A novel approach to the synthesis of 2,2′,3,3′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride is described.The target compound was prepared by a nickel-catalyzed coupling reaction of dimethy 3-chlorophthalate(3-DMCP) for 4 h at 70-80℃,followed by subsequent hydrolysis of tetra-ester in acid solution and dehydration of tetra-acid,with overall yield of 68%.The structures of the products were characterized by IR,~1H NMR and ~(13)C NMR respectively. 相似文献

With the goal of improving processability of imide oligomers and achieving high toughness of thermosetting polyimides, a series of 4-phenylethynylphthalic anhydride(PEPA)-terminated imide oligomers prepared by the reaction of 2,3,3',4'-diphenyl ether tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride(a-ODPA) and 3,4'-oxydianiline(3,4'-ODA) with different molecular weights(degree of polymerization: n = 1?9) were formed. The resultant oligomers with different molecular weights were characterized for their chemical architecture, cure behavior, thermal properties, solubility in organic solvents and rheological characteristics. Besides, the thermal properties and tensile test of cured polyimide films were also evaluated. The imide oligomer(degree of polymerization: n = 1) has some somewhat crystalline phase, and imide oligomers(degree of polymerization: n = 2?9) showed excellent solubility(40 wt%) in N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP) and N,Ndimethylacetamide(DMAc) at room temperature. Furthermore, the rheological properties of imide oligomers showed very low melt viscosity and wider processing window. The cured films exhibited good thermal properties with the glass transition temperatures of 282?373 ?C and 5 wt% thermal decomposition temperatures higher than 551 ?C in nitrogen atmosphere. The elongation at break of the prepared films was found to be high(almost 9.3%). 相似文献

The sucrose derivative 1′,2,3,3′,4,4′-hexa-O-benzylsucrose is a key intermediate for the chemoselective synthesis of various useful materials, such as macrocycles, crown ether analogs, and polymers. Several strategies for the synthesis of this compound were explored by applying microwave-assisted protocols, thus permitting significant reductions of time and energy compared to other routes. The outcomes of the different approaches were compared and the optimal one, in terms of yield and reproducibility, was found to be the initial protection at the positions 6 and 6′, with tert-butyldiphenylsilylchloride (TBDPSCl) in the presence of 4-(dimethylamino)pyridine (4-DMAP) and pyridine as a solvent, then perbenzylation of the remaining hydroxyl groups, followed by selective deprotection of the TBDPS groups to obtain the title compound. 相似文献

The processing of polyimide films from polyamidic acid solutions involves the simultaeous loss of solvent and chemical conversion,
and may imply structural reorganization such as orientation or crystallization. The effect of thermal treatment on the thermal,
mechanical and dielectric properties of polymer films based on benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride and 4,4’-diamino-3,3’-dimethyl
diphenylmethane have been investigated. The thermal treatment of polyamidic acid at different temperatures led to compounds
with different degree of imidization; it turned out that the imidization process took place with high speed until 240 °C and
then remained constant. The dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), contact angles, and dielectric measurements revealed that the
storage modulus and contact angles increased with increasing of curing temperature while the dielectric constant decreased. 相似文献

The nitration of 2,3′,4′-tricyanobiphenyl with subsequent transformations of the obtained product provided 4-X-2,3′,4′-tricyanobiphenyls (X = NO2, NH2, NHCOCH3, Br, I). A wide variety of 2′-hydroxypolymethoxyacetophenones and propiophenones, e.g. 1a and 1b are used in the synthesis of flavone and ehromone natural products.1 Repeated attempts to prepare 1a and 1b by reacting 1,2,3,5-tetramethoxybenzene 2 with acetyl or propionyl chlorides and AlCl3 in ether2 gave products which were difficult to purify.3 We traced the problem to ring-ethoxy contaminants which were isolated and tentatively identified as 3a and 3b. 相似文献

Four homoleptic copper(II) complexes, [Cu(Meophtpy)2](ClO4)2 (Meophtpy = 4′-(4-methoxylphenyl)- 2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine) (I), [Cu(Meophtpy)2](ClO4)2 · 2H2O (II), [Cu2(m-Clphtpy)4](ClO4)4 (m-ClPhtpy = 4′-(3-chlorophenyl)-2,2′:6′,2″-terpyridine) (III), and [Cu2(m-ClPhtpy)4](ClO4)4 (IV) have been synthesized by hydrothermal methods and characterized by IR, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction (CIF files CCDC nos. 963375 (I), 885457 (II), 963377 (III), and 963376 (IV)). Complex II is a polymorph of I and complex IV is a polymorph of III. All these complexes are obtained with 95% ethanol solution or 50% ethanol solution and the solvent control on the crystallization are obviously found. In all complexes, the face-to-face interactions between pyridyl rings or phenyl rings facilitate the construction of 3D network in the crystal in addition to hydrogen bonds. The fluorescence properties of these complexes have been investigated. 相似文献

A novel 1,3-di(2′,4′-dinitrophenylhydrazone)-5-nitrobenzene receptor has been synthesized by simple steps with good yields. The anion recognition properties were studied by ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy. The results showed that the receptor had a higher affinity to F?, CH3COO? and H2PO 4 ? , but no evident binding with Cl?, Br?, and I?. Upon addition of the three former anions to the receptors in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) at 298.2 ± 0.1 K, the solution exhibited an obvious color change from yellow to mauve that could be observed by the naked eye, thus the receptor could act as a fluoride ion sensor even in the presence of other halide ions. The UV-Vis data indicates that a 1:1 stoichiometry complex formed through hydrogen-bonding interactions between receptor and anions. The hydrogen bond between phenylhydrazone –NH and acetate or fluoride anion was determined on the basis of 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) experiments. 相似文献

A new class of chemosensors based on the 1′,3,3′,4-tetrahydrospiro[chromene-2,2′-indole] ring system, which detects cyanide with high specificity, is described. These chemosensors show a distinct color change when treated with cyanide in acetonitrile solution buffered with sodium phosphate, and this procedure is not affected by the presence of other common anions. The chemisensors exhibit high sensitivity to low concentrations of cyanide, meeting the European Union water quality control criterion of sensitivity below 0.05 mg L−1, and show a very fast response within tens of seconds. The mechanism for detection is rationalized by the nucleophilic substitution of the phenolic oxygen atom at the indoline C-2 atom by the cyanide anion to form a stable indolylnitrile adduct and to generate the colored 4-nitrophenolate chromophore. These chemosensors can be synthesized by a simple procedure from commercially available starting materials. 相似文献

Under similar hydrothermal synthetic conditions, the reactions of Fe(NO3)3/FeCl2, CuCl2, NiCl2, and CdCl2 with phenanthroline (phen) and 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid (H4BPTC) afforded complexes [Fe(phen)3](H3BPTC)2 (1), [Cu(phen)(BPTC)0.5 · H2O] · H2O (2), [Ni3(phen)3(BPTC)1.5(H2O)5] · 4H2O (3) and [Cd(phen)(BPTC)0.5] · H2O (4). The short Fe–N distance in the monomeric Fe(phen)3(H3 BPTC)2 (1) shows that the Fe(II) is in a low-spin state. H3 BPTC4− acts as a counter-ion in this complex. In [Cu(phen)(BPTC)0.5 · H2O] · H2O (2), the central Cu(II) is five-coordinated in a square-pyramidal geometry. The ligand BPTC4− is centrosymmetric and the four deprotonated carboxylic groups of BPTC4− are coordinated to four different copper ions to form a 1D ladder complex indicating a comparatively strong coordination.
In [Ni3(phen)3(BPTC)1.5(H2O)5] · 4H2O (3), all nickel(II) atoms are in an octahedral coordination environment. There are two different BPTC4− ligands; one is centrosymmetric and the other is asymmetric. Metal ions are linked through fully deprotonated BPTC4− ligands to form a 2D metal-organic sheet. [Cd(phen)(BPTC)0.5] · H2O (4) has a 3D metal-organic framework. TG, IR, and fluorescence data for the complexes are presented. 相似文献

A novel type of 4-methoxyphenyl 4′-n-alkoxy-2′,3′,5′,6′-tetrafluorobiphenyl-1-carboxylates have been synthesized. Textural observations by polarizing microscopy and DSC measurements of the phase transitions show that all of these compounds are thermotropic liquid crystals with only a nematic mesophase.
