A novel ruthenium(II) polypyridyl complex [Ru(phen)2{ipbd)](ClO4)2 (ipbd = 3-(1H-Imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthrolin-2-yl)-1-benzodioxane, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline} has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, ES-MS and 1H-NMR spectra. The interaction of the complex with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) was investigated by absorption titration, fluorescence spectra, thermal denaturation, viscosity measurements, circular dichroism and photoinduced cleavage. The results suggest that the complex intercalates into the CT-DNA base pairs. Upon irradiation, this novel Ru(II) complex can cleave the plasmid pBR 322 DNA from the supercoiled form I to the open circular form II.  相似文献

The complex [Co(2-Me-Pyz)2(H2O)4](NO3)2 is synthesized and its structure is determined. The crystals are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 10.685(2) Å, b = 6.837(1), c = 12.515(3) Å, β = 91.84(3)°, V = 913.8(3) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.042 g/cm 3, Z = 2. The Co2+ ion (in the inversion center) is coordinated at the vertices of the distorted octahedron by two nitrogen atoms of methylpyrazine and four oxygen atoms of the water molecules (Co(1)–N(1) 2.180(3), average Co(1)–O(w) 2.079(3) Å, angles at the Co atom 87.9(1)–92.1(1)°). Supramolecular pseudometallocycles are formed in the structure through the O(w)–H…N(1) hydrogen bonds between the coordinated H2O molecules and the terminal nitrogen atoms of the 2-methylpyrazine molecules. Their interaction results in the formation of supramolecular layers joined by the NO3 groups into a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

A complex of uranyl perchlorate with imidazolidine-2-one as the molecular ligand, [UO2(Imon)4(H2O)](ClO4)2 (I), was synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The coordination number of the uranium atom is 7. The nearest environment of the uranyl ion includes four O atoms of the imidazolidine-2-one molecules and one O atom of the water molecule. The perchlorate anions are outer-sphere ligands. The crystals are monoclinic: space group P21/c; a = 16.294(3) Å, b = 16.135(3) Å, c = 9.987(2) Å, = 97.69 (3)°, V = 2603.0 (9) Å3, (calcd) = 2.117 g/cm3, Z = 4. The crystal structures of three birefringent grossular-andradite natural garnets Ca3(Al,Fe)2(SiO4)3 were investigated using single-crystal X-ray diffraction data (MoKα, number of reflections measured 8065, 10619, 9213; R = 2.81, 2.74, 3.26%). According to the values of unit cell constants, inconsistent intensities of reflections and appearance of additional (forbidden) reflections explored garnets have different symmetry: cubic, sp. gr. (Fe/(Fe + Al) = 0.078, Δn = 0.0002); orthorhombic, sp. gr. Fddd (Fe/(Fe + Al) = 0.58, Δn = 0.0089); triclinic, sp. gr. or I1 and pseudo-orthorhombic (Fe/(Fe + Al) = 0.23, Δn = 0.0066). Careful refinement of all crystal structures in space groups , Fddd and has confirmed the symmetry reduction detected on the diffraction patterns and shown that dissymmetrization of cubic garnets connects with partial ordering of trivalent cations over Y-sites. Direct linear relationship between Fe-occupancy, an average Y–O bond lengths and octahedral O–O edges has been revealed. Cluster models of dissymmetrization have been regarded. Evidence for the “growth dissymmetrization” phenomena (kinetic phase transformations) as the reasons of the symmetry reduction of cubic garnets has been discussed. The reasonable assumption that the garnets crystal structures described as orthorhombic are triclinic, but the deviations from the orthorhombic symmetry so small, that cannot be manifested by of X-ray diffraction study has been taken.  相似文献

The structure of the bismuth(III) complex with N-ethylthiourea (Ettu) has been determined for the first time. We found that the crystal structure of [Bi(Ettu)4(ClO4)2]ClO4 is built of distorted octahedral cations [Bi(Ettu–S)4(ClO4)2]ClO4]+ and anions ClO4-. The deviation of one of the two independent Ettu molecules from the plane structure is explained by the mutual repulsion of the ligands and the formation features of hydrogen bonds. The C2H5(Ettu) group is in the cis position relative to the thiocarbonyl group.  相似文献

The reaction of [RuCl2(PPh3)3] complex with dimethylpyrazole has been examined. A new ruthenium complex—[RuCl2(PPh3)2(3,5-Me2HPz)2] has been obtained and characterized by IR, 1H NMR and UV-VIS measurements. Crystal and molecular structure of the complex has been determined. A novel N4-planar Cu(II) macrocyclic fragment, namely, [CuL](ClO4)2 (I) (L = 4-methyl-1,3,6,8,11,14-hexaazatricyclo[12.2.1.18,11)octadecane has been prepared from a simple template condensation reaction and structurally characterized for the first time. The complex of I crystallizes in the monoclinic system of space group P21/c with unit cell parameters: a = 17.124(10), b = 9.255(5), c = 14.053(8) Å and β = 111.262(7)°.  相似文献

A number of mononuclear manganese(II) and manganese(III) complexes have been synthesized from tridentate N2O aminophenol ligands (HL1–HL5) formed by reduction of corresponding Schiff bases with NaBH4. Three types of tridentate N2O aminophenols have been prepared by reducing with NaBH4which are (a) Schiff bases obtained by bromo salicylaldehyde reaction with N,N-dimethyl/N,N-diethyl ethylene diamine (HL1, HL2), (b) Schiff bases obtained by condensing salicylaldehyde/bromo salicylaldehyde and picolyl amine (HL3, HL4), (c) pyridine-2-aldehyde and 2-aminophenol (HL5). All the manganese complexes have been prepared by direct addition of manganese perchlorate to the corresponding ligands and were characterized by the combination of i.r., u.v.–vis spectroscopy, magnetic moments and electrochemical studies. The u.v.–vis spectra of all of the manganese(III) complexes show two weak d–d transitions in the 630–520 nm region, which support a distorted octahedral geometry. The electron transfer properties of all of the manganese(III) complexes (1–4 and 6) exhibit mostly similar characteristics consisting two redox couples corresponding to the MnIII → MnII reductions and MnIII → MnIV oxidations. The electronic effect on the potential has also been studied by changing different substituents in the ligands. In all cases, an electron-donating group stabilizes the higher oxidation state and electron withdrawing group prefers the lower oxidation state. The cyclic voltammogram of [MnII(L5)2] shows an irreversible oxidation MnII → MnIII at −0.88 V, followed by another quasi-reversible oxidation MnIII → MnIV at +0.48 V. The manganese(III) complex (3) [Mn(L3)2]ClO4has been characterized by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Sodium triuranate Na2(UO2)3O3(OH)2 was synthesized by the reaction between aqueous uranyl acetate solution and aqueous sodium nitrate solution under hydrothermal conditions at 200°C. The composition and structure of the synthesized compound were determined, and its dehydration and thermal decomposition were studied, by chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and thermal analysis.  相似文献

A new Co(III) dioxime complex with selenocarbamide was obtained by the reaction of Co(BF4)2 ? 6H2O, DmgH2, and Seu (DmgH2 = dimethylglyoxime, Seu = selenocarbamide). According to X-ray diffraction (CIF file CCDC no. 1485732), the product was an ionic coordination compound with unusual composition, [Co(DmgH)2(Seu)1.4(Se-Seu)0.5(Se2)0.1][BF4] (I). Apart from two monodeprotonated DmgH ̄ molecules, the central atom coordinates neutral Seu, Se-Seu, and Se2 molecules. Thus, the crystal contains the complex cations [Co(DmgH)2(Seu)2]+, [Co(DmgH)2(Seu)(Se-Seu)]+, and [Co(DmgH)2(Seu)(Se2)]+. Each [BF4] ̄ anion is linked to the cations not only by electrostatic forces but also by intermolecular N–H···F hydrogen bonds (H-bonds). The complex cations are combined by intermolecular N–H···O H-bonds. The new coordination compound was found to possess biological activity. Treatment of the garlic (Allium sativum L.) foliage with an aqueous solution of I optimizes the content of selenium in the leaves and cloves and enhances the growth and plant productivity. The organs of treated plants are characterized by enhanced antioxidant protection owing to increasing activity of antioxidant enzymes and contents of proline and assimilation pigments, and decreasing lipid peroxidation.  相似文献

Thermal decomposition of [Cd(NH3)6](NO3)2 was studied by thermogravimetry (TG) with simultaneous differential thermal analysis (SDTA) for two samples and at two different sets of measurement parameters. The gaseous products of the decomposition were on-line identified by evolved gas analysis (EGA) with a quadruple mass spectrometer (QMS). The decomposition of the title compound proceeds, for both cases, in the three main stages. In the first stage, deammination of [Cd(NH3)6](NO3)2 to [Cd(NH3)](NO3)2 undergoes by three steps and 5/6 of all NH3 molecules are liberated. At second stage the liberation of residual 1/6NH3 molecules and the formation of Cd(NO3)2 undergoes. However, during this process simultaneously a two-step oxidation of a part of ammonia molecules also takes place. In a first step as a result a mixture of ammonia, water vapour and nitrogen is formatted. At the second step, subsequent oxidation of a next part of NH3 molecules undergoes. As a result, a mixture of nitrogen oxide, nitrogen and water vapour is formatted, what for these both steps clearly indicates the EGA analysis. The third stage of the thermal decomposition is connected with the melting and subsequent decomposition of residual Cd(NO3)2 to oxygen, nitrogen dioxide and solid CdO. Additionally, third sample was measured by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and the results are fully consistent with those obtained by TG.  相似文献

Polymorphism and thermal decomposition of [Mg(DMSO)6](NO3)2, where DMSO =(CH3)2SO, were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetry (TG). The gaseous products of the decomposition were on-line identified by a quadruple mass spectrometer (QMS). Three phase transitions have been detected for this compound in the temperature range of 95–370 K between the following solid phases: stable KIb↔stable KIa at T C3=195 K, metastable KII↔supercooled K0 at T C2=230 K and stable KIa→stable K0 at T C1=337 K. Thermal decomposition of the title compound proceeds in three main stages. In the first stage, which starts just above ca. 380 K, and is continued up to ca. 540 K, the compound loses in two steps four DMSO molecules per one formula unit and undergoes into [Mg(DMSO)2](NO3)2. The second stage starts just immediately after liberating four DMSO ligands and is connected with the decomposition of [Mg(DMSO)2](NO3)2 and the formation of a mixture of solid anhydrous magnesium sulfate, magnesium nitrate and magnesium oxide and also a mixture of gaseous products of the DMSO and Mg(NO3)2 decomposition. The third and the last stage corresponds to the decomposition of not decomposed yet magnesium nitrate and formation of magnesium oxide, nitrogen oxides and oxygen.  相似文献

Novel complex salts [Au(en)2]Cl(ReO4)2 (I) and [Au(en)2](ReO4)3 (II), en = ethylenediamine, are obtained. Their crystal structures are determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure of bis(semicarbazido)copper(II) nitrate [Cu(NH2NHC(O)NH2)2](NO3)2 has been studied by X-ray diffraction. Monoclinic crystals, a = 6.835(2) Å, b = 7.733(2) Å, c = 10.320(3) Å, β = 105.701(3)°, V = 525.1(2) Å3, space group P21/c, Z = 2, d msd = 2.136 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 2.143 mm−1. The structure was solved with the program for automatic analysis of Patterson’s function and refined by full-matrix least squares in an anisotropic approximation for all non-hydrogen atoms using 753 independent reflections; R 1 = 0.0203. The square environment of the Cu atom is formed from the amino nitrogen atoms of the hydrazine fragments and the C=O oxygen atoms of the two semicarbazide bidentate molecules (Cu-N 1.928 Å, Cu-O 1.999 Å). The axial positions are occupied by the O atoms of the NO 3 outer-spheric anions (Cu-O 2.505 Å). A novel Cu(II) complex Cu2(Endc)2(Bipy)2 has been synthesized by the reaction of Cu(NO3)2 · 3H2O, Endc (endo-norbornene-cis-5,6-dicarboxylic acid), and Bipy (2,2-bipyridine) at room temperature. Elemental analysis, IR spectra, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure. Crystal data for this complex: triclinic, P \(\bar 1\) with a = 9.0373(10), b = 10.1637(11), c = 10.5574(12) Å, α = 65.78(1)°, β = 72.32(2)°, β = 73.23(2)°, Z = 1, V = 827.46(16) Å3, ρ c = 2.160 g/cm3, F(000) = 410.0, R = 0.0483 and wR = 0.0958 independent reflections for 4468 observed ones (I > 2 σ(I)).The Cu2+ ion is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from the Bipy molecule and three oxygen atoms from two Endc, giving a distorted squarepyramidal coordination geometry. Two neighboring Cu2+ ions are bridged by a pair of bimonodentate carboxyl groups of different Endc acids, giving a centrosymmetrical binuclear structure which a Cu…Cu distance of 3.2946 Å. The photoluminescence properties of the complex were studied at room temperature. The complex displays an obvious photoluminescent emission upon excitation at 390 nm in the solid state.  相似文献

Motor gasoline must present characteristics that guarantee its quality and the good performance of internal combustion engines without harming the environment. The contamination of gasoline by solvents can seriously adulterate its physical-chemical properties and affect its volatility and detonation capacity. To investigate organic solvent adulteration in gasoline samples, thermal analysis technique (TG/DTG) can be used as an auxiliary tool in the study of the thermal behavior of liquid fuels, as demonstrated by the present work involving a comparative analysis of kerosene-free and doped gasoline.  相似文献

Gas-phase infrared photodissociation spectroscopy is reported for the microsolvated [Mn(ClO4)(H2O) n ]+ and [Mn2(ClO4)3(H2O) n ]+ complexes from n = 2 to 5. Electrosprayed ions are isolated in an ion-trap where they are photodissociated. The 2600–3800 cm−1 spectral region associated with the OH stretching mode is scanned with a relatively low-power infrared table-top laser, which is used in combination with a CO2 laser to enhance the photofragmentation yield of these strongly bound ions. Hydrogen bonding is evidenced by a relatively broad band red-shifted from the free OH region. Band assignment based on quantum chemical calculations suggest that there is formation of water—perchlorate hydrogen bond within the first coordination shell of high-spin Mn(II). Although the observed spectral features are also compatible with the formation of structures with double-acceptor water in the second shell, these structures are found relatively high in energy compared with structures with all water directly bound to manganese. Using the highly intense IR beam of the free electron laser CLIO in the 800–1700 cm−1, we were also able to characterize the coordination mode (η2) of perchlorate for two clusters. The comparison of experimental and calculated spectra suggests that the perchlorate Cl—O stretches are unexpectedly underestimated at the B3LYP level, while they are correctly described at the MP2 level allowing for spectral assignment.  相似文献

An extended hydrogen-bonded two-dimensional fumarato-bridged complex [Co(μ-fumarato)(γ-methylpyridine)2(H2O)2] has been synthesized and its crystal structure determined by single crystal X-ray analysis. The X-ray analysis reveals that the cobalt atom is positioned in distorted octahedral surroundings. An extended twodimensional structure was formed through interchain hydrogen bonding. Magnetic measurements showed the presence of weak antiferromagnetic exchange interactions between the cobalt(II) ions within the chain, based on the spin Hamilitonian H = −2JSi Si+ 1 (J = − 0.22 cm−1).  相似文献

The crystal structure of Na3NpO2(OOCCH3)3ClO4 · H2O was studied by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The structure is composed of the complex anions NpO2(OOCCH3)3]2−, perchlorate anions, Na cations, and water molecules. The oxygen environment of Np(V) is a hexagonal bipyramid whose equatorial plane is formed by the oxygen atoms of three acetate ions. In the compound [Ni(Bptc)2(Bimb)2(H2O)2] (I), where H4Bptc is 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid; Bimb is 4,4′-bis(1-imidazolyl)biphenyl), Ni(II) has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, which was bonded with two N atoms from two Bimb ligands, two O atoms from two H2Bptc2− ligands and two water O atoms.
