The new tin(IV) species (CH(3))(2)SnCl(OTeF(5)) was prepared via either the solvolysis of (CH(3))(3)SnCl in HOTeF(5) or the reaction of (CH(3))(3)SnCl with ClOTeF(5). It was characterized by NMR and vibrational spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. (CH(3))(2)SnCl(OTeF(5)) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n (a = 5.8204(8) A, b =10.782(1) A, c =15.493(2) A, beta = 91.958(2) degrees, V = 971.7(2) A(3), Z = 4). NMR spectroscopy of (CH(3))(3)SnX, prepared from excess Sn(CH(3))(4) and HX (X = OTeF(5) or N(SO(2)CF(3))(2)), revealed a tetracoordinate tin environment using (CH(3))(3)SnX as a neat liquid or in dichloromethane-d(2) (CD(2)Cl(2)) solutions. In acetone-d(6) and acetonitrile-d(3) (CD(3)CN) solutions, the tin atom in (CH(3))(3)SnOTeF(5) was found to extend its coordination number to five by adding one solvent molecule. In the strong donor solvent DMSO, the Sn-OTeF(5) bond is broken and the (CH(3))(3)Sn(O=S(CH(3))(2))(2)(+) cation and the OTeF(5)(-) anion are formed. (CH(3))(3)SnOTeF(5) and (CH(3))(3)SnN(SO(2)CF(3))(2) react differently with water. While the Te-F bonds in the OTeF(5) group of (CH(3))(3)SnOTeF(5) undergo complete hydrolysis that results in the formation of [(CH(3))(3)Sn(H(2)O)(2)](2)SiF(6), (CH(3))(3)SnN(SO(2)CF(3))(2) forms the stable hydrate salt [(CH(3))(3)Sn(H(2)O)(2)][N(SO(2)CF(3))(2)]. This salt crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c (a = 7.3072(1) A, b =13.4649(2) A, c =16.821(2) A, beta = 98.705(1) degrees, V = 1636.00(3) A(3), Z = 4) and was also characterized by NMR and vibrational spectroscopy.  相似文献

The pyridineselenolate (2-Se-NC(5)H(4), (SePy)) and the 3-(trimethylsilyl)pyridineselenolate (3-Me(3)Si-2-Se-NC(5)H(4) (SePy)) ligands form air-stable homoleptic coordination compounds of Cu(I) { [Cu(SePy)](4) (1) and [Cu(SePy)](4) (2)} and In(III) {In(SePy)(3) (3) and In(SePy)(3) (4)}. Mass spectroscopic characterization of the Cu(I) compounds indicated a tetrametallic core, and this was confirmed with a single-crystal X-ray structural characterization of crystalline 1 and 2, which both contain a tetrametallic cluster of Cu(I) ions bound to two doubly bridging Se atoms and a pyridine nitrogen. The Cu coordination sphere is completed with two strong Cu-Cu bonds and one weaker Cu-Cu interaction. The indium compounds 3 and 4 are each distorted fac-octahedral molecules with chelating SePy ligands. These compounds are useful low-temperature precursors to the binary selenides. Both 3 and 4 sublime intact; 3 thermally decomposes to give In(2)Se(3). The Cu clusters do not sublime intact but still decompose to give metal selenide phases: 2 decomposes to give pure alpha-CuSe at low temperatures and increasing amounts of Cu(2)(-)(x)()Se at elevated temperatures, while 3 decomposes to give a mixture of CuSe phases at all temperatures. Crystal data (Mo Kalpha: 1, 153(5) K; 2-4, 293(2) K) are as follows: 1, monoclinic space group C2/c, a = 20.643(5) ?, b = 16.967(2) ?, c = 16.025(2) ?, beta = 114.16(2) degrees, Z = 8; 2, tetragonal space group I4(1)/a, a = 14.756(3) ?, c = 19.925(3) ?, Z = 4; 3, trigonal space group P&thremacr;c1, a = 13.352(2) ?, c = 13.526(2) ?, Z = 4; 4, monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, a = 9.793(1) ?, b = 20.828(6) ?, c = 16.505(1) ?, beta = 96.69(1) degrees, Z = 4.  相似文献

The donor-free magnesocene analogues bis(1-methylboratabenzene)magnesium (1) and bis[3,5-dimethyl-1- (dimethylamino)boratabenzene]magnesium (2) are synthesized in good yields by the reactions of dimethylmagnesium with (trimethylstannyl)dihydroborinine precursors 3 and 4. In the crystalline state, both 1 and 2 possess sandwich structures with eta 6-coordinated boratabenzene ligands and display crystallographic centrosymmetry. Compound 1 reacts with the nitrogen donor 2,2'-bipyridine to give the Lewis base adduct (1)(bipy) (identical to 5). In the crystal structure of 5, one boratabenzene ligand is eta 6-bonded to the central metal while the other ligand adopts an eta 1-bonding mode. Crystallization of compound 2 from THF produces the solvate (2)(THF)2 (identical to 6), which exhibits a distorted tetrahedral N2O2 coordination environment around the magnesium atom. The average Mg-N bond distance is 2.141(3) A, and the N-Mg-N angle is 148.0(1) degrees. The observation of an aminoboratabenzene that is solely sigma-bonded to a metal is without precedent.  相似文献

The three-dimensional structure of a complex tubular uranyl phosphonate, (UO(2))(3)(HO(3)PC(6)H(5))(2)(O(3)PC(6)H(5))(2).H(2)O, was determined ab initio from laboratory X-ray powder diffraction data and refined by the Rietveld method. The crystals belong to the space group P2(1)2(1)2(1), with a = 17.1966(2) ?, b = 7.2125(2) ?, c = 27.8282(4) ?, and Z = 4. The structure consists of three independent uranium atoms, among which two are seven-coordinated and the third is eight-coordinated. These metal atoms are connected by four different phosphonate groups to form a one-dimensional channel structure along the b axis. The phenyl groups are arranged on the outer periphery of the channels, and their stacking forces keep the channels intact in the lattice. The determination of this structure which contains 50 non-hydrogen atoms in the asymmetric unit, from conventional X-ray powder data, represents significant progress in the application of powder techniques to structure solution of complex inorganic compounds, including organometallic compounds.  相似文献

The reaction of O,O′-diisopropylphosphoric acid isothiocyanate (iPrO)2P(O)NCS with 2-methylaniline 2-MeC6H4NH2, 2,6-dimethylaniline 2,6-Me2C6H3NH2, or 2,4,6-trimethylaniline 2,4,6-Me3C6H2NH2 leads to the N-phosphorylated thioureas RNHC(S)NHP(O)(OiPr)2 (R = 2-MeC6H4?, HLI ; 2,6-Me2C6H3?, HLII ; 2,4,6-Me3C6H2?, HLIII ). Reaction of the potassium salts of HLI III with Ni(II) in aqueous EtOH leads to [Ni(LI–III-N,S)2] ([NiLI–III 2 ]) chelate complexes. The compounds obtained were investigated by 1H, 31P{1H} NMR spectroscopy and microanalysis. The molecular structure of the thiourea HLIII was elucidated by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies showed that HLIII forms both intra- and intermolecular hydrogen bonds, which in turn leads to the formation of polymeric chains. One of the intermolecular hydrogen bonds is of the type N?H…S. Moreover, the formation of intermolecular C?H…η6-phenyl interactions was established.

The reactions of the molecular transition metal iodates A[CrO(3)(IO(3))] (A = K, Rb, Cs) with UO(3) under mild hydrothermal conditions provide access to four new, one-dimensional, uranyl chromatoiodates, Rb[UO(2)(CrO(4))(IO(3))(H(2)O)] (1) and A(2)[UO(2)(CrO(4))(IO(3))(2)] (A = K (2), Rb (3), Cs (4)). Under basic conditions, MoO(3), UO(3), and KIO(4) can be reacted to form K(2)[UO(2)(MoO(4))(IO(3))(2)] (5), which is isostructural with 2 and 3. The structure of 1 consists of one-dimensional[UO(2)(CrO(4))(IO(3))(H(2)O)](-) ribbons that contain uranyl moieties bound by bridging chromate and iodate anions as well as a terminal water molecule to create [UO(7)] pentagonal bipyramidal environments around the U(VI) centers. These ribbons are separated from one another by Rb(+) cations. When the iodate content is increased in the hydrothermal reactions, the terminal water molecule is replaced by a monodentate iodate anion to yield 2-4. These ribbons can be further modified by replacing tetrahedral chromate anions with MoO(4)(2)(-) anions to yield isostructural, one-dimensional [UO(2)(MoO(4))(IO(3))(2)](2)(-) ribbons. The pentafluorooxotellurate compound ReO(2)(OTeF(5))(3) has been synthesized from the reaction of ReO(2)F(3) with B(OTeF(5))(3) and structurally characterized in solution by (19)F and (125)Te NMR spectroscopy and in the solid state by Raman spectroscopy. The NMR and vibrational spectroscopic findings are consistent with a trigonal bipyramidal arrangement in which the oxygen atoms and an OTeF(5) group occupy the equatorial plane. The (19)F and (125)Te NMR spectra show that the axial and equatorial OTeF(5) groups of ReO(2)(OTeF(5))(3) are fluxional and are consistent with intramolecular exchange by means of a pseudorotation. The Lewis acid behavior of ReO(2)(OTeF(5))(3) is demonstrated by reaction with OTeF(5)(-). The resulting cis-ReO(2)(OTeF(5))(4)(-) anion was characterized as the tetramethylammonium salt in solution by (19)F and (125)Te NMR spectroscopy and in the solid state by Raman spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P&onemacr;, with a = 13.175(7) ?, b = 13.811(5) ?, c = 15.38(1) ?, alpha = 72.36(5)(o), beta = 68.17(5)(o), gamma = 84.05(4)(o), V = 2476(2) ?(3), D(calc) = 3.345 g cm(-)(3), Z = 4, R = 0.0547. The coordination sphere about Re(VII) in cis-ReO(2)(OTeF(5))(4)(-) is a pseudooctahedron in which the Re-O double bond oxygens are cis to one another.  相似文献

From the system MF(2)/PF(5)/XeF(2)/anhydrous hydrogen fluoride (aHF), four compounds [Sr(XeF(2))(3)](PF(6))(2), [Pb(XeF(2))(3)](PF(6))(2), [Sr(3)(XeF(2))(10)](PF(6))(6), and [Pb(3)(XeF(2))(11)](PF(6))(6) were isolated and characterized by Raman spectroscopy and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The [M(XeF(2))(3)](PF(6))(2) (M = Sr, Pb) compounds are isostructural with the previously reported [Sr(XeF(2))(3)](AsF(6))(2). The structure of [Sr(3)(XeF(2))(10)](PF(6))(6) (space group C2/c; a = 11.778(6) Angstrom, b = 12.497(6) Angstrom, c = 34.60(2) Angstrom, beta = 95.574(4) degrees, V = 5069(4) Angstrom(3), Z = 4) contains two crystallographically independent metal centers with a coordination number of 10 and rather unusual coordination spheres in the shape of tetracapped trigonal prisms. The bridging XeF(2) molecules and one bridging PF(6)- anion, which connect the metal centers, form complicated 3D structures. The structure of [Pb(3)(XeF(2))(11)](PF(6))(6) (space group C2/m; a = 13.01(3) Angstrom, b = 11.437(4) Angstrom, c = 18.487(7) Angstrom, beta = 104.374(9) degrees, V = 2665(6) Angstrom(3), Z = 2) consists of a 3D network of the general formula {[Pb(3)(XeF(2))(10)](PF(6))(6)}n and a noncoordinated XeF(2) molecule fixed in the crystal structure only by weak electrostatic interactions. This structure also contains two crystallographically independent Pb atoms. One of them possesses a unique homoleptic environment built up by eight F atoms from eight XeF(2) molecules in the shape of a cube, whereas the second Pb atom with a coordination number of 9 adopts the shape of a tricapped trigonal prism common for lead compounds. [Pb(3)(XeF(2))(11)](PF(6))(6) and [Sr(3)(XeF(2))(10)](PF(6))(6) are formed when an excess of XeF(2) is used during the process of the crystallization of [M(XeF(2))(3)](PF(6))(2) from their aHF solutions.  相似文献

The structure of a novel mixed-valent chromium uranyl compound, (C(3)NH(10))(10)[(UO(2))(13)(Cr(12)(5+)O(42))(Cr(6+)O(4))(6)(H(2)O)(6)](H(2)O)(6) (1), obtained by the combination of a hydrothermal method and evaporation from aqueous solutions with isopropylammonium, contains uranyl chromate hemispheres with lateral dimensions of 18.9 × 18.5 ?(2) and a height of about 8 ?. The hemispheres are centered by a UO(8) hexagonal bipyramid surrounded by six dimers of Cr(5+)O(5) square pyramids, UO(7) pentagonal bipyramids, and Cr(6+)O(4) tetrahedra. The hemispheres are linked into two-dimensional layers so that two adjacent hemispheres are oriented in opposite directions relative to the plane of the layer. From a topological point of view, the hemispheres have the formula U(21)Cr(23) and can be considered as derivatives of nanospherical cluster U(26)Cr(36) composed of three-, four-, and five-membered rings.  相似文献

The transition metal, alkali metal, and main group uranyl selenites, Ag(2)(UO(2))(SeO(3))(2) (1), K[(UO(2))(HSeO(3))(SeO(3))] (2), Rb[(UO(2))(HSeO(3))(SeO(3))] (3), Cs[(UO(2))(HSeO(3))(SeO(3))] (4), Tl[(UO(2))(HSeO(3))(SeO(3))] (5), and Pb(UO(2))(SeO(3))(2) (6), have been prepared from the hydrothermal reactions of AgNO(3), KCl, RbCl, CsCl, TlCl, or Pb(NO(3))(2) with UO(3) and SeO(2) at 180 degrees C for 3 d. The structures of 1-5 contain similar [(UO(2))(SeO(3))(2)](2-) sheets constructed from pentagonal bipyramidal UO(7) units that are joined by bridging SeO(3)(2-) anions. In 1, the selenite oxo ligands that are not utilized within the layers coordinate the Ag(+) cations to create a three-dimensional network structure. In 2-5, half of the selenite ligands are monoprotonated to yield a layer composition of [(UO(2))(HSeO(3))(SeO(3))](1-), and coordination of the K(+), Rb(+), Cs(+), and Tl(+) cations occurs through long ionic contacts. The structure of 6 contains a uranyl selenite layered substructure that differs substantially from those in 1-5 because the selenite anions adopt both bridging and chelating binding modes to the uranyl centers. Furthermore, the Pb(2+) cations form strong covalent bonds with these anions creating a three-dimensional framework. These cations occur as distorted square pyramidal PbO(5) units with stereochemically active lone pairs of electrons. These polyhedra align along the c-axis to create a polar structure. Second-harmonic generation (SHG) measurements revealed a response of 5x alpha-quartz for 6. The diffuse reflectance spectrum of 6 shows optical transitions at 330 and 440 nm. The trailing off of the 440 nm transition to longer wavelengths is responsible for the orange coloration of 6.  相似文献

Reaction of RuCl(2)(PPh(3))(3) with S(2)(-) sources yields a family of phosphine-containing Ru-S clusters which have been characterized crystallographically and by MALDI-MS. Ru(4)S(6)(PPh(3))(4) (Ru-Ru(av) = 2.94 A) has idealized T(d)() symmetry whereas Ru(6)S(8)(PPh(3))(6) (Ru-Ru(av) = 2.82 A) adopts the idealized O(h)() symmetry characteristic of Chevrel clusters. Ru(5)S(6)(PPh(3))(5) is formally derived by the addition of Ru(PPh(3)) to one face of Ru(4)S(6)(PPh(3))(4). In terms of its M-S connectivity, the Ru(5)S(6) cluster resembles a fragment of the FeMo cluster in nitrogenase.  相似文献

The paper presents the results of studies on potential dependent properties of typical extraction systems: UO(2)(NO(3))(2)-H(2)O-TBP, Ca(NO(3))(2)-H(2)O-TBP, Co(NO(3))(2)-H(2)O-TBP (TBP-tri-n-butyl phosphate) treated as membrane systems with an immobilized aqueous phase. It was shown that the processes influencing on the membrane potential in the studied system depended mainly on extraction constants. The electrode functions of the systems depended on concentration of salts in the immobilized aqueous phase and concentration of solvate in the organic phase. It was found that the activity coefficients could be determined from the dependence describing the electrode potential in the concentrated solvate solutions.  相似文献
