用 HgI2 和 4,5-亚乙基二硫杂-1,3-二硫杂-2-硫酮 (C5H4S5)反应,合成一种二核汞配合物[Hg(C5H4S5)I2]2 1。X 射线衍射结果表明,晶体属于单斜晶系,C2/c 空间群,晶胞参数 a =21.6847(1),b = 8.5125(4),c = 15.6699(8),a=112.7850(1)°,V=2666.8(2) ?3。Mr = 1357.54,Z = 4,Dx = 3.381 g/cm3,ì = 16.913 cm–1,F(000) = 2400,R=0.0639,wR=0.1711,S=1.052。配合物 1 具有二聚体结构,2 个汞原子通过 2 个碘原子桥联,形成 1 个 Hg2I2菱形平面,汞原子周围的配位是四面体结构,通过分子间的硫…硫作用和碘…硫作用,形成准二维超分子网络。 S S S H g I I S S S S I I H g S  相似文献

A phase microdiagram of the system CdS-Ga2S3 in the CdGa2S3 homogeneous region was constructed, and the composition corresponding to congruent melting was determined (Cd0.498Ga1.004S2.004). A fragment of the CdGa2S4-ZnGa2S4 phase diagram was studied, and the solid solution composition suitable for growing homogeneous single crystals with respect to the isotropic wavelength λ0 within 492.7–532 nm was determined. A CdGa2S4-MgGa2S4 phase diagram was constructed, and the isotropic wavelength was studied as a function of magnesium prevalence in cadmium thiogallate. Magnesium and zinc codoping produces gyrotropic single crystals suitable for manufacturing optical elements of filtering devices with λ0 within 492.7–880 nm.  相似文献

Syntheses of (2S,4S)- and (2S,4R)-5-fluoroleucine, and, and of (2S,4S)-[5,5-(2)H(2)]-5-fluoroleucine, have been completed. The methodology allows these compounds to be prepared in sufficient quantities for incorporation by solid-state protein synthesis into strategic sites in proteins for folding studies. X-ray structures of the epimers and have been obtained and show the presence of conformational isomerism. The torsion angles between the F-C bond and the main chain are compared with values found in a mutant of the protein ubiquitin in which (2S,4S)-5-fluoroleucine replaces leucine residues 50 and 67 in the native protein.  相似文献

Reactions of [M(SR)(3)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] (M = Ru, Os; R = C(6)F(4)H-4, C(6)F(5)) with CS(2) in acetone afford [Ru(S(2)CSR)(2)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] (R = C(6)F(4)H-4, 1; C(6)F(5), 3) and trans-thiolates [Ru(SR)(2)(S(2)CSR)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] (R = C(6)F(4)H-4, 2; C(6)F(5), 4) or the isomers trans-thiolates [Os(SR)(2)(S(2)CSR)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] (R = C(6)F(4)H-4, 5; C(6)F(5), 7) and trans-thiolate-phosphine [Os(SR)(2)(S(2)CSR)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] (R = C(6)F(4)H-4, 6; C(6)F(5), 8) through processes involving CS(2) insertion into M-SR bonds. The ruthenium(III) complexes [Ru(SR)(3)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] react with CS(2) to give the diamagnetic thiolate-thioxanthato ruthenium(II) and the paramagnetic ruthenium(III) complexes while osmium(III) complexes [Os(SR)(3)(PMe(2)Ph)(2)] react to give the paramagnetic thiolate-thioxanthato osmium(III) isomers. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies of 1, 4, 5, and 8 show distorted octahedral structures. (31)P [(1)H] and (19)F NMR studies show that the solution structures of 1 and 3 are consistent with the solid-state structure of 1.  相似文献

Synthesis and Crystal Structures of (NEt4)2[TeS3], (NEt4)2[Te(S5)(S7)], and (NEt4)4[Te(S5)2][Te(S7)2] (NEt4)2[TeS3] was obtained by the reaction of NEt4Cl, Na2S4 and tellurium in acetonitrile. It reacts with sulfur, yielding (NEt4)2[Te(S5)(S7)], which is transformed to (NEt4)4[Te(S5)2][Te(S7)2] by recrystallization from hot acetonitrile. According to the X-ray structure analysis, crystals of (NEt4)2[TeS3] are monoclinic (space group P21/c) and form twins with the twinning plane (001); they contain pyramidal TeS32– ions. (NEt4)2[Te(S5)(S7)] forms triclinic twins (space group P1) with the twinning plane (010). In the [Te(S5)(S7)]2– ion an S5 and an S7 atom group are bonded in a chelate manner to the tellurium atom, which has square coordination. (NEt4)4[Te(S5)2][Te(S7)2] (monoclinic, space group P21/c) contains two kinds of anions, the known [Te(S5)2]2– and the new [Te(S7)2]2– ion which has two S7 chelating groups.  相似文献

SB-3CT, (4-phenoxyphenylsulfonyl)methylthiirane, is a potent, mechanism-based inhibitor of the gelatinase sub-class of the matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) family of zinc proteases. The gelatinase MMPs are unusual in that there are several examples where both enantiomers of a racemic inhibitor have comparable inhibitory abilities. SB-3CT is one such example. Here, the inhibition mechanism of the MMP2 gelatinase by the (S)-SB-3CT enantiomer and its oxirane analogue is examined computationally, and compared to the mechanism of (R)-SB-3CT. Inhibition of MMP2 by (R)-SB-3CT was shown previously to involve enzyme-catalyzed C-H deprotonation adjacent to the sulfone, with concomitant opening by β-elimination of the sulfur of the three-membered thiirane ring. Similarly to the R enantiomer, (S)-SB-3CT was docked into the active site of MMP2, followed by molecular dynamics simulation to prepare the complex for combined quantum mechanics and molecular mechanics (QM/MM) calculations. QM/MM calculations with B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) for the QM part (46 atoms) and the AMBER force field for the MM part were used to compare the reaction of (S)-SB-3CT and its oxirane analogue in the active site of MMP2 (9208 atoms). These calculations show that the barrier for the proton abstraction coupled ring opening reaction of (S)-SB-3CT in the MMP2 active site is 4.4 kcal/mol lower than its oxirane analogue, and the ring opening reaction energy of (S)-SB-3CT is only 1.6 kcal/mol less exothermic than its oxirane analogue. Calculations also show that the protonation of the ring-opened products by water is thermodynamically much more favorable for the alkoxide obtained from the oxirane, than for the thiolate obtained from the thiirane. In contrast to (R)-SB-3CT and the R-oxirane analogue, the double bonds of the ring-opened products of (S)-SB-3CT and its S-oxirane analogue have the cis-configuration. Vibrational frequency and intrinsic reaction path calculations on a reduced size QM/MM model (2747 atoms) provide additional insight into the mechanism. These calculations yield 5.9 and 6.7 for the deuterium kinetic isotope effect for C-H bond cleavage in the transition state for the R and S enantiomers of SB-3CT, in good agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

A series of new 9,9-diethylfluorenes consisting of three side-arms each bearing a heterocyclic, bis(carboxymethyl)amino, bis(carbamoylmethyl)amino, bis(ethoxycarbonylmethyl)amino or an amino group were prepared on the basis of 2,4,7-tris(bromomethyl)-9,9-diethylfluorene. Imidazolyl, benzimidazolyl, pyrazolyl, pyrrolyl, 1,3-dioxoisoindolyl and pyridinium groups were taken into account as heterocyclic units, attached to the aromatic skeleton via −CH2−, −CH2NHCH2− or −CH2N=CH− linkers. In addition to the seventeen 2,4,7-trisubstituted 9,9-diethylfluorenes, two macrocyclic compounds were prepared on the basis of 2,7-bis(aminomethyl)-9,9-diethylfluorene. The excellent yield of the macrocyclization reaction is worth a special mention. Both the acyclic and the macrocyclic fluorene-based compounds have, among other things, the potential to act as artificial receptors for different substrates in analogy to the known receptors consisting of a benzene or biphenyl core.  相似文献

(2S,4S)-4-Arylamino-2-carboxy-5-pyrrolidones were prepared by hydrolysis of dimethyl (2S,4S)-4-arylamino-N-phthaloylglutamates. The protonation constants of the arylamino group in the synthesized compounds were determined. The pyrrolidone ring is stable in acidic or neutral solutions. The mass spectral fragmentations of various thioformaldehydes, 1,3,5-trithiacyclohexane, 1,3,5,7-tetrathiacyclooctane, 1,3,5,7,9-pentathiacyclodecane and a polymeric form (CH2S)x have been examined. The principal features of the spectra are reported. The fragmentation occurred by fracture of the ring in the cyclic compounds with or without rearrangement.  相似文献

2,4-Diaryl- and 2,4-diferrocenyl-1,3-dithiadiphosphetane disulfide dimers (RP(S)S)(2) (R = Ph (1a), 4-C(6)H(4)OMe (1b), FeC(10)H(9) (Fc) (1c)) react with a variety of alcohols, silanols, and trialkylsilyl alcohols to form new dithiophosphonic acids in a facile manner. Their corresponding salts react with chlorogold(I) complexes in THF to produce dinuclear gold(I) dithiophosphonate complexes of the type [AuS(2)PR(OR')](2) in satisfactory yield. The asymmetrical nature of the ligands allows for the gold complexes to form two isomers (cis and trans) as verified by solution (1)H and (31)P[(1)H] NMR studies. The X-ray crystal structures of [AuS(2)PR(OR')](2) (R = Ph, R' = C(5)H(9) (2); R = 4-C(6)H(4)OMe, R' = (1S,5R,2S)-(-)-menthyl (3); R = Fc, R' = (CH(2))(2)O(CH(2))(2)OMe (4)) have been determined. In all cases only the trans isomer is obtained, consistent with solid state (31)P NMR data obtained for the bulk powder of 3. Crystallographic data for 2 (213 K): orthorhombic, Ibam, a = 12.434(5) A, b = 19.029(9) A, c = 11.760(4) A, V = 2782(2) A(3), Z = 4. Data for 3 (293 K): monoclinic, P2(1), a = 7.288(2) A, b = 12.676(3) A, c = 21.826(4) A, beta = 92.04(3) degrees, V = 2015.0(7) A(3), Z = 2. Data for 4 (213 K): monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 11.8564(7) A, b = 22.483(1) A, c = 27.840(2) A, beta = 91.121(1) degrees, V = 7419.8(8) A(3), Z = 8. Moreover, 1a-c react with [Au(2)(dppm)Cl(2)] to form new heterobridged trithiophosphonate complexes of the type [Au(2)(dppm)(S(2)P(S)R)] (R = Fc (12)). The luminescence properties of several structurally characterized complexes have been investigated. Each of the title compounds luminesces at 77 K. The results indicate that the nature of Au...Au interactions in the solid state has a profound influence on the optical properties of these complexes.  相似文献

Stereoselective synthesis of pharmaceutically interesting chiral tetrahydrofurans starting from mannose diacetonide is reported. A 1,4-diol system derived from mannose diacetonide, through a Mitsunobu reaction was stereospecifically cyclized to give chiral tetrahydrofurans. Both the C-1 and C-4 centers of d-mannose are successfully exploited to install the requisite side chains.  相似文献

The clusters Fe2(CO)6(μ-XCH2CH=CH2)(μ3-X)Fe(CO)2Cp (X = S, Se) were prepared by the successive treatment of the bi- and trimetallic complexes Fe2(CO)6(μ-Se2) and Fe3(CO)93-X) with allylmagnesium chloride and CpFe(CO)2I. The clusters obtained contain a noncoordinated C=C bond. The structure of the Se-containing cluster was suggested on the basis of comparison of its spectral data (IR,1H NMR, and Mössbauer spectra) with the spectra of the analogous S-containing complex, which was previously characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

Solution-phase combinatorial synthesis of (2S,4S)-4-acylamino-5-oxopyrrolidine-2-carboxamides was studied. First, di-tert-butyl (2S,4S)-4-amino-5-oxopyrrolidine-1,2-dicarboxylate hydrochloride was prepared as the key intermediate in five steps from (S)-pyroglutamic acid. Acylation of the amino group followed by acidolytic deprotection gave (2S,4S)-4-acylamino-5-oxopyrrolidine-2-carboxylic acids, which were then coupled with amines to furnish a library of (2S,4S)-4-acylamino-5-oxopyrrolidine-2-carboxamides. Four coupling reagents, BPC, EEDQ, TBTU, and PFTU, were tested for the amidation reactions in the final step. Amidations with EEDQ and TBTU led to the desired carboxamides. On the other hand, BPC and PFTU were not suited, since diketopiperazines were sometimes obtained instead of the desired carboxamides.  相似文献
