Three new members of the copper/carboxylato/heterocyclic diimine family, namely [Cu(GLYO)(2, 2′‐bipy)]2 · nH2O (n = 4 ( 1 ) or 6 ( 2 ), H2GLYO = glycolic acid, 2, 2′‐bipy = 2, 2′‐bipyridine) and {[Cu(AcO)2(4, 4′‐bipy)] · 3H2O}n ( 3 ) (AcO = acetato, 4, 4′‐bipy = 4, 4‐bipyridine), have been synthesized and characterized by IR and electronic absorption spectroscopy, and the crystal structures have been determined by single crystal X‐ray analysis. 1 and 2 are composed of discrete dinuclear units in which each CuII atom is coordinated in a square pyramidal arrangement to the two nitrogen atoms of a bipyridine ligand, to bridging non‐carboxy oxygen atoms belonging to two glycolato ligands, and to one of the carboxy oxygen atoms of one of these glycolato ligands. The Cu··Cu distance is 3.0666(5)Å. Compound 3 consists of linear chains of dinuclear units in which each CuII is coordinated to one non‐bridging monodentate acetato ligand, to two acetato ligands that each bridge via a single oxygen atom, and to one nitrogen atom of each of two mutually trans bis‐monodentate 4, 4′‐bipyridine ligands that link the repeat units of the polymer. The coordination polyhedra are square pyramids, and the Cu··Cu distance within each dimeric repeat unit is 3.502(2)Å. The temperature dependence of their magnetic susceptibilities shows there to be weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the metal atoms of each dimer in all three complexes, with fitting parameter values of —2J = 1.3 cm—1 and g = 2.09 for 1 and 2 , and —2J = 1.4 cm—1 and g = 2.15 for 3 . The X‐band EPR spectra show signals corresponding to the dinuclear units.  相似文献

The compound [Cu42‐OH)23‐OH)2Cl2(bipy)4]Cl2 · 6H2O ( 1 ) was obtained by recrystallization of [Cu(HB)2(2, 2′‐bipy)] · H2O (H2B = diphenylglycolic acid) from EtOH/CH2Cl2 and their structure has been determined by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The cationic complex may be described as based on a Cu4(OH)4 core with a “stepped cubane” structure. The coordination polyhedron around each copper is a distorted square pyramid. The tetranuclear units are linked in the crystal by C‐H…Cl hydrogen bonds and by π‐π interactions between bipyridine rings. IR data are also presented.  相似文献

The two complexes of composition Cu2(OAc)4(phen)(H2O)2 ( 1 ) andCu2(OAc)4(phen)2(H2O) ( 2 ) have been synthesized and characterized by chemical analysis and IR and electronic spectroscopies. Compound 2 has the structure of a dimer with a phenanthroline molecule and two monodentate acetate groups coordinated to each copper atom and a water molecule as the only bridging ligand between them. Each copper atom has a distorted square‐planar pyramidal coordination, determined by two oxygen atoms at 1.94(3) and 1.959(3) Å, two nitrogen atoms at 2.023(4) Å and the oxygen atom of the bridging water molecule at 2.289(2) Å. The distance between the two copper atoms is of 4.29 Å and the angle Cu(1)‐O(3)‐Cu(1A) 139.2(2)°. The water molecule is involved in two intramolecular hydrogen bonds with non coordinated oxygen atoms. The distance between the molecules of phenanthroline is 3.75 Å. Magnetic and EPR results for Cu2(OAc)4(phen)(H2O)2 ( 1 ), Cu2(OAc)4(phen)2(H2O) ( 2 ), Cu2(OAc)4(bipy) ( 3 ) and Cu2(OAc)4(bipy)2(H2O)2 ( 4 ) have been analysed and compared. For 1 and 3 an antiferromagnetic dimer unit [Cu2(μ‐OAc)4] with 2J = ?325 and ?292 cm?1, respectively, and other two copper atoms without significant magnetic interaction are present. Triplet signals are detected in the EPR spectra. In 2 and 4 there is no practically magnetic exchange and the orthorhombic signals are observed in the EPR spectra.  相似文献

Four new complexes of [Cu(bpm)(ox)(H2O)] ( 1 ), [Cu(tpd)(dca)(H2O)] ( 2 ), [Cu(bppz)(N3)2] ( 3 ), and [Cu(bpm)21,3‐N3)(N3)] ( 4 ) (bpm = 2,2′‐bipyrimidine, bppz = 2,3‐bis(2‐pyridyl)pyrazine, tpd = 4‐terpyridone, dca = dicyanamide, ox = oxalate) have been prepared and characterized by X‐ray single‐crystal analysis and variable‐temperature magnetic measurements. Compounds 1–4 are essentially mononuclear Cu(II) complexes. However, in complex 1 , Cu(II) it was found that intermolecular hydrogen bonding through between H2O and ox formed 1‐D chain structure. In complex 2 it was found that the hydrogen bonding between H2O and tpd of the next molecule led to for a binuclear Cu(II) complex. In complex 3 , two nitrogen atoms, one of the pyridyl group of bppz and one of N3? ligands, are weakly coordinated to neighbor Cu(II) ion thus leading to formation of a 1‐D chain structure. In complex 4 , one nitrogen atom of terminated N3? is weakly coordinated to the neighbor Cu(II) site to form a 1‐D polymeric structure. The magnetic susceptibility measurements indicate that complex 1 and 4 exhibit a weak antiferromagnetic interaction whereas a ferromagnetic coupling has been established for complexes 2 and 3 .  相似文献

Treatment of copper(I) halides CuX (X = Cl, Br, I) with lithium 2‐(diphenylphosphanyl)anilide [Li(HL)] in THF led to the formation of hexanuclear copper(I) complexes [Cu6X2(HL)4] [X = Cl ( 1 ), Br ( 2 ), I ( 3 )]. In compounds 1 – 3 , the copper atoms are in a distorted octahedral arrangement and the amide ligands adopt a μ3‐κP,κ2N bridging mode. Additionally there are two μ2‐bridging halide ligands. Each of the [Cu6X2(HL)4] clusters comprises two copper atoms, which are surrounded by two amide nitrogen atoms in an almost linear coordination [Cu–N: 186.2(3)–188.0(3) pm] and four copper atoms, which are connected to an amide N atom, a P atom, and a halogen atom in a distorted trigonal planar fashion [Cu–N: 199.6(3)–202.3(3) pm)].  相似文献

A new assembly [Cu2(sac)2(μ‐dmea)2(μ‐H2O)]n (sac = saccharinate and Hdmea = 2‐dimethylaminoethanol) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis and single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c and consists of dinuclear modules of [Cu2(sac)2(dmea)2]. The sac ligand is N‐coordinated, while the dmea ligand is in the deprotanated form by losing the ethanol hydrogen atom and acts as a bidentate donor through the alkoxo group and N atom. The alkoxo group also serves as a bridge between two copper(II) ions, leading to an intra‐dimer Cu···Cu separation of 3.0229(7) Å. The dimeric units are bridged by aqua ligands to generate a one‐dimensional water‐bridged helical chain, in which the copper(II) ions exhibit a distorted square‐pyramidal CuN2O3 coordination. The Cu–Cu distance in the chain separated by the bridging aqua ligands is 5.297Å. The polymeric chains are further linked by π(sac)···π(sac) and C–H···π(sac) interactions into a two‐dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A copper(II) and two nickel(II) dinuclear oxalato‐bridged compounds of formulae [{Cu(bpdto)}2(μ‐ox)](ClO4)2 ( 1 ), [{Ni(bpdto)]2(μ‐ox)](ClO4)2( 2 ), and [{Ni(bpdto)}2(μ‐ox)](NO3)2·2H2O ( 3 ), where bpdto = 1, 8‐bis(2‐pyridyl)‐3, 6‐dithiaoctane and ox = oxalate = C2O42— anion, have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal structure of 3 was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. It is a dinuclear complex with i symmetry in which the oxalate ligand is coordinated in bis(didentate) fashion to the inversion centre‐related nickel atoms. The distorted octahedral environment of each nickel atom is completed by two sulphur atoms in the equatorial plane and by two pyridyl nitrogen atoms in axial positions. Magnetic susceptibility measurements over the range 5 — 299K, show antiferromagnetic interactions that are weak in 1 (J = —12.8 cm—1) and strong in 2 and 3 (J = —37.8 and —40.9 cm—1, respectively), which in the case of 3 is in keeping with the observed structural parameters.  相似文献

The title compound corresponds to a copper(II) dimer, [Cu2(OH)2(C2H3N)2(C21H22N2)2](ClO4)2, where the metal centres are μ2‐bridged by hydroxo groups. The coordination of each copper(II) centre is a slightly distorted square‐based pyramid, with two N atoms from dibenzyl(6‐methyl‐2‐pyridylmethyl)amine (BiBzMePMA) and two hydroxo O atoms occupying the basal positions, and the acetonitrile N atom at the apical position. The dimer is centrosymmetric, with a crystallographic inversion centre midway between the two Cu atoms [Cu⋯Cu = 2.9522 (9) Å]  相似文献

1‐(2‐Hydroxyethyl)‐3‐nitro‐1, 2, 4‐triazole (hnt), prepared by alkylation of 3‐nitro‐1, 2, 4‐triazole with 2‐chloroethanol, was found to react with copper(II) chloride and copper(II) perchlorate in acetonitrile/ethanol solutions giving complexes [Cu2(hnt)2Cl4(H2O)2] and[Cu(hnt)2(H2O)3](ClO4)2, respectively. They are the first examples of coordination compounds with a neutral N‐substituted 3‐nitro‐1, 2, 4‐triazole ligand. 1‐(2‐Hydroxyethyl)‐3‐nitro‐1, 2, 4‐triazole and the obtained complexes were characterized by NMR and IR spectroscopy, X‐ray, and thermal analyses. [Cu2(hnt)2Cl4(H2O)2] presents a dinuclear chlorido‐bridged complex in which hnt acts as a chelating bidentate ligand, coordinated to the metal by a nitrogen atom of the triazole ring and an oxygen atom of the nitro group, and the copper atoms are inconsiderably distorted octahedral coordination. [Cu(hnt)2(H2O)3](ClO4)2comprises a mononuclear complex cation, in which two nitrogen atoms of two hnt ligands in trans configuration and three water oxygen atoms form a square pyramidal environment around the copper atom, which is completed to an distorted octahedron with a bifurcated vertex due to two additional elongated Cu–O bonds with two nitro groups. In both complexes, Cu–O bonds with the nitro groups may be considered as semi‐coordinated.  相似文献

Interaction of copper(II) chloride with 2, 4, 6‐triallyloxy‐1, 3, 5‐triazine leads to formation of copper(II) complex [CuCl2·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] ( I ). Electrochemical reduction of I produces the mixed‐valence CuI, II π, σ‐complex of [Cu7Cl8·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] ( II ). Final reduction produces [Cu8Cl8·2C3N3(OC3H5)3]·2C2H5OH copper(I) π‐complex ( III ). Low‐temperature X‐ray structure investigation of all three compounds has been performed: I : space group P1¯, a = 8.9565(6), b = 9.0114(6), c = 9.7291(7) Å, α = 64.873(7), β = 80.661(6), γ = 89.131(6)°, V = 700.2(2) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0302 for 2893 reflections. II : space group P1¯, a = 11.698(2), b = 11.162(1), c = 8.106(1) Å, α = 93.635(9), β = 84.24(1), γ = 89.395(8)°, V = 962.0(5) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0465 for 6111 reflections. III : space group P1¯, a = 8.7853(9), b = 10.3602(9), c = 12.851(1) Å, α = 99.351(8), β = 105.516(9), γ = 89.395(8), V = 1111.4(4) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0454 for 4470 reflections. Structure of I contains isolated [CuCl2·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] units. The isolated fragment of I fulfils in the structure of II bridging function connecting two hexagonal prismatic‐like cores Cu6Cl6, whereas isolated Cu6Cl6(CuCl)2 prismatic derivative appears in III . Coordination behaviour of the 2, 4, 6‐triallyloxy‐1, 3, 5‐triazine moiety is different in all the compounds. In I ligand moiety binds to the only copper(II) atom through the nitrogen atom of the triazine ring. In II ligand is coordinated to the CuII‐atom through the N atom and to two CuI ones through the two allylic groups. In III all allylic groups and nitrogen atom are coordinated by four metal centers. The presence of three allyl arms promotes an acting in II and III structures the bridging function of the ligand moiety. On the other hand, space separation of allyl groups enables a formation of large complicated inorganic clusters.  相似文献

The new copper coordination polymers 2[CuX(μ‐2‐chlor‐opyrazine‐N, N')] (X = Cl ( I ), Br ( II ), 1[CuI(2‐chloropyrazine‐N)] ( III ) and [Cu2I2(2‐chloropyrazine)] ( IV ) has been prepared by the reaction of the copper(I) halides with 2‐chloropyrazine at roomtemperature or under hydrothermal conditions. The crystal structures of the 1:1 compounds I and II consist of zig‐zag CuX single chains running parallel to the crystallographic a‐axis which are linked by the 2‐chloropyrazine spacer molecules to sheets parallel to (010). For the iodine compound III a one‐dimensional structure is found which consists of CuX double chains running parallel to the crystallographic a‐axis. The thermic properties of all compounds were investigated in different gas atmospheres using simultaneously differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetry (DTA‐TG) as well as temperature resolved X‐ray powder diffraction. On heating, the 1:1 compounds I and II decompose directly to the corresponding copper(I) Halides, whereas the thermal decomposition of III occcur via IV as an intermediate.  相似文献

Copper Complexes of the New Chelate Ligand 1‐Methyl‐2‐(2‐thiophenolato)‐1H‐benzimidazole (mtpb) and of its Oxidation Products Anodic electrolysis of copper in acetonitrile in the presence of Hmtpb leads to formation of yellow [Cu4(mtbp)4] which was crystallized as a dichloromethane solvate with two crystallographically independent cluster molecules in the unit cell. The copper(I) atoms exhibit slightly pyramidal S2N coordination with bridging thiolate sulfur atoms. The two clusters contain the four copper atoms arranged in a more (Cu1‐Cu4) or less (Cu5‐Cu8) distorted bisphenoidal arrangement. Reaction of mtpb with Cu(ClO4)2 under anoxic conditions also produces [Cu4(mtpb)4]. However, the admittance of O2 in the reaction of mtpb with copper(II) acetate in methanol causes oxidation of the sulfur atoms; a square‐pyramidal configurated copper(II) complex [Cu(CH3CO2‐κ2O)(L1‐κN)(L2‐κN, O)] has been isolated and crystallographically characterized in which L1 is the neutral sulfinic methyl ester and L2 is the sulfonate derived from mtpb.  相似文献

Tetrakis(1‐adamantylcarboxylato)dicopper(II) Cu2(1‐Ad)4 – Synthesis, Structure and X‐/Q‐band EPR Investigations The synthesis and the crystal structure of tetrakis(1‐adamantylcarboxylato)dicopper(II) are reported. [Cu2(1‐Ad)4·2DMF] ( 1 , 1‐Ad = adamantylcarboxylate) crystallizes in the space group (Z = 2) with two crystallographically distinguishable complexes in the unit cell. The averaged Cu‐Cu distance of 260.5 pm is smaller than that found for Cu2(ac)4·2H2O. The combination of temperature‐dependent X‐ and Q‐band powder EPR investigations in the temperature range 6 ≤ T ≤ 295 K show the presence of an antiferromagnetically coupled Cu‐Cu dimer and allow a precise determination of the spin‐Hamiltonian parameter. A comparison of those with that derived for Cu2(ac)4·2H2O indicate a higher symmetry within the Cu2O8 central unit of [Cu2(1‐Ad)4·2DMF].  相似文献

The stoichiometric reaction of copper(II) hydroxycarbonate, iminodiacetic acid (H2IDA = HN(CH2CO2H)2) and α‐picolinamide (pya) in water yields crystalline samples of (α‐picolinamide)(iminodiacetato)copper(II) dihydrate, [Cu(IDA)(pya)] · 2 H2O ( 1 ). The compound was characterised by thermal (TG analysis with FT‐IR study of the evolved gasses), spectral (IR, electronic and ESR spectra), magnetic and single crystal X‐ray diffraction methods. It crystallises in the triclinic system, space group P1, a = 8.8737(4), b = 10.23203(5), c = 15.7167(11) Å, α = 77.61(1)°, β = 103.89(1)°, γ = 80.32(1)°, Z = 4, final R1 = 0.056. The asymmetric unit contains two crystallographic independent molecules but chemically very similar ones. The CuII atom exhibits a square base pyramidal coordination (type 4 + 1). pya acts as N,O‐bidentate ligand supplying two among the four closest donor atoms of the metal [averaged bond distances (Å): Cu–N = 1.982(2), Cu–O(amide) = 1.972(2)]. IDA plays a N,O,O′‐terdentate chelating role [averaged bond distances (Å): Cu–N = 2.004(3), Cu–O = 1.941(2) and Cu–O = 2.242(2)]. The coordinating behaviour of pya in 1 is discussed on the basis of its N,O‐bidentate chelating role and the preference of the ‘Cu‐iminodiacetato' moiety [Cu(IDA)] to link the N‐heterocyclic donor of pya in trans versus the Cu–N(IDA) bond. Consistently the ligand pya is able to impose a fac‐chelating configuration to IDA one around the copper(II) as previously has been reported to mixed‐ligand complexes having a 1/1/2 CuII/IDA/N(heterocyclic) donor ratio or a closely related 1/1/1/1 CuII/IDA/N(heterocyclic)/N(aliphatic) one.  相似文献

Coordination Polymeric 1, 2‐Dithiooxalato and 1, 2‐Dithiosquarato Complexes. Syntheses and Structures of [BaCr2(bipy)2(1, 2‐dtox)4(H2O)2], [Ni(cyclam)(1, 2‐dtsq)]·2DMF, [Ni(cyclam)Mn(1, 2‐dtsq)2(H2O)2]·2H22, and [H3O][H5O2][Cu(cyclam)]3[Cu2(1, 2‐dtsq)3]2 1, 2‐Dithioxalate and 1, 2‐dithiosquarate ions have a pair of soft and hard donor centers and thus are suited for the formation of coordination polymeric complexes containing soft and hard metal ions. The structures of four compounds with building blocks containing these ligands are reported: In [BaCr2(bipy)2(1, 2‐dtox)4(H2O)2] Barium ions and pairs of Cr(bipy)(1, 2‐dtox)2 complexes form linear chains by the bisbidentate coordination of the dithiooxalate ligands towards Ba2+ and Cr3+. In [Ni(cyclam)(1, 2‐dtsq)]·2DMF short NÖH···O hydrogen bonds link the NiS2N4‐octahedra with C2v‐symmetry to an infinite chain. In [Ni(cyclam)Mn(1, 2‐dtsq)2(H2O)2]·2H2O the 1, 2‐dithiosquarato ligand shows a rare example of S‐coordination towards manganese(II). The sulfur atoms of cis‐MnO2S4‐polyedra are weakly coordinated towards the axial sites of square‐planar NiN4‐centers, thus forming a zig‐zag‐chain of Mn···Ni···Mn···Ni polyhedra. [H3O][H5O2][Cu (cyclam)]3[Cu2(1, 2‐dtsq)3]2 contains square planar [CuII(cyclam)]2+ ions and dinuclear [CuI2(1, 2‐dtsq)3]4— ions. Here each copper atom is trigonally planar coordinated by S‐donor atoms of the ligands. The Cu…Cu distance is 2.861(4)Å.  相似文献

Three copper(II) complexes of the polydentate N‐donor ligand [4‐(4,6‐bis(1H‐pyrazol‐1‐yl)‐1,3,5‐triazin‐2‐yl)morpholine] (L) with chlorides, nitrates, and perchlorates as anions, namely, [CuCl2(L)] · 0.5(MeCN) ( 1 ), [Cu(NO3)2(H2O)(L)] · (MeCN) ( 2 ), and [Cu(L)2](ClO4)2 · (MeCN) ( 3 ) were synthesized and structurally characterized by IR, elemental analysis and X‐ray crystallographic analysis. In these complexes, the L ligand binds the copper(II) cation in the tridentate N3 form. The coordination arrangement around the central copper(II) atom is distorted square‐pyramidal in 1 but it is distorted octahedral in 2 and 3 . The interesting noncovalent interactions such as hydrogen bonds, π–π stacking, and anion–π interactions present in the solid‐state structures are discussed. The crystal results reveal that the counteranions play important roles in determining the diverse structures of these complexes. Moreover, the PXRD, TG, DRS, and fluorescence properties of compounds 1 – 3 were investigated.  相似文献

The title compound, [Cu2(OH)2(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2][Cu(C10H9NO5S)2]·6H2O, is comprised of a copper‐centred complex cation and a copper‐centred complex anion; the cation lies about an inversion centre and in the anion the Cu atom lies on an inversion centre. In the doubly charged bridged dicopper cation, each Cu centre has distorted square‐pyramidal geometry. In the square‐planar dianion, two sulfonate ligands are trans coordinated to the Cu atom via a deprotonated hydroxyl O atom and an imine N atom, forming two six‐membered chelate rings. The structure is stabilized by an extensive hydrogen‐bond system and aromatic‐ring stacking interactions.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of copper salts with fumaric acid, 1, 10‐phenanthroline or 2, 2‐bipyridine in basic aqueous solution gave rise to two mixed‐valence copper complexes [Cu4(ophen)4(fum)] ( 1 ) and [Cu4(obipy)4(fum)]·6H2O ( 2 ) (fum = fumarate dianion, Hophen = 2‐hydroxy‐1, 10‐phenanthroline and Hobpy = 6‐hydroxy‐2, 2′‐bipyridine), which were characterized by single crystal X‐ray analysis. [Cu4(ophen)4(fum)] (1) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n, with a = 10.4749(8), b = 13.4210(9), c = 15.1090(10)Å, β = 103.811(3)° Z = 2; [Cu4(obipy)4(fum)]·6H2O ( 2 ) has the triclinic space group P1¯, with a = 10.1302(11), b = 10.4406(12), c = 11.4450(13)Å, α = 84.384(2)°, β = 79.064(2)°, g = 67.734(2)° and Z = 1. The fumaric acid ligand acts as a multi‐dentate bridging ligand in both compounds, 1 and 2 , to link copper atoms into dumbbell structure. During the reactions, 1, 10‐phenanthroline and 2, 2′‐bipyridine ligands are all hydroxylated into ophen and obipy, which provide useful structural evidence for the study on the Gillard mechanism.  相似文献

Four new metal‐organic frameworks [Cu2(2,2′‐bipy)2(ox)(H2O)2]·(H2bptc) ( 1 ), [Cu(bptc)0.5(phen)(H2O)]·H2O ( 2 ), Co2(bptc)(bmb)1.5 ( 3 ) and [Cd2(bptc) (bmb)]·3H2O ( 4 ) (H4bptc = 3,3′,4,4′‐biphenyltetracarboxylic acid, ox = oxalate, phen = 1,10‐phenanthroline, 2,2′‐bipy = 2,2′‐bipyridine and bmb = 4,4′‐bis((1H‐imidazol‐1‐yl)methyl)biphenyl), were obtained by reactions of the corresponding metal salts with H4bptc and N‐containing auxiliary ligands and their structures were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The results reveal that 1 has a 0‐D structure consisting of discrete ionic entities, while 2 features a 1‐D ladder structure. Additionally, there exist π‐π stacking and intermolecular hydrogen‐bonding interactions in 1 and 2 , respectively, forming 3‐D supramolecular structures. In 3 ‐ 4 , undulating 2‐D metal‐bptc layer structures are formed with two different coordination modes of bptc carboxylate groups, respectively, which are further extended by bmb into 3‐D structures. Magnetic properties of 1 and 3 have been studied. The photoluminescence property of 4 has also been investigated. Moreover, nonlinear optical measurements showed that 4 displayed a second‐harmonic‐generation (SHG) response of 0.7 times of that for urea.  相似文献
