以酸蚀牙釉质为模板,在仿生条件下进行原位釉质再矿化,合成了具有分级结构的类釉质样晶体.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线能谱(EDS)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析及机械性能检测等手段对再矿化层晶体的形貌、化学组成、硬度和生物相容性等性质进行了表征,并将其与水热条件下合成的类釉质样结构晶体进行比较.结果表明,2种方法均可获得类似于天然牙釉质釉柱及釉间柱样分级结构,所得晶体主要为氟磷灰石.在仿生条件下得到的类釉质晶体更接近于天然牙釉质釉柱及釉间柱样分级结构,在形貌、结构组成及硬度上均优于水热条件下得到的晶体.  相似文献

磷酸钙在凝胶体系中的仿生矿化研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
通过模拟牙釉质的生物矿化过程,在琼脂凝胶体系中研究两种磷酸钙晶体—磷酸八钙(Ca8H2(PO4)6.5H2O,OCP)和羟基磷灰石(Ca10(PO4)6(OH)2,HAP)的矿化过程:分别研究了不同pH值(pH=6.5,7.0,7.5)条件下以及添加I型胶原蛋白的凝胶体系中矿化所形成的磷酸钙晶体的组成和形貌。在凝胶体系中,当pH=6.5时主要形成OCP,形貌为较大尺寸的片状;pH=7.0,则形成了较短片状OCP与针状HAP的混晶;pH=7.5,则主要形成针状形貌的HAP。此外,当添加Ⅰ型胶原蛋白后,在pH=6.5时则主要形成较大尺寸的片状HAP,且互相平行排列成束。由实验结果可知:pH对凝胶体系中仿生合成的磷酸钙晶体的组成和形貌具有一定的调控作用,而Ⅰ型胶原蛋白则有利于诱导形成片状HAP晶体并且使之排列呈束状,其结构类似牙釉质晶体。  相似文献

利用化学气相沉积法在镍钛形状记忆合金表面原位生长出石墨烯,拟提高镍钛形状记忆合金的抗腐蚀性能。通过X射线光电子能谱、拉曼光谱与扫描电镜等手段对其表征,分析石墨烯修饰后的合金表面结构和形貌。在人工唾液环境中探究了石墨烯对镍钛形状记忆合金的腐蚀速率、细胞毒性和金属释放的影响。结果表明,石墨烯在金属基体和腐蚀介质之间可以起到物理屏蔽作用,可明显地降低金属基体发生腐蚀的速率,对镍钛合金具有较强的保护能力。  相似文献

牙科复合树脂由于色泽美观,在口腔临床上具有广泛的应用。但其仍然存在边缘缝隙的问题,从而导致继发龋的发生。再矿化复合树脂中的生物活性填料会释放能够再矿化的钙、磷离子,促使材料表面形成矿化层,能够抑制二次龋的发生。本文介绍了不同种类、含量、粒径大小和表面改性的生物活性填料对复合树脂物理、机械性能的影响,分析了再矿化复合树脂的再矿化行为,提出了再矿化复合树脂亟待解决的问题和研究难点,展望了复合树脂的研究方向。  相似文献

光发射电子显微镜(PEEM)/低能电子显微镜(LEEM)技术能够原位实时对表面结构、表面电子态和表面化学进行动态成像研究,在催化、能源、纳米、材料等领域有着重要的应用。本文着重介绍这两种技术的新进展,以及该技术在两维原子晶体的表面物理化学研究中的应用;包括原位研究两维原子晶体(石墨烯、氮化硼等)的生长、异质结构的形成、两维原子晶体表面下的插层反应和限域催化反应;将表面原位成像、微区低能电子衍射(μ-LEED)、图像亮度随电子束能量变化(I-V)曲线研究与其它表面表征技术相结合,能够有效理解两维层状材料表面以及层状材料与衬底界面上的动态过程。  相似文献

利用聚多巴胺技术对PTFE进行表面改性,X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、椭偏、接触角以及石英晶体微天平(QCM-D)证实DOPA分子可以在PTFE表面自聚形成反应性的超薄膜功能涂层,并通过聚多巴胺辅助自组装单分子层(SAM)技术构建了活性多肽链段CGREDVDY的界面.细胞黏附实验反映活性链段CGREDVDY的修饰表面具备良好的内皮细胞选择性黏附能力.这种具有内皮细胞选择性黏附能力的界面有望实现材料在复杂生理环境中对内皮细胞的原位诱导,为制备具有血管内皮原位快速愈合功能的新型血液相容性人造血管提供新途径.  相似文献

为了改善聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)人工晶状体的生物相容性和透光性, 采用CF4/O2等离子体技术修饰其表面. 通过衰减全反射红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、静态接触角(CA)测定、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见近红外光谱(UV-Vis)等方法进行表征, 结果表明, 经CF4/O2等离子体处理后, PMMA表面的含氟和含氧基团增加, 其表面的亲水性增强, 生物相容性改善, 紫外光的隔离效率增大. 因此, 通过CF4/O2等离子体修饰能够有效地改善PMMA人工晶状体的性质.  相似文献

采用原位聚合法制备纳米SiO2/含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物复合乳液,研究了其聚合反应动力学,并通过红外光谱(IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、热失重(TGA)等方法表征所得产物的结构及形态、乳胶膜的耐热性能和表面性能.研究结果显示,聚合反应的表观活化能为83.15 kJ/mol,纳米SiO2/含氟丙烯酸酯共聚物复合粒子呈现出明显的核壳结构,纳米SiO2粒子的引入不仅改善了聚合物的耐热性能,也在一定程度上提高了乳胶膜的抗水性.对膜表面自由能的组成分析表明,与一般含氟乳胶膜的表面自由能的情况相反,该乳胶膜的表面能是由较大的极性部分和较小的色散部分组成.  相似文献

利用羟基碳纳米管上的羟基与2-溴异丁基酰溴之间的简单反应, 在碳纳米管上引入了含溴ATRP引发剂, 并进一步引发含氟丙烯酸酯的ATRP聚合, 从而在碳纳米管表面接枝上了低表面能的含氟聚合物. 红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TGA)和透射电镜(TEM)的研究结果表明碳纳米管与含氟聚合物之间为化学键连接. 以此低表面能聚合物包裹的碳纳米管作为填充粒子, 采用溶液浇铸方法制备了聚氨酯/碳纳米管复合膜, 并利用溶剂四氢呋喃(THF)刻蚀表面获得了不同碳纳米管裸露程度的复合膜材料. 静态接触角测试结果表明, 无论是羟基碳纳米管还是低表面能修饰的碳纳米管均可提高其复合膜的疏水性能, 且其疏水性能随碳纳米管含量的增加而增加; 相同含量时, 含氟聚合物接枝后的碳纳米管使复合膜具有更佳的疏水性能, 膜表面经溶剂刻蚀后可显著提高其疏水性能. 采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了加入碳纳米管和溶剂刻蚀对聚合物表面微观结构以及材料表面疏水性能的影响. 上述结果表明: 利用接枝聚合物可改变碳纳米管本身的疏水性能, 并可进一步制备新型的具有表面疏水性能的聚合物纳米复合材料.  相似文献

用光电子能谱和扫描电镜分析体外人牙釉质片经含不同浓度氟化物的脱矿液和再矿化液处理后釉质化学成分和形态学变化。结果发现,脱矿液中单独加入低浓度氟化物不能有效抑钙和磷溶解,在有外源性钙和磷存在时,才能获得再矿化而抑制钙和磷溶解,脱矿环境中有高浓度氟,通过局部沉积氟化钙而抑制酸与牙的反应,氟促进再矿化主要表现在加速钙的沉积,同时本身参以形成氟磷灰石,提高了牙齿的耐酸能力。  相似文献

Developing artificial caries lesions with varying characteristics is needed to adequately study caries process in vitro. The objective of this study was to investigate artificial caries lesion characteristics after secondary demineralization protocol containing theobromine and fluoride. Sixty bovine enamel slabs (4 × 3 mm) were demineralized using a Carbopol-containing protocol for 6 days. A baseline area (2 × 3 mm) was protected with acid-resistant nail varnish, after which specimens were exposed for 24 h to a secondary demineralization protocol containing acetic acid plus one of four fluoride/theobromine combinations (n = 15): theobromine (50 or 200 ppm) and fluoride (0 or 1 ppm). Specimens were sectioned and analyzed using transverse microradiography for changes in mineral content, lesion depth, and surface layer mineralization. Data was analyzed using paired t-test and analysis of variance followed by Bonferroni test at 0.05 significance level. After secondary demineralization, fluoride-containing groups had significantly deeper lesions (p = 0.002 and 0.014) compared to the group with 0 ppm fluoride and 50 ppm theobromine. Mineral content and lesion depth were significantly different compared to baseline for all groups. Theobromine did not show an added effect on mineral uptake. Theobromine-containing groups exhibited particularly deep lesions with a more uniform mineral profile in the presence of fluoride.  相似文献

The remineralization effect of fluoride has been measured by surface microhardness on tooth enamel. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between microhardness and fluorine concentration on tooth enamel. Twelve sound bovine enamel specimens were prepared and immersed in 0.05% NaF solution for 1, 3, 6, 24 and 36 hours, respectively. The concentration of fluorine in specimens were measured by PIGE analysis and surface microhardness of each specimen was measured by surface microhardness tester. Fluorine concentration was increased by immersing time. There was no change in microhardness of each specimen by fluorine content. The results of this study suggest that there was no relationship between the fluorine concentration and surface microhardness in sound tooth enamel. PIGE analysis can be used effectively to assess the remineralization effect of fluorine content in tooth enamel.  相似文献

Dental caries is a complex disease, characterized by demineralization of tooth structure. With a protective role, several salivary phosphopeptides appear to be involved in remineralization processes, delaying the loss of tooth structure. In this work we have correlated peptide saliva composition with dental caries susceptibility through the analysis of saliva and hydroxyapatite-adsorbed salivary peptides samples. Saliva samples were obtained from two groups, a caries-free and a cariessusceptible group, and were analysed using HPLC-MS and a sequential extraction with 6 m of guanidine followed by tri fluoroacetate. Data analysis has allowed us to verify a strong correlation between large amounts phosphopeptides (PRP1/3, histatin 1 and statherin), and the absence of dental caries, which reinforces the importance of these peptides in the maintenance of tooth integrity. In addition, in the caries-susceptible group a high number of peptide fragments was observed, suggesting a high proteolytic activity.  相似文献

The aging of the global population has caused dentin exposure and root caries to become significant patient-management issues in clinical dentistry. Biomimetic remineralization, as a non-invasive therapeutic method, is of great significance to solve the problem. Herein, a novel biomimetic-mineralizing strategy to induce the self-healing of dentin defects with similar tooth structure was developed through the easy one-step polydopamine (PDA)-assisted co-deposition of polyacrylic acid (PAA) (denoted as PDA@PAA) in vitro. Immersing demineralized dentin into PAA and dopamine (DA) mixed solutions. Hereafter, the modified demineralized dentin was immersed in the supersaturated solution of calcium and phosphate at 37 °C at designated time. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and attenuated total reflection fourier transform infrared (ATR-FTIR) were performed to analyze the interaction and co-deposition between PDA and PAA. The remineralization of demineralized dentin was characterized by field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), TEM, X-ray diffraction (XRD), friction and wear test, nanoindentation, acid resistance. And the cytocompatibility of PDA@PAA was evaluated by cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) and cell morphology observation. The results that PAA inhibited further PDA polymerization and aggregation, PDA@PAA were co-deposited onto the surface of demineralized dentin matrix. SEM and TEM showed that the demineralized-dentin modified with PDA@PAA was completely remineralized at 12 h, not only the dentin tubules were occluded, but more importantly, the demineralized dentin collagen matrix was remineralized. Moreover, after mineralization for 24 h, a dense mineral layer similar to enamel structure was regenerated on the surface of dentin and closely combined with dentin. The results of mechanical properties and acid resistance suggested that the mechanical properties of the regenerated enamel-like structure are close to that of enamel, and its acid resistance is better than that of enamel. This study demonstrated that the PDA-assisted co-deposition of PAA can offer an inexpensive, rapid, and efficient strategy for the management of illnesses related to exposed and demineralized dentin.  相似文献

The corrosion inhibition of orthodontic wire made of SS 18/8 alloy in artificial saliva, with and without the presence of tablet esomeprazole − 40 mg has been investigated by electrochemical analysis. Polarisation study indicates that in the presence of the mentioned tablet, polarisation resistance (Rp) value increases and corrosion current (Icorr) decreases. That is, the corrosion resistance of SS 18/8 alloy in artificial saliva increases. AC impedance spectroscopy reveals that charge transfer resistance value (Rct) value increases and double layer capacitance value (Cdl) decreases. The open circuit potential (OCP) values for the inhibited system are more negative than that of the uninhibited blank system. The vibration peaks obtained from the FTIR spectra indicates the presence of functional group in esomeprazole pill and these characteristic peaks are slightly shifted in the analyzed scratched film from the surface of the orthodontic wire after immersion. AFM micrograph image of the polished specimen sample immersed in artificial saliva (AS) with esomeprazole tablet solution shows lesser degree of surface deterioration than those for SS 18/8 specimen immersed only in artificial saliva. From the present work, it is reported that people clipped with orthodontic wire made of SS 18/8 alloy need not worry about orthodontic corrosion for taking esomeprazole tablet for the treatment of gastro esophageal reflux disease and other medicinal purpose.  相似文献

In this study, SAA@CS-CB(aluminum-ash carbide slag carbon black doped composite) was prepared by sintering method and modified by impregnation with oxalic acid to obtain SAA@CS-CBoa. Fluoride adsorption experiments were carried out using this composite as adsorbent. With increasing pH values, the adsorption amount of fluoride decreases in the range of 2–11. The pseudo second order equation and Langmuir model were fit to the experimental data, and the adsorption of fluoride by SAA@CS-CBoa exhibited spontaneous and endothermic characteristics. When PO43-, CO32–, SO42-, Cl-, NO3, Br- and HCO3 anions were individually or combined in solution, the adsorbents exhibited higher fluoride selectivity and sensitivity, while PO43-and CO32– weakened the adsorption of fluoride in solution in the same way regardless of the presence of the other 5 anions. The results of SEM, EDS, XRD and FTIR characterizations showed that the mechanism of fluoride adsorption and removal by SAA@CS-CBoa included the combined effects of electrostatic attraction, surface coordination precipitation and ion exchange. SAA@CS-CBoa is an effective composite material for water adsorption of fluoride, and still has an excellent performance of cyclic regeneration after 10 times adsorption desorption. This study provides a new approach for the utilization of fluoride removal resources for industrial solid waste resource recycling.  相似文献

Herein, a simple and green quasi-solid-phase (QSP) method for facile synthesis of proton-type ZSM-5 avoiding use of excessive water, dry gel, Na+ cation and fluoride is reported. Crystallization by using the stoichiometric amount of TPAOH (tetrapropylammonium hydroxide) at 180 °C for only 12 h gave well-structured HZSM-5 crystals with high specific surface area of 429 m2 g−1 and high thermal stability. 5MRs was observed to closely relate the formation of MFI structure and QSP method exhibits shorter induction period (t0), higher nucleation rate (Vn), and faster growth rate (Vg). Moreover, HZ-12–180 showed extremely better and rather stable catalytic activity for methanol-to-propylene reaction by comparison with commercial HZSM-5.  相似文献

水热条件下制备了针铁矿(Goe)和几种铝掺杂针铁矿(Goe-Al0.1,Goe-Al0.2和Goe-Al0.4),用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、氮气物理性吸附、酸碱滴定等手段对样品进行了表征,并研究了它们对氟离子的吸附特性。结果表明,随着铝掺杂量的增加,铝掺杂针铁矿的结晶度不断减弱、颗粒的长度不断减小。4种样品的微孔表面积、孔体积和表面分形度都表现为Goe < Goe-Al0.1 < Goe-Al0.2 < Goe-Al0.4,而孔径分布表现为相反的顺序。Goe、Goe-Al0.1、Goe-Al0.2和Goe-Al0.4的电荷零点(PZC)分别为8.2、8.3、8.5和8.7,pH=5.0时它们的表面电荷量分别为0.66、0.83、1.03和1.19 mmol·g-1。准二级动力学模型适合描述4种样品对氟的吸附动力学过程,表明化学吸附是主要作用机制。一位Langmuir模型可较好的拟合等温吸附数据(R2为0.967~0.981),二位Langmuir模型对等温吸附数据的拟合度更高(R2为0.982~0.995),而Freundlich模型的拟合度较低(R2为0.877~0.912)。初始pH=5.0时,Goe、Goe-Al0.1、Goe-Al0.2和Goe-Al0.4对氟的最大吸附容量分别为8.83、10.24、11.72和12.86 mg·g-1。可见,铝掺杂针铁矿对土水环境中氟的吸附容量高于纯针铁矿。  相似文献
