Starting from the proposed zinc carboxylate cluster tetrakis(μ‐2‐propylpentanoato)dizinc(II), Zn22‐valp)4 ( I ), of valproic acid, a branched short‐chain fatty acid, and bipyridine ligands, two new mixed‐ligand coordination compounds, namely, bis(2,2′‐bipyridine)di‐μ3‐hydroxido‐hexakis(μ‐2‐propylpentanoato)bis(2‐propylpentanoato)pentazinc(II), [Zn5(C8H15O2)8(OH)2(C10H8N2)2] ( II ), and poly[[bis(μ‐4,4′‐bipyridine)di‐μ3‐hydroxido‐octakis(μ‐2‐propylpentanoato)bis(2‐propylpentanoato)hexazinc(II)] dimethylformamide disolvate], {[Zn6(C8H15O2)10(OH)2(C10H8N2)2]·2C3H7NO}n ( III ), were synthesized. Compound II is a core‐shell‐type zero‐dimensional discrete Zn53‐OH)2 metal–organic cluster with Zn ions in double‐triangle arrangements that share one Zn ion coincident with an inversion centre. The cluster contains three crystallographically non‐equivalent Zn ions exhibiting three different coordination geometries (tetrahedral, square pyramidal and octahedral). The cluster cores are well separated and embedded in a protective shell of the aliphatic branched short chains of valproate. As a result, there is no specific interaction between the discrete clusters. Conversely, compound III , a 2D layered coordination network with a secondary building unit (SBU), is formed by Zn63‐OH)2 clusters exhibiting a chair‐like hexagonal arrangement. This SBU is formed from two Zn33‐OH) trimers related by inversion symmetry and connected by two syn–anti bridging carboxylate groups. Each SBU is connected by four 4,4′‐bipyridine ligands producing a 63‐hcb net topology. 2D coordination layers are sandwiched within layers of dimethylformamide molecules that do not interact strongly with the network due to the hydrophobic protection provided by the valproate ligands.  相似文献

3‐(Pyridin‐4‐yl)acetylacetone (HacacPy) acts as a pyridine‐type ligand towards CdII and HgII halides. With CdBr2, the one‐dimensional polymer [Cd(μ‐Br)2(HacacPy)Cd(μ‐Br)2(HacacPy)2] is obtained in which five‐ and six‐coordinated CdII cations alternate in the chain direction. Reaction of HacacPy with HgBr2 results in [Hg(μ‐Br)Br(HacacPy)], a polymer in which each HgII centre is tetracoordinated. In both compounds, each metal(II) cation is N‐coordinated by at least one HacacPy ligand. Equimolar reaction between these CdII and HgII derivatives, either conducted in ethanol as solvent or via grinding in the solid state, leads to ligand redistribution and the formation of the well‐ordered bimetallic polymer catena‐poly[[bromidomercury(II)]‐μ‐bromido‐[aquabis[4‐hydroxy‐3‐(pyridin‐4‐yl)pent‐3‐en‐2‐one]cadmium(II)]‐di‐μ‐bromido], [CdHgBr4(C10H11NO2)2(H2O)]n or [{HgBr}(μ‐Br){(HacacPy)2Cd(H2O)}(μ‐Br)2]. HgII and CdII cations alternate in the [100] direction. The HacacPy ligands do not bind to the HgII cations, which are tetracoordinated by three bridging and one terminal bromide ligand. The CdII centres adopt an only slightly distorted octahedral coordination. Three bromide ligands link them in a (2 + 1) pattern to neighbouring HgII atoms; two HacacPy ligands in a cis configuration, acting as N‐atom donors, and a terminal aqua ligand complete the coordination sphere. Classical O—H…Br hydrogen bonds stabilize the polymeric chain. O—H…O hydrogen bonds between aqua H atoms and the uncoordinated carbonyl group of an HacacPy ligand in a neighbouring strand in the c direction link the chains into layers in the (010) plane.  相似文献

Activation of Carbon Disulfide on Triruthenium Clusters: Synthesis and X‐Ray Crystal Structure Analysis of [Ru3(CO)5(μ‐H)2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐Ph2PCH2PPh2){μ‐η2‐PCy2C(S)}(μ3‐S)] and [Ru3(CO)5(CS)(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐PCy2)23‐S)] [Ru3(CO)6(μ‐H)2(μ‐PCy2)2(μ‐dppm)] ( 1 ) (dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2) reacts under mild conditions with CS2 and yields by oxidative decarbonylation and insertion of CS into one phosphido bridge the opened 50 VE‐cluster [Ru3(CO)5(μ‐H)2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐dppm){μ‐η2‐PCy2C(S)}(μ3‐S)] ( 2 ) with only two M–M bonds. The compound 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a = 19.093(3), b = 12.2883(12), c = 20.098(3) Å; α = 84.65(3), β = 77.21(3), γ = 81.87(3)° and V = 2790.7(11) Å3. The reaction of [Ru3(CO)7(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐PCy2)2] ( 3 ) with CS2 in refluxing toluene affords the 50 VE‐cluster [Ru3(CO)5(CS)(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(μ‐PCy2)23‐S)] ( 4 ). The compound cristallizes in the monoclinic space group P 21/a with a = 19.093(3), b = 12.2883(12), c = 20.098(3) Å; β = 104.223(16)° and V = 4570.9(10) Å3. Although in the solid state structure one elongated Ru–Ru bond has been found the complex 4 can be considered by means of the 31P‐NMR data as an electron‐rich metal cluster.  相似文献

Synthesis of Phosphido Chalcogenido Bridged Dirhenium Complexes of the Type Re2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐ER)(CO)8 (E = S, Se, Te; R = org. Residue) The reaction of Re2(μ‐Br)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)8 with nucleophiles MER (M = Na, Li; E = S, Se, Te; R = org. residue) gives via substitution of the bromido bridge phosphido chalcogenido bridged dirhenium complexes of the general formula Re2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐ER)(CO)8. The new compounds were characterized by IR, 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopic data and by elemental analyses. In addition the molecular structures for E = S, Se, Te and R = Ph as well as for E = S and R = H, n‐Bu, 2‐pyridyl have been established by single crystal X‐ray analysis. 13C NMR spectra of Re2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐EPh)(CO)8 (E = S, Se, Te) prove that the sulfur and selenium compounds are at room temperature dynamic molecules due to inversion of the pyramidal chalcogenido bridge. The tellurium compound, however, is rigid on the time scale of 13C NMR spectroscopy. Eventually the reactivity of the SH function of the novel complex Re2(μ‐PCy2)(μ‐SH)(CO)8 was investigated by reaction with Re2(CO)8(MeCN)2. In toluene at 90 °C the novel spirocyclic complex Re2(μ‐PCy2)(CO)84‐S)Re2(μ‐H)(CO)8 was formed by SH oxidative addition.  相似文献

The compounds [Hg2(μ—SePh)2(SePh)2(PPh3)2] ( I ) and [Hg3Br3(μ—SePh)3] · 2 DMSO ( II ) are formed by reactions of [Hg(SePh)2] with PPh3 in THF( I ) or with HgBr2 in DMSO ( II ) at room temperature. X—ray crystallography reveals that the cluster I consists of a distorted square built by each two Hg and Se atoms. The Hg atoms have almost tetrahedral co‐ordination environments formed by selenium atoms of two (μ‐SePh) ligands and Se and P atoms of terminal SePh and PPh3 ligands. The compound II is a six‐membered ring with alternating Hg and Se atoms in the chair conformation. Two DMSO molecules occupy positions below and above the [Hg3Se3] ring with the oxygen atoms directed to the centre of the ring.  相似文献

The new ligand‐deficient chain polymer [Hg(μ‐Br)2(3,5‐Br2py)] has been obtained in form of single crystals by thermolysis of the ligand‐rich [Hg(μ‐Br)2(3,5‐Br2py)2] at 180 °C at ambient pressure. From this reaction, high quality crystals of the product are directly accessible. The title compound features HgII cations in a distorted square‐pyramidal coordination; their metal centers aggregate via edge‐sharing with asymmetric halide bridges to chains in which all apical N donor ligands are oriented to the same side of the [Hg(μ‐Br)2] backbone. The new polymer cannot be prepared by stoichiometric reaction in solution.  相似文献

In the title complex, [Mn(C5H4NO)2(C5H5NO)2]n or [Mn(μ‐3‐PyO)2(3‐PyOH)2]n (3‐PyO is the pyridin‐3‐olate anion and 3‐PyOH is pyridin‐3‐ol), the MnII atom lies on an inversion centre and has octahedral geometry, defined by two N atoms and two deprotonated exocyclic O atoms of symmetry‐related pyridin‐3‐olate ligands [Mn—N = 2.3559 (14) Å and Mn—O = 2.1703 (11) Å], as well as two N atoms of terminal 3‐PyOH ligands [Mn—N = 2.3482 (13) Å]. The MnII atoms are bridged by the deprotonated pyridin‐3‐olate anion into a layer structure, generating sheets in the (01) plane. These sheets are linked by O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds. There are also π–π and C—H⋯π interactions in the crystal structure.  相似文献

Synthesis of Mixed Chalcogenido‐Bridged Dirhenium Complexes of the Type Re2(μ‐ER)(μ‐E′R′)(CO)8 (E, E′ = S, Se, Te; R, R′ = org. Residue) Hydrido sulfido bridged complexes Re2(μ‐H)(μ‐SR)(CO)8 (R = Ph, naph, Cy) react with the base DBU to give the salts [DBUH][Re2(μ‐SR)(CO)8]. Upon addition of electrophiles R′E′Br (E′R = SPh, SePh, TePh) to the in situ prepared salts mixed chalcogenido bridged complexes Re2(μ‐SR)(μ‐E′R′)(CO)8 were formed. The structures of the new compounds Re2(μ‐SCy)(μ‐SePh)(CO)8 and Re2(μ‐Snaph)(μ‐TePh)(CO)8 were determined by single crystal X‐ray analyses. For the preparation of analogous selenido tellurido bridged complexes Re2(μ‐SePh)(μ‐TeR)(CO)8 the novel hydrido selenido bridged complex Re2(μ‐H)(μ‐SePh)(CO)8 was prepared from Re2(CO)8(NCMe)2 and PhSeH. Its structure was determined by single crystal X‐ray analysis. Subsequent deprotonation with DBU gave in situ [DBUH][Re2(μ‐SePh)(CO)8] which upon addition of RTeBr (R = Ph, Bun, But) formed the desired complexes Re2(μ‐SePh)(μ‐TeR)(CO)8. The reaction with ButTeBr also yielded the novel spirocyclic complex (μ4‐Te){Re2(μ‐SePh)(CO)8}2 in low amounts. It was identified by single crystal X‐ray analysis. Re2(μ‐SePh)(μ‐TeBut)(CO)8 is oxidised in chloroform in the presence of air to give the novel complex (μ‐Te–Te‐μ){Re2(μ‐SePh)(CO)8}2. All mixed chalcogenido bridged dirhenium complexes were proved to be dynamic in solution by 13C NMR spectroscopy. The dynamic behaviour is based on the fast and permanent inversion of the sulfido and selenido bridges. The tellurido bridges are rigid on the time scale of 13C NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Moreover single crystals of [CoRh(CO)4(μ‐H)(μ‐PtBu2)(tBu2PH)] ( 9 ) could be obtained and the single‐crystal X‐ray structure analysis revealed that 9 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/a with a = 11.611(2), b = 13.333(2), c = 18.186(3) Å and V = 2693.0(8) Å3.  相似文献

A new mercury(II) complex of 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyle)ethene (bpe) with anionic acetate and thiocyanate ligands has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The single crystal X‐ray analysis shows that the complex is a two‐dimensional polymer with simultaneously bridging 1,2‐bis(4‐pyridyle)ethane, acetate and thiocyanate ligands and basic repeating dimeric [Hg2(μ‐bpe)(μ‐OAc)2(μ‐SCN)2] units. The two‐dimensional system forms a three‐dimensional network by packing via ππ stacking interactions.  相似文献

The zinc alkoxide molecules in di‐μ3‐ethanolato‐diethyltetrakis(μ2‐2‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐3‐olato‐κ3O3,O4:O3)tetrazinc(II), [Zn4(C2H5)2(C2H5O)2(C6H5O3)4], (I), and bis(μ3‐2‐ethoxyphenolato‐κ4O1,O2:O1:O1)bis(μ2‐2‐ethoxyphenolato‐κ3O1,O2:O1)bis(μ2‐2‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐3‐olato‐κ3O3,O4:O3)bis(2‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐3‐olato‐κ2O3,O4)tetrazinc(II) toluene disolvate, [Zn4(C6H5O3)4(C8H9O2)4]·2C7H8, (II), lie on crystallographic centres of inversion. The asymmetric units of (I) and (II) contain half of the tetrameric unit and additionally one molecule of toluene for (II). The ZnII atoms are four‐ and six‐coordinated in distorted tetrahedral and octahedral geometries for (I), and six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral environment for (II). The ZnII atoms in both compounds are arranged in a defect dicubane Zn4O6 core structure composed of two EtZnO3 tetrahedra and ZnO6 octahedra for (I), and of four ZnO6 octahedra for (II), sharing common corners. The maltolate ligands exist mostly in a μ2‐bridging mode, while the guetholate ligands prefer a higher coordination mode and act as μ3‐ and μ2‐bridges.  相似文献

One μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐carboxylato bridged dinuclear copper(II) complex, [Cu2(L1)(μ‐C6H5CO2)] ( 1 )(H3L1 = 1,3‐bis(salicylideneamino)‐2‐propanol)), and two μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐dicarboxylato doubly‐bridged tetranuclear copper(II) complexes, [Cu4(L1)2(μ‐C8H10O4)(DMF)2]·H2O ( 2 ) and [Cu4(L2)2(μ‐C5H6O4]·2H2O·2CH3CN ( 3 ) (H3L2 = 1,3‐bis(5‐bromo‐salicylideneamino)‐2‐propanol)) have been prepared and characterized. The single crystal X‐ray analysis shows that the structure of complex 1 is dimeric with two adjacent copper(II) atoms bridged by μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐carboxylato ligands where the Cu···Cu distances and Cu‐O(alkoxo)‐Cu angles are 3.5 11 Å and 132.8°, respectively. Complexes 2 and 3 consist of a μ‐alkoxo‐μ‐dicarboxylato doubly‐bridged tetranuclear Cu(II) complex with mean Cu‐Cu distances and Cu‐O‐Cu angles of 3.092 Å and 104.2° for 2 and 3.486 Å and 129.9° for 3 , respectively. Magnetic measurements reveal that 1 is strong antiferromagnetically coupled with 2J =‐210 cm?1 while 2 and 3 exhibit ferromagnetic coupling with 2J = 126 cm?1 and 82 cm?1 (averaged), respectively. The 2J values of 1–3 are correlated to dihedral angles and the Cu‐O‐Cu angles. Dependence of the pH at 25 °C on the reaction rate of oxidation of 3,5‐di‐tert‐butylcatechol (3,5‐DTBC) to the corresponding quinone (3,5‐DTBQ) catalyzed by 1–3 was studied. Complexes 1–3 exhibit catecholase‐like active at above pH 8 and 25 °C for oxidation of 3,5‐di‐tert‐butylcatechol.  相似文献

The new ether‐bridged dipyridyl ligand 1,2‐bis[4‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)phenoxy]ethane (L) has been used to synthesize three isostructural centrosymmetric binuclear HgII macrocycles, namely bis{μ‐1,2‐bis[4‐(pyridin‐3‐yl)phenoxy]ethane‐κ2N:N′}bis[dichloridomercury(II)], [Hg2Cl4(C24H20N2O2)2], and the bromido, [Hg2Br4(C24H20N2O2)2], and iodido, [Hg2I4(C24H20N2O2)2], analogues. The Hg atoms adopt a highly distorted tetrahedral coordination environment consisting of two halides and two pyridine N‐donor atoms from two bridging ligands. In the solid state, the macrocycles form two‐dimensional sheets in the bc plane through noncovalent Hg...X and X...X (X = Cl, Br and I) interactions.  相似文献

Tetranuclear Cluster Complexes of the Type [MM′(AuR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (M,M′ = Mn, Re; R = Ph, Cy, Et): Synthesis, Structure, and Topomerisation The dirhenium complex [Re2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)7(ax‐H2PCy)] ( 1 ) reacts at room temperature in thf solution with each two equivalents of the base DBU and of ClAuPR3 (R = Ph, Cy, Et) in a photochemical reaction process to afford the tetranuclear clusters [Re2(AuPR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (R = Ph ( 2 ), Cy ( 3 ), Et ( 4 )) in yields of 35–48%. The homologue [Mn2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)7(ax‐H2PCy)] ( 5 ) leads under the same reaction conditions to the corresponding products [Mn2(AuPR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (R = Ph ( 6 ), Et ( 8 )). Also [MnRe(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(CO)7(ax/eq‐H2PCy)] ( 9 ) reacts under formation of [MnRe(AuPR3)2(μ‐H)(μ‐PCy2)(μ4‐PCy)(CO)6] (R = Ph ( 10 ), Et ( 11 )). All new cluster complexes were identified by means of 1H‐NMR, 31P‐NMR and ν(CO)‐IR spectroscopic measurements. 2 , 4 and 10 have also been characterized by single crystal X‐ray structure analyses with crystal parameters: 2 triclinic, space group P 1, a = 12.256(4) Å, b = 12.326(4) Å, c = 24.200(6) Å, α = 83.77(2)°, β = 78.43(2)°, γ = 68.76(2)°, Z = 2; 4 monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 12.851(3) Å, b = 18.369(3) Å, c = 40.966(8) Å, β = 94.22(1)°, Z = 8; 10 triclinic, space group P 1, a = 12.083(1) Å, b = 12.185(2) Å, c = 24.017(6) Å, α = 83.49(29)°, β = 78.54(2)°, γ = 69.15(2)°, Z = 2. The trapezoid arrangement of the metal atoms in 2 and 4 show in the solid structure trans‐positioned an open and a closed Re…Au edge. In solution these edges are equivalent and, on the 31P NMR time scale, represent two fluxional Re–Au bonds in the course of a topomerization process. Corresponding dynamic properties were observed for the dimanganese compounds 6 and 8 but not for the related MnRe clusters 10 and 11 . 2 and 4 are the first examples of cluster compounds with a permanent Re–Au bond valence isomerization.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn7(C2H2N3)8(C2H3O2)4(OH)2]n, is composed of centrosymmetric heptanuclear building units with the central Mn atom on an inversion center. In the building block, three MnII ions are held together by one μ3‐hydroxide group, two μ2‐triazolate (trz) ligands and two μ2‐acetate groups, forming an Mn3 cluster. Two Mn3 clusters are bridged by an Mn atom via two μ2‐trz ligands and two μ2‐O atoms from two acetate ions to construct a heptanuclear building block. The heptanuclear building units, lying parallel to each other along the b direction, form one‐dimensional ladder‐like chains and are further interlinked, resulting in a three‐dimensional framework through Mn—Ntrz bonds.  相似文献

The two isomorphous lanthanide coordination polymers, {[Ln2(C6H4NO2)2(C8H4O4)(OH)2(H2O)]·H2O}n (Ln = Er and Tm), contain two crystallographically independent Ln ions which are both eight‐coordinated by O atoms, but with quite different coordination environments. In both crystal structures, adjacent Ln atoms are bridged by μ3‐OH groups and carboxylate groups of isonicotinate and benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylate ligands, forming infinite chains in which the Er...Er and Tm...Tm distances are in the ranges 3.622 (3)–3.894 (4) and 3.599 (7)–3.873 (1) Å, respectively. Adjacent chains are further connected through hydrogen bonds and π–π interactions into a three‐dimensional supramolecular framework.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of the complex containing cobalt-carbon and iron-sulfur cluster cores, (μ-p-CH3C6H4C2S) (μ-n-C3H7S)Fe2(CO)6Co2(CO)6, has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystals are triclinic, space group P&1bar;, with a — 9.139(2), b=9.610(1), c-17.183(2) Å, α = 84.36(1), β-89.45(1), γ=88.15(1)°, V-1501.0 Å3; Z=2, Dc=1.74 g/cm3. R=0.072, Rw=0.081. The results of the structure determination show a cobalt-carbon cluster core formed through the reaction of (μ-p-CH3C6H4C2S)(μ-n-C3H7S)Fe2(CO)6 with Co2(CO)8. In the cobalt-carbon cluster core, the bond length of the original C≡C lengthened to 1.324 Å which is close to the typical value of carbon-carbon double bond. The groups connecting the carbons of the cluster core are in cis position and lie on the opposite side of cobalt atoms. In this complex, the conformation of —SC3H7 is e-type, while that of —SC2C6H4CH3 is a-type.  相似文献
