Ketones, phenylacetonitrile, ethylmalonate, cyanoethyl acetate, nitromethane and nitroethane were found to add directely to α,β-unsaturated tertiary amides in the presence of CsF/Si(OMe)4 to give 1,4-addition products in fair to good yields.  相似文献

A convenient method of synthesizing tetrasubstituted olefins as single isomers is described. E-β-Chloro-α-iodo-α,β-unsaturated esters are first converted into the corresponding E-β-chloro-α,β-unsaturated esters using Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions with arylboronic acids and alkenylboronic acids. These transformations gave complete selectivity, and proceeded with substitution at the more activated α-iodide position. These compounds, isolated as single isomers, were then transformed into tetrasubstituted olefins by Suzuki–Miyaura couplings with arylboronic acids, alkenylboronic acids, and alkyl boranes to afford the corresponding tetrasubstituted olefins as single isomers. During this coupling process, it was discovered that the use of small ligands, such as PMe3 or PEt3, was critical for efficient coupling. The stereochemistry and regiochemistry of the products were unequivocally established using NMR methods.  相似文献

Reactions of α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds with Me3SiCH2MgCl, prepared from chloromethyltrimethylsilane [1], were examined. Unlike its lithium counterpart (Me3SiCH2Li), which adds to α,β-unsaturatedketones in the 1,2-sense, the Grignard reagent afforts γ silanes via a 1,4-addition sequence. This tendency is accentuated by the addition of Cu2Br2. Addition of the Grignard reagent to α,β-unsaturated aldehydes gives the simple 1,2-addition products.  相似文献

An efficient route for the synthesis of 5-(arylpropenylidine)-2,4,6-pyrimidinetrione 3 from an appropriateα,β-unsaturated aromatic aldehydes 1 and barbituric acid 2 under both non-catalytic and solvent-free microwave irradiation conditions was described.In this way,a range of biologically important compounds 3 was obtained in good to excellent yields (86-98%) in a very short reaction time (30-80s).  相似文献

Irradiation of α-iodo ketone in hexane under a nitrogen atmosphere with a high-pressure mercury lamp (λ>300nm) at room temperature afforded the corresponding α,β-unsaturated ketones in good yield. The reaction of α-branched aldehydes with diethyl 1-carbomethoxyethyl phosphonate 1b in THF/nBuLi at low temperature leads stereoselectively to Z α-methyl α,β-unsaturated esters. From a linear aldehyde, the reaction is less stereoselective, while from α,β-unsaturated ones, the E isomers are predominantly formed in good yields. From diphenyl 1-carbomethoxyethyl phosphine oxide 2b, E α-methyl α,β-unsaturated esters are stereoselectively formed either in DMF/tBuOK or in phase transfer conditions, whatever the starting aldehyde is, also in good yields. This reagent can thus advantageously replace the corresponding P-ylid. In all cases, the reaction conditions are determined so that by-products formation is minimized.  相似文献

The deoxygenation of the α,β-unsaturated ketones (1) and (5) under the Clemmensen condition yielded the olefins (2) and (6) along with their respective dimers (3+4) and (8+9). The α , β-unsaturated ketone (13) under similar treatment yielded the olefin (14) in satisfactory yield but the dimer could not be characterized. The deoxygenation of the α,β-unsaturated ketones (10) and (16) under similar con- ditions afforded the olefins (12) and (15) respectively in satisfactory yield along with the rearranged olefins (11) and (17) respectively. Epox-idation of the olefin (17) followed by heating with p-toluenesulfonic acid yielded the ketone (18).  相似文献

Systematic variation of the substrate structure in the enantioselective hydrogenation of α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acids over cinchonidine-modified Pd catalysts indicated that aryl substituents in β position changed the adsorption mode of the substrates on the metal surface and eventually the configuration of the products formed in excess as compared to aliphatic substrates. The configuration of the products formed in excess by hydrogenation of eight α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acids, of which two have not been described yet, indicated that the substrates bearing aromatic ring in β position were adsorbed on the opposite face of the CC group compared to acids having aliphatic group in β position.  相似文献

New Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reagents, (o-t-BuPhO)2P(O)CH2CONMe(OMe) and (o-t-BuPhO)2P(O)CH2CON(CH2CH2) 2O were prepared via the Arbuzov reaction in good yields. The enantioselective resolution of various quaternary α′-acetoxy α,β-unsaturated cyclohexenones and cyclopentenones was performed with the commercially available enzyme CCL in pH = 8.0 phosphate buffer. Various parameters that would affect the enantioselectivities were tested and the best enzymatic resolution conditions were found to afford the enantiomerically enriched quaternary acetoxylated substrates with high ee varying between 36% and 99%.  相似文献

(Ph3C)[BPh(F)4]-catalyzed Hosomi-Sakurai allylation of allylsilanes with β,γ-unsaturated α-ketoesters has been developed to give γ,γ-disubstituted α-ketoesters in high yields with excellent chemoselectivity. New indolizidines, quinolizidines, and octahydro-pyrido[1,2-a]azepines of lactam type were synthesized from 2-nitromethylene-pyrrolidine, -piperidine, and -hexahydroazepine, respectively, by [3+3] cyclizations with α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid chlorides. In the case of quinolizidines, a double bond migration was observed, and explained in terms of amidity percentage. Cyanomethylene-pyrrolidine gave indolizidines of lactam type, while transformations of 1-cyanomethylene-tetrahydoisoquinoline resulted in lactams as well as ketones, when simple open-chain acid chlorides or cinnamoyl chloride were used, respectively.  相似文献

A copper catalyzed borocarbonylation of BCPs via proximal C–C bond cleavage for the synthesis of γ-boryl-γ,δ-unsaturated carbonyl compounds has been developed. Using substituted benzylidenecyclopropanes (BCPs) and chloroformates as starting material, a broad range of γ-boryl-γ,δ-unsaturated esters were prepared in moderate to excellent yields with excellent regio- and stereoselectivity. Besides, when aliphatic acid chlorides were used in this reaction, γ-boryl-γ,δ-unsaturated ketones could be produced in excellent yields. When substituted BCPs were used as substrates, the borocarbonylation occurred predominantly at the proximal C–C bond trans to the phenyl group in a regio- and stereoselective manner, which leads to the Z-isomers as the products. This efficient methodology involves the cleavage of a C–C bond and the formation of a C–C bond as well as a C–B bond, and provides a new method for the proximal C–C bond difunctionalization of BCPs.

α-Functionalized α,β-unsaturated aldehydes is an important class of compounds, which are widely used in fine organic synthesis, biology, medicine and pharmacology, chemical industry, and agriculture. Some of the 2-substituted 2-alkenals are found to be the key metabolites in plant and animal cells. Therefore, the development of efficient methods for their synthesis attracts the attention of organic chemists. This review focusses on the recent advances in the synthesis of 2-functionally substituted 2-alkenals. Reactions of β-aminoacrylic esters (1–c) and amides (1d–o) with benzyl bromide 2 and cinnamyl bromide 3 give products which are dependent both upon the nature of the amine component of the enamine and, in the case of the amides, upon the amine from which the amide is derived. The β-enamino esters react with benzyl bromide to yield predominantly dialkylated products in the case of the pyrrolidine ester 1a. Reactions of the same esters with cinnamyl bromide yield mixtures of cinnamyl and 2-phenylpropenyl-substituted formylacetic esters. The enamino amides 1d–f react to yield the expected alkylated derivatives. The anilides 1i–o exhibit nucleophilic reactivity at the aniline nitrogen. A mechanism leading to the observed products is proposed.  相似文献
