高耸异型烟囱结构风压和风振系数试验研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
本文在模拟的大气边界层中,对某一发电厂高耸异型烟囱的刚性模型进行了测压试验研究,得到了这一结构的平均风压系数、最大和最小风压系数分布,以及该结构的风荷载体型系数;结果表明在烟囱外形明显变化的局部区域,风压绝对值较大,与理论分析一致。同时,对动态测力试验模型进行了高频动态天平测力试验研究,详细介绍了试验及数据处理方法,根据试验结果计算得到了该烟囱在风作用下的动力响应和风振系数;根据试验结果计算所得的风振系数值大于按规范公式估算值。这些结果不仅为结构的风荷载计算提供了依据,也有助于进一步认识该类异性烟囱结构的风荷载和风振特性。  相似文献

In this article, a discrete model of a drill-string system is developed taking into account stick-slip and time-delay aspects, and this model is used to study the nonlinear motions of this system. The model has eight degrees-of-freedom and allows for axial, torsional, and lateral dynamics of both the drill pipes and the bottom-hole assembly. Nonlinearities that arise due to dry friction, loss of contact, and collisions are considered in the development. State variable dependent time delays associated with axial and lateral cutting actions of the drill bit are introduced in the model. Based on this original model, numerical studies are carried out for different drilling operations. The results show that the motions can be self-exited through stick-slip friction and time-delay effects. Parametric studies are carried out for different ranges of friction and simulations reveal that when the drill pipe undergoes relative sticking motion phases, the drill-bit motion is suppressed by absolute sticking. Furthermore, the sticking phases observed in this work are longer than those reported in previous studies and the whirling state of the drill pipe periodically alternates between the sticking and slipping phases. When the drive speed is used as a control parameter, it is observed that the system exhibits aperiodic dynamics. The system response stability is seen to be largely dependent upon the driving speed. The discretized model presented here along with the related studies on nonlinear motions of the system can serve as a basis for choosing operational parameters in practical drilling operations.  相似文献

A three-dimensional computer simulation of the motion of a water jet is described which includes the effects of wind from any direction. The simulation is useful in the design of fire-fighting systems, particularly those used in offshore situations. The equations of motion are presented in vector form and the problem of the fluid dynamic drag variation is discussed. Semi-empirical approximations for the drag components along and across the jet are presented which involve four unknown constants. These are reduced to three by using previous data on the efficiency of vertical jets. To fix the remaining constants, information was available from a series of large jets tests carried out to prove an offshore fire fighting system. In these tests different nozzle shapes were tried and, using the best of these shapes, a large number of trajectories were measured photographically. These were used to fix the simulation drag constants and good agreement is shown between measurements and predictions. The simulation enables the effects of flow-rate, pressure, nozzle size, elevation and wind strength to be evaluated in the system design  相似文献

Investigations into a slender system subjected to Beck's generalized load taking into account two rotational springs situated at each end of the system are presented in the paper. One spring models the finite rigidity of the mounting, while the second restricts the rotation of the loaded end of the system. The regions of divergence and flutter instability of the considered system were determined using the kinetic criterion of the stability. The boundary value of the rigidity of the spring situated at the loaded end of the column was also determined. The boundary value of the rigidity separates the regions of divergence and flutter instability. In respect of the problem of vibrations, the characteristic curves in the plane: load - natural frequency were presented. All computations were carried out using the parameters of the considered system, including the rigidity of the springs and the follower coefficient of the load.  相似文献

基于台州某风雨操场脊谷式张拉膜屋盖缩尺模型风洞试验的数据结果,选取典型测点,研究了屋面迎风前缘、过渡区及中轴区的平均风压和脉动风压系数的分布特性。同时,鉴于屋盖的不规则曲面造型,表面风压梯度变化较大,采用单一体型系数反映屋面风载已不能满足要求。文中在结合屋盖自身复杂体型和风压分布特征基础上,按各榀各边片将屋面划分为不同区域,对5个不利风向角下的区域体型系数进行统计分析,并给出各区域体型系数建议取值。最后,针对这类体型屋盖特点和风压分布特性,得出一些结论和建议,为进一步研究该类屋盖的风荷载特性和结构抗风设计提供了依据。  相似文献

针对某高超声速舵面颤振风洞试验模型开展了数值模拟研究,采用多种气动力模型和耦合迭代策略,研究对颤振预测结果的影响。计算结果表明,采用三阶活塞理论、统一升力面理论、Euler方程和N-S方程的颤振动压预测结果较接近,与试验值误差均在7%以内。采用时域方法计算时,松耦合方法的误差较大,超过15%。同时还发现,支撑机构会带来激波边界层干扰效应,一定程度上提高了颤振动压,考虑该因素的预测结果与试验值更接近。  相似文献

基于有限元方法,建立了弹塑性单峰的接触模型.粗糙峰为理想的弹塑性材料,为了考虑不同的材料特性对微凸体变形的影响,分别对9种不同的材料进行了分析.根据有限元计算结果,分析了接触面积,平均接触压力和接触力与变形干涉量之间的关系,并进行了经验公式的拟合.单峰接触所经历的4个不同的阶段,以及不同阶段之间的转化点均作了明确的表达.然后,根据分形理论,将单峰接触模型扩展到了三维的粗糙表面的接触,并提出了一个计算接触表面法向刚度的模型.通过与实验数据和以往模型的结果对比,证明本文中所提出的模型具有较高的精度.  相似文献

Technologies inspired by the functioning and behavior of biological beings are commonly developed for aircraft flight. Among the bio-inspired approaches that have grown in interest, particularly for unmanned aerial vehicle flight, is based on the behavior of bird’s cover feathers under higher angles of attack. The covert feathers, when activated by separated flows, promote lift increment that helps in certain maneuvers. This work investigates the benefit in the stall and post-stall performance of employing bio-inspired covert feathers devices attached to an airfoil’s upper surface. To fill the gaps in the recent technical literature, experimental analysis of an SD7003 airfoil was executed in a wind tunnel with the application of bio-inspired covert feathers of different shapes and tapes in three chordwise positions. The bio-inspired devices were conceived to resemble the feathers’ lightness and discrete-distribution along with the wing model. Experiments were carried out measuring the aerodynamic forces and moment at Reynolds number around 170,000 for static and dynamic ramp-up and hold pitching motion. It has been confirmed that the use of bio-inspired covert feathers brought benefits to the stall and post-stall behavior of the airfoil. The maximum lift has increased, and the transition from attached to stalled flow around the airfoil tends to be smoother when the devices were used. Four shapes for the bio-inspired devices and three positions in chordwise direction were considered. The best performance among the case was encountered for a jagged bio-inspired device taped at a quarter-chord position. Indeed, the most forward position for all the devices resulted in higher maximum lift and increment to the respective angle of attack. Ramp-up and hold wind tunnel tests also confirmed the best performance of jagged bio-inspired devices nearer the leading edge. The aerodynamic response to the pitching motion showed that the stall and post-stall regime occur much smoother, indicating that the approach presents good potential for dynamic stall or gust response passive control.

为研究平地机牵引架的作业负载,分析了平地机最大牵引力及平地机铲刀作用阻力.通过研究工作装置各部件间的运动幅关系,构建了工作装置机构运动简图,建立了工作装置运动坐标系.利用空间坐标系变换理论,将等效铲刀工作负载施加于牵引架上.基于Mechanical APDL及有限元分析理论,对牵引架的Pro/E实体模型进行网格划分.以平地机受最大牵引力作用时的铲刀斜向刮土为例,进行了牵引架静力强度分析.结果表明,牵引架强度在许用强度范围内,经等效加载后的牵引架应力分布与工程实际相符.该工作负载等效方法有效并可简化复杂工况的牵引架受载分析.  相似文献

海上漂浮软管是浮式生产储卸油装置上外输系统的关键设备.漂浮软管结构复杂且常年漂浮于海面上,极易受到风、浪、流等环境载荷的作用产生疲劳破坏而造成原油泄漏.首先,采用ABAQUS软件,建立了软管的有限元模型,得到了漂浮软管在弯矩和内压作用下的有限元结果;其次,采用水平方向的Morison方程和风载荷来描述漂浮软管在海面上复杂的载荷情况;再次,将静力学分析结果导入到FE-Safe疲劳分析软件中,将节点应力结果作为时间载荷历程,乘以相应的载荷倍数,得到疲劳分析的载荷谱,载入此载荷谱计算,得到了漂浮软管的寿命分布云图,其最小寿命满足工程要求;最后,分析了内压对疲劳寿命的影响,结果表明,一定大小的内压能提高软管的疲劳性能.  相似文献

采用假设模态法对旋转运动柔性梁的动力特性进行研究,给出简化的控制模型. 首先采用Hamilton原理和假设模态离散化方法,在计入柔性梁由于横向变形而引起的轴向变形的二阶耦合量的条件下,推导出基于柔性梁变形位移场一阶完备的一次近似耦合模型,然后对该模型进行简化,忽略柔性梁纵向变形的影响,给出一次近似简化模型,最后将采用假设模态离散化方法的结果与采用有限元离散化方法的结果进行了对比研究. 研究中考虑了两种情况:非惯性系下的动力特性研究和系统大范围运动为未知的动力特性研究. 研究结果显示,当系统大范围运动为高速时,在假设模态离散化方法中应增加模态数目,较少的模态数目将导致较大误差. 一次近似简化模型能够较好地反映出系统的动力学行为,可用于主动控制设计的研究.  相似文献

Using Donnell non-linear shallow shell equations in terms of the displacements and the potential flow theory, this work presents a qualitatively accurate low dimensional model to study the non-linear dynamic behavior and stability of a fluid-filled cylindrical shell under lateral pressure and axial loading. First, the reduced order model is derived taking into account the influence of the driven and companion modes. For this, a modal solution is obtained by a perturbation technique which satisfies exactly the in-plane equilibrium equations and all boundary, continuity, and symmetry conditions. Finally, the equation of motion in the transversal direction is discretized by the Galerkin method. The importance of each mode in the proposed modal expansion is studied using the proper orthogonal decomposition. The quality of the proposed model is corroborated by studying the convergence of frequency–amplitude relations, resonance curves, bifurcation diagrams, and time responses. The parametric analysis clarifies the influence of the lateral and axial loads on the non-linear vibrations and stability of the liquid-filled shell. Finally, the global response of the system is investigated in order to quantify the degree of safety of the shell in the presence of external perturbations through the use of bifurcation diagrams and basins of attraction. This allows one to evaluate the safety and dynamic integrity of the cylindrical shell in a dynamic environment.  相似文献

The integro-partial differential equations governing the dynamic behavior of viscoelastic plates taking account of higher-order shear effects and finite deformations are presented. From the matrix formulas of differential quadrature, the special matrix product and the domain decoupled technique presented in this work, the nonlinear governing equations are converted into an explicit matrix form in the spatial domain. The dynamic behaviors of viscoelastic plates are numerically analyzed by introducing new variables in the time domain. The methods in nonlinear dynamics are synthetically applied to reveal plenty and complex dynamical phenomena of viscoelastic plates. The numerical convergence and comparison studies are carried out to validate the present solutions. At the same time, the influences of load and material parameters on dynamic behaviors are investigated. One can see that the system will enter into the chaotic state with a paroxysm form or quasi-periodic bifurcation with changing of parameters.  相似文献

The results of solving the one-dimensional problem of the motion of a pulse of radioactive gas, carried through a porous medium by a stream of inert carrier with constant velocity, are generalized by the case of taking diffusion processes into account. For a delta-shaped input pulse, the solution is obtained of a system of equations which describes the migration of the pulse, taking diffusion washout and nonequilibrium adsorption into account. It is shown that in the case of equilibrium adsorption the time of appearance of the concentration maximum at the adsorber outlet depends on the decay constant and the coefficient of diffusion. Approximate solutions for strong- and weak-nonequilibrium adsorption and in the case of weak diffusion are considered. This paper is concerned with the optimum design and sensitivity analysis methods of piezoelectric intelligent trusses on the structural stiffness and free-vibration frequency. On the basis of the finite element method and taking into account the mechanical-electric coupling effect under electric load and mechanical load, the computational formula of sensitivities of structural displacement and free-vibration frequency with respect to the size and shape design variables are proposed. A new kind of design variable of the electric voltage and the calculating method of displacement sensitivity with respect to the electric voltage variable is presented. The new method for structural deformation control by optimizing the voltages of piezoelectric active bars is given. The numerical methods of optimum design and sensitivity analysis for piezoelectric truss structures are implemented in JIFEX software. Numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness of the methods and the program. 针对覆冰输电线舞动问题提出了一种基于非对称空气动力系数矩阵的临界风速计算方法.基于拟静态理论得到覆冰输电线的气动载荷,该气动载荷考虑了横向运动以及扭转运动对相对风攻角的影响,最后建立等效的3自由度覆冰输电线舞动模型.在初始风攻角处对气动载荷进行泰勒展开,得到非对称的线性空气动力系数矩阵.结合3自由度振动方程以及非对称空气动力系数矩阵,采用Rourh-Hurwitz准则计算覆冰输电线舞动发生的临界风速.通过风洞实验测得新月型覆冰单导线的空气动力系数,根据本文提出的理论分析了竖向振动频率、面外振动频率以及扭转振动频率对临界风速的影响,最后与DenHartog理论得到的临界风速进行了对比.本文研究成果对于指导覆冰输电线路防舞设计具有理论意义.  相似文献

杭州大剧院外观造型新颖独特,由一个近似为椭球的双曲面屋盖和一个倒置的圆锥面玻璃幕墙相交形成大剧院的主体建筑的外轮廓.本文结合该主体结构的抗风设计要求,制作了1:200刚性模型进行结构表面脉动风压平均风压分布的风洞试验研究,详细介绍了风洞试验及数据处理方法,讨论了在不同风向角下椭球面屋盖和圆锥面玻璃幕墙的风压分布.为了便于整体结构设计,本文根据结构的实际情况对椭球面和圆锥面进行分块并给出相应的分块风压数据,最后根据各风向角下的风压分布特征给出了整体结构抗风设计的最不利风向角.  相似文献
