The mononuclear high-spin iron(III) complexes [Fe(3-MeOsalpn)Cl(H2O)] (1) and [Fe(3-MeOsalpn)(NCS)(H2O)]·0.5CH3CN (2) and the tetranuclear oxo-bridged compound [{Fe(3-MeOsalpn)Gd(NO3)3}2(μ-O)]·CH3CN (3) [3-MeOsalpn2− = N,N′-propylenebis(3-methoxysalicylideneiminate)] have been prepared and magneto-structurally characterised. The iron(III) ion in 1 and 2 is six-coordinated in a somewhat distorted octahedral surrounding with the two phenolate-oxygens and two imine-nitrogens from the Schiff-base building the equatorial plane and a water (1 and 2) and a chloro (1)/thiocyanate-nitrogen (2) in the axial positions. The neutral mononuclear units of 1 and 2 are assembled into centrosymmetric dinuclear motifs through hydrogen bonds between the axially coordinated water molecule of one iron centre and methoxy-oxygen atoms from the Schiff-base of the adjacent iron atom. The values of the intradimer metal-metal distance within the supramolecular dimers are 4.930 (1) and 4.878 Å (2). The tetranuclear of 3 can be described as two {FeIII(3-MeOsalpn)} units connected through an oxo-bridge, each one hosting a [GdIII(NO3)3] entity in the outer cavity defined by the two phenolate- and two methoxy-oxygen atoms. The values of the intramolecular Fe?Fe and Fe?Gd distances in 3 are 3.502 and 3.606 Å, respectively. The analysis of the magnetic data of 1-3 in the temperature range 1.9-300 K shows the occurrence of weak intermolecular antiferromagnetic interactions in 1 and 2 [J = −0.76 (1) and −0.75 cm−1 (2) with the Hamiltonian defined as H = −JSFe1·SFe1] whereas two intramolecular antiferromagnetic interactions coexist in 3, one very strong between the two iron(III) ions (J1) through the oxo bridge and the other much weaker between the iron(III) and the Gd(III) ions (J2) across the double phenoxo oxygens [J1 = −275 cm−1 and J2 = −3.25 cm−1, the Hamiltonian being defined as H=-J1SFe1·SFe1-J2(SFe1·SGd1+SFe1·SGd1)]. These values are analysed in the light of the structural data and compared with those of related systems.  相似文献

Three rhenium(IV) mononuclear compounds of formulae [ReCl4(biimH2)] · 2DMF (1), [ReCl4(pyim)] · DMF (2) and [ReCl4(bipy)] (3) (biimH2 = 2,2′-biimidazole, pyim = 2-(2′-pyridyl)imidazole, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine and DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide) have been prepared and characterized. The crystal structure of 2 was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system with P21/c as space group. The rhenium atom is six-coordinated by four Cl atoms and two nitrogen atoms from a bidentate pyim ligand [average values of Re–Cl and Re–N bonds lengths being 2.330(2) and 2.117(4) Å, respectively]. The magnetic properties were investigated from susceptibility measurements performed on polycrystalline samples of 13 in the temperature range 1.9–300 K. The magnetic behaviour found is typical of antiferromagnetically coupled systems, and they exhibit susceptibility maxima at 2.8 (1 and 2) and 5.6 K (3). Short ReIV–Cl?Cl–ReIV contacts through space account for the antiferromagnetic behaviour observed.  相似文献

A series of new triorganotin(IV) pyridinecarboxylates with 6-hydroxynicotinic acid (6-OH-3-nicH), 5-hydroxynicotinic acid (5-OH-3-nicH) and 2-hydroxyisonicotinic acid (2-OH-4-isonicH) of the types: [R3Sn (6-OH-3-nic)·L]n (I) (R = Ph, L = Ph·EtOH, 1; R = Bn, L = H2O·EtOH, 2; R = Me, L = 0, 3; R = n-Bu, L = 0, 4), [R3Sn (5-OH-3-nic)]n (II) (R = Ph, 5; R = Bn, 6; R = Me, 7; R = n-Bu, 8), [R3Sn (2-OH-4-isonic·L)]n (III) (R = Bn, 9, L = MeOH; R = Me, L = 0, 10; R = Ph, 11, L = 0.5EtOH) have been synthesized. All the complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, TGA, IR and NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) spectroscopy analyses. Among them, except for complexes 5 and 6, all complexes were also characterized by X-ray crystallography diffraction analysis. Crystal structures show that complexes 1-10 adopt 1D infinite chain structures which are generated by the bidentate O, O or N, O and the five-coordinated tin centers. Significant O-H?O, and N-H?O intermolecular hydrogen bonds stabilize these structures. Complex 11 is a 42-membered macrocycle containing six tin atoms, and forms a 2D network by intermolecular N-H?O hydrogen.  相似文献

Four new mixed ligand nickel(II) complexes viz., [Ni(tren)(phen)](ClO4)2 (1), [Ni(tren)(bipy)](ClO4)2 (2), [Ni(SAA)(PMDT)] · 2H2O (3) and [Ni(SAA)(TPTZ)] (4) (tren = tris(2-aminoethylamine), phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine, SAA = salicylidene anthranilic acid, PMDT = N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, TPTZ = 2,4,6-tri(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine) have been synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analysis, spectroscopic, magnetic susceptibility and cyclic voltammetric measurements. Single crystal X-ray analysis of [Ni(tren)(phen)](ClO4)2 (1) and [Ni(SAA)(PMDT)] · 2H2O (3) has revealed the presence of a distorted octahedral geometry. Superoxide dismutase activity of these complexes has also been measured.  相似文献

A series of novel octahedral nickel(II) dithiocarbamate complexes involving bidentate nitrogen-donor ligands (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine) or a tetradentate ligand (cyclam = 1,4,8,11-tetraazacycloteradecane) of the composition [Ni(BzMetdtc)(phen)2]ClO4 (1), [Ni(Pe2dtc)(phen)2]ClO4 (2), [Ni(Bzppzdtc)(phen)2]ClO4 · CHCl3 (3), [Ni(Bzppzdtc)(phen)2](SCN) (4), [Ni(BzMetdtc)(bpy)2]ClO4 · 2H2O (5), [Ni(Pe2dtc)(cyclam)]ClO4 (6), [Ni(BzMetdtc)2(cyclam)] (7), [Ni(Bz2dtc)2(cyclam)] (8) and [Ni(Bz2dtc)2(phen)] (9) (BzMetdtc = N,N-benzyl-methyldithiocarbamate(1-) anion, Pe2dtc = N,N-dipentyldithiocarbamate(1-) anion, Bz2dtc = N,N-dibenzyldithiocarbamate(1-) anion, Bzppzdtc = 4-benzylpiperazinedithiocarbamate(1-) anion), have been synthesized. Spectroscopic (electronic and infrared), magnetic moment and molar conductivity data, and thermal behaviour of the complexes are discussed. Single crystal X-ray analysis of 3 and 8 confirmed a distorted octahedral arrangement in the vicinity of the nickel atom with a N4S2 donor set. They represent the first X-ray structures of such type complexes. The catalytic influence of complexes 2, 3, 6, and 7 on graphite oxidation was studied and discussed.  相似文献

Nickel and copper complexes containing 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, with a combination of selected N-donor ligands and Schiff bases, of the composition Ni3(bimz)6(btc)2 · 12H2O (1), Ni3(btz)9(btc)2 · 12H2O (2), Ni2(L1)(btc) · 7H2O (3), Ni3(L2)2(Hbtc) · 9H2O (4), Ni2(L3)(btc) · 4H2O (5), Cu2(L4)(btc) · 7H2O (6), [Cu3(pmdien)3(btc)](ClO4)3 · 6H2O (7) and [Cu3(mdpta)3(btc)](ClO4)3 · 4H2O (8); H3btc = 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, bimz = benzimidazole, btz = 1,2,3-benztriazole, L1 = 2-[(phenylimino)methyl]phenol, L2 = N,N′-bis-(salicylidene)propylenediamine, L3 = 2-{[(2-nitrophenyl)methylene]amino}phenol, L4 = 2-[(4-methoxy-phenylimino)methyl]phenol, pmdien = N,N,N′,N″,N″-pentamethyldiethylenetriamine, mdpta = N,N-bis-(3-aminopropyl)methylamine, have been synthesized. The complexes have been studied by elemental analysis, IR, UV–Vis spectroscopies, magnetochemical and conductivity measurements and selected compounds also by thermal analysis. The crystal and molecular structure of complex 8 was solved. The complex is trinuclear with btc3−-bridge. The coordination polyhedron around each copper atom can be described as a distorted square with a CuON3 chromophore formed by one oxygen atom of carboxylate and three nitrogen atoms of mdpta. The magnetic properties of 8 have been studied in the 1.8–300 K temperature range revealing a very weak antiferromagnetic exchange interaction with J = −0.56 cm−1 for g = 2.13(9). The antimicrobial activities against selected strains of bacteria were evaluated. It was found that only complex 5 is able to inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus strains.  相似文献

Hydrothermal treatment of CuCl2·2H2O, MoO3, and 3,4′-dipyridylketone (3,4′-dpk) in 1:1:2 mole ratio afforded the new mixed metal oxide phases [Cu2(MoO4)2(3,4′-dpk)(H2O)] (1) or [Cu4(3,4′-dpk)4(Mo8O26)] (2), depending on the pH of the initial reaction mixture. Compound 1 possesses unique one-dimensional (1-D) [Cu2(MoO4)2(H2O)]n ribbons constructed from the linkage of {CuII4O6} tetrameric units through isolated [MoO4]2- tetrahedra. These ribbons in turn are connected into a two-dimensional (2-D) coordination polymer structure by tethering 3,4′-dpk ligands. Compound 2, containing monovalent copper ions, manifests an unprecedented “X-rail” 1-D extended structure with (628)4(66) topology formed from the bracketing of discrete [β-Mo8O26]4- anions by four chains. The variable temperature magnetic susceptibility behavior of 1 was fit to a linear tetramer model, with g=2.03(3), J1=25.8(7) cm-1 and J2=−46(1) cm-1. Antiferromagnetic inter-tetramer interactions (zJ′=−0.21(3) cm-1) were also evident. Crystallographic data: 1 monoclinic, P21/c, a=10.3911(11) Å, b=6.9502(6) Å, c=22.958(2) Å, β=100.658(7)°, V=1629.5(3) Å3, R1=0.1256, and wR2=0.2038; 2 triclinic, a=10.9000(3) Å, b=11.7912(4) Å, c=13.5584(4) Å, α=102.482(2)°, β=102.482(2)°, γ=117.481(2)°, V=1450.98(8) Å3, R1=0.0428, and wR2=0.0630.  相似文献

Two neutral ligands, L1 · 2H2O and L2 · H2O, and seven complexes, [Cu(pmb)2(L1)] (1), [Cu(pmb)2(L2)] (2), [Cu(Ac)2(L2)] · 4H2O (3), [Cu(4-aba)2(L2)] (4), [Ag(4-ts)(L1)(H2O)] (5), [Ag2(epes)2(L1)] · 2H2O (6), [Ag(1,5-nds)0.5(L2)] · 0.5C2H5OH · H2O (7) [where L1 = 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(2-methylbenzimidazole); L2 = 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(2-ethylbenzimidazole), pmb = p-methoxybenzoate anion; Ac = acetate anion; 4-aba = 4-aminobenzoate anion; 4-ts = p-toluenesulfonate anion; epes = N-(2-hydroxyethyl)piperazine-N′-(2-ethanesulfonate) anion; 1,5-nds = 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonate anion], have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The L1 and L2 ligands in compounds 17 act as bridging ligands, linking metal ions into chain structures. The chains in compounds 3, 4 and 6 interlace with each other by hydrogen bonds to generate 3D supramolecular structures. In compound 5, π–π interactions between adjacent L1 ligands hold the chains to a supramolecular layer. In compound 7, the sulfonate anions act as counterions in the framework. The thermal stabilities of 3, 6 and 7, and the luminescent properties for 57 in the solid states are also discussed.  相似文献

Five new copper(II) complexes [Cu(dbsf)(H2O)]n · 0.5n(i-C3H7OH) (1), [Cu(dbsf)(4,4′-bpy)0.5]n · nH2O (2), [Cu(dbsf)(2,2′-bpy)(H2O)]2 · (n-C3H7OH) · 0.5H2O (3), [Cu(dbsf)(phen)(H2O)]2 · 1.5H2O (4) and [Cu(dbsf)(2,2′-bpy)(H2O)]n · n(i-C3H7OH) (5) (H2dbsf = 4,4′-dicarboxybiphenyl sulfone, 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine, 2,2′-bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, i-C3H7OH = isopropanol, n-C3H7OH = n-propanol) have been synthesized under hydro/solvothermal conditions. All of the complexes are assembled from V-shaped building blocks, [Cu(dbsf)]. Complex 1 is composed of 1D double-chains. In complex 2, dbsf2− ligands and 4,4′-bpy ligands connect Cu(II) ions into catenane-like 2D layers. These catenane-like 2D layers stack in an ABAB fashion to form a 3D supramolecular network. Complexes 3 and 4 are 0D dimers, in which two [Cu(dbsf)] units encircle to form dimetal macrocyclic molecules. However, in complex 5, the V-shaped building blocks [Cu(dbsf)] are joined head-to-tail, resulting in the formation of infinite tooth-like chains. The different structures of complexes 3 and 5 may be attributed to the different solvent molecules included.  相似文献

Five transition metal compounds containing arenesulfonates and 4,4′-bipy ligands, namely [Zn2(N,N′-4,4′-bipy)(N-4,4′-bipy)2(H2O)8](bpds)2 · 5H2O (1), [Ag2(N,N′-4,4′-bipy)2(bpds)] (2), [Cd(N,N′-4,4′-bipy)(H2O)4]2(4-abs)4 · 5H2O (3), [Cu(N,N′-4,4′-bipy) (O-bs)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (4), and [Zn(N,N′-4,4′-bipy)2(H2O)2](4,4′-bipy)(bs)2 · 4H2O (5) (4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine, bpds = 4,4′-biphenyldisulfonate, 4-abs = 4-aminobenzenesulfonate, bs = benzenesulfonate), have been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, elemental analyses and TG analyses, in order to investigate the coordination chemistry of arenesulfonates and 4,4-bipy, as well as to construct novel coordination frameworks via mixed-ligand strategy. Compounds 2, 4 and 5 could be obtained via hydrothermal or aqueous reactions. Compound 1 forms a binuclear octahedral metal complex. Compounds 24 form polymeric chains. Compound 5 consists of 2D square grids with one intercalated 4,4′-bipy molecule. Weak Ag–Ag interactions are observed in compound 2. These complexes show great structural varieties and there are three different coordination modes observed for both the 4,4′-bipy and the sulfonate ligands.  相似文献

Two novel supramolecular assemblies of organic bicapped Keggin polyoxometalates (pbpy)8H3[PW12O40]·2H2O (1) and (pbpy)4H[PMo12O40(VO)] (2) (pbpy=5-phenyl-2-(4-pyridinyl)pyridine) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystallographic data for compound (1), C128H103N16O42PW12, triclinic, space group : a=13.4759(8) Å, b=14.6395(11) Å, c=16.5743(10) Å, α=95.764(2)°, β=102.166(2)°, γ=92.9870(10)°, Z=1, V=3171.1(4) Å3; for compound (2), C64H49N8O41PMo12V, triclinic, space group : a=11.5377(11) Å, b=12.7552(8) Å, c=14.9599(10) Å, α=72.270(4)°, β=88.916(2)°, γ=67.865(4)°, Z=1, V=1931.0(3) Å3. X-ray analyses show that both 1 and 2 represent rare organic bicapped Keggin structures and are supported by supramolecular interactions to extend into a 3D framework. In particular, the unusual structure feature of compound 2 contains a simultaneously organic and inorganic capped structure.  相似文献

Four cyano bridged Cu(II)–Pd(II) heterometallic complexes, [Cu(dpt)Pd(CN)4]n (1), {[Cu2(medpt)2Pd(CN)4](ClO4)2 · 3H2O}n (2), {[Cu2(dien)2Pd(CN)4](ClO4)2 · 2CH3OH}n (3) and {[Cu2(iPrdien)2Pd(CN)4](ClO4)2 · 2H2O}n (4) [dpt = 3,3′-iminobispropylamine; medpt = 3,3′-diamino-N-methyldipropylamine; dien = diethylenetriamine and iprdien = N′-isopropyldiethylenetriamine] have been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, magnetic measurement and thermal study. Complexes 1, 2 and 3 are 1D coordination polymers, while 4 presents a 2D network. In 1, the cis-directed cyanide ligands of [Pd(CN)4]2− anions link two Cu(dpt) units to form a neutral coordination polymer, whereas in 2, 3 and 4, all the cyanide groups of [Pd(CN)4]2− take part in bonding with four adjacent Cu(II) ions, resulting in cationic coordination polymers counterbalanced by perchlorate anions. The structures are compared with those of analogous [Ni(CN)4]2− derivatives. The magnetic behavior shows antiferromagnetic interactions in all the complexes.  相似文献

In this article, eight new silver coordination polymers constructed from two structurally related ligands, 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(2-methylbenzimidazole) (bbmb) and 1,1′-(1,4-butanediyl)bis(2-ethylbenzimedazole) (bbeb), have been synthesized: [Ag(L1)(bbmb)]·C2H5OH·H2O (1), [Ag(L2)(bbmb)]·C2H5OH (2), [Ag(L3)(bbmb)] (3), [Ag2(L4)(bbmb)2]·C2H5OH (4), [Ag(L2)(bbeb)]·C2H5OH (5), [Ag(L5)(bbeb)]·CH3OH (6), [Ag2(L6)2(bbeb)]·H2O (7), and [Ag2(L7)(bbeb)2]·4(H2O) (8), where L1 = benzoate anion, L2 = p-methoxybenzoate anion, L3 = 2-amino-benzoate anion, L4 = oxalate anion, L5 = cinnamate ainon, L6 = 3-amino-benzoate anion, and L7 = fumaric anion. In 1-3, 5 and 6, the bidentate N-donor ligands (bbmb and bbeb) in trans conformations bridge neighboring silver centers to form 1D single chain structures. The carboxylate anions are attached on both sides of the chains. Moreover, 1 and 3 are extended into 2D layers, while 2 and 6 are extended into 3D frameworks through π-π interactions. In 4, the bbmb ligands bridge adjacent Ag(I) centers to form -Ag-bbmb-Ag- chains, which are further connected by L4 anions to form a 2D layer. The resulting layers are extended into 3D frameworks through strong π-π interactions. In 7, the N-donor ligands (bbeb) in trans conformations bridge two silver centers to generate a [Ag2(bbeb)]2+ unit. The adjacent [Ag2(bbeb)]2+ units are further connected via the L6 anions to form a 1D ladder chain. Moreover, the structure of compound 7 is extended into a 3D framework through hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions. In 8, two Ag(I) cations are bridged by two bbeb ligands in cis conformations to form a [Ag2(bbeb)2]2+ ring, which are further linked by L7 anions to generate a 1D string chain. Furthermore, the hydrogen bonding and π-π interactions link L7 anions to form a 2D supramolecular sheet. Additionally, the luminescent properties of these compounds were also studied.  相似文献

Two structurally related flexible imidazolyl ligands, bis(N-imidazolyl)methane (L1) and 1,4-bis(N-imidazolyl)butane (L2), were reacted with Cu(II), Co(II) and Ni(II) salts of aliphatic/aromatic dicarboxylic acids resulting in the formation of a number of novel metal–organic coordination architectures, [CuB2(ox)2(L1)2(H2O)2] · 4H2O (1) (ox = oxalate), [Cu(pdc)(L2)1.5] · 4H2O (2, pdc = pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate), [Co(L)2(H2O)2](tp) · 4H2O (3, tp = terephthalate), [Ni(L1)2(H2O)2](ip) · 5H2O (4, ip = isophthalate), [Cu2(L1)4(H2O)4](tp)2 · 7H2O (5), [Co(mal)(L1)(H2O)] · 0.5MeOH (6, mal = malonate), [Co(pdc)(L1)(H2O)] (7). All the complexes have been structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. The different coordination modes of the dicarboxylate anions, due to their chain length, rigidity and diimidazolyl functionality, lead to a wide range of different coordination structures. The coordination polymers exhibit 1D single chain, ladder, 2D sheet and 2D network structures. The aliphatic and aromatic dicarboxylates can adopt chelating μ2 and chelating-bridging μ3 coordination modes, or act as uncoordinated counter anions. The central metal ions are coordinated in N2O4, N4O2, N2O3 and N3O3 fashions, depending on the ancillary ligands. The topology of 1 gives rise to macrocycles which are connected through hydrogen bonds to form 1D chains, whereas compound 2 exhibits a 1D polymeric ladder in which the carboxylate acts as a pincer ligand. Compounds 35 show doubly bridged 1D chains, and the dicarboxylate groups are not coordinated but form 2D corrugated sheets with water molecules intercalated between the cationic layers. Compound 6 has a 2D network sheet structure in which each metal ion links three neighboring Co atoms by the bis(N-imidazolyl)methane ligand. The cobalt compound 7, with a 2D polymeric double sheet structure, is built from pincer carboxylate (pdc) and 1,4-bis(N-imidazolyl)methane ligands.  相似文献

Three novel coordination polymers [Cd3(L)2(μ-Br)(μ-Cl)Br3Cl] (1), [Cd3(L)2(μ-Cl)2Cl4] (2) and [Cd(L)Cl]2[CdCl4]·H2O (3) were obtained by reactions of an imidazole-containing tripodal ligand N1-(2-aminoethyl)-N1-(2-imidazolethyl)-ethane-1,2-diamine (L) with Cd(II) salts. Their structures were determined by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data for 1, monoclinic system, P21/c, a=7.752(4) Å, b=31.70(2) Å, c=14.012(7) Å, β=109.439(7)°, V=3247(3) Å3, Z=4. 2, monoclinic system, P21/c, a=7.6564(15) Å, b=31.433(6) Å, c=13.925(3) Å, β=109.89(3)°, V=3151.1(11) Å3, Z=4. 3, orthorhombic system, Pbcn, a=22.950(2) Å, b=8.435(7) Å, c=17.360(2) Å, V=3360.3(51) Å3, Z=4. Complexes 1 and 2 have similar one-dimensional (1D) branched-chain structure while complex 3 features a 1D zigzag cationic chain with [CdCl4]2− serving as counter anion. The photoluminescent measurements reveal that all the complexes exhibit blue fluorescence at room temperature in the solid state.  相似文献

Two novel coordination complexes, [Ag3(μ4-hmt)2(μ-ssa)(H2O)](NO3)·3H2O 1, and [Ag8(μ3-hmt)2(μ4-hmt)2(μ-pma)2(μ-H2O)3]·18H2O 2 (hmt=hexamethylenetetramine, ssa=sulfosalicylate and pma=1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylate), have been prepared and structurally characterized. Crystal data: 1 C19H33Ag3N9O13S, orthorhombic, Pna21, a=20.483(7) Å, b=21.890(1) Å, c=6.493(2) Å, V=2911.3(13) Å3, Z=4; 2 C44H94Ag8N16O37, monoclinic, C2/c, a=32.099(10) Å, b=12.916(3) Å, c=21.431(8) Å, β=126.74(1)°, V=7120(4) Å3, Z=4. Both complexes exhibit unprecedented and different topological motifs of Ag-hmt networks. Complex 1 is a novel three-dimensional cationic network with two types of channels, in which the larger one is the largest one in Ag-hmt networks; while 2 is a three-dimensional network with cylindrical channels, consisting of mixed μ3- and μ4-hmt ligands. The results demonstrate that under different synthetic conditions, such as the presence of multiple small counter anions or different pH values, different Ag-hmt linkages may be formed to generate new three-dimensional networks.  相似文献

Several (azido)iridium(III) complexes having a pentamethylcyclopentadienyl (Cp∗) group, [Cp∗Ir(N3)2(Ph2Ppy-κP)] (1: Ph2Ppy = 2-diphenylphosphinopyridine), [Cp∗Ir(N3)(Ph2Ppy-κP,κN)]CF3SO3 (2), [Cp∗Ir(N3)(dmpm)]PF6 (3: dmpm = bis(dimethylphosphino)methane), [Cp∗Ir(N3)(Ph2Pqn)]PF6··CH3OH (4··CH3OH: Ph2Pqn = 8-diphenylphosphinoquinoline), and [Cp∗Ir(N3)(pybim)] (5: Hpybim = 2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole) have been prepared and their crystal structures have been analyzed by X-ray diffraction. In complex 1, the Ph2Ppy ligand is only coordinated via the P atom (-κP), while in 2 it acts as a bidentate ligand through the P and N atoms (-κP,κN) to form a four-membered chelate ring. Comparing the structural parameters of the chelate ring in 2 with those of a similar five-membered chelate ring formed by Ph2Pqn in 4, it became apparent that the angular distortion in the Ph2Ppy-κP,κN ring was remarkable, although the Ir–P and Ir–N bonds in the Ph2Ppy-κP,κN ring were not elongated very much from the corresponding bonds in the Ph2Pqn-κP,κN ring. In the pybim complex 5, the five-membered chelate ring was coplanar with the pyridine and benzimidazolyl rings. With the related (azido)iridium(III) complexes analyzed previously, comparison of the structural parameters of the Ir–N3 moiety in [Cp∗IrIII(N3)(L–L′)]+/0 complexes reveals an anomalous feature of the 2,2′-bipyridyl (bpy) complex, [Cp∗Ir(N3)(bpy)]PF6.  相似文献

The syntheses, physical characterization and crystal structures of two new molecular copper(II) complexes of composition [Cu(C5H5N)2(C7F5O2)2] (1) and [Cu(C5H5N)2(C7F5O2)2(H2O)] (2) (C5H5N = py = pyridine and C7F5O2 = pfb = pentafluorobenzoate) are reported. Single-crystal X-ray structure determinations revealed that in 1, the Cu2+ ion, which lies on a crystallographic inversion centre, is coordinated to two py molecules and two oxygen atoms from two monodentate pfb anions, resulting in a trans-CuN2O2 square planar geometry. In 2, the Cu2+ ion is also coordinated to two py and two pfb species in addition to a water molecule in the apical site of a distorted CuN2O3 square pyramid. In the crystal packing, both 1 and 2 show segregated aromatic π-π stacking interactions in which (py + py) and (pfb + pfb) ring-pairings are seen, but no (py + pfb) pairings occur.
