The paper presents a simple theoretical model of the breakdown of the supersonic plasma jet generated by the hollow cathode discharge inside the nozzle in the low pressure RF plasma-chemical reactor. Through the nozzle which is drilled in the RF electrode the working gas flows to the reactor chamber. If at the outlet of the nozzle the gas flow is supersonic the well defined plasma jet is created inside the reactor chamber. The results of our model are in qualitative agreement with experimental data.  相似文献

"采用不同流量比率的氧气和氩气作为载气,氧化修饰气相生长碳纳米纤维(VGCNFs).傅立叶红外光谱、热重以及Boehm's滴定法分析结果表明,当氧气含量为4%时,碳纤维表面生成有大量O-H官能团;然而,当氧气含量增加为5%时,在其表面不仅生成有-OH官能团,而且还有-CHx、-CO等官能团出现,说明在适当的氧浓度条件下有利于VGCNFs修饰;但氧气含量继续增加到8%时,其纤维内层石墨晶格氧化断裂,微晶结构被破坏."  相似文献

Argon and mixtures of argon with CH4, C2H2 and N2 have been excited in a 27.2 MHz radio frequency discharge at pressures of 10 and 5 Torr. Plasma spectra have been recorded and analyzed. The excitation temperatures of Ar I and H, the C2 and CN vibrational temperatures and the N2 and CN rotational temperatures have been determined and discussed.  相似文献

Transverse and parallel dielectric permittivity elements have been derived for radio frequency waves in a laboratory dipole magnetic field plasma. Vlasov equation is resolved for both the trapped and untrapped particles as a boundary value problem to define their separate contributions to the dielectric tensor components. To estimate the wave power absorbed in the plasma volume the perturbed electric field and current density components are decomposed in a Fourier series over the poloidal angle. In this case, the dielectric characteristics can be analyzed independently of the solution of the Maxwell's equations. As usual, imaginary part of the parallel permittivity elements is necessary to estimate the electron Landau damping of radio frequency waves, whereas imaginary part of the transverse permittivity elements is important to estimate the wave dissipation by the cyclotron resonances. 采用射频等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术,以N2和SiH4作为反应气体,在P型硅基片上进行SiNx薄膜的沉积.使用椭偏仪对薄膜厚度和光学常量进行了测量, 用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对SiNx薄膜的化学键合结构进行了分析.研究了基片温度、射频功率以及N2和SiH4的气体流量比率等实验工艺参量对薄膜沉积速率和光学常量的影响.结果表明,射频等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术沉积的SiNx薄膜是低含氢量的SiNx薄膜,折射率在1.65~2.15之间,消光系数k在0.2~0.007之间,当SiNx薄膜为富氮时k≤0.01,最高沉积速率高达6.0 nm/min,N2和SiH4气体流量比率等于10是富硅和富氮SiNx薄膜的分界点.  相似文献

Modification of clothing-hygienic properties of polyamide and polyester planar structures was investigated. Experiments were done with the simultaneous procedure applying the modificator in the liquid phase. Depending on the process conditions the localization of the second component takes place – within the whole cross-section of the fibre resulting in volume effects (modification of polyamide by acrylic acid) – within a more or less thick surface layer resulting in partial volume effects – or within a mantle resulting only in sill face effects (modification of polyester by polyethyleneglycolaerylate). The paper underlines the fact that the radiationchemical modification for the enlargement of the utility value of textile planar structures is a relatively complicated process of textile finishing with the need of additional application of chemicals, plants, workmen and energy.  相似文献

采用两段级联单模光纤对高阶孤子脉冲进行压缩。两段光纤具有不同的反常色散值,当高阶孤子脉冲在第一段光纤中获得最大程度压缩时,通过转换色散值不同的光纤,使压缩脉冲继续以高阶孤子的形式在第二段光纤中再次被压缩。每段光纤的长度都进行了优化,使得脉冲在每段光纤中都获得最大程度的压缩。基于非线性薛定谔方程,数值研究了初始啁啾对高阶孤子脉冲压缩的影响。研究结果表明,初始啁啾对高阶孤子脉冲的压缩有重要影响。与无初始啁啾时的情形相比,正的初始啁啾能增强每段光纤中脉冲的压缩效果,降低压缩脉冲的基座能量,而负初始啁啾的影响则相反。随着初始啁啾参量Cp的增大,脉冲在每段光纤中的压缩因子均增加,而基座能量、最优光纤长度均减小。  相似文献

针对电光Q开关速度快的特点,提出基于射频场效应管电光调Q驱动电路的设计方法。通过选择电磁对称性器件,多个电容并联,元器件及走线空间对称分布以较好的符合电磁对称性要求,使得回路等效电感降低。通过该方法可获得上升沿约16ns,幅度大于5 000V电光调Q开关驱动信号。该研究为高速高压电路设计提供了参考。  相似文献

Milled carbon fibers (MCF) have been tested at 2, 4, and 6 phr in a standard natural rubber compound with 45 phr of N375 carbon black. A dramatic increase in the low elongation moduli was observed even with only 2 phr of MCF. The presence of MCF confers anisotropic properties to the rubber compounds that can be measured by an anisotropic factor σ, defined as the ratio between the modulus parallel to the MCF prevalent direction over the modulus orthogonal to the MCF prevalent direction. It has been shown that the presence of MCF is able to reduce the mechanical hysteresis and also the compression set of the natural rubber compound. However, the tear strength properties are affected negatively. The present study demonstrates the feasibility and the advantages derived by the utilization of the carbon fibers as extra reinforcing filler in rubber compounds.  相似文献

Luffa fiber is a renewable resource material with low cost and that contributes to a healthier ecosystem by its biodegradability. Its natural structure can be considered as a naturally occurring composite consisting mainly of cellulose fibrils imbedded in a lignin matrix. Surface pretreatment is necessary to maximize their potential use. In this work, plasma treatment at atmospheric pressure was carried out on the raw luffa fibers. The orthogonal method was used to optimize the plasma treatment condition. The optimal conditions were obtained at a discharge time of 10 s, power of 110 W, and electrode distance of 6 mm for the system used. The surface characterization of untreated and pretreated luffa fibers was investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and thermogravimetric (TGA) analysis. The results showed that plasma treatment did not cause significant harm to the fiber integrity and the inner cellulose fibrils were exposed from the lignin matrix. Plasma-treated luffa fibers also showed a slightly better thermal stability than the untreated fibers. Compared with chemical pretreatment, plasma treatment had a significantly shorter duration, no consumption of solvent, and improved the cellulose contents.  相似文献

The water desorption kinetics of polymer composite systems with hydrophilic cellulose fibers from recycled paper (PSP) filler embedded in various polymer matrices (hydrophobic thermoset epoxy resin [EP] and thermoplastic polypropylene [PP], and hydrophilic thermoplastic poly[vinyl alcohol] [PVA]) was studied. Polymer composites test pieces containing 0, 3, 6, 9, and 30 wt. % of fibers were prepared. Adhesion between fibers and polymer matrices was improved by utilization of maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene (MAPP) coupling agent in the case of thermoplastic matrices (both PP and PVA). Water desorption tests were conducted after immersing test pieces in a distilled water bath at room temperature for 24 h. Study of the water desorption kinetics proved the expected enhanced absorption of the resulting composites after incorporation of cellulose fibers. A difference between two similar types of PVA by measurement of the desorption kinetics was found.  相似文献

The Age of Information (AoI) measures the freshness of information and is a critic performance metric for time-sensitive applications. In this paper, we consider a radio frequency energy-harvesting cognitive radio network, where the secondary user harvests energy from the primary users’ transmissions and opportunistically accesses the primary users’ licensed spectrum to deliver the status-update data pack. We aim to minimize the AoI subject to the energy causality and spectrum constraints by optimizing the sensing and update decisions. We formulate the AoI minimization problem as a partially observable Markov decision process and solve it via dynamic programming. Simulation results verify that our proposed policy is significantly superior to the myopic policy under different parameter settings.  相似文献

Radio Frequency (RF) fingerprinting is the technology of recognizing the transmitter using the non-linear characteristics of an intercepted RF signal. The underlying inevitable impairments of the hardware chain in transmitters are used as unique RF signatures for the distinct identification of various radios. The technique can be applied to distinguish not only between the radio of different make but also between the radios of the same make and type. In this paper, we propose a novel RF fingerprinting method, based on Multi-Scale Approximate Entropy (MSAE) which utilizes the steady-state section of the RF signal, extracted through the Higuchi Fractal Dimension (HFD) method. The MSAE feature extraction method is validated using real-world data-set for Very High Frequency (VHF) radios. The proposed method uses MSAE features which are subsequently fed to Machine Learning (ML) algorithms for classification accuracy comparison. In terms of classification accuracy, the proposed MSAE features outperforms some of the existing steady-state methods, especially at low SNR.  相似文献

The causes of the occurrence and the method of the elimination of defects of non-bridging oxygen in multimode fluorosilicate optical fibers prepared by the modified method of chemical vapor deposition are considered. The solution is the use of support tubes obtained by quartz surfacing in a hydrogen atmosphere. In this case, there is no absorption band in a range of 630 nm caused by nonbridging oxygen in the spectrum of optical losses of gradient fluorosilicate optical fibers of W-type. Attenuation in a visible spectrum range is mainly determined by the level of Rayleigh scattering and the mode dispersions at a wavelength of 342 and 683 nm are 1.2 ± 0.1 and 0.7 ± 0.2 ps/m, respectively.  相似文献

We present polyethylene oxide (PEO) functional films polymerized by rf plasma-enhanced vapour chemical deposition (rf-PECVD) on p-Si (100) surface with precursor ethylene glycol dimethyl ether (EGDME) and diluted Ar in pulsed plasma mode. The influences of discharge parameters on the film properties and compounds are investigated. The film structure is analysed by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The water contact angle measurement and atomic force microscope (AFM) are employed to examine the surface polarity and to detect surface morphology, respectively. It is concluded that the smaller duty cycle in pulsed plasma mode contributes to the rich C--O--C (EO) group on the surfaces. As an application, the adsorption behaviour of platelet-rich plasma on plasma polymerization films performed in-vitro is explored. The shapes of attached cells are studied in detail by an optic invert microscope, which clarifies that high-density C--O--C groups on surfaces are responsible for non-fouling adsorption behaviour of the PEO films.  相似文献

Four types of chopped fibers have been studied as reinforcement additives in a standard natural rubber based, carbon black filled formulation. The fibers studied were aramide (2 types) and polyester (2 types). The chopped fibers were added on top of the carbon black filled rubber compound at 2, 4, and 8 phr levels. The extra reinforcing effect in the modulus, especially at low elongation, the increase in hardness, the anisotropic properties, and the stiffening effects have been studied together with the evaluation of the mechanical hysteresis in strain and in compression. The permanent set of the resulting rubber compounds have been evaluated as well. The best compromise in performances and price was found for a certain type of polyester fiber.  相似文献
