are dominated by stretched structures without intramolecular aryl–aryl interactions but interactions with neighboring molecules.  相似文献

The regioselective syntheses of 3-alkyl(aryl)-2-(anthracen-9'-ylimino)-1,3-thiazolidin-4-ones (2) and 2-alkyl(aryl)imino-3-(anthracen-9'-yl)-1,3-thiazolidin-4-ones (3) from N-(anthracen-9-yl)-N'-alkyl(aryl)thioureas were accomplished effectively using methyl bromoacetate and bromoacetyl bromide, respectively. Detailed structural characteristics were confirmed mainly by NMR techniques. The mass spectrometric behavior of the resulting sets of compounds of known structures was shown to be characteristic for each set. Some interesting fragmentation pathways involving the transfer and rearrangements of various moieties were also revealed, as well as regioisomerization for particular substituent-specific fragmentations.  相似文献

The lithiation/alkylation of fluorene leads to various 9-alkyl-fluorenes (alkyl=Me, Et, iPr, -Pr, -C18H25) in>95% yields, for which lithiation and reaction with R2PCl (R=Cy, iPr, tBu) generates 9-alkyl, 9-PR2-fluorenes which constitute electron-rich and bulky phosphine ligands. The in-situ-formed palladium-phosphine complexes ([Na2PdCl4], phosphonium salt, base, substrates) were tested in the Sonogashira, Suzuki, and Buchwald-Hartwig reactions of aryl chlorides and aryl bromides in organic solvents. The Sonogashira coupling of aryl chlorides at 100-120 degrees C leads to>90% yields with 1 mol% of Pd catalyst. The Suzuki coupling of aryl chlorides typically requires 0.05 mol% of Pd catalyst at 100 degrees C in dioxane for quantitative product formation. To carry out "green" cross-coupling reactions in water, 9-ethylfluorenyldicyclohexylphosphine was reacted in sulphuric acid to generate the respective 2-sulfonated phosphonium salt. The Suzuki coupling of activated aryl chlorides by using this water-soluble catalyst requires only 0.01 mol% of Pd catalyst, while a wide range of aryl chlorides can be quantitatively converted into the respective coupling products by using 0.1-0.5 mol% of catalyst in pure water at 100 degrees C. Difficult substrate combinations, such as naphthylboronic acid or 3-pyridylboronic acid and aryl chlorides are coupled at 100 degrees C by using 0.1-0.5 mol% of catalyst in pure water to obtain the respective N-heterocycles in quantitative yields. The copper-free aqueous Sonogashira coupling of aryl bromides generates the respective tolane derivatives in>95% yield.  相似文献

Several palladium-phosphinous acids have been prepared and employed in cross-coupling reactions of aryl or acyl halides with aliphatic and aromatic organozinc reagents. The POPd7-catalyzed reaction of aryl halides, including electron-rich aryl chlorides, and arylzinc reagents was found to afford biaryls exhibiting alkoxy, alkylthio, amino, ketone, cyano, nitro, ester, and heteroaryl groups in 75-93% yield. Excellent results were obtained with sterically hindered substrates which gave di- and tri -ortho-substituted biaryls in up to 92% yield. Aryl halides also undergo POPd7-catalyzed aryl-vinyl and aryl-alkyl bond formation under mild conditions. Styrenes and alkylarenes were prepared in 79-93% yield from aryl halides and vinyl or alkylzinc reagents. The replacement of aryl halides by acyl halides provides access to ketones which were produced in up to 98% yield when POPd was used as catalyst. This approach overcomes the limited substrate scope, reduced regiocontrol, and low functional group tolerance of traditional Friedel-Crafts acylation methods.  相似文献

A series of chalcones and their derivatives have been synthesized. Chalcones, 1-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-3-(aryl)-prop-2-en-1-ones were prepared by the aldol condensation of 1-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)ethanones and aryl aldehydes. Based-catalyzed condensation of 1-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-3-(aryl)prop-2-en-1-ones with ethyl acetoacetate yields corresponding ethyl 4-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-6-(aryl)-2-oxocyclohex-3-ene-1-carboxylates. Some of the synthesized chalcones were reported in the literature; the newly synthesized compounds were characterized by single crystal X-ray studies, IR, 1H-NMR and LCMS mass spectral analysis.  相似文献

Diaryl chalcogenide synthesis employing diaryl dichalcogenides and aryl halides as starting materials in the presence of excess magnesium and a catalytic amount of CuI/bipyridyl is significantly improved by microwave heating. Reaction times can be reduced from 2 to 3 days to 6-8 h. Both aryl bromides and aryl chlorides can be used as substrates in the substitution reaction. The procedure is useful not only for diaryl sulfide and diaryl selenide synthesis but also for the preparation of unsymmetrical diaryl tellurides. Starting from suitable aryl halides, the novel microwave-assisted procedure was used for the facile preparation of novel chalcogen analogues (PhS-, PhSe-, and PhTe-) of various antioxidants (ethoxyquin and 3-pyridinol). Attempts to use dialkyl dichalcogenides for the coupling of alkylchalcogeno moieties to aryl halides were only successful in the case of long-chain (such as n-octyl) disulfides and diselenides.  相似文献

The coupling of aryl iodides with alcohols under mild conditions has been explored using self-assembled octanuclear copper clusters as catalysts. Reactions involving tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol were typically complete in 4-8 h at 110 degrees C using an oil bath or 1-3 h with microwave heating. High yields of alkyl aryl ethers were obtained with catalyst loadings as low as 0.4 mol % cluster.  相似文献

Oxidative cross-coupling of alpha-aryl-beta,beta-difluoroenol silyl ethers with heteroaromatics in the presence of Cu(OTf)(2) in wet acetonitrile proceeds smoothly, affording heteroaryldifluoromethyl aryl ketones in 61-88% yields. The palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling of readily available N-tert-butyl-2-(1-alkynyl)benzaldimines and aryl, allylic, benzylic, alkynyl halides, as well as a vinylic halide, provides a valuable new route to 3,4-disubstituted isoquinolines with aryl, allylic, benzylic, 1-alkynyl, and vinylic substituents, respectively, in the 4-position. The reaction appears to require an aryl group on the end of the acetylene furthest from the imine functionality. Primary aromatic amides were prepared by a palladium-catalyzed aminocarbonylation reaction of aryl halides in high yields (70-90%) using formamide as the amine source. The reactions require a palladium catalyst in combination with a nucleophilic Lewis base such as imidazole or 4-(dimethylamino)pyridine (DMAP). Aryl, heteroaryl, and vinyl bromides and chlorides were converted to the primary amides under mild conditions (5 bar, 120 degrees C) using 1 mol % of a palladium-phosphine complex. Best results were obtained in dioxane using triphenylphosphine as the ligand and DMAP as the base. For activated aryl bromides, a phosphine-to-palladium ratio of 2:1 was sufficient, but less reactive aryl bromides or aryl chlorides required ligand-to-palladium ratios up to 8:1 in order to stabilize the catalyst and achieve full conversion. The influence of catalyst, base, solvent, pressure, and temperature was studied in detail. The mechanism of the reaction could be clarified by isolating and identifying the reaction intermediates. In addition, methylamides and dimethylamides were prepared by the same method using N-methylformamide and N,N-dimethylformamide as the amine source.  相似文献

3-Chloro-2-isothiocyanato-1-propenyl alkyl(aryl) ketones react with hydroxylamine hydrochloride to give 3-alkyl(aryl)-5-chloromethylisoxazole. Treatment of the latter with dimethylamine and ammonium thiocyanate leads to formation of previously unknown 3-alkyl(aryl)-5-dimethylamino(or isothiocyanato)- methylisoxazoles.  相似文献
