A surface‐renewable tris(1, 10‐phenanthroline‐5, 6‐dione) iron (D) hexafluorophosphate (FePD) modified carbon ceramic electrode was constructed by dispersing FePD and graphite powder in methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMOS) based gels. The FePD‐modified electrode presented pH‐dependent voltammetric behavior, and its peak currents were diffusion‐controlled in 0.1 mol/L Na2SO4 + H2SO4 solution (pH = 0.4). In the presence of iodate, dear electrocatalytic reduction waves were observed and thus the chemically modified electrode was used as an amperometric sensor for iodate in common salt. The linear range, sensitivity, detection limit and response time of the iodate sensor were 5 × 10?6–1 × 10?2 mol/L, 7.448 μA·L/ mmol, 1.2 × 10?6 mol/L and 5 s, respectively. A distinct advantage of this sensor is its good reproducibility of surface‐renewal by simple mechanical polishing.  相似文献

β‐Cyclodextrin functionalized graphene/Ag nanocomposite (β‐CD/GN/Ag) was prepared via a one‐step microwave treatment of a mixture of graphene oxide and AgNO3. β‐CD/GN/Ag was employed as an enhanced element for the sensitive determination of 4‐nitrophenol. A wide linear response to 4‐nitrophenol in the concentration ranges of 1.0×10?8–1.0×10?7 mol/L, and 1.0×10?7–1.5×10?3 mol/L was achieved, with a low detection limit of 8.9×10?10 mol/L (S/N=3). The mechanism and the heterogeneous electron transfer kinetics of the 4‐nitrophenol reduction were discussed according to the rotating disk electrode experiments. Furthermore, the sensing platform has been applied to the determination of 4‐nitrophenol in real samples.  相似文献

A series of 1‐(2,6‐dibenzhydryl‐4‐fluorophenylimino)‐ 2‐aryliminoacenaphthylene derivatives ( L1–L5 ) and their halonickel complexes LNiX2 (X = Br, Ni1–Ni5 ; X = Cl, Ni6–Ni10 ) are synthesized and well characterized. The molecular structures of representative complexes Ni2 and Ni4 are confirmed as the distorted tetrahedron geometry around nickel atom by the single crystal X‐ray diffraction. Upon activation with methylaluminoxane, all nickel complexes show high activities up to 1.49 × 107 g of PE (mol of Ni)?1 h?1 toward ethylene polymerization, producing polyethylenes with high branches and molecular weights up to 1.62 × 106 g mol?1 as well as narrow polydispersity. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Based on single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE/SWCNTs), a novel method was presented for the determination of L ‐tyrosine. The GCE/SWCNTs exhibited remarkable catalytic and enhanced effects on the oxidation of L ‐tyrosine. In 0.10 mol/L citric acid‐sodium citrate buffer solution, the oxidation potential of L ‐tyrosine shifted negatively from +1.23 V at bare GCE to +0.76 V at GCE/SWCNTs. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the linear range of the modified electrode to the concentration of L ‐tyrosine was 5.0×10?6–2.0×10?5 mol/L (R1=0.9952) and 2.7×10?5–2.6×10?4 mol/L (R2=0.9998) with a detection limit of 9.3×10?8 mol/L. The kinetic parameters such as α (charge transfer coefficient) and D (diffusion coefficient) were evaluated to be 0.66, 9.82×10?5 cm2 s?1, respectively. And the electrochemical mechanism of L ‐tyrosine was also discussed.  相似文献

Electrocatalytic oxidation of thymine at α‐cyclodextrin (α‐CD) incorporated carbon nanotube‐coated electrode (CNT/CE) was thoroughly studied in alkaline media. CNT showed an electrocatalytic effect on the oxidation of thymine, formation of a supramolecular inclusion complex between α‐CD and thymine at CNT/CE further enhanced the sensitivity to thymine. The electrocatalytic behavior was further developed as a sensitive detection scheme for thymine by differential pulse voltammetry. A linear calibration over the concentration range from 2.5×10?5 to 1.8×10?3 mol/L in pH 10.8 NaHCO3‐Na2CO3 buffer solution was obtained with a detection limit of 5×10?6 mol/L.  相似文献

The synthesis and evaluation as 5‐HT1A and 5‐HT7 serotonin receptor ligands of the two sets of O‐substituted hydroxybenzamides, structurally related to 2‐{3‐[4‐(2‐methoxyphenyl)piperazin‐1‐yl]propoxy}benzamide ( 1 ), (Ki 5‐HT1A = 21 nM, 5‐HT7 = 234 nM) are reported. To affect the affinity for 5‐HT1A and 5‐HT7 receptors, an amide moiety ( 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 ) and a hydrocarbon chain length ( 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 ) were modified. The serotonergic activity of compounds 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 was generally higher in the case of 5‐HT1A receptors compared with 5‐HT7 ones; the most active 5‐HT1A ligands being meta‐isomer 2 (Ki = 7 nM) and both analogs of 1 with the longest spacer, i.e., penta‐ and hexa‐methylene derivatives 9 and 10 (Ki = 4 and 3 nM, respectively). The observed biological properties of compounds 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 were elucidated using molecular modeling procedures. J. Heterocyclic Chem., (2010).  相似文献

The formation of an inclusion complex between 4‐aminobiphenyl (4‐AB) and β‐cyclodextrin molecules (β‐CD), allows the use of thiolated β‐CDs as chemi‐adsorbed material on a Au electrode as a self‐assembled submonolayer for the selective square wave voltammetric determination of 4‐AB. The submonolayer was characterized by reductive desorption and an association constant of 1.2×104 L/mol was obtained. The optimization of variables yielded a linear dependence of ip/4‐AB concentration in the range of 10?5 to 10?4 mol/L. The selectivity of the method was evaluated in the presence of other aromatic amines obtaining better results with the modified electrode. This methodology was applied to the voltammetric determination of 4‐AB in wastewater samples.  相似文献

The Bigenelli acid catalyzed condensation of 2‐trifluoromethylbenzaldehyde ( 1 ), urea ( 2 ) and an alkyl acetoacetate ( 3 ) afforded the respective alkyl (Me, Et, i‐Pr, i‐Bu) 6‐methyl‐4‐(2‐trifluoromethylphenyl)‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydro‐2H‐pyrimidine‐2‐one‐5‐carboxylate ( 4‐7 ). Subsequent N3‐nitration of the alkyl esters ( 4‐7 ) using Cu(NO3)2 3H2O and Ac2O furnished the target alkyl 6‐methyl‐3‐nitro‐4‐(2‐trifluoromethylphenyl)‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydro‐2H‐pyrimidine‐2‐one‐5‐carboxylates ( 8‐11 ). The N3‐nitro compounds ( 8‐11 ) were less potent calcium channel antagonists (IC50 values in the 1.9 × 10?7 to 3.9 × 10?6 M range) on guinea pig ileal longitudinal smooth muscle than the reference drug nifedipine (Adalat®, IC50 = 1.4 × 10?8 M). In vitro calcium channel modulation studies on guinea pig left atrium (GPLA) showed that the methyl and ethyl esters ( 8‐9 ) induced a weak‐to‐modest positive inotropic (agonist) effect, and that the inactive isopropyl ( 10 ) and isobutyl ( 11 ) esters did not alter the cardiac contractile force of GPLA.  相似文献

Interfacial activity of uranium(VI)‐cupferron and uranium(VI)‐chloranilic acid (CAA) complexes (in 0.1 M acetate buffer pH 4.6 or 0.1 M NaClO4 respectively) on polarized mercury electrode at 110 mV, 10 mV or ?240 mV respectively vs. saturated calomel electrode (SCE), and under conditions of the application of adsorptive stripping voltammetric techniques was studied. It revealed a competitive effect of interfacial activity of the mentioned complexes consisting in a nonmonotonous effect of the bulk concentration of U(VI) on the adsorption of the mentioned complexing reagents at their constant concentrations. At concentrations lower than 5×10?5 mol L?1 the complexes U(VI)‐cupferron or U(VI)‐CAA exhibited a relatively strong electrosorption providing the adsorption coefficients β of the order 104 L mol?1, the maximum surface excess Γm ≈ 5 to 10 μmol m?2 and average Frumkin interaction coefficients reaching their absolute values 2 to 2.6.  相似文献

The syntheses of a series of l‐methyl‐3‐aryl‐substituted titanocene and zirconocene dichlorides are reported. These complexes are synthesized by the reaction of 2‐ and 3‐methyl‐6, 6‐dimethylfulvenes (1:4) with aryllithium, followed by the reaction with TiCl4·2THF, ZrCl4 and (CpTiCl2)2O respectively, to give complexes 1–5. The complex [η5‐1‐methyl‐3‐(α, α‐dimethylbenzyl) cyclopentadienyl] titanium dichloride has been studied by X‐ray diffraction. The red crystal of this complex is monoclinic, space group P2t/C with unit cell parameters: a =6.973(6) × 10?1 nm, b =36.91(2) × 10?1 nm, c = 10.063(4) × 10?1 nm, α=β= γ = 93.35(5)°, V = 2584(5) × 10?3 nm3 and Z = 4. Refinement for 1004 observed reflections gives the final R of 0.088. There are four independent molecules per unit cell.  相似文献

The products of the gas‐phase reactions of OH radicals with 1‐pentene and 2‐methyl‐2‐propen‐1‐ol (221MPO) at T=298±2 K and atmospheric pressure were investigated by using a 4500 L atmospheric simulation chamber that was built especially for this work. The molar yield of butyraldehyde was 0.74±0.12 mol for the reaction of 1‐pentene. This work provides the first product molar yield determination of formaldehyde (0.82±0.12 mol), 1‐hydroxypropan‐2‐one (0.84±0.13 mol), and methacrolein (0.078±0.012 mol) from the reaction of 221MPO with OH radicals. The mechanism of this reaction is discussed in relation to the experimental results. Additionally, taking into consideration the complex mechanism, the rate coefficients of the reactions of OH with formaldehyde, 1‐hydroxypropan‐2‐one, and methacrolein were derived at atmospheric pressure and T=298±2 K.; the obtained values were (8.9±1.6)×10?12, (2.4±1.4)×10?12, and (22.9±2.3)×10?12 cm3 molecule?1 s?1, respectively.  相似文献

A new electrochemical method was proposed for the determination of adenosine‐5′‐triphosphate (ATP) based on the electrooxidation at a molecular wire (MW) modified carbon paste electrode (CPE), which was fabricated with diphenylacetylene (DPA) as the binder. A single well‐defined irreversible oxidation peak of ATP appeared on MW‐CPE with adsorption‐controlled process and enhanced electrochemical response in a pH 3.0 Britton‐Robinson buffer solution, which was due to the presence of high conductive DPA in the electrode. The electrochemical parameters of ATP were calculated with the electron transfer coefficient (α) as 0.54, the electron transfer number (n) as 1.9, the apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (ks) as 2.67 × 10?5 s?1 and the surface coverage (ΓT) as 4.15 × 10?10 mol cm?2. Under the selected conditions the oxidation peak current was proportional to ATP concentration in the range from 1.0 × 10?7 mol L?1 to 2.0 × 10?3 mol L?1 with the detection limit as 1.28 × 10?8 mol L?1 (3σ) by sensitive differential pulse voltammetry. The proposed method showed good selectivity without the interferences of coexisting substances and was successful applied to the ATP injection samples detection.  相似文献

Selected from a series of structurally related heteroaromatic thiols, a newly synthesized reagent 2‐amino‐5‐mercapto‐[1,3,4] triazole (MATZ) was used to fabricate self‐assembled monolayers (SAMs) on gold electrode for the first time. The MATZ/Au SAMs was characterized by electrochemical methods and scanning electronic microscopy (SEM). In 0.04 mol/L Britton–Robinson buffer solution (pH 5), the electrochemical behavior of dopamine showed a quasireversible process at the MATZ/Au SAMs with an electrode kinetic constant 0.1049 cm/s. However, the electrochemical reaction of uric acid at the SAMs electrode showed an irreversible oxidation process, the charge‐transfer kinetics of uric acid was promoted by the SAMs. By Osteryoung square‐wave voltammetry (OSWV), the simultaneous determination of dopamine and uric acid can be accomplished with an oxidation peak separation of 0.24 V, the peak current of dopamine and uric acid were linearly to its concentration in the range of 2.5×10?6–5.0×10?4 mol/L for dopamine and 1×10?6–1×10?4 mol/L for uric acid with a detection limit of 8.0×10?7 mol/L for dopamine and 7.0×10?7 mol/L for uric acid. The MATZ/Au SAMs electrode was used to detect the content of uric acid in real urine and serum sample with satisfactory results.  相似文献

The bis(arylimino)pyridines, 2‐[CMeN{2,6‐{(4‐FC6H4)2CH}2–4‐NO2}]‐6‐(CMeNAr)C5H3N (Ar = 2,6‐Me2C6H3 L1 , 2,6‐Et2C6H3 L2 , 2,6‐i‐Pr2C6H3 L3 , 2,4,6‐Me3C6H2 L4 , 2,6‐Et2–4‐MeC6H2 L5 ), each containing one N′‐2,6‐bis{di(4‐fluorophenyl)methyl}‐4‐nitrophenyl group, have been synthesized by two successive condensation reactions from 2,6‐diacetylpyridine. Their subsequent treatment with anhydrous cobalt (II) chloride gave the corresponding N,N,N′‐CoCl2 chelates, Co1 – Co5 , in excellent yield. All five complexes have been characterized by 1H/19F NMR and IR spectroscopy as well as by elemental analysis. In addition, the molecular structures of Co1 and Co3 have been determined and help to emphasize the differences in steric properties imposed by the inequivalent N‐aryl groups; distorted square pyramidal geometries are adopted by each complex. Upon activation with either methylaluminoxane (MAO) or modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO), precatalyts Co1 – Co5 collectively exhibited very high activities for ethylene polymerization with 2,6‐dimethyl‐substituted Co1 the most active (up to 1.1 × 107 g (PE) mol?1 (Co) h?1); the MAO systems were generally more productive. Linear polyethylenes of exceptionally high molecular weight (Mw up to 1.3 × 106 g mol?1) were obtained in all cases with the range in dispersities exhibited using MAO as co‐catalyst noticeably narrower than with MMAO [Mw/Mn: 3.55–4.77 ( Co1 – Co5 /MAO) vs. 2.85–12.85 ( Co1 – Co5 /MMAO)]. Significantly, the molecular weights of the polymers generated using this class of cobalt catalyst are higher than any literature values reported to date using related N,N,N‐bis (arylimino)pyridine‐cobalt catalysts.  相似文献

An ionic liquid (IL) 1‐(3‐chloro‐2‐hydroxy‐propyl)‐3‐methylimidazolium trifluoroacetate was used as the modifier for the preparation of the modified carbon paste electrode (CPE). The IL‐CPE showed excellent electrocatalytic activity towards the oxidation of guanosine‐5′‐triphosphate (5′‐GTP) in a pH 5.0 Britton‐Robinson buffer solution. Due to the presence of high conductive IL on the electrode surface, the electrooxidation of 5′‐GTP was greatly promoted with a single well‐defined irreversible oxidation peak appeared. The electrode reaction was an adsorption‐controlled process and the electrochemical parameters of 5′‐GTP on IL‐CPE were calculated with the electron transfer coefficient (α) as 0.44, the electron transfer number (n) as 1.99, the apparent heterogeneous electron transfer rate constant (ks) as 2.21 × 10?9 s?1 and the surface coverage (ΓT) as 1.53 × 10?10 mol cm?2. Under the selected conditions a linear calibration curve between the oxidation peak currents and 5′‐GTP concentration was obtained in the range from 2.0 to 1000.0 μmol L?1 with the detection limit as 0.049 μmol L?1 (3σ) by differential pulse voltammetry. The proposed method showed good selectivity to the 5‘‐GTP detection without the interferences of coexisting substances and the practical application was checked by measurements of the artificial samples.  相似文献

β‐Methyl‐α‐methylene‐γ‐butyrolactone (MMBL) was synthesized and then was polymerized in an N,N‐dimethylformamide (DMF) solution with 2,2‐azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) initiation. The homopolymer of MMBL was soluble in DMF and acetonitrile. MMBL was homopolymerized without competing depolymerization from 50 to 70 °C. The rate of polymerization (Rp) for MMBL followed the kinetic expression Rp = [AIBN]0.54[MMBL]1.04. The overall activation energy was calculated to be 86.9 kJ/mol, kp/kt1/2 was equal to 0.050 (where kp is the rate constant for propagation and kt is the rate constant for termination), and the rate of initiation was 2.17 × 10?8 mol L?1 s?1. The free energy of activation, the activation enthalpy, and the activation entropy were 106.0, 84.1, and 0.0658 kJ mol?1, respectively, for homopolymerization. The initiation efficiency was approximately 1. Styrene and MMBL were copolymerized in DMF solutions at 60 °C with AIBN as the initiator. The reactivity ratios (r1 = 0.22 and r2 = 0.73) for this copolymerization were calculated with the Kelen–Tudos method. The general reactivity parameter Q and the polarity parameter e for MMBL were calculated to be 1.54 and 0.55, respectively. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A sensor based on graphite electrode modified with palladium‐platinum‐palladium film is proposed for phosphite determination by flow‐injection amperometry. The modified electrode was prepared by a sequential cathodic deposition of Pd, Pt and Pd on a graphite electrode from 0.5% m/v PdCl2+28% m/v NH4OH and 2% m/v H2PtCl6+10% v/v H2SO4 solutions. After suitable conditioning, the electrode showed catalytic activity for phosphite oxidation when 0.15 V was applied. The proposed system handles approximately 50 samples per hour (0.01–0.05 mol L?1 Na2HPO3; R2=0.9997), consuming ca. 70 μL of sample per determination. The limit of detection and amperometric sensibility were 5×10?4 mol L?1 and 1.5 mA L mol?1, respectively. The proposed method was applied to analysis of fertilizer samples without pre‐treatment. Results are in agreement with those obtained by spectrophotometry and titrimetry at 95% confidence level and good recoveries (96–109%) of spiked samples were found. Relative standard deviation (n= 12) of a 0.01 mol L?1 Na2HPO3 sample was 2%. The useful lifetime of modified electrode was around 220 determinations. For routine purposes it means that this electrode can be continuously used for 5 hours.  相似文献

The most potent calcium channel antagonist ethyl 6‐methyl‐4‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydro‐2H‐pyrimidine‐2‐one‐5‐carboxylate ( 4b , IC50 = 1.67 × 10?5 M) wasa much weaker calcium channel antagonist than the reference drug nifedipine (Adalat®, IC50 = 1.40 × 10?8 M) on guinea pig ileal longitudinal smooth muscle (GPILSM). The alkyl 6‐methyl‐4‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydro‐2H‐pyrimidine‐2‐one‐5‐carboxylates did not show any inotropic effect on heart since no increase, or decrease, in the contractile force of guinea pig left atrium was observed. These structure activity studies show that the alkyl 6‐methyl‐4‐(2‐pyridyl)‐1,2,3,4‐tetrahydro‐2H‐pyrimidine‐2‐one‐5‐carboxylates ( 4a‐e ) are partial bioisosteres of nifedipine with respect to calcium channel antagonist activity on guinea pig ileal longitudinal smooth muscle (GPILSM).  相似文献

A highly sensitive automated sequential‐injection chemiluminescence (SIA‐CL) method for determination of glucosamine sulphate (GLS) was developed. The goal of the present work is the evaluation of the enhancement effect of the investigated drug glucosamine sulphate on the chemiluminescence reaction between luminol and H2O2 in alkaline medium of 1.0 × 10?2 mol L?1 sodium hydroxide at pH 11. The experimental conditions affecting the CL reaction such as the sequence of the reagents, concentrations, flow rate and aspirated volumes of reactants were systematically investigated and optimized. Under optimum conditions 50 μL of 1.0 × 10?3 mol L?1 luminol, 30 μL of a GLS test solution and 50 μL of 1.0 × 10?2 mol L?1 H2O2 were used and the luminescing zone was pushed into the detector at a flow rate 100 μL s?1. The proposed method recorded high sensitivity, accuracy and simplicity that could be clarified as linear concentration range 1.0‐2000 ng mL?1 with rectilinear part (r = 0.9992, n = 9) and limit of detection 0.3 ng mL?1, along with relative standard deviation 1.3%. It was found that the developed method can be used directly to determine the investigated drug GLS in its pharmaceutical dosage forms and in spiked serum and urine by diluting the samples for a 1000 fold. The obtained results were statistically analyzed and compared with those obtained by the reported method.  相似文献

A simple adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry method has been developed for antimony (III and V) speciation using 4‐(2‐thiazolylazo) – resorcinol (TAR). The methodology involves controlled preconcentration at pH 5, during which antimony(III) – TAR complex is adsorbed onto a hanging mercury drop electrode followed by measuring the cathodic peak current (Ip,c) at ?0.39 V versus Ag/AgCl electrode. The plot of Ip,c versus antimony(III) concentration was linear in the range 1.35×10?9–9.53×10?8 mol L?1.The LOD and LOQ for Sb(III) were found 4.06×10?10 and 1.35×10?9 mol L?1, respectively. Antimony(V) species after reduction to antimony(III) with Na2SO3 were also determined. Analysis of antimony in environment water samples was applied satisfactorily.  相似文献
