Three stereoisomers (cone, partial cone, and 1,3-alternate) of p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene bearing four anchor propyltriethoxysilane substituents at the lower rim were synthesized for the first time. Surface modification of silica nanoparticles (d = 12 nm) with the synthesized macrocycles gave novel hybride thiacalix [4]arene?SiO2 particles. The obtained nanostructured adsorbents were found to efficiently extract nitroaromatic compounds from aqueous solutions. The partial cone and 1,3-alternate thiacalix[4]arene–SiO2 hybrid particles showed affinity to nitrophenols.  相似文献

The X-ray photoelectron and X-ray emission spectra as well as the charge state of thiacalix[4]arenes in the cone and 1,3-alternate conformations and calix[4]arene thioesters were studied. The donor ability of sulfur bridging atoms in the studied compounds was shown to be close to that in dialkyl sulfides. The internal X-ray transitions (K α and K β) were described by the energy of Kohn-Sham orbitals calculated by DFT method with relaxation corrections.  相似文献

The steric structure of the cone and 1,3-alternate stereoisomers of p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arenes bearing in the lower rim four substituents containing amide and ammonium groups as well as L-tryptophan residues was studied by 1Н, 13С, 1Н–1Н NOESY, and 1Н–13С HSQC NMR spectroscopy. The mutual repulsion of the charged ammonium groups and the presence of intramolecular hydrogen bonds in the synthesized compounds can make the peptide bond with the tryptophan residue sterically accessible for enzymes.  相似文献

Template effect of alkali metal ions was employed to prepare three isomers of tetraamide of p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene: cone, partial cone and 1,3-alternate. It was demonstrated that pre-organization of four amide fragments attached to the calix[4]arene platform has a strong macrocyclic cooperative effect on the extraction ability of the title hosts.  相似文献

The synthesis of four new tetra-and di-carbonyl p-tert-butyl thiacalix[4]arenes is reported. The three tetracarbonyl compounds differ as conformational isomers (cone, partial cone, and 1,3-alternate). The influence of the alkali metal ion templates on the formation of the different conformational isomers of the compound was studied by the solvent extraction method.  相似文献

The self-assembly of tetrathiacalix[4]arene and tetraoxacalix[4]arene molecules functionalized by hydrazide groups was studied by DFT calculations at B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level. The calculations were performed for the cone and 1,3-alternate conformations. The associates of calix[4]arenes in the cone conformation are stabilized by multiple hydrogen bonds with inclusion of all hydrazide groups in the formation of the globule, which suppresses the formation of extended structures.  相似文献

N-Aryl-3-oxobutanethioamides react with 2-amino-1,3-thiazole (2-amino-1,3-benzothiazole) in acetic acid to give mixtures of 7-methyl-5H-[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidine-5-thione (2-methyl-4H-pyrimido-[2,1-b][1,3]benzothiazole-4-thione) and 5-arylimino-7-methyl-5H-[1,3]thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidines (4-arylimino-2-methyl-4H-pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]benzothiazoles), whose ratio depends on the nature of the aryl substituent in the initial butanethioamide.  相似文献

An efficient method has been developed for the synthesis of 7,16,25-triaryl-7,8,16,17,25,26-hexahydro-6H,15H,24H-tribenzo[f,m,t][1,5,8,12,15,19,3,10,17]hexaoxatriazacyclohenicosines, 3,8-diaryl-2,3,4,7,8,9-hexahydrobenzo[1,2-e:4,3-e′]bis[1,3]oxazines, 3,9-bis(chlorophenyl)-3,4,9,10-tetrahydro-2H,8H-benzo[1,2-e:3,4-e′]bis[1,3]oxazines, and 2,9-bis(chlorophenyl)-1,2,3,8,9,10-hexahydrobenzo[1,2-e:6,5-e′]bis-[1,3]oxazines via cycloaminomethylation of pyrocatechol, resorcinol, and hydroquinone with N,N-bis(methoxymethyl) anilines in the presence of samarium catalysts.  相似文献

Acylation of cone and 1,3-alternate stereoisomers of hydrazides of p-tert-butylthaicalix[4]arene tetrasubstituted at the lower rim with S,S-lactide in dimethylsulfoxide has afforded the macrocyclic oligolactide derivatives containing 16 (cone) to 24 (1,3-alternate) lactide fragments. It has been shown that nanosized aggregates (80 nm) are formed with silver nitrate in the case of the cone stereoisomer containing the oligolactide fragments at one side of the macrocyclic rim, whereas submicron particles (400 nm) are formed in the case of the 1,3-alternate conformation when the substituents are at different sides of the macrocycle.  相似文献

1,3-Dialkyl-5-amino-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones reacted with acetylacetone to give the corresponding 4-(1,3-dialkyl-2-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-ylamino)pent-3-en-2-ones which underwent intramolecular cyclization to 1,3-dialkyl-5,7-dimethyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]-[1,8]naphthyridin-2-ones on heating in polyphosphoric acid or diphenyl ether. Analogous reaction of 1,3-dialkyl-5-amino-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones with ethyl acetoacetate led to the formation of ethyl 3-(1,3-dialkyl-2-oxo-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-ylamino)but-2-enoates whose cyclization afforded 1,3-dialkyl-8-hydroxy-7-methyl-1,3-dihydro-2H-imidazo[5,4-b][1,8]naphthyridin-2-ones.  相似文献

Reactions of 1-acylthiosemicarbazides with methyl 3-phenylprop-2-ynoate provide a new one-step procedure for the synthesis of 2-substituted 5-phenyl-7H-[1,2,4]triazolo[5,1-b][1,3]thiazin-7-ones. The product structure was determined on the basis of scalar spin-spin coupling constants 2 J(1H-15N) and 3 J(1H-15N) in the 1H and 15N NMR spectra and was proved by X-ray analysis. Methyl 3-phenylprop-2-ynoate reacted with 1-acetylthiosemicarbazide in ethanol in the presence of H2SO4 to give 3-methyl-7-phenyl[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b]-[1,3]thiazin-5-one as the only product.  相似文献

The three conformations of 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-25,26,27,28-tetrakis[(benzoyl)methoxy]-2,8,14,20-tetrathiacalix[4]arene 1: cone, partial cone and 1,3-alternate, were prepared by the treatment of 5,11,17,23-tetra-tert-butyl-2,8,14,20-tetrathiacalix[4]arene-25,26,27,28-tetraol (TCA) with α-bromo acetophenone in the presence of appropriate alkali carbonate M2CO3 (M=Na, K, Cs) as base catalyst in acetonitrile. Structure of the conformers were established by 1H NMR, 1H-1H COSY, 1D NOE, 2D ROESY and X-ray experiments. The alkali cation binding selectivity of the obtained macrocycles was investigated by the ion-pair extraction method.  相似文献

Diisopropyl N-benzoyl-N-(trimethylsilyl)phosphoramidate reacts with ClCH2SiMe2Cl under mild conditions to form diisopropyl N-benzoyl-N-[(chlorodimethylsilyl)methyl]phosphoramidate (III). Diisopropyl N-methyl-N-(trimethylsilyl)phosphoramidate with ClCH2SiMe2Cl affords an N-transsilylation product which does not rearrange into diisopropyl N-[(chlorodimethylsilyl)methyl]-N-methylphosphoramidate (XV) even under severe conditions (4 h, 130°C). Compound XV was prepared by the reaction of diisopropyl phosphorochloridate with N-[(methoxydimethylsilyl)methyl]-N-methylamine followed by treatment of diisopropyl N-[(methoxydimethylsilyl)methyl]-N-methylphosphoramidate with boron trichloride. Analysis of experimental and calculated 29Si chemical shifts points to a five-coordinate silicon atom in compound III and a fourcoordinate silicon atom in compound XV. According to B3LYP calculations with due regard to solvent effects, compound III is an isomer with a C=O→Si bond. By variation of substituents at silicon, phosphorus, and carbonyl carbon atoms, chelate structures with either C=O→Si or P=O→Si dative bonds can be obtained.  相似文献

Nitration of 2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-one gave its 5-nitro derivative which was subjected to alkylation with dimethyl sulfate, diethyl sulfate, and benzyl(dimethyl)phenylammonium chloride. The resulting 1,3-dimethyl-, 1,3-diethyl-, and 1,3-dibenzyl-5-nitro-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones were reduced to the corresponding 1,3-dialkyl-5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-2-ones, and the latter reacted with itaconic acid to produce 1-(1,3-dialkyl-2-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acids. 1-(2-Oxo-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridin-5-yl)-5-oxopyrrolidine-3-carboxylic acid was obtained by analogous reaction with 5-amino-2,3-dihydro-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]-pyridin-2-one.  相似文献

The reaction of acryloyl chloride with the monoamine derivative of p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene was used to synthesize p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene monoacrylamide in the 1,3-alternate conformation. The effect of the nature of the amine on the result of its Michael reaction with the synthesized p-tert-butylthiacalix[4]arene monoacrylamide was studied. 6-Allylsulfanyl-1-arylpyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-ones react with iodine and sulfuric acid to give angular pyrazolothiazolopyrimidine derivatives. The reaction of 6-(prop-2-yn-1-ylsulfanyl)-1-(4-tolyl)-pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-one with sulfuric acid gives angularly fused pyrazolo[4,3-e][1,3]thiazolo-[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one, whereas in the reaction with sodium methoxide linearly fused pyrazolo[3,4-d][1,3]-thiazolo[3,2-a]pyrimidin-4-one was formed. Linearly fused pyrazolo[3′,4′:4,5]pyrimido[2,1-b][1,3]thiazole derivatives were also obtained by reaction of 1-aryl-6-(3-phenylprop-2-en-1-ylsulfanyl)pyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidin-4(5H)-ones with sulfuric acid.  相似文献

A couple of novel electrochromic materials poly(2,3,4,5-tetrakis(2,3-hydrothieno[3,4-b]dixin-5-yl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrrole) (P(t-EDOT-mPy)) and poly(5,5′,5′′,5′′′-(thiophene-2,3,4,5-tetrayl)tetrakis(2,3-dihydrothieno[3,4-b][1,4]dioxine)) (P(t-EDOT-Th)) are electrodeposited via multi-position polymerization of their tetra-EDOT substituted monomers t-EDOT-mPy and t-EDOT-Th, respectively. Compared with the linear 2D structured poly(thiophene) (E g=2.2 eV) and poly(2,5-bis(2,3-dihydrothieno[3,4-b][1,4]dioxin-5-yl)thiophene) (E g=1.7 eV), P(t-EDOT-Th) (E g=1.62 eV) has the lowest band gap. Hence, we speculate that the band gaps of the two polymers, having 3D structures, are decreased in contrast to non-substituted polymers or bi-EDOT substituted polymers, thiophene and 1-methyl-1H-pyrrole. The results indicated that P(t-EDOT-Th) thin films are more stable and show higher transmittance amid two polymers, which may find their utilization in organic optoelectronics.  相似文献
