纳米四氧化三铁表面酸碱性质研究   总被引:17,自引:0,他引:17  
制备了纳米Fe3O4, 并对其进行了表征和表面酸碱行为研究. 实验结果表明, Fe3O4表面在水溶液中有非常明显的酸碱性质. 随着纳米Fe3O4加入量的增多, 溶液pH缓冲能力增强, 二者之间成正比, 据此可定量地测定H+在纳米氧化铁表面的吸附量. 运用MEDUSA和WINSGW计算软件计算了表面组分在溶液中的分布, 并讨论了表面电荷对表面组分分布的影响.  相似文献

The origin of the discrepancy between the calculated dielectric constants of polymers and experimental data has been considered. The differences are caused by the effect of residual amounts of the polymer synthesis products or the solvent used for producing films (plasticizing effect), or by the nonlinear terms of the Clausius–Mossotti function that have an effect on the dielectric constant. In the framework of the developed approach, the influence of nanoparticles on the refractive indices of some polymers and polymer nanocomposites has been evaluated.  相似文献

The effect of corona discharge on low-density polyethylene (LDPE) film was studied in terms of surface functionality and surface energetics of the film surfaces, improving the dyeability. The introduction of a polar group (O=C-O, C=O, and C-O) to a corona-treated LDPE film with acrylic acid could be confirmed by ESCA. The Owens-Wendt and Wu models using geometric means were studied to analyze the surface free energy of corona-treated film. It was found that the corona-treated LDPE film did lead to an increase in surface free energy, mainly due to the increase of its specific (or polar) component as the corona discharge power increased. Also, the K/S values were increased as the concentrations of dye increased. From the acid-base interaction point of view, it was found that the graft polymerization of acrylic acid onto the corona-treated LDPE film plays an important role in growing the acidic character which is one of the specific components of surface free energy, resulting in improving the dyeability with basic dyeing agent. A direct linear relationship is shown between the O(1s)/C(1s) ratio and the resulting K/S value or the specific component for this work. Copyright 2001 Academic Press.  相似文献

Natural and accelerated weathering tests were performed to inspect the effect of antioxidants on low-density polyethylene (LDPE) films used as greenhouse covering materials. The LDPE pellets were extruded and blown into a film using a twin-screw extruder and film blowing machine, respectively. The film with 0.2 wt.% Alkanox-240 (AN-0.2) stabilizer showed the highest tensile strength (11 MPa) among all samples during 90 days of natural as well as accelerated weathering. The elastic modulus of the film with 0.5 wt.% of Good-rite (GR-0.5) increased after weathering from approximately 91.8 to 138.9 MPa, and showed the best performance. Morphological images of the neat LDPE film during weathering showed some cracks and grooves, while those of stabilized films showed fewer cracks. Moreover, the estimation of the rapidity of the accelerated method compared to the natural one was approximately nine times faster in Riyadh during the summer season (June–August). The present study suggests that the addition of antioxidants can improve the tensile strength, stability, and, hence, the effectiveness of these films. The best antioxidants were found to be 0.2 wt.% Alkanox and 0.5 wt.% Good-rite antioxidants.  相似文献

Both organic peroxides and molecular oxygen can be used for the high-pressure polymerization of ethylene. In order to answer the question if the product quality is influenced by the choice of the initiator, polyethylenes were produced in a stirred autoclave under 1700 bar at temperatures of 200–320°C with DTBP, oxygen, and with mixtures of both initiators. The products were compared for density, short- and long-chain branching, the average molar mass, and the molar mass distribution. Except for a slight increase in the number of long-chain branches, and as a consequence of this a slightly broader molar mass distribution, no significant changes of product properties could be noted. There are no objections against the combined use of peroxide and oxygen; for example, when the conversion from oxygen to peroxide takes place.  相似文献

Herein, the magnetite nanoparticles (MNs) were prepared by facile solvothermal method and its porous nature was modified using 3-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane (AEAPS). Magnetite formation, successful amino tagging, and urease conjugation on the surface were confirmed from the presence of certain functional groups in Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra. Also, nanosize (13.2 nm) and spherical morphology of MNs were evaluated from diffraction patterns and electron micrographs respectively. Lower retentivity and coercivities in magnetization curve revealed the superparamagnetic behavior, and nitrogen adsorption/desorption curves exhibited decrease in its surface porosity. Conductivity measurements showed lower diffusion coefficient (De?=?1.9?×?10?17 cm2/min) and higher diffusion with limited hydrolytic reaction in native urease and improved activity of conjugated urease with higher De (12.62?×?10?16 cm2/min). Hence, this study revealed that the surface porous nature of MNs can be altered effectively by amino tagging in order to overcome diffusional limitations thereby enhancing enzyme activity.  相似文献

Isotactic polypropylene (iPP) based nanocomposites filled with calcium carbonate nanoparticles (CaCO3) were prepared by melt mixing and structure-properties relationships of the nanomaterials were studied. Elongated CaCO3 nanopowders coated with two different coating agents, polypropylene-maleic anhydride graft copolymer (iPP-g-MA) and fatty acids (FA), were tested as nanoreinforced phases. The influence of surface treatment of the nanoparticles on the polymer/nanofillers interfacial adhesion and on the final materials properties was investigated. Morphological analysis showed that the selected coating agents induce different iPP/nanofiller adhesion degrees. Young's modulus increases as a function of the nanoparticles content and the coating agent nature. Finally, all the prepared nanocomposites showed a significant improvement of iPP barrier properties either to oxygen or to carbon dioxide.  相似文献

The viscoelastic behavior of melts for two systems composed of intercalated nanocomposites based on low density polyethylene and 3 wt% loading of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide modified montmorillonite was studied. The results obtained through examining the dynamic storage module G‘ and dynamic loss module G“ values of the composite revealed that the dynamic viscoelastic properties of composite strongly depended on intercalation of polymer, and exhibited dramatically change with altering intercalation conditions. Only when modified montmorillonite content was about 3 wt%, the composite showed a trend of pseudo-solidlike at lower frequencies.  相似文献

As one of the most important energy storage devices, dielectric capacitors have attracted increasing attention because of their ultrahigh power density, which allows them to play a critical role in many high-power electrical systems. To date, four typical dielectric materials have been widely studied, including ferroelectrics, relaxor ferroelectrics, anti-ferroelectrics, and linear dielectrics. Among these materials, linear dielectric polymers are attractive due to their significant advantages in breakdown strength and efficiency. However, the practical application of linear dielectrics is usually severely hindered by their low energy density, which is caused by their relatively low dielectric constant. This review summarizes some typical studies on linear dielectric polymers and their nanocomposites, including linear dielectric polymer blends, ferroelectric/linear dielectric polymer blends, and linear polymer nanocomposites with various nanofillers. Moreover, through a detailed analysis of this research, we summarize several existing challenges and future perspectives in the research area of linear dielectric polymers, which may propel the development of linear dielectric polymers and realize their practical application.  相似文献

高密度聚乙烯/蒙脱土纳米复合材料膨胀阻燃体系的性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
使用以乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)为相容剂的高密度聚乙烯/蒙脱土(HDPE/OMT)纳米复合材料作为基体,制备了含不同成炭剂的聚磷酸铵(APP)膨胀阻燃体系,对其阻燃性能进行了比较和研究,并分析了蒙脱土与膨胀阻燃剂协效作用的机理。热重分析(TGA)、垂直燃烧(UL-94)、极限氧指数(LOI)、锥形量热计结果表明:APP/季戊四醇(PER)体系熔融过程较短可形成蒙脱土增强炭层;PER/PA/OMT体系中较高的有机物含量有利于蒙脱土迁移和堆积。  相似文献

基于国内外最新研究文献及本课题组研究工作,从发展历史、制备方法、多功能性方面系统综述了近年来发展起来的聚苯胺/金属纳米粒子复合物。在聚苯胺基体中引入金属纳米粒子的方法可归纳为3大类:原位复合法、直接共混法和层层自组装法。所形成的有机聚苯胺和无机金属杂化复合物不仅能保留各自原有的特异性能,而且二组分之间还存在着相互协同作用,能够极大地提升基体聚苯胺材料的性能,电导率最高可提高100倍,电氧化催化电流最高可提高10倍。分散在聚苯胺膜中的极少量铂微粒就能使不锈钢板的腐蚀电位稳定在钝化区域。聚苯胺/金属纳米粒子复合物所表现出的突出的固有电导性、优异的反应催化性和极强的金属防腐性,使其跻身于为数不多的新型高性能复合材料之列,显示出了诱人的应用前景。  相似文献

以甲氧基聚乙二醇同时作为溶剂、还原剂及修饰剂,在高温下分解乙酰丙酮铁,制备了纳米Fe3O4粒子,采用透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射分析表征材料的形貌和相组成,傅里叶变换红外光谱仪表征材料的表面修饰物,超导量子干涉仪测试合成的纳米粒子的磁性能,纳米粒度与zeta电势分析仪测试磁性纳米粒子在水中的zeta电势。 结果表明,纳米Fe3O4粒子的大小为(10.1±1.6) nm,粒度均一,单分散性好,在300 K下具有超顺磁性,饱和磁化强度为45 A·m2/kg。 红外结果表明,-COO-共价结合在粒子表面。 zeta电势为-25 mV。 其在水中的稳定性与以三甘醇为反应介质、高温分解法制备的纳米Fe3O4粒子作比较,表现出长时间(60 d以上)的良好分散性。 静电作用及空间位阻效应是其高稳定分散性的原因。  相似文献

利用官能团反应活化能的差异, 通过控制反应温度和时间制备了一种具有双交联网络结构的钛酸钡/聚芳醚酮纳米复合膜(BT-BCB/c-DPAEK). 对比研究纯聚合物薄膜及未经交联处理和仅进行单交联处理的复合薄膜发现, BT-BCB/c-DPAEK具有更加优异的力学性能和热性能, 并且其介电性能表现出良好的频率稳定性和温度稳定性. 由于双交联网络对于复合材料两相间界面的改善及高温下对聚合物分子链运动的限制, BT-BCB/c-DPAEK表现出十分优异的储能性能, 特别是在150 ℃, 300 MV/m场强下依然保持1.75 J/cm3的储能密度和80%的放电效率.  相似文献

利用高分子磁性纳米粒子有效地将磁性分离、富集和化学修饰电极的电化学检测相结合,构建以亚甲基蓝为嵌入式杂交指示剂的电化学DNA生物传感器.此传感器对碱基错配的序列有较好的选择性.传感器对目标序列的响应在1×10-13~1×10-6 mol/L范围内呈线性关系;检出限为4.3×10-14 mol/L.这种新型的高分子磁性纳米粒子电化学DNA生物传感器具有高的灵敏度,其线性范围宽,成本低,为DNA的痕量分析提供了一种新的思路.  相似文献
