随着航天事业的发展,航天器将迎来高密度的研制和发射任务。测试设计和实施同步、测试现场消耗大的测试模式导致测试效率低下,不能满足未来的综合测试需求。为解决航天器测试效率不能适应测试任务的问题,设计了航天器数字化测试模式。搭建数字化测试平台,实现测试准备、测试实施、测试评估全周期自动化。基于数字化测试平台,开展综合测试专业化设计与实施。推进测试设计与测试实施分离,将测试设计工作前移,测试设计人员通过测试用例与测试判据的精细化设计,将测试准备工作做充分,实现测试实施和评估过程自动化。数字化测试模式应用于多个航天器型号综合测试,形成多个固化测试用例数据库,有效提升测试效率,为后续型号测试能力的提升奠定坚实的基础。  相似文献

针对目前弹药测试保障系统测试资源利用率低,测试保障效率无法满足现代化战争需求的的问题,提出一种基于LXI总线的弹药并行测试系统设计思路。该系统应用LXI总线测试系统的分布式测试,集中调度管理的特点;将测试任务分散化,测试能力本地化处理实现了弹药并行测试,有效解决了测试资源闲置以及测试系统保障效率低下的问题。通过并行测试系统设计思路、方案以及关键技术分析为弹药并行测试系统设计提供一种参考思路。  相似文献

文章主要研究了基于PXI总线和SCPI命令的雷达通频带测试系统,该测试系统由虚拟仪器库、性能测试模块、仪器程控模块、性能测试流程管理模块、测试结果分析模块5个部分组成;文章详细描述了测试系统的软硬件组成,并对测试的数据进行处理分析,提出了改进雷达通频带测试结果的具体算法,该算法能有效的滤除测试结果中的飞点,在对中心频率为28.5MHz、通频带为1.5MHz的雷达通频带性能测试中取得理想效果;基于本系统,能实现雷达通频带性能测试的自动化,降低对操作人员的依赖程度,并能极大地减少测试时间、提高测试的精度。  相似文献

设计了一种短波电台便携式ATS(自动测试系统)平台,该平台采用集成化测试模块,在测试终端上运行软件完成电台整机指标的自动测试,并给出测试结果和整体性能判断,极大地减少了测试时间及人工测试产生的误差。其中电台类型及测试指标的增加,可通过软件方式方便的注入,可移植性强。实际测试表明,系统误差为0.5% ,较之传统的测试系统,平均测试时间节省了45%,提高了测试效率。  相似文献

边界扫描测试是当前数字电路模块故障隔离的主要手段,但测试能力受到模块可测试性设计限制,其它方面作用也被忽略。文中对数字电路自动测试系统设计提出了边界扫描测试应用技术,包括系统自检测试,模块功能测试和模块故障隔离。在系统自检测试中应用边界扫描,提高了设备自检故障隔离精度;而对于模块功能测试,边界扫描测试技术提供了一种新的选择;在故障隔离中扩展和延伸应用边界扫描技术,突破了模块自身测试性的限制,提高了边界扫描测试的故障覆盖率和故障隔离精度。通过实际测试验证表明,该设计方法稳定可靠,同时提升了测试系统自身和模块的测试能力和隔离精度。  相似文献

由于嵌入式系统对功能和性能的高要求,对嵌入式软件进行测试存在一定难度。嵌入式系统通过各种不同类型的接口与外界实现交互,故而对嵌入式系统的接口进行测试,是保证嵌入式软件质量的重要途径。以某型模拟对抗终端嵌入式软件为例,根据该型终端的特点,对基于IOTEST实现嵌入式软件测试的自动化进行研究。依照测试需求分析、测试环境搭建、测试建模、变量配置、测试脚本编写、测试执行的测试步骤和方法,通过测试实现过程详细说明了IOTEST在嵌入式软件测试中的应用。测试结果表明,IOTEST能够对嵌入式系统接口的正确性、实时性和可靠性进行有效地测试,该工具在测试过程中具备良好的实用性和通用性。在嵌入式软件的测试过程中合理使用IOTEST,可以有效提高测试效率,保证软件质量。  相似文献

针对现有航天器测试不具备流程化、自动化程控的问题,提出了一种载人航天器自动化测试系统。该系统以测试项目模块化思想为依托,提供了测试子项目设计平台,自动生成测试程序、测试细则文档,自动执行测试程序并实现无人值守,在出现异常时根据程序设计自主跳转或等待人工决策,实时记录测试过程信息,测试结束后自动生成测试报表并评估当前测试是否有效通过。对系统方案、接口方式、部署及管理模式进行了分析,通过型号测试进行了试验验证,该系统实现了测试各阶段流程化、自动化程控,提高了测试效率。  相似文献

基于ATML测试描述文档自动生成测试程序过程中,关键是实现测试资源与测试需求的自动匹配。首先对ATML测试描述文档中测试能力、测试需求、开关、端口、能力与资源的映射等基本数据元素的表示方法进行分析研究,定义了与其对应的C 数据类型。然后在研究图论相关理论的基础上,分析了描述文档中测试路径的表示方法,确定了采用邻接矩阵表示测试路径的方法。最后,在以上研究的基础上,提出了以稀疏矩阵和单链表为基础的测试能力与测试需求匹配算法,实现了测试能力与测试需求的自动匹配。该算法在实际测试程序开发中得到了应用,结果表明该算法能够实现基于ATML描述文档的测试资源与测试需求自动匹配,并能极大提供测试程序开发效率。  相似文献

优化LED路灯光强分布测试系统的测试步距角可以较大程度地提高LED路灯测试的效率。选择不同的测试步距角对LED路灯的光强分布进行测试,将1°测试步距角所测得的路灯光强分布视为真值,采用相关分析的方法研究在较大步距角下所测得的路灯光强分布与真值之间的近似程度。研究结果显示,当相关系数要求在98%左右时,可以选择15°测试步距角对LED路灯的光强分布进行测试,相对于真值测试,在此步距下LED路灯的测试时间减少了98%以上,极大地提高了测试效率。  相似文献

近年来,随着DSP、FPGA等大规模集成电路的发展,电子系统的性能也在大大提高,但同时给电子系统带来了新的测试和故障诊断问题;为了解决电路板快速诊断维修问题,嵌入式测试正以全新的概念成为板级电路测试的研究方向;文中从嵌入式测试的基本概念出发,介绍了嵌入式边界扫描、非侵入式测试等先进的板级嵌入式测试技术,并阐述了模拟嵌入式测试性设计的难点和基础电路原则,同时给出了基于FPGA的嵌入式测试控制器设计方案;然后,面向数字IO电路板,针对其关键功能电路展开嵌入式测试性设计,简要说明了测试程序的开发与下载;根据测试验证结果,嵌入式测试性设计可以增强测试自动化、提高测试效率,从而能够更好地降低产品整个寿命周期的测试维修成本。  相似文献

Acrylamide (AAm) – N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPA) copolymers were prepared via free radical crosslinking copolymerization with various weight percentages (wt%) of AAm and NIPA. The temperature dependence of the compressive elastic modulus, G, and toughness, UT, of the PAAm- NIPA copolymers due to a volume phase transition was found using a compressive testing technique. It was observed that the compressive elastic modulus increased comprehensively when the temperature was increased between 30°C and 60°C. The PAAm- NIPA copolymers presented higher values of the compressive elastic modulus than pure NIPA above the lower critical solution temperature (LCST) (NIPA exhibits a volume phase transition from hydrophilic to hydrophobic in water at 31°C) and their compressive elastic modulus and toughness had a strong temperature dependence.  相似文献

In the field of Civil Engineering, the evaluation of concrete elasticity modulus relies heavily on traditional strain gauges like electric resistance strain gauge, demec mechanical strain and compressometer. These strain gauges work pretty well but the sample surface preparation and the strain gauge adhesion are tedious and time-consuming. On the other hand, convenient non-destructive testing methods like rebound hammer and ultrasonic pulse velocity have the disadvantage of large data scattering and low reliability. In this paper, we aim to develop a handy, reliable and cost-effective method for concrete property evaluation based on an optical technique called automatic digital image correlation (ADIC), which acts as an optical strain gauge. By incorporating an automatic searching approach, the proposed ADIC greatly expands the convergence range of normal digital image correlation (DIC) algorithms and is able to automatically determine concrete strain in real time without human interaction. After the optical strain gauge is set up, the axial concrete strain as well as the stress-strain curve is plotted in real time when the concrete sample under testing is loaded. The concrete elasticity modulus is then determined from the curve. A series of experiments have been conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed optical strain gauge. Comparisons are also carried out between the proposed optical strain gauge and traditional strain gauges such as electronic strain gauge, compressometer and demec mechanical strain gauge, which further confirm the accuracy, convenience and reliability of the proposed technique.  相似文献

主要以焦距7500mm、口径750mm的大型牛顿式平行光管的装调与标定方法为研究对象。该平行光管作为某空间光学系统的检测与标定基准,因此对其装调后的像质稳定性、出射光束平行性、口径对称性、出射光束水平性等参数都提出了极高的要求。从平行光管的关键指标参数要求出发,归纳了Φ750mm平行光管进行初步装调,再研究精密装调的技术原理和方案,分析了可能存在的失调量、产生原因与对应的调整方法。介绍了干涉辅助装调的实验过程和其中遇到的问题与解决方法,最终得到了满足技术要求的装调结果。  相似文献

Nanoindentation was carried out on thin films of hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) prepared by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition. The composite values of elastic (Young's) modulus, E c, and hardness, H c, of the film/substrate system were evaluated from the load–displacement curves using the Oliver–Pharr approach. The film-only parameters were obtained employing the extrapolation of the depth profiles of E c and H c. Scanning probe microscopy was employed to image the nanoindenter impressions and to estimate the effect of film roughness and material pile-up on the testing results. It was established that the elastic modulus of thin a-Si:H films is in the range 117–131 GPa, which is lower than for crystalline silicon. In contrast, the values of hardness are in the range 12.2–12.7 GPa, which is comparable to crystalline silicon and higher than for hydrogen-free amorphous silicon. It is suggested that the plastic deformation of a-Si:H proceeds through plastic flow and it is the presence of hydrogen in the amorphous matrix that leads to a higher hardness.  相似文献

Various state-equations, derived by expanding energy as a function of volume in Taylor series and using different order Pade’s approximants, have been combined with quasi-harmonic approximation for free energy to reproduce the pressure dependence of thermodynamic properties of NaBr, NaI and AgCl crystals. We have used these state-equations to compute the reduced volume, the isothermal bulk modulus and the pressure derivative of isothermal bulk modulus for the three crystals at various pressures (up to 80 kbar) and at room temperature (T=298 K). The results obtained are reasonably good lending support to the state-equations and the technique used to extend their applicability. The significant results obtained in the present study include the unified reduced equation of state for the three crystals which generates almost a single curve for theP – V behaviour at room temperature.  相似文献

The dynamic rheological properties of viscoelastic magnetic fluids in externally applied uniform magnetic fields are investigated by a laboratory-made cone-plate rheometer in this study. In particular, the effects of the magnetic field on the viscoelastic properties (the complex dynamic modulus) of the viscoelastic magnetic fluids are studied. In the investigation, three viscoelastic magnetic fluids are made by mixing a magnetic fluid and a viscoelastic fluid with different mass ratios. As a supplementation to the experimental investigation, a theoretical analysis is also presented. The present study shows that the viscosity and elasticity of the viscoelastic magnetic fluids are significantly influenced by the magnetic field and the concentrations of the magnetic particles in the test fluids. Theoretical analysis qualitatively explains the present findings.  相似文献

Using first-principles calculations, this paper systematically investigates the structural, elastic, and electronic properties of ReN 4 . The calculated positive eigenvalues of the elastic constant matrix show that the orthorhombic P bca structure of ReN 4 is elastically stable. The calculated band structure indicates that ReN 4 is metallic. Compared with the synthesized superhard material WB 4 , it finds that ReN 4 exhibits larger bulk and shear moduli as well as a smaller Poisson’s ratio. In addition, the elastic constant c 44 of ReN 4 is larger than all the known 5d transition metal nitrides and borides. This combination of properties makes it an ideal candidate for a superhard material.  相似文献
