Recent researches focus on the synthesis of new cross‐linkers from natural resources. In the current work, functionalized tannic acid was employed as a replacement of petroleum‐based cross‐linkers because of its outstanding biochemical properties. Alkene‐ and epoxy‐functionalized tannic acids were synthesized as internal and external cross‐linkers, respectively. Cross‐linker structures were characterized with Ft‐IR and 1HNMR analysis. Different amounts, as well as different numbers of alkene functional group, were incorporated during the superabsorbent synthesis. Moreover, the internal cross‐linked superabsorbent was surface cross‐linked with different amounts of epoxy‐functionalized tannic acid and increased the absorbency under load about 10 g g?1. Free absorption properties in water and saline solution, absorbency under load, and rheological properties of superabsorbents were investigated. In addition, the antibacterial activity of the internal and external cross‐linked superabsorbent was studied against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus bacteria via different methods and compared with that of conventional superabsorbent.  相似文献

The covalent triazine‐based framework (TDPDB) has been prepared by Friedel‐Crafts polymerization reaction of N,N′‐diphenyl‐N,N′‐di(m‐tolyl)benzidine (DPDB) with 2,4,6‐trichloro‐1,3,5‐triazine (TCT) catalyzed by methanesulfonic acid. The yield of the reaction (94.85%) is very high. TDPDB was provided with Brunauer‐Emmett‐Teller specific surface area of 592.18 m2 g?1 and pore volume of 0.5241 cm3 g?1. TDPDB demonstrated an excellent capacity for capturing iodine (3.93 g g?1) and an outstanding ability to fluorescent sensing to iodine with Ksv of 5.83 × 104 L mol?1. It also showed high fluorescent sensing sensitivity to picric acid.  相似文献

These compounds are 2‐[4‐acetyl‐5‐methyl‐5‐(3‐nitrophenyl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl]‐4‐iodophenyl acetate ( 6a ), 2‐[4‐acetyl‐5‐methyl‐5‐(4‐nitrophenyl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl]‐4‐iodophenyl acetate ( 6b ), 2‐(4‐acetyl‐5‐methyl‐5‐phenyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl)‐4‐iodophenyl acetate, C19H17IN2O4 ( 6c ), 2‐[4‐acetyl‐5‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐5‐methyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl]‐4‐iodophenyl acetate, C19H16FIN2O4 ( 6d ), 2‐[4‐acetyl‐5‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐5‐methyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl]‐4‐iodophenyl acetate, C19H16ClIN2O4 ( 6e ), 2‐[4‐acetyl‐5‐(3‐bromophenyl)‐5‐methyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl]‐4‐iodophenyl acetate ( 6f ), 2‐[4‐acetyl‐5‐(4‐bromophenyl)‐5‐methyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl]‐4‐iodophenyl acetate ( 6g ), 2‐[4‐acetyl‐5‐methyl‐5‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐4,5‐dihydro‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl]‐4‐iodophenyl acetate ( 6h ) and 2‐[5‐(4‐acetamidophenyl)‐4‐acetyl‐5‐methyl‐4,5‐dihydro‐1,3,4‐oxadiazol‐2‐yl]‐4‐iodophenyl acetate ( 6i ). The compounds were characterized by mass, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopies. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies were also carried out for 6c , 6d and 6e . Compounds 6c and 6d are isomorphous, with the 1,3,4‐oxadiazoline ring having an envelope conformation, where the disubstituted C atom is the flap. The packing is determined by C—H…O, C—H…π and I…π interactions. For 6e , the 1,3,4‐oxadiazoline ring is almost planar. In the packing, Cl…π interactions are observed, while the I atom is not involved in short interactions. Compounds 6d , 6e , 6f and 6h show good inhibiting abilities on the human cancer cell lines KB and Hep‐G2, with IC50 values of 0.9–4.5 µM.  相似文献

A series of novel compounds phosphoryl-containing polyunsaturated fatty acid derivatives n-(diisopropoxy-phosphonamide)-alkyl ester (2a–2o) have been synthesized and evaluated for lowering hypolipidemia activities. Amongst all the synthesized compounds, compound 2d, 2h, and 2m showed significant lowering of triglyceride (TG) by 47.37%, 45.88%, and 45.69%, respectively, in triton induced hyperlipidemic in mice. Furthermore, compound 2d showed potent antihyperlipidemic activity and was found to decrease the plasma total cholesterol levels (TC) by 53.3%, TG by 29.3%, in high-fat diet induced hyperlipidemic in mice.  相似文献

3‐methyl‐1‐sulfonic acid imidazolium tetrachloroferrate {[Msim]FeCl4} was prepared and fully characterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT‐IR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), differential thermal gravimetric (DTG), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), energy dispersive X‐ray analysis (EDX) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM) and used, as an efficient catalyst, for the tandem reaction of β‐naphthol with aromatic aldehydes and benzamide at 110 °C under solvent‐free conditions to give 1‐amidoalkyl‐2‐naphthols in high yields and very short reaction times.  相似文献

Two kinds of novel vinyl monomers having D ‐glucaric moieties leading to a new type of glycopolymeric inhibitors of β‐glucuronidase, Np‐vinylbenzyl‐6‐D ‐glucaramide (6 ) and potassium Np‐vinylbenzyl‐6‐D ‐glucaramid‐1‐ate (8 ), were synthesized by the reaction of D ‐glucaro‐6,3‐lactone (3 ) with p‐vinylbenzylamine (5 ) with no catalyst, and the subsequent treatment of the reaction mixture with acetic anhydride and potassium hydroxide aqueous solution, respectively. The radical copolymerization of 8 with acrylamide in various feed ratios at 60°C in 0.1 N potassium chloride aqueous solution gave water‐soluble copolymers (9 ) composed of a synthetic polymeric main chain and many pendant D ‐glucaric chains. The resulting glycopolymers (9 ) were found to inhibit the activity of β‐glucuronidase strongly through a model reaction with p‐nitrophenyl β‐D ‐glucuronide (10 ) in acetic buffer solution (pH 4.7). © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Inspired by the experimental discovery of magic numbers we present a first study using density functional theory for the structure and properties of neutral and cationic Bi6Cu3 and Bi5Cu2 clusters. Our results confirm predictions based on Wade's rules. The closed electron shells, characteristic of cationic clusters help impose enhanced stability, while also complying with Wade's rules. Charge distribution analysis, as well as electrostatic potential maps show that in almost all cases, Bi atoms donate charges to Cu atoms. According to the analysis of condensed Fukui indices, Cu atoms inside both clusters are not reactive. Contrastingly, Bi atoms are reactive and may be targeted by different types of attack. This study of the electronic properties may thus help to determine experimental strategies with the capacity to enhance the synthesis of catalysts.  相似文献

An efficient method for the simultaneous analysis of seven 2‐hydroxy fatty acids (2‐HFAs) as tert‐butyldimethylsilyl (TBDMS) derivative was developed by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry in selected ion monitoring mode. New mass spectral data on 2‐hydroxycapric, 2‐hydroxypalmitic, 2‐hydroxystearic and 2‐hydroxybehenic acids as di‐TBDMS derivatives for hydroxyl and carboxyl groups were built. Under the optimal conditions, the present method showed a good correlation coefficient (r ≥ 0.999) in the range of 0.01–0.5 µg. The precision showed low relative standard deviation of <10%, and the accuracy (percentage relative error) varied from ?5.2 to 0.3 for the seven 2‐HFAs studied. Recovery rates of all 2‐HFAs were ≥ 93.2% with good precision. When applied to normal human plasma, seven 2‐HFAs were positively identified. In Cannabis sativa, Δ9‐Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid‐A (Δ9‐THCA‐A) is the non‐psychoactive precursor of Δ9‐tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9‐THC). In fresh plant material, about 90% of the total Δ9‐THC is available as Δ9‐THCA‐A. When heated (smoked or baked), Δ9‐THCA‐A is only partially converted to Δ9‐THC and therefore, Δ9‐THCA‐A can be detected in serum and urine of cannabis consumers. The aim of the presented study was to identify the metabolites of Δ9‐THCA‐A and to examine particularly whether oral intake of Δ9‐THCA‐A leads to in vivo formation of Δ9‐THC in a rat model. After oral application of pure Δ9‐THCA‐A to rats (15 mg/kg body mass), urine samples were collected and metabolites were isolated and identified by liquid chromatography‐mass spectrometry (LC‐MS), liquid chromatography‐tandem mass spectrometry (LC‐MS/MS) and high resolution LC‐MS using time of flight‐mass spectrometry (TOF‐MS) for accurate mass measurement. For detection of Δ9‐THC and its metabolites, urine extracts were analyzed by gas chromatography‐mass spectrometry (GC‐MS). The identified metabolites show that Δ9‐THCA‐A undergoes a hydroxylation in position 11 to 11‐hydroxy‐Δ9‐tetrahydrocannabinolic acid‐A (11‐OH‐Δ9‐THCA‐A), which is further oxidized via the intermediate aldehyde 11‐oxo‐Δ9‐THCA‐A to 11‐nor‐9‐carboxy‐Δ9‐tetrahydrocannabinolic acid‐A (Δ9‐THCA‐A‐COOH). Glucuronides of the parent compound and both main metabolites were identified in the rat urine as well. Furthermore, Δ9‐THCA‐A undergoes hydroxylation in position 8 to 8‐alpha‐ and 8‐beta‐hydroxy‐Δ9‐tetrahydrocannabinolic acid‐A, respectively, (8α‐Hydroxy‐Δ9‐THCA‐A and 8β‐Hydroxy‐Δ9‐THCA‐A, respectively) followed by dehydration. Both monohydroxylated metabolites were further oxidized to their bishydroxylated forms. Several glucuronidation conjugates of these metabolites were identified. Practical syntheses of 2‐keto‐3‐deoxy‐D ‐xylonate (D ‐KDX) and 2‐keto‐3‐deoxy‐L ‐arabinonate (L ‐KDA) that rely on reaction of the anion of ethyl 2‐[(tert‐butyldimethylsilyl)oxy]‐2‐(dimethoxy phosphoryl) acetate with enantiopure glyceraldehyde acetonide, followed by global deprotection of the resultant O‐silyl‐enol esters, have been developed. This has enabled us to confirm that a 2‐keto‐3‐deoxy‐D ‐gluconate aldolase from the archaeon Sulfolobus solfataricus demonstrates good activity for catalysis of the retro‐aldol cleavage of both these enantiomers to afford pyruvate and glycolaldehyde. The stereochemical promiscuity of this aldolase towards these enantiomeric aldol substrates confirms that this organism employs a metabolically promiscuous pathway to catabolise the C5‐sugars D ‐xylose and L ‐arabinose.  相似文献

Two novel bio‐based diamines are synthesized through introduction of renewable 2,5‐furandicarboxylic acid (2,5‐FDCA), and the corresponding aromatic polyimides (PIs) are then prepared by these diamines with commercially available aromatic dianhydrides via two‐step polycondensation. The partially bio‐based PIs possess high glass transition temperatures (Tgs) in the range from 266 to 364 °C, high thermal stability of 5% weight loss temperatures (T5%s) over 420 °C in nitrogen and outstanding mechanical properties with tensile strengths of 79–138 MPa, tensile moduli of 2.5–5.4 GPa, and elongations at break of 3.0–12.3%. Some colorless PI films (PI‐1‐b and PI‐1‐c) with the transmittances at 450 nm over 85% are prepared. The overall properties of 2,5‐FDCA‐based PIs are comparable with petroleum‐based PI derived from isophthalic acid, displaying the potential for development of innovative bio‐based materials. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. α‐Methyl glutamic acid (L ‐L )‐, (L ‐D )‐, (D ‐L )‐, and (D ‐D )‐γ‐dimers were synthesized from L ‐ and D ‐glutamic acids, and the obtained dimers were subjected to polycondensation with 1‐(3‐dimethylaminopropyl)‐3‐ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride and 1‐hydroxybenzotriazole hydrate as condensation reagents. Poly‐γ‐glutamic acid (γ‐PGA) methyl ester with the number‐average molecular weights of 5000∼20,000 were obtained by polycondensation in N,N‐dimethylformamide in 44∼91% yields. The polycondensation of (L ‐L )‐ and (D ‐D )‐dimers afforded the polymers with much larger |[α]D | compared with the corresponding dimers. The polymer could be transformed into γ‐PGA by alkaline hydrolysis or transesterification into α‐benzyl ester followed by hydrogenation. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The synthesis of statistical copolymers consisting of 2‐ethyl‐2‐oxazoline (EtOx) and 2‐“soy alkyl”‐2‐oxazoline (SoyOx) via a microwave‐assisted cationic ring‐opening polymerization procedure is described. The majority of the resulting copolymers revealed polydispersity indices below 1.30. The reactivity ratios (rEtOx 1.4 ± 0.3; rSoyOx = 1.7 ± 0.3) revealed a clustered monomer distribution throughout the polymer chains. The thermal and surface properties of the pEtOx‐stat‐SoyOx copolymers were analyzed before and after UV‐curing demonstrating the decreased chain mobility after cross‐linking. In addition, the cross‐linked materials showed shape‐persistent swelling upon absorption of water from the air, whereby as little as 5 mol % SoyOx was found to provide efficient cross‐linking. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The bis(silyl)triazene compound 2,6‐(Me3Si)2‐4‐Me‐1‐(N?N? NC4H8)C6H2 ( 4 ) was synthesized by double lithiation/silylation of 2,6‐Br2‐4‐Me‐1‐(N?N? NC4H8)C6H2 ( 1 ). Furthermore, 2,6‐bis[3,5‐(CF3)2‐C6H3]‐4‐Me‐C6H2‐1‐(N?N? NC4H8)C6H2 derivative 6 can be easily synthesized by a C,C‐bond formation reaction of 1 with the corresponding aryl‐Grignard reagent, i.e., 3,5‐bis[(trifluoromethyl)phenyl]magnesium bromide. Reactions of compound 4 with KI and 6 with I2 afforded in good yields novel phenyl derivatives, 2,6‐(Me3Si)2‐4‐MeC6H2? I and 2,6‐bis[3,5‐(CF3)2? C6H3]‐4‐MeC6H2? I ( 5 and 7 , resp.). On the other hand, the analogous m‐terphenyl 1,3‐diphenylbenzene compound 2,6‐bis[3,5‐(CF3)2? C6H3]C6H3? I ( 8 ) could be obtained in moderate yield from the reaction of (2,6‐dichlorophenyl)lithium and 2 equiv. of aryl‐Grignard reagent, followed by the reaction with I2. Different attempts to introduce the tBu (Me3C) or neophyl (PhC(Me)2CH2) substituents in the central ring were unsuccessful. All the compounds were fully characterized by elemental analysis, melting point, IR and NMR spectroscopy. The structure of compound 6 was corroborated by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction measurements.  相似文献
