Carbohydrate Derivatives Bearing a gem-Dihalogenoethenyl Group Treated with the appropriate Wittig reagent, aldehydosugar derivatives ( 1–13 ) led in good to excellent yields to the expected gem-difluoro, gem-chlorofluoro-and/or gem-dichloroenoses ( 14–29 ). Examples of their dibromo analogues had been previously described (see e.g. [1]) but the diiodo derivatives could not be isolated, The influence of the conditions on the yields is reported as well as spectroscopic properties (particularly the long-range 13C, 19F- and 1H, 19F-coupling constants) of these new enoses.  相似文献

The sodium salt Na2[Os(CO)4] has been obtained in high yields by the reduction of either OsH2(CO)4 or Os3(CO)12 with sodium sand in the presence of catalytic amounts of 2, 2′-bipyridyle. The reaction of Na2[Os(CO)4] with alkylating agents such as methyl and ethyl iodide produces OsR2(CO)4 (R = CH3, C2H5). NMR. and IR. spectra indicate a cis-octahedral structure of symmetry C2v for these new alkyl compounds. Bromine breaks one osmium-carbon bond in cis-Os(CH3)2(CO)4 to give cis-OsCH3Br(CO)4, whereas in cis-Os(C2H5)2(CO)4 both ethyl groups are easily displaced by bromine to give cis-OsBr2(CO)4. Under CO pressure and at elevated temperature cis-Os(CH3)2(CO)4 is converted to Os(CO)5 and ethane. With cis-Os(C2H5)2(CO)4 two CO are inserted in osmium-carbon bonds to give . NMR. and IR. data suggest a cis-configuration for this derivative and the possibility of the presence of rotational isomers.  相似文献

5-Oxo-5H,7H-[2]benzopyrano[4,3-b][1]benzopyran ( 2 ) has been synthesized from 3-(o-hydroxybenzylidene)isochroman-1,4-dione ( 3 ) by reductive cyclization, and from 5H,7H[2]benzo-pyrano[4,3-b][1]benzopyran-5,7-dione ( 4 ) by selective hydro-genation. This second method affords the dihydro compound 6 or 6a,12a-dihydro-5H,7H-[2]benzopyrano[4,3-b] [1 ]benzopyran-5-one as reaction time increases.  相似文献

Deconjugation of sugars enones. Preliminary Communication Branched-chain sugar enones 1 and 2 ( R = Ac) deconjugated toposelectively (only the E isomers reacting) to 3 . The same phenomenon was noted in the case of Z- 4 which gave E- 5 . The kinetic parameters of these reactions favored a concerted mechanism, i.e. a [1, 5]-sigmatropic shift.  相似文献

The bromination of aldehydo-sugars p-nitrophenylhydrazones has been studied and the gem-bromo-azo intermediates isolated and characterized in some cases. In the same way, in the chlorination of aldehydo-sugars oximes gem-chloro-nitroso intermediates have been obtained and in some instances isolated. Studies in Stereochemistry XIV. Diels-Alder adducts in the resin series; action of peracids and acid-catalysed ring opening of epoxides The synthesis of Diels-Alder compounds of type 2 with a 17-nor-13(14)-atisène skeleton is described (cf. Schemes 1–3). Depending on the nature and configuration of substituents R1 and R2 on the carbon atoms 15 and 16, an epoxide ( 24–33 ) or a ketone ( 35–38 ) or a mixture of epoxide, ketone and lactone is obtained by the action of p-nitroperbenzoic acid on the double bond of these adducts (cf. Scheme 4). A simplified reaction scheme is suggested to explain the formation of the various products. In an acid-catalysed reaction, the epoxides isomerize mainly into ketones. Nevertherless, in some cases, dienes (e.g. 52 ) or hydroxy-γ-lactones of (13R*, 14S*)-configuration (e.g. 50 ) resulting from the opening of the epoxide ring with retention of configuration were obtained.  相似文献

The stereospecific syntheses of the eleven racemic 2,2, exo-3-trimethyl-exo-5-norbornyl-cyclohexanols related to the formula VI have been achieved. Moreover, the fragrant properties of these isomeric and stereomeric cyclohexanols have been carefully estimated by a team of four well-experienced perfumers. In good agreement with our earlier observations [1 ab], it was concluded that the axial 3-(2,2, exo-3-trimethyl-exo-5-norbornyl)-cyclohexanols, threo (XXIV) and erythro (XXIX), are the only isomers which display a very powerful and genuine sandalwood odour. The other cyclohexanols were found to be about 20–100 times less fragrant (4 compounds), or practically odourless (5 compounds).  相似文献

C -Glycosylic derivatives XXXII. Synthesis of spiro-C -glycosylidenic derivatives via nucleophilic cyclization. On treatment with compounds bearing two nucleophilic groups as ethylenediamine, o-phenylenediamine or their monooxa or monothia analogues, 1,2:5, 6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D -ribo-hexofuranos-3-ulose gave with excellent yields the corresponding spiro-C-glycosylidenic derivative; for example, when using o-phenylenediamine, a spirobenzimidazoline ( 5 ) was obtained. The latter compound underwent, on oxidation, a ring expansion to a morpholinobenzimidazole ( 8 ). Spirobenzodiazepines, spirobenzooxazepines and spirobenzothiazepines were formed when applying the same type of cyclization reaction to 3-C-acetylmethylene-3-deoxy-1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D -ribo- and α-D -xylo-hexofuranoses.  相似文献

For trans-3-R- and 5-R-1-acetoxy-4-cyanocyclohexene-6,6-d2 the molar fractions of diequatorial conformers are 0.83 (3-methyl), 0.68 (5-methyl), 0.57 (3-tert-butyl) and 0.55–0.69 (5-tert-butyl). For the last two compounds the values of the coupling constants are in agreement with the hypothesis of an ee?aa equilibrium. For the cis isomers, the molar fractions of equatorial alkyl conformers are 0.76 (3-methyl and 5-methyl) and 1.0 (3-tert-butyl and 5-tert-butyl). The cis-1-acetoxy-3-tert-butyl-4-methoxycarbonyl-cyclohexene presents a conformational heterogeneity. The conformational free energy of the methyl group in position 4 has been evaluated as ?0.6 kcal mol?1 (2.5 kJ mol?1).  相似文献

Thirty-two sterols are identified in the sponge Hyrtios sp. In addition to fourteen monohydroxylated compounds, the sterol fraction contains eight functionalized sidechain sterols, three of them new: 3 β-hydroxy-24-norchol-5-en-23-al (19) , (22-trans)-3 β-hydroxycholest-5, 22-dien-24-one (20) and (22R, 23R, 24S) or (22S, 23S, 24S)- 22,23-epoxy-24-methylchoest-5-en-3 β-ol (24). The probable biological origin, rather than artifact production, of these undescribed components is discussed.  相似文献

The peri effect induced by the phenyl group has been studied in the anthracene series by means of 1H and 13C n.m.r. The chemical shifts of overcrowded protons can be explained by a combination of magnetic anisotropy and steric effects. Steric contributions amount to c. 25% of the phenyl induced shift at the peri position. Amongst published ring-current theories, only the model of Johnson and Bovey is capable of describing correctly the shielding region of the phenyl group. The unexpected shieldings and deshieldings, observed by 13C n.m.r. in the case of very hindered derivatives, is probably due to distortions of the anthracene skeleton.  相似文献

Reactions of Mononucleophiles with a Bromoenurononitrile, Precursor and Partial Synthetic Equivalent of an Ynurononitrile Several mononucleophiles (bases) have been reacted with one or the other of the geometrical isomers of the bromoenurononitrile 1. Depending on the nucleophile and the conditions, many different mechanistic pathways were followed, f. ex.: with OH?, stereospecific elimination from (Z)- 1 leading to 2 , with N?3 and F?, stereospecific E-AN reactions leading from (Z)- 1 to (Z)- 8 and (Z)- 12 respectively, with PhCH2SH, conjugate nucleophilic addition to 7, with Me2NH, conjugate nucleophilic addition followed by a SN2 to 11 , as well as several cases of nonstereoselective, probably AN-E, reactions leading to 3,6,9 and 10. In spite of their diversified reactivity, bromoenurononitriles like 1 , partial synthetic equivalent of 2 , constitute useful synthetic intermediates.  相似文献

Diglycosyl Derivatives. Preliminary communication Novel types of diglycosyl compounds, some of them bearing a resemblance to natural di- or tri-saccharides are described: a diglycosyldiyne ( 1 ), a diglycosylthiophene ( 2 ), a diglycosylaziridine ( 3 ), a diglycosyldioxolane ( 4 ), as well as six C,N-diglycosylnitrones, 9b–9f and 14 . These C,N-diglycosylnitrones, on treatment with an acetylenic Grignard reagent, led to the expected acetylenic diglycosyl-hydroxylamine 11 , whereas diglycosylisoxazolines (f. ex. 10 ) were obtained when these nitrones underwent 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition to acetylenic compounds.  相似文献

The orientation of the cycloaddition of diazomethane on unsaturated branchedchain sugars has been studied. For 3-C-cyanomethylidene-3-deoxy-1,2-O-isopropylidene-α-D-glycero-tetrofuranose the orientation was ‘normal’ and did not depend on the configuration at the double bond. The same situation prevailed with derivatives of 3-deoxy-1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-3-C-methylidene-α-D-xylo-hexofuranose. For the 3-C-acylmethylidene- and the 3-C-cyanomethylidene-3-deoxy-1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D-ribo-hexofuranoses, the trans-(H–C(3′)–C(2))-isomer gave the ‘normal’ cycloadduct whereas the cis-isomer gave predominantly the αabnormal spiro-pyrazoline. This observation represents the first instance where the regioselectivity of a cycloaddition reaction is affected by the geometrical isomerism of the dipolarophile. The most probable explanation of the phenomenon is the conformational perturbation about the C(4)--C(5) bond of the unsaturated sugars induced by a change in the configuration at C(3). The consequence of that ‘conformational transmission’ of a difference in configuration at C(3) is that the steric crowding on the cis- than in the trans-isomer. Several novel examples of a new series of C-glycosylidenic derivatives, the spiro-pyrazolines, are described.  相似文献

Preparation of unsaturated sugars phosphonates using nucleophilic conjugate addition Different types of phosphorus nucleophiles underwent conjugate addition reaction with one of the branched-chain sugars 4, 5 or 11 the addition taking place either on the endo or the exo face of the furanose ring (or on both faces in the case of 11 ). The configuration at C(3) of these new phosphorus-bearing types of sugars as well as the configuration at the phosphorus atom of the cyclic phosphinates 9 and 10 was established by NMR. (3JP,H–C(2), 3JP,C(1)). Small amounts (7%) of the spiro enol phosphonate 16 were formed when 11 reacted with trimethyl phosphite.  相似文献

The cleavage of a single SO2? O bond occurs during the polarographic reduction of a tosyloxy group (p? CH3C6H4SO2O = TsO) in aprotic medium and intramolecular cyclisation may ensue when a second TsO group is present on the same molecule. The polarographic behaviour of aliphatic ditosyloxy derivatives is discussed on the assumption that oriented vicinal derivatives at the interface assume a conformation which resembles the geometry of the transition state for an intramolecular elimination with anchimeric assistance of one of the tosyloxy groups. This situation favours the electron transfer, whereas the same geometric requirements hinder the intramolecular interaction of the TsO groups of the oriented non-vicinal derivatives. This interpretation agrees well with the fact that the large scale electrolysis of vicinal ditosyloxy derivatives give much higher yield of cyclic ethers than the higher homologues. It is also shown that intramolecular interaction between TsO groups can occur through an intervening double bond in a non-vicinal derivative.  相似文献

Derivatives of enose- and ynosephosphonates and related compounds. Preliminary communication The gem-dibromo terminal enoses 1 and 7 are convenient sources of glycosylacetylenes which upon reaction with phosphorus electrophiles gave the phosphorusbearing acetylenic sugars 4, 5 and 8 . Compounds 5 and 8 underwent cycloaddition reactions leading to isoxazolyl-C-glycosides 6 and 9 respectively. The nitroolefinic sugar derivative 11 gave upon bromination-dehydrobromination the first example of a new kind of potentially useful synthetic intermediates, the gem-bromonitroenose 12 . The enosephosphonate 13 was also prepared from 11 . The diglycosylhydroxylamine 18 represents another type of phosphorus-bearing acetylenic sugar derivative. Some 1H- and 13C-NMR. data relative to the new types of phosphorus-containing sugar derivatives synthesized are given.  相似文献

The derivative C13H19NO5 crystallizes in space group P212121 with a = 9.371, b = 11.815, c = 13.207 Å and Z = 4. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares to R = 0.058. The pyranose ring exists in the 3S1 conformation (or in the equivalent, but here structurally less consistent, 0S4 conformation). The dioxolane ring has an envelope conformation. Strong intramolecular interactions between the bulky substituents suggest that the ensuing strain energy is assumed, for a significant part, by the twisted-boat conformation of the pyranose ring.  相似文献

The tetrahydroxyadipic acids and one trihydroxyadipic acid have been methylated, using methyl iodide and silver oxide in the presence of dimethylformamide. In addition to Δ2-di- or tri-methoxyadipic esters and the products expected for a double E2 elimination, cis-trans α, α'-dimethoxymuconic ester was frequently the principal product. The proposed theoretical interpretations involve as intermediates either a silver complex or a lactonic compound. A few preferential conformations, based on NMR. data, are proposed.  相似文献
