The Existence of Global Solutions to a Fluid Dynamic Model for Materials for Korteweg Type 下载免费PDF全文
We discuss the existence of global solutions to a fluid dynamic model for materials of Korteweg type, and discuss the three dimensional nonisothermal motion. The higher order derivatives of density in the constitutive relation makes it necessary to introduce an interstitial working term in the energy equation. This makes the energy estimate more involved. Nevertheless, it is possible to show the existence of global solutions by the euergy method. 相似文献

基于趋旋性微生物和幂律流体模型,研究了在含有非Newton流体饱和多孔介质中生物对流的线性稳定性问题.利用Galerkin数值方法求解了该系统的控制方程,得到生物Rayleigh数的数值解,讨论了非Newton流体的幂律指数对生物对流稳定性在假塑性流体和膨胀性流体间的变化规律.研究结果表明,随着幂律流体的速度增大,幂律指数对生物对流稳定性的影响会发生变化,并且这种变化会受到热Rayleigh数和生物Lewis数的影响.另外,微生物趋旋性特征越明显,生物对流系统就越不稳定,而适当增大非Newton流体的幂律指数则有利于系统的稳定性. 相似文献

The paper presents the results of a numerical analysis of the boundary-value problem for a nonlinear Korteweg–de Vries–Burgers equation with two small parameters at the high-order derivatives. An approximation of higher order of accuracy is used to construct an iterative difference spline scheme and to obtain a numerical solution of the third-order equation subject to certain relationships between the two small parameters and the space and time increments. The behavior of the solution of the boundary-value problem is investigated for various parameters at the second and third derivative and for various time and space increments of the difference grid. The interaction of the solution of the degenerate problem (without the third derivative) with the solution of the equation containing two small parameters is investigated numerically. 相似文献

However, a similar algorithm is not necessarily backward stable, when the weighted matrices are generalized saddle-point matrices. This paper proposes to extend the dynamical analysis results on chemical tubular reactors presented in [5] to two linear distributed parameter models. These are in particular the linearized tangent models of two typical bioprocess models: a basic tubular bioreactor model, and a denitrifying biofilter model. The tools used for the analysis are those of the infinite dimensional system theory (e.g., [2]). We obtain a necessary and sufficient condition for the system being stable with respect to part of variables and generalize Liapunov's equation to the partial stability of linear discrete systems .
