From the I-V characteristics for as-grown and irradiated Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ single crystals at T=5 K in a magnetic field applied parallel to the c axis, we have seen two types of vortex dynamics near the depinning threshold. For the as-grown sample, at low field, the I-V curves show steps that clearly indicate a “fingerprint phenomenon” since they reflect the current dependence of differential resistance Rd=dV/dI. This can be ascribed to vortices flow through uncorrelated channels for the highly defective lattice. As fields sufficiently increase, these peaks merge, giving broader ones, indicating a crossover from filamentary strings to braid river. In contrast, in the irradiated sample, the pinning is found to be individual at low magnetic fields and collective when the vortex-vortex interactions are involved. Our result suggests a dynamic nature of the peak effect, in agreement with recent numerical simulations and experimental works.  相似文献

Current-voltage characteristics of the surface intrinsic Josephson junctions under a magnetic field parallel to CuO_2 planes have been studied experimentally. Fiske steps in such a junction have been observed. The Swihart velocity for the junction is found to be 7.2×10^5m/s, which corresponds to the velocity mode of a single junction.  相似文献

用熔融法制备了Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+y掺Na多晶样品,转变温度Tc提高到90K以上,最大的零电阻温度达到92.5K。在流动氧气退火后,未掺Na样品Tc显著降低,而掺Na样品Tc几乎不变,说明二者Tc提高具有不同的机制。据此我们认为Na替代了Bi而使Bio层电荷失去平衡,Cuo面上电子转移到Bio层而形成空穴,空穴和电子的吸引相 关键词:  相似文献

New Y0.57M0.72Sc2.71(BO3)4 (M = Pr or Nd) nonlinear optical crystals of the huntite structural type with sp. gr. R32 were grown by the high-temperature solution-melt method. The analogous phase with cerium was prepared by solid-state synthesis. Lattice parameters were established by X-ray diffraction patterns of the powder.  相似文献

本文研究了Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O体系中理想成份为Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8化合物的超导性能和晶体结构。名义成份为BiSrCaCu2O5.5零电阻超导转变温度Tc(0)=81.5K。用X射线粉末衍射方法测定了Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8的晶体结构,其基本结构属体心四方晶系,空间群为D4h17-l4/mmm,点阵常数a=3.825?,c=30.82?。每单胞化合式单位为2.2Ca占据2(a)等效点系,4Sr,4Bi和4Cu占据三组4(e)位置,其原子参数z分别为0.110,0.302和0.445,16O分别占据8(g),z=0.445和二组4(e),z=0.210和0.380。Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8晶体结构可认为是阳离子沿z轴的(00z)和((1/2)(1/2)z)交错排列,由Aurivillius相导生出来的。讨论了在Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O体系中可能存在的其它沿z轴不同堆垛层数的超导相。 关键词:  相似文献

对高品质单相多晶Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ样品作真空或H2气氛中不同温度下的热处理。由X射线结构分析,其正常态和超导态性质(特别是载流子浓度)的系统测量结果表明:Bi2Sr2CaCu208+δ样品在H2气氛中热处理,其氧的释放可分为两个阶段:一是Bi-O层之间的过量氧原子的逸出,降低系统的载流子浓度,从而调节Tc;二是CuO2面内氧原子的迁移,产生氧空位,使CuO2面内Cu2+的短程二维反铁磁(2D-AFM)有序背景遭到破坏。可以认为:以往文献中报道的Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+δ超导体的吸氢效应导致Tc的变化,很可能主要的并不是氢原子的电子掺杂行为,而是与吸氢过程中氧含量的变化相联系。 关键词:  相似文献

The thermal conductivity of single crystals of Ca1 − x Er x F2 + x (x = 0.01, 0.05, 0.07, and 0.10) and Ca1 − x Tm x F2 + x (x = 0.02, 0.04, and 0.06) solid solutions is studied in the temperature ranges 50–300 and 298–673 K. With increasing content of rare-earth elements, the behavior of thermal conductivity in these solid solutions changes from the characteristic of defect single crystals to glasslike. The concentration dependences of thermal conductivity for the two systems differ insignificantly.  相似文献

Photoemission measurements have been carried out for Bi2Sr2CaCu2-xSnxO8+δ system with conventional x-ray photoemission spectroscopy for core-level spectra and synchrotron radiation photoemission spectroscopy for valence band. With Sn doping, all core levels shift differently in binding energy, and the intensity near fermi energy becomes smaller in valence hand. From the experiment, we can deduce that the shifts of all core levels and valence hands may involve some other mechanisms, such ms electrostatic effects, in addition to binding energy referencing effects. We argue that the chemical environment plays a crucial role in the electronic structure of high-temperature superconductors.  相似文献

The thermal expansion of single crystals of the Bi2Sr2−x La x CuO6+δ high-temperature superconducting (HTSC) system in the insulating phase with compositions having no superconducting transition to a temperature of 1.8 K (x ≥ 0.8) is measured in an arbitrary direction in the (ab) plane in the temperature range of 7–50 K. Temperature regions of material compression upon heating are found. The study of anomalies in magnetic fields of 3 and 6 T, parallel and perpendicular to the c-axis revealed an anisotropic and nonmonotonic effect of the field on thermal expansion. Such anomalies for the n-type Nd2−x Ce x CuO4−δ HTSC sample also having no superconducting transition are detected for the first time. The results show that the anomaly nature is caused by anisotropic electronic ordering, probably, by the charge density wave in the CuO2 plane and superconductivity fluctuations in the insulating phase.  相似文献

Systems of solid solutions Bi1 − x Ca x FeO3 (I) and Bi1 − x CaxFeO1 − x Ti x O3 (II) have been obtained and their properties have been studied using neutronography and M?ssbauer spectroscopy; magnetization and permittivity have been measured. It is shown that an increase in the concentration of calcium ions in system I for x > 0.2 changes rhombohedral distortions of a unit cell (space group R3c) to tetragonal distortions (space group I4/mcm), while rhombohedral distortions in system II for x > 0.2 are replaced by orthorhombic distortions (space group Pnma). Analysis of the crystal structure has revealed strong anisotropy in vibrations of Bi and O ions in system I compounds. Systems I and II are characterized by G-type antiferromagnetic ordering of magnetic moments. In system II, spontaneous magnetization associated with the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction has been detected. According to M?ssbauer spectroscopy data, iron ions in compounds I and II are in the trivalent state and charge compensation occurs due to the formation of oxygen vacancies. We report on a tunneling study of underdoped submicron Bi2Sr2-xLaxCuO6+δ (La-Bi2201) intrinsic Josephson junctions (IJJs), whose self-heating is sufficiently suppressed. The tunneling spectra are measured from 4.2 K up to the pseudogap opening temperature of T* = 260 K. The gap value found from the spectral peak position is about 35 meV and has a weak temperature dependence both below and above the superconducting transition temperature of Tc = 29 K. Since the superconducting gap should have a value of 10-15 meV, our results indicate that the pseudogap (~35 meV) plays an important role in the underdoped La-Bi2201 intrinsic tunneling spectroscopy down to the lowest temperature of 4.2 K. However, the contribution of the superconducting gap can be separated by normalizing the spectra to the one near and above Tc, which shows that the IJJs can be a useful tool for the study of the electronic properties of the La-Bi2201 cuprate superconductors.  相似文献

实验研究了Bi2Sr2CaCu2-xSnxO8+δ 的X射线衍射(XRD)和光电子能谱(XPS).实验发现随着掺杂(Sn)量的增加,晶格参数a 和c都有所变化,O1s和Cu2p芯能级谱也发生了变化.实验结果表明: 在低掺杂量时,Sn主要 呈二价态;而在高掺杂浓度时呈四价态;掺Sn对超导电性的影响与其他元素的掺杂不同.这 些实验结果支持化学环境在高温超导样品的电子结构中起着重要作用的结论. 关键词: Bi系超导体 掺杂 X射线衍射 光电子能谱  相似文献
