The reaction of [Cp1CoI2]2 (1b) with 2 equiv of NaNCNH affords the 16-membered macrocyclic NCNH-bridged tetracobalt(III) complex [Cp1CoI(μ2-NCNH-N,N′)]4 (2b), while that with 2 equiv of Na2NCN yields the C3-elongated cubane-like NCN-bridged tetracobalt(III) complex [Cp1Co(μ3-NCN-N,N,N′)3(CoCp1)33-NCN-N,N,N)] (4b). Treatment of [Cp1RhCl2]2 (1c) with 2 equiv of NaNCNH gives the C3-elongated cubane-like tetrarhodium(III) complex [Cp1Rh(μ3-NCN-N,N,N′)3(RhCp1)33-NCN-N,N,N)] (4c) via the macrocyclic complex [Cp1RhCl(μ2-NCNH-N,N′)]4 (2c). On the other hand, the reaction of [Cp1CoCl]2 (7) with Na2NCN affords the anionic bis(NCN)-capped tricobalt(II) complex Na[(Cp1Co)33-NCN-N,N,N)2] (6). The molecular structures of complexes 2b · CH2Cl2 and 4c · 2C6H6 have been confirmed by X-ray analyses. The electrochemical properties of these types of NCN-bridged group 9 metal complexes have also been examined.  相似文献

Four 3d-4f heterometallic complexes, [CuⅡ LnⅢ (bpt) 2 (NO 3 ) 3 (MeOH)] (Ln = Gd, 1; Dy, 2; bptH = 3,5-bis(pyrid-2-yl)-1,2,4- triazole), [CuⅡ 2 LnⅢ 2 (μ-OH) 2 (bpt) 4 Cl 4 (H 2 O) 2 ]·6H 2 O (Ln = Gd, 3; Dy, 4), have been synthesized under solvothermal conditions. X-ray structural analyses reveal that 1 and 2 are isostructural while 3 and 4 are isostructural. In each complex, the copper and gadolinium or dysprosium ions are linked by two triazolate bridges and form a CuⅡ -LnⅢ dinuclear unit. The intramolecular Cu-Ln distances are 4.542, 4.525, 4.545 and 4.538 for 1, 2, 3 and 4, respectively. Two dinuclear CuLn units are bridged by two OH- groups into the zig-zag tetranuclear {CuⅡ 2 LnⅢ 2 } structures with the Ln(Ⅲ) Ln(Ⅲ) distances of 3.742 and 3.684 for 3 and 4, respectively. Magnetic studies show that the antiferromagnetic CuⅡ-LnⅢ interactions occur in 1 (J CuGd = 0.21 cm-1 ) and 2. The antiferromagnetic interaction occurs in complex 3 with J CuGd = 0.82 cm-1 and J GdGd = 0.065 cm-1 , while dominant ferromagnetic interaction occurs in complex 4.  相似文献

A series of half-sandwich ruthenium(II) complexes containing κ3(N,N,N)-hydridotris(pyrazolyl)borate (κ3(N,N,N)-Tp) and the water-soluble phosphane 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane (PTA) [RuX{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)2−n(PTA)n] (n = 2, X = Cl (1), n = 1, X = Cl (2), I (3), NCS (4), H (5)) and [Ru{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(PTA)L][PF6] (L = NCMe (6), PTA (7)) have been synthesized. Complexes containing 1-methyl-3,5-diaza-1-azonia-7-phosphaadamantane(m-PTA) triflate [RuCl{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(m-PTA)2][CF3SO3]2 (8) and [RuX{κ3(N,N,N)-Tp}(PPh3)(m-PTA)][CF3SO3] (X = Cl (9), H (10)) have been obtained by treatment, respectively, of complexes 1, 2 and 5 with methyl triflate. Single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis for complexes 1, 2 and 4 have been carried out. DNA binding properties by using a mobility shift assay and antimicrobial activity of selected complexes have been evaluated.  相似文献

Reaction of [ReOCl3(PPh3)2] with bromophenylhydrazine in methanol yields [ReCl(N2C6H4Br)2(PPh3)2] (1). Complex 1 reacts with arylthiolates to give mixtures of [Re(SAr)(N2C6H4Br)2(PPh3)2] (2) and [Re2(SAr)7(NNR)2]. Complexes 1 and 2 display trigonal bipyramidal geometries with the phosphine ligands occupying the axial sites. A significant feature of the structures is the nonequivalence of the rhenium-diazenido moieties, such that for 1 the ReN(1) and N(1)N(2) distances are 1.80(2) and 1.24(3) Å, while ReN(3) and N(3)N(4) are 1.73(2) and 1.32(3) Å, and for 2 the ReN distances are 1.73(1) and 1.80(2)° with corresponding NN distances of 1.32(2) and 1.25(2) Å. Reaction of (PPh4)[ReO(SPh)4] (3) with unsymmetrically disubstituted hydrazines affords complexes of the type [ReO(SPh)3(NMRR′)] (R = Me, R′ = Ph for 4). Complexes 3 and 4 display distorted square pyramidal geometries with the oxo groups apical. The significant feature of the structure of 4 is the nonlinear ReN(1)N(2) linkage, exhibiting an angle of 145.6(10)°. The angle does not appear to correlate with a significant contribution from a valence form with sp2 hybridization at the α-nitrogen. Crystal data: 1: monoclinic space group, P21/n, a = 12.216(2) Å, b = 19.098(2) Å, c = 20.257(4) Å, β = 106.20(1)°, V = 4538.3(8) Å3 to give Z = 4; structure solution and refinement based on 1905 reflections converged at R = 0.070. 2: monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 14.393(2) Å, b = 18.842(3) Å, c = 20.717(4)Å, β = 110.26(1)°, V = 5270.5(8) Å3 to give Z = 4 for D = 1.53 g cm−1; structure solution and refinement based on 4249 reflections to give R = 0.070. 3: monoclinic space group P21/n, a = 12.531(2) Å, b = 24.577(4) Å, c = 16.922(3) Å, β = 99.06(1)°, V = 5146.2(9) Å3, D = 1.36 g cm−3 for Z = 4, 2912 reflections, R = 0.050. 4: monoclinic space group p21/n, a = 16.137(2) Å, b = 9.863(2) Å, c = 16.668(2) Å, β = 111.12(1)°, V = 2474.7(6) Å3, D = 1.74 g cm−3 for Z = 4, 2940 reflections, R = 0.066.  相似文献

Two new cobalt(III) complexes of the Schiff base N,N′-disalicylidene-1,2-phenylendiimine dianion (salophen), trans- [CoIII(salophen)(ta)2]ClO4, (ta = thioacetamide) (1) and trans-[CoIII(salophen)(tb)2]ClO4, (tb = thiobenzamide) (2) were synthesized and characterized using single-crystal X-ray diffraction and spectroscopic techniques. Both complexes show solvatochromism in a variety of solvents. Complex (1) crystallized from CHCl3 as a solvate of orthorhombic symmetry, space group Pca21 with a = 17.3480(10) Å, b = 18.7522(10) Å, c = 18.8128(11) Å, α = β = γ = 90°, and Z = 8. The cobalt(III) center lies in a distorted octahedral environment. The crystal structure of (1) consists of two independent [CoIII(salophen)(ta)2]+ cations and ClO4 - anions held together essentially via hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. Complex (2), forming also a CHCl3 solvate, crystallized in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 14.710(3) Å, b = 13.506(3) Å, c = 18.595(4) Å, β = 100.295(4)°, and Z = 4. The geometry around cobalt(III) center is a distorted octahedron. The crystal structure of (2) contains a [CoIII(salophen)(tb)2]+ complex with a remarkably twisted salophen ligand. Both complexes, (1) and (2), contain approximately one disordered CHCl3 molecule per Co in the solid state.  相似文献

Complex I is a binuclear acetamidate with bridging (NHCOCH3)? ligands, one of which is bound to two Pt atoms through the N and O atoms, and the other ligand is bound only through the N atom. The Pt-Pt distance is 2.987(1) Å. Reaction of diamine-bis(phenol) ligands containing a mixture of N-methyl and N,N′-dimethyl-N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-dimethylbenzyl)ethylenediamine, H2L1 and H2L3, with [Ti(OCHMe2)4 in absolute ethanol under reflux without exclusion of air and moisture gives [(L1)Ti (OEt–O–Ti(OEt)(L1)] (1). [(L3)Ti(OEt)–O–Ti(OEt)(L3)] (2) forms when the remaining solution containing [(L3)Ti(OEt)2] (3) (characterised by X-ray crystallography) is hydrolysed with H2O. For the N-methyl and N,N′-dimethyl ligand mixture H2L2 and H2L4, which contain tert-butyl groups on the ortho-positions of the aryl rings, [(L2)Ti(OEt)–O–Ti(OEt)(L2)] (4) forms much more slowly and [(L4)Ti(OEt)2] (5) does not hydrolyse when H2O is added. When the N-protonated ligand N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3-methyl-5-tert-butylbenzyl)ethylenediamine, H2L5, is used, rapid hydrolysis to two isomers of [(L5)Ti(OEt–O–Ti(OEt)(L5)] (6) occurs without addition of water. For N,N-bis(2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylbenzyl)ethylenediamine, H2L6, hydrolysis to [(L6)Ti(OEt)–O–Ti(OEt)(L6)] (7) occurs slowly when H2O is added. For pendant NMe2 ligand N,N-dimethyl-N′,N′-bis(2-hydroxy-3-methyl-5-tert-butylbenzyl)ethylenediamine, H2L7, the hydrolysis reaction readily gives [(L7)Ti(OEt)–O–Ti(OEt)(L7)] (8) for which an X-ray crystal structure was obtained. The ortho-tert-butyl ligand derivative H2L8 formed a complex analysing as [(L8)Ti(OEt)–O–Ti(OEt)(L8)] (9) which could not be studied further due to insolubility. Pendant pyridine ligand N-(2-pyridylmethyl)-N,N-bis(2′-hydroxy-3′-methyl-5′-tert-butylbenzyl)amine, H2L9, apparently forms isomers of [(L9)Ti(OEt)–O–Ti(OEt)(L9)] and possibly [{(L9)Ti(O)}2] from [(L9)Ti(OEt)2] (10). The ortho-tert-butyl ligand derivative H2L10 formed [(L10)Ti(OEt)–O–Ti(OEt)(L10)] (11) for which an X-ray crystal structure was obtained.  相似文献

Two new isostructural methoxide-bridged dimeric oxovanadium(V) complexes [VO(L1)(OMe)]2 (1) and [VO(L2)(OMe)]2 (2), where L1 and L2 are the deprotonated forms of 3-bromo-N′-[1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)×ethylidene]benzohydrazide (H2L1) and 3-chloro-N′-[1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)ethylidene]benzohydrazide (H2L2) respectively, are synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, and single crystal X-ray determination. Both crystals crystallize in the triclinic space group P-1. For 1, a = 7.5237(15) Å, b = 10.846(3) Å, c = 11.195(3) Å, α = 84.143(3)°, β = 72.244(3)°, γ = 77.869(3)°, V = 849.9(4) Å3, Z = 1, R 1 = 0.0634, wR 2 = 0.1373. For 2, a = 7.493(2) Å, b = 10.740(3) Å, c = 11.109(3) Å, α = 84.569(2)°, β = 71.783(2)°, γ = 79.822(2)°, V = 835.0(4) Å3, Z = 1, R 1 = 0.0511, wR 2 = 0.1076. Each V atom in the complexes is octahedrally coordinated.  相似文献

Crystal structures are determined by X-ray crystallography for tetrafluoroantimonates(III) of single and double protonated 3-amino-1,2,4-triazolium cations of the composition (C2H5N4)SbF4 (I) (monoclinic: a = 4.7723(6) Å, b = 19.643(2) Å, c = 7.6974(9) Å, β = 97.239(2)°, Z = 4, Cc space group) and (C2H6N4)(SbF4)2 (II) (monoclinic: a = 4.7617(3) Å, b = 15.512(1) Å c = 7.4365(5)Å β = 107.706(1)°, Z = 2, P21/n space group). The structure of I is built from complex [SbF4]? anions and single charged (C2H5N4)+ cations; the structure of II is built from the same anion and double charged 3-amino-1,2,4-triazolium cation: (C2H6N4)2+. In the structure, weak interactions Sb…F join the anions in polymeric layers [SbF4] n n? that are assembled in a 3D framework by N-H…F hydrogen bonds. The formation of the double protonated 3-amino-1,2,4-triazolium cation (C2H6N4)2+, found in the crystal structure of II, is observed for the first time.  相似文献

Three Cd(II) or Co(II) macroacyclic Schiff-base complexes [CoL1Br]ClO4 (1), [CdL2Cl]ClO4 (2) and [CdL3(NO3)]ClO4 (3) were prepared by template condensation of 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde and three different amines containing piperazine moiety, N,N′-bis(2-aminoethyl)piperazine, N,N′(2-aminoethyl)(3-aminopropyl)piperazine and N,N′-bis(3-aminopropyl)piperazine, in the presence of Co(II) or Cd(II) metal ions, respectively. All complexes have been studied with IR, FAB mass and microanalysis and for complex (3) by 1H and 13C NMR spectra. One of these complexes, [CdL3(NO3)]ClO4 (3) has been characterized through X-ray crystallography. In complex (3), the Cd(II) ion is coordinated by the six nitrogen donor atoms from the ligand and by one oxygen atom from a monodentate nitrate ion in a N6O environment.  相似文献

New binuclear complexes of the type [(Ni(Medpt)NO3)2ox] (1) (Medpt=3,3′-diamino-N-methyl-dipropylamine, H2ox=oxalic acid), [(Ni(dach)2)2ox]NO3·2H2O (2) (dach=trans-1,2-diaminocyclohexane), [(Cu(Medpt))2ox]X2·yH2O (X=NO3, y=2 2/3 (3); X=ClO4, y=0 (4)) and [(Zn(dach)2)2ox](ClO4)2·2H2O (5) have been prepared and characterized by IR and UV–Vis spectroscopies. Spectroscopic data are consistent with oxalate-bridged structures between six-coordinated (N3O3 or N4O2) Ni(II) (compounds 1 or 2), five-coordinated (N3O2) Cu(II) (compounds 3 and 4) or six-coordinated (N4O2) Zn(II) (compound 5). The crystal structure of [(Cu(Medpt))2ox](NO3)2·2 2/3 H2O (3) has been determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The structure of (3) consists of centrosymmetric binuclear cations [(Medpt)Cu(ox)Cu(Medpt)]2+, nitrate anions and water molecules of crystallization. The copper atom is five-coordinated by two oxalate–oxygen and three Medpt–nitrogen atoms, in a hybrid arrangement between trigonal–bipyramidal and square–pyramidal. The temperature dependence of magnetic susceptibility (1.8–300 K) was measured for compounds 14. Magnetochemical measurements show that Ni(II) complexes are antiferromagnetically coupled, J=−29.4 (1) and −32.7 cm−1 (2) (H=−JS1S2) while the Cu(II) complexes present a very weak coupling, J=−2.6 (3) and +1.9 cm−1 (4), being antiferro- and ferromagnetic in nature.  相似文献

Reactions of a solution of AgNO3 in aqueous methanol with solutions of 1,4-diallylpiperazine (acidified with HNO3 to pH = 4) and 1-allyloxybenzotriazole in ethanol gave the crystalline silver(I) π-complexes [Ag2(C4H8N2(C3H5)2(H+)2)(H2O)2(NO3)2](NO3)2 (I) and [Ag(C6H4N3(OC3H5)(NO3))] (II). Their crystal structures were determined by X-ray diffraction. Crystals of complexes I and II are monoclinic, space group P21/c; for I: a = 7.053(3)Å, b = 9.389(3)Å, c = 15.488(4)Å, β = 91.60°, V = 1025.3(6)Å3, Z = 4; for II: a = 10.650(4)Å, b = 15.062(5)Å, c = 7.412(4)Å, β = 104.20(3)°, V = 1152.6(8)Å3, Z = 4. In both structures, the organic components act as bidentate ligands forming with AgNO3 34- and 14-membered topological rings, respectively. In complex I, the nearly tetrahedral environment of the Ag(I) atom is made up of the olefinic C=C bond, the O atoms of the nitrate anions, and the water molecule. 1-Allyloxybenzotriazole in structure II causes the deformation of the coordination polyhedron of Ag into a trigonal pyramid via inclusion of the ligand N atom in its coordination sphere. The topological units of the complexes form infinite polymer layers linked by anionic NO 3 ? bridges. In structure I, these layers are united through a system of hydrogen bonds into a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

The reactions of GeCl4, GeBr4, and MeGeCl3 with O-trimethylsilyl derivatives of N,N-disubstituted amides of 2-hydroxycarboxylic acids afforded pentacoordinate and hexacoordinate neutral (O,O)-mono- and (O,O)-bischelates. The reactions of glycolic acid derivatives with GeX4 produced bischelates X2Ge[OCH2C(O)NR2R3]2 7a,c,d (X = Cl, R2 = R3 = Me (a), (CH2)5 (c), (CH2CH2)2O (d)) and 8a (X = Br). By contrast, the reactions of lactic and mandelic acid derivatives with GeCl4 and MeGeCl3 gave monochelates Cl3Ge[OCH(R1)C(O)NR2R3] (S)-9a–c (R1 = Me) and Cl2MeGe[OCH(R1)C(O)NR2R3] 10a (R1 = H), (S)-11a,b (R1 = Me), and (S)-12a (R1 = Ph) (R2R3 = (CH2)4 (b)), respectively. According to the X-ray diffraction data, the Ge atom in bischelates 7c,d and 8a has a coordination number 6, and its coordination polyhedron can be described as a slightly distorted octahedron. In monochelates (S)-9a-c, 10a, (S)-11a,b, and (S)-12a, the Ge atom has a coordination number 5, and its coordination polyhedron can be described as a trigonal bipyramid with two halogen atoms or one halogen atom and one ethereal oxygen atom in equatorial positions and the halogen atom and the amide oxygen atom in the axial positions. The bonds in the axial positions are somewhat longer than the corresponding bonds in tetracoordinate Ge compounds.  相似文献

Treatment of either RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3 or MPhCl(CO)(PPh3)2 with HSiMeCl2 produces the five-coordinate dichloro(methyl)silyl complexes, M(SiMeCl2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2 (1a, M = Ru; 1b, M = Os). 1a and 1b react readily with hydroxide ions and with ethanol to give M(SiMe[OH]2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2 (2a, M = Ru; 2b, M = Os) and M(SiMe[OEt]2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2 (3a, M = Ru; 3b, M = Os), respectively. 3b adds CO to form the six-coordinate complex, Os(SiMe[OEt]2)Cl(CO)2(PPh3)2 (4b) and crystal structure determinations of 3b and 4b reveal very different Os-Si distances in the five-coordinate complex (2.3196(11) Å) and in the six-coordinate complex (2.4901(8) Å). Reaction between 1a and 1b and 8-aminoquinoline results in displacement of a triphenylphosphine ligand and formation of the six-coordinate chelate complexes M(SiMeCl2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)(κ2(N,N)-NC9H6NH2-8) (5a, M = Ru; 5b, M = Os), respectively. Crystal structure determination of 5a reveals that the amino function of the chelating 8-aminoquinoline ligand is located adjacent to the reactive Si-Cl bonds of the dichloro(methyl)silyl ligand but no reaction between these functions is observed. However, 5a and 5b react readily with ethanol to give ultimately M(SiMe[OEt]2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)(κ2(N,N-NC9H6NH2-8) (6a, M = Ru; 6b, M = Os). In the case of ruthenium only, the intermediate ethanolysis product Ru(SiMeCl[OEt])Cl(CO)(PPh3)(κ2(N,N-NC9H6NH2-8) (6c) was also isolated. The crystal structure of 6c was determined. Reaction between 1b and excess 2-aminopyridine results in condensation between the Si-Cl bonds and the N-H bonds with formation of a novel tridentate “NSiN” ligand in the complex Os(κ3(Si,N,N)-SiMe[NH(2-C5H4N)]2)Cl(CO)(PPh3) (7b). Crystal structure determination of 7b shows that the “NSiN” ligand coordinates to osmium with a “facial” arrangement and with chloride trans to the silyl ligand.  相似文献

Two new solvated benzohydrazone derivatives N′-(4-hydroxy-3-nitrobenzylidene)-3-methylbenzohydrazide-methanol-water (2/1/1) 2(C15H13N3O4)·CH3OH·H2O (1) and N′-(4-dimethylamino-benzylidene)-3-methylbenzohydrazide methanol monosolvate C17H19N3O·CH3OH (2) are prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, 1H and 13C NMR, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell dimensions a = 17.084(2) Å, b = 12.706(1) Å, c = 15.412(1) Å, β = 113.207(1)°, V = 3074.1(4) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0567, and wR 2 = 0.1209. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with unit cell dimensions a = 15.058(1) Å, b = 6.658(1) Å, c = 17.211(2) Å, β = 94.189(2)°, V = 1720.8(3) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0611, and wR 2 = 0.1594. X-ray diffraction indicates that the asymmetric unit of 1 contains two independent benzohydrazone molecules, one methanol and one water molecules. The asymmetric unit of 2 contains one benzohydrazone molecule and one methanol molecule. Benzohydrazone molecules of the compounds display trans configurations with respect to the C=N double bonds. The reaction of N-(5-methyl-2-thienylmethylidene)-2-thiolethylamine (1) with Fe2(CO)9 in refluxing acetonitrile yielded di-(μ3-thia)nonacarbonyltriiron (2), μ-[N-(5-methyl-2-thienylmethyl)-η11(N);η11(S)-2-thiolatoethylamido]hexacarbonyldiiron (3), and N-(5-methyl-2-thienylmethylidene)amine (4). If the reaction was carried out at 45 °C, di-μ-[N-(5-methyl-2-thienylmethylidene)-η1(N);η1(S)-2-thiolethylamino]-μ-carbonyl-tetracarbonyldiiron (5) and trace amount of 4 were obtained. Stirring 5 in refluxing acetonitrile led to the thermal decomposition of 5, and ligand 1 was recovered quantitatively. However, in the presence of excess amount of Fe2(CO)9 in refluxing acetonitrile, complex 5 was converted into 2-4. On the other hand, the reaction of N-(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethylidene)-2-thiolethylamine (6) with Fe2(CO)9 in refluxing acetonitrile produced 2, μ-[N-(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethyl)-η1 (Npy);η11(N); η11(S)-2-thiolatoethylamido]pentacarbonyldiiron (7), and μ-[N-(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethylidene)-η2(C,N);η11(S)-2- thiolethylamino]hexacarbonyldiiron (8). Reactions of both complex 7 and 8 with NOBF4 gave μ-[(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethyl)-η1(Npy);η11(N);η11(S)-2-thiolatoethylamido](acetonitrile)tricarbonylnitrosyldiiron (9). These reaction products were well characterized spectrally. The molecular structures of complexes 3, 7-9 have been determined by means of X-ray diffraction. Intramolecular 1,5-hydrogen shift from the thiol to the methine carbon was observed in complexes 3, 7, and 9.  相似文献

Two organic-inorganic hybrid compounds (C5H14N2)[Cd(H2O)6](SO4)2 (I) and R-(C5H14N2)×[Cd(H2O)6](SO4)2 (II) are synthesized by the slow evaporation method and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetry, temperature-dependent X-ray diffraction, and infrared spectroscopy. The first compound crystallizes in the centrosymmetric space group P21/n with the following unit cell parameters: a = 6.6208(2) Å, b = 10.6963(3) Å, c = 12.9318(4) Å, V = 893.05(6) Å3, and Z = 2. Its structure is solved by direct methods and refined by the least-squares analysis [R 1 = 0.0389 and wR 2 = 0.0821]. This compound shows a crystallographic disorder II destroys the inversion symmetry and leads to a fully ordered structure. Indeed, compound II crystallizes in the non-centrosymmetric space group P21 with the following unit cell parameters: a = 6.6306(1) Å, b = 10.7059(2) Å, c = 12.9186(1) Å, V = 894.67(2) Å3, and Z = 2. The crystal structure of both compounds is built from isolated SO 4 2? anions, disordered 2-methylpiperazinediium, (C5H14N2)2+ in compound I or R-2-methylpiperazinediium R-(C5H14N2)2+ in compound II, and divalent metal cations surrounded by six water molecules. These different entities are connected together only by a 3D hydrogen bond network. The thermodiffractometry and the thermogravimetric analyses indicate that the decomposition of the supramolecular precursors proceeds through several stages leading to cadmuim oxide.  相似文献

The redox reaction of bis(2-benzamidophenyl) disulfide (H2L-LH2) with [Pd(PPh3)4] in a 1:1 ratio gave mononuclear and dinuclear palladium(II) complexes with 2-benzamidobenzenethiolate (H2L), [Pd(H2L-S)2(PPh3)2] (1) and [Pd2(H2L-S)2 (μ-H2L-S)2(PPh3)2] (2). A similar reaction with [Pt(PPh3)4] produced only the corresponding mononuclear platinum(II) complex, [Pt(H2L-S)2(PPh3)2] (3). Treatment of these complexes with KOH led to the formation of cyclometallated palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes, [Pd(L-C,N,S)(PPh3)] ([4]) and [Pt(L-C,N,S) (PPh3)] ([5]). The molecular structures of 2, 3 and [4] were determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Reactions of the trans-PdCl2(PPh3)2 precursor with furan-2-carbaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (Hftsc) and thiophene-2-carbaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (Httsc), in 1:1 molar ratios in the presence of Et3N base, removed one Cl and one PPh3 group from the PdII center, and yielded the complexes [Pd(η2-N3,S-ftsc)(PPh3)Cl] (1) and [Pd(η2-N3,S-ttsc)(PPh3)Cl] (2), respectively. However, when a 1:2 molar ratio (M:L) was used, both Cl and PPh3 ligands were removed, yielding the complexes trans-[Pd(η2-N3,S-ftsc)2] (3) and trans-[Pd(η2-N3,S-ttsc)2] (4). Complexes 14 have been characterized with the help of analytical data, spectroscopic techniques (IR, 1H and 31P NMR) and single crystal X-ray crystallography. The thiosemicarbazone ligands behave as uninegative N3,S-chelating ligands in complexes 14. In contrast, pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (H2ptsc) and salicylaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (H2stsc) invariably formed the complexes [Pd(η3-N4,N3,S-ptsc)(PPh3)] (5) and [Pd(η3–O, N3,S-stsc)(PPh3)] (6), respectively, and the ligands acted as binegative tridentate donors (N4, N3, S, 5; O, N3, S, 6).  相似文献
