Four new ligands, (4-methyl-phenyl)-pyridin-2-ylmethylene-amine (A), (2,3-dimethyl-phenyl)-pyridin-2-ylmethylene-amine (B), (2,4-dimethyl-phenyl)-pyridin-2-ylmethylene-amine (C) and (2,5-dimethyl-phenyl)-pyridin-2-ylmethylene-amine (D), and their corresponding copper(I) complexes, [Cu(A)2]ClO4 (1a), [Cu(B)2]ClO4 (1b), [Cu(C)2]ClO4 (1c), [Cu(D)2]ClO4 (1d), [Cu(A)(PPh3)2]ClO4 (2a), [Cu(B)(PPh3)2]ClO4 (2b), [Cu(C)(PPh3)2]ClO4 (2c) and [Cu(D)(PPh3)2]ClO4 (2d), have been synthesized and characterized by CHN analyses, 1H and 13C NMR, IR and UV–Vis spectroscopy. The crystal structures of [Cu(B)2]ClO4 (1b), [Cu(C)2]ClO4 (1c) and [Cu(A)(PPh3)2]ClO4 · 1/2CH3CN (2a) were determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction. The coordination polyhedron about the copper(I) center in the three complexes is best described as a distorted tetrahedron. A quasireversible redox behavior is observed for the complexes.  相似文献

Several new copper(I) complexes of a group of bidentate bithiazole ligands have been isolated. The compounds prepared are bis(2,2′-dimethyl-4,4′-bithiazole)copper(I) perchlorate ([Cu(me-b)2]ClO4), bis(4,4′-dimethyl-2,2′-bithiazole)copper(I) perchlorate ([Cu(me-i)2]ClO4), bis(2,2′-diphenyl-4,4′-bithiazole) copper(I) perchlorate ([Cu(ph-b)2]ClO4), bis(4,4′-diphenyl-2,2′-bithiazole)copper(I) perchlorate ([Cu(ph-i)2]ClO4), bis(4,4′,5,5′-tetraphenyl-2,2′-bithiazole)-copper(I) perchlorate ([Cu(ph4-i)2]ClO4, bis(2,2′-bithiazole)copper(l) perchlorate ([Cu(i)2]CIO4), 2,2′-bithiazolecopper(I) perchlorate ([Cu(i)ClO4), (2,2′-bithiazole)bis(triphenylphosphinesulfide)copper(I) perchlorate ([Cu(i)(SPph3)2]ClO4,(2,2′-bithiazole)bis-( triphenylphosphine)copper(I) perchlorate ([Cu(i)(Pph3)2]ClO4), and (4,4′-bithiazole)bis(triphenylphosphine) copper(I) perchlorate ([Cu(b)(Pph3)2]ClO4). Several synthetic techniques were required including one developed in this work which involved the conversion of [Cu(Pph3)4]ClO4 into the thiophosphine complex by reaction with sulfur and subsequent use of this as a labile precursor complex. Optical spectra of the complexes indicate extensive solution dissociation. Several of the complexes ([Cu(ph-b)2]ClO4, [Cu(ph-i)2]CIO4, and [Cu(i)(Pph3]ClO4) were photoluminescent in the solid; one ([Cu(ph-b)2]ClO4) showed extensive loss of emission during irradiation. Most of the complexes prepared here appear to bind through the thiazole nitrogen atoms. However, infrared evidence suggests that in two of the complexes thiazole sulfur atoms participate in the bonding.  相似文献

[Cu(H2L)(PPh3)2]NO3 · 0.5H2O (2) and [Ag(H2L)(PPh3)2]NO3 · 0.5H2O (3) complexes of a new flexible thioamide ligand; N,N′-ethane-1,2-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)carbothioamide H2L (1) have been synthesized using PPh3 as a coligand. The synthesized compounds have been characterized with the help of elemental analyses, IR, 1H, 13C and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The ligand and its Cu(I) complex have been studied by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The ligand acts as a neutral S-donor and forms a nine-membered chelate ring in [Cu(H2L)(PPh3)2]NO3 · 0.5H2O. The molecular packing is stabilized by an anionic cavity formed by intermolecular hydrogen bonding between the basal plane of the complex molecule and the nitrate ions. The square shaped columnar channel has dimensions of 5.489(25) [N(11)–H(11A)?O(13)?H(21A)N(21)] × 3.693(7) [N(11)–C(11)–C(21)–N(21)] Å.  相似文献

Ni(II) di(pentyl)dithiocarbamates of composition [Ni(Pe2dtc)2], [NiX(Pe2dtc)(PPh3)] (X = Cl, Br, I, NCS), [Ni(NCS)(Pe2dtc)(PBut3)], [Ni(Pe2dtc)(PPh3)2]ClO4 and [Ni(Pe2dtc)(PPh3)2]PF6 (Pe2dtc = di(pentyl)dithio-carbamate, PPh3 = triphenylphosphine, PBut3 = tributylphosphine) have been synthesized. The complexes have been characterized by the usual methods. X-ray structure analyses confirmed the nature of [NiI(Pe2dtc)(PPh3)] and [Ni(Pe2dtc)(PPh3)2]ClO4 complexes.  相似文献

Pseudoelement Compounds. XI. [1] Investigations on the Coordination Behaviour of Cyanamidonitrate [NO2NCN]? With the ionic, potentially ambidentate ligand cyanamidonitrate complexes of the types [MX(PPh3)3], [MX(PPh3)2]2 (M?CuI, AgI) and trans-[Pt(H)X(PPh3)2] (X??[NO2NCN]?) are introduced. The new compounds are characterized by 1H NMR, 31P NMR, and IR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of [Cu(NO2NCN)(PPh3)2]2 and [Ag(NO2NCN)(PPh3)2]2 are reported. In the complexes [MX(PPh3)3] and trans-[Pt(H)X(PPh3)2] cyanamidonitrate is unidentately coordinated through the nitrile group end-on. In the dimeric complexes [MX(PPh3)2]2 the anion acts bidentately as a bridging ligand. Surprisingly, both coordinative bonds are formed through nitrogen atoms of the NCN group.  相似文献

Reaction of the N-(2-pyridyl)carbonylaniline ligand (L) with Cu(NO3)2, Cu(ClO4)2, Zn(ClO4)2, Ni(NO3)2 and PdCl2 gives complexes with stoichiometry [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](NO3)2, [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, [Zn(L)2(H2O)2] (ClO4)2, [Ni(L)2(H2O)Cl](NO3) and PdLCl2. The new complexes were characterized by elemental analyses and infrared spectra. The crystal structures of [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](NO3)2, [Cu(L)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2, and [Zn(L)2(H2O)2](ClO4)2 were determined by X-ray crystallography. The cation complexes [M(L)2(H2O)2] contain copper(II) and zinc(II) with distorted octahedral geometry with two N-(2-pyridyl)carbonylaniline (L) ligands occupying the equatorial sites. The hexa-coordinated metal atoms are bonded to two pyridinic nitrogens, two carbonyl oxygens and two water molecules occupying the axial sites. Both the coordinated water molecules and uncoordinated amide NH groups of the N-(2-pyridyl)carbonylaniline (L) ligands are involved in hydrogen bonding, resulting in infinite hydrogen-bonded chains running in one and two-dimensions.  相似文献

Some copper(I) complexes of the formula [Cu(L)(PPh3)2]X (1-4) [where L = 2-phenyl-3-(benzylamino)-1,2-dihydroquinazolin-4(3H)-one; PPh3 = triphenylphosphine; X = Cl, NO3, ClO4 and BF4] have been prepared and characterized on the basis of elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis and 1H NMR spectral studies. The representative complex of the series 4 has been characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction which reveal that in the complex the central copper(I) ion assumes the irregular distorted-tetrahedral geometry. Cyclic voltammetry of the complexes indicate a quasireversible redox behavior corresponding to Cu(II)/Cu(I) couple. All the complexes exhibit intraligand (π → π) fluorescence with high quantum yield in dichloromethane solution.  相似文献

A series of fifteen silver (I) quinoline complexes Q1–Q15 have been synthesized and studied for their biological activities. Q1–Q15 were synthesized from the reactions of quinolinyl Schiff base derivatives L1–L5 (obtained by condensing 2-quinolinecarboxaldehyde with various aniline derivatives) with AgNO3, AgClO4 and AgCF3SO3. Q1–Q15 were characterized by various spectroscopic techniques and the structures of [Ag(L1)2]NO3 Q1, [Ag(L1)2]ClO4 Q6, [Ag(L2)2]ClO4 Q7, [Ag(L2)2]CF3SO3 Q12 and [Ag(L4)2]CF3SO3 Q14 were unequivocally determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. In vitro antimicrobial tests against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria revealed the influence of structure and anion on the complexes′ moderate to excellent antibacterial activity. In vitro antioxidant activities of the complexes showed their good radical scavenging activity in ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP). Complexes with the fluorine substituent or the thiophene or benzothiazole moieties are more potent with IC50 between 0.95 and 2.22 mg/mL than the standard used, ascorbic acid (2.68 mg/mL). The compounds showed a strong binding affinity with calf thymus-DNA via an intercalation mode and protein through a static quenching mechanism. Cytotoxicity activity was examined against three carcinoma cell lines (HELA, MDA-MB231, and SHSY5Y). [Ag(L2)2]ClO4 Q7 with a benzothiazole moiety and [Ag(L4)2]ClO4 Q9 with a methyl substituent had excellent cytotoxicity against HELA cells.  相似文献

Summary The reaction of previously reported RhI and IrI cationic complexes towards carbon monoxide and triphenylphosphine has been studied. Carbonyl rhodium(I) mixed complexes of the formulae [Rh(CO)L2(PPh3)]ClO4, (L=tetrahydrothiophene(tht), trimethylene sulfide(tms), SMe2, or SEt2), [(CO)(PPh3)Rh{-(L-L)}2Rh(PPh3)(CO)](ClO4)2 (L-L= 2,2,7,7-tetramethyl-3,6-dithiaoctane (tmdto), (MeS)2(CH2)3 (dth), or 1,4-dithiacyclohexane (dt), [Rh(CO)L(PPh3)2]ClO4 (L= tht, tms, SMe2, or SEt2), and carbonyl iridium(I) complexes of the formulae [Ir(CO)2(COD)(PPh3)]ClO4, [Ir(CO)(COD)(PPh3)2]ClO4, [(CO)(COD)(PPh3) Ir{-(L-L)} Ir(PPh3)(COD)(CO)](ClO4)2 (L-L = tmdto or dt), [(CO)2 (PPh3)Ir(-tmdto)Ir(PPh3)(CO)2](ClO4)2, [(CO)2(PPh3) Ir(-dt)2Ir(PPh3)(CO)2](ClO4)2, were prepared by different synthetic methods.  相似文献

Assembly of three-connecting ligands 1,3,5-tris(1-imidazolyl)benzene (tib) and 1,3,5-tris(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-2,4,6-trimethylbenzene (titmb) with cadmium(II) and silver(I) salts provide new metal-organic frameworks, [Cd(tib)2](NO3)2·4H2O (1), [Ag(tib)(PPh3)](CF3SO3) (2) and [Ag(titmb)(PPh3)](CF3SO3)·1.5H2O (3) (PPh3=triphenylphosphine). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies reveal that complexes 1 and 3 are two-dimensional honeycomb networks, while complex 2 is a noninterpenetrated three-dimensional architecture with (10,3)-a topology. The results indicate that the nature (structure and flexibility) of the organic ligands and the bulky auxiliary ligand have great impact on the assembly and structure of metal-organic frameworks. The photoluminescent properties of the synthesized complexes were studied in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

The self-assembled [Ag (PTDM)NO3] ( 1 ), [Ag (PTDM)2(H2O)]ClO4.H2O ( 2 ) and [Ag5(PTDM)4(H2O)6(ClO4)4]ClO4.2H2O ( 3 ) complexes were synthesized by the direct mixing of AgX (X = NO3¯ or ClO4¯) and 4,4′-[6-(3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-1,3,5-triazine-2,4-diyl]dimorpholine ( PTDM ) ligand in water–methanol mixture. The coordination numbers of silver range from three to five. Complex 3 is a rare case in which one nitrogen atom from the same s-triazine core of the PTDM ligand has a μ(1,1) bridging mode between Ag1 and Ag2 in the penta-nuclear array with Ag1–N1 and Ag2–N1 distances of 2.666(4) and 2.418(3) Å, respectively. Its 3D topology has a kind of primitive dense packing derived from the α-Po type structure. Hirshfeld analysis showed that the percentages of the OH hydrogen bonds were 32.4, 25.4, and 42.0% in complexes 1 – 3 , respectively. While the ligand showed no antimicrobial activity at the applicable concentration, the penta-nuclear complex 3 had higher antibacterial (MIC = 3.7 μmol/L) and antifungal (14.6 μmol/L) potencies toward the tested microbes compared with complexes 1 and 2 . Also, the killing doses of 3 were in the range of 7.3–58.5 μmol/L compared with 18.2–291.1 and 20.1–160.6 μmol/L for 1 and 2 , respectively. It is clear that the higher Ag-content in 3 could be the main reason for its higher antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

By using the neutral bidentate nitrogen-containing ligands; bis(3,5-dimethyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane (L0″), bis(3,5-diisopropyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane (L1″), bis(3-tertiary-butyl-5-isopropyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane (L3″), and bis(3,5-ditertiary-butyl-1-pyrazolyl)methane (L4″), the copper(II) nitrato complexes [Cu(L0″)2(NO3)]NO3 (1NO3), [Cu(L0″)(NO3)2] (2), [Cu(L1″)(NO3)2] (3), [Cu(L3″)(NO3)2] (4), and [Cu(L4″)(NO3)2] (5), chloro complexes [Cu(L0″)2Cl]2(CuCl4) (6CuCl4), [Cu(L0″)2Cl]2(Cu2Cl6) (6Cu2Cl6), [Cu(L1″)Cl2] (7), and [Cu(L3″)Cl2] (8), nitrito complexes [Cu(L0″)(ONO)2] (9) and [Cu(L1″)(ONO)2] (10), and the complexes with perchlorate ions [Cu(L0″)2(CH3OH)](ClO4)2 (11ClO4) and [Cu(L1″)2(H2O)](ClO4)2 (12ClO4) were systematically synthesized and fully characterized by X-ray crystallography and by IR, far-IR, UV–Vis absorption, and ESR spectroscopy. In comparison with the obtained complexes with four bis(pyrazolyl)methanes having different bulkiness at pyrazolyl rings, the second coordination sphere effects on the ligands are discussed in detail. Moreover, the structures and physicochemical properties of these obtained complexes are compared with those of the related complexes with the neutral tridentate tris(pyrazolyl)methane ligand.  相似文献

The reaction of 4-amino-5-ethyl-2H-1,2,4-triazole-3(4H)-thione (AETT, L1) with 2-thiophen carbaldehyde in methanol leads to the corresponding Schiff-base HL1a. The reaction of L1 with AgNO3 in ethanol gives the ionic complex [{[Ag(L1)]NO3}2]n (1). The ionic complex [(PPh3)2Ag(HL1a)2]NO3 · CH3CN (2) can be obtained by the reaction of HL1a with [(PPh3)2Ag]NO3 in methanol and acetonitrile solution, while its reaction with [(PPh3)2PdCl2] in the presence of sodium acetate in methanol leads to the neutral complex [(PPh3)2Pd(L1a)2] · 4MeOH (3). All the compounds were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, elemental analyses as well as by X-ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

The reaction of CuX (X = Cl, Br, I) with a mixture of PPh3 and 1-alkyl-2-(naphthyl-α/β-azo)imidazole has synthesized mixed ligand complexes of the composition, [Cu(α/β-NaiR)(PPh3)X]. The spectroscopic characterization (IR, UV–Vis, 1H NMR) supports this formulation. The single crystal X-ray diffraction study of [Cu((α-NaiMe)(PPh3)I] (7a) (α-NaiMe = 1-methyl-2-(naphthyl-α-azo)imidazole) shows a distorted tetrahedral geometry about Cu(I). Cyclic voltammograms of the complexes show a high potential Cu(II)/Cu(I) couple and azo reductions. The [Cu(α/β-NaiR)(PPh3)I] complexes show an additional oxidative response at 0.4 V that is assigned to I/I A sharp anodic peak at ∼−0.2 V is assigned to the oxidation of metallic Cu, deposited on electrode surface upon scanning to the negative side of the SCE. DFT and TD-DFT computations of [Cu((α-NaiMe)(PPh3)I] (7a), [Cu((α-NaiMe)(PPh3)I]+ (7a+) and [Cu((α-NaiMe)(PPh3)I] (7a) were carried out to examine the electronic configuration and to explain the spectral and redox properties of the complexes.  相似文献

By reacting [Pd( )(μ-Cl)]2 with AgClO4 in NCMe, the corresponding cationic complexes [Pd( )(NCMe)2]ClO4 ( = phenylazophenyl-C2,N1; dimethylbenzylamine-C2,N; 8-methylquinoline-C8,N) can be obtained. Solutions containing the cations [Pd( )(S)2]+ are obtained when the reaction is carried out in tetrahydrofuran or acetone (S). The treatment of these solutions with bidentate ligands (L—L) (Ph2PCH2PPh2,Ph2PNHPPh2 or Ph2PCH2PPh2CHC(O)Ph) gives the mononuclear [Pd( )(L3l)]ClO4 complexes, with L3l acting as a chelate ligand. On the other hand [Pd( (μ-Cl)]2 reacts with L3l (Ph2PCH2PPh2, Ph2PNHPPh2) yielding [Pd( )Cl(L3l)] with L3l acting as monodentate. The reactions between [Pd( )(NCMe)2]ClO4 and 2,2′-bipyrimidyl give rise to the formation of the mononuclear [Pd( ) (bipym)]ClO4 or binuclear [Pd2( )2(μ-bipym)](ClO4)2, [( )Pd(μ-bipym)Pd( )](ClO4)2 derivatives. Finally [Pd( )Cldppm] (dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2) react with NaH producing the neutral complexes [Pd( )(ddppm)] (ddppm = Ph2PCHPPh2) which by reaction with HCl lead again to the starting materials [Pd( )Cl(dppm)].  相似文献

Unsymmetrical Ni(II) complexes of phenyl- and phenethyldithiocarbamate and PPh3 of composition [NiX(HPhdtc)(PPh3)], [NiX(HPhetdtc)(PPh3)], [Ni(HPhdtc)(PPh3)2]ClO4 and [Ni(HPhdtc)(PPh3)2]PF6 {X?=?Cl, Br, I, NCS; HPhdtc?=?phenyldithiocarbamate, HPhetdtc?=phenethyldithiocarbamate, PPh3?=?triphenylphosphine} have been synthesized. The complexes have been characterized by elemental and thermal analysis, IR and electronic spectroscopy, magnetochemical and conductivity measurements. Single-crystal X-ray analysis of [NiBr(HPhdtc)(PPh3)]?·?CHCl3 confirmed a distorted square planar coordination for the NiS2PBr chromophore. For selected samples, the catalytic effects of graphite oxidation were studied.  相似文献

Single crystals of Ag(I) and Cu(II) complexes with 4-pyridin-4-yl-(1,3) dithiol-2-one (PYDO), [Ag(PYDO)2]ClO4, [Ag(PYDO)2(NO3)], and [Cu(PYDO)2(NO3)2] have been prepared and characterized. PYDO displays excellent coordination to Cu(II) and Ag(I). The 1,3-dithiol five-member ring is an electron donor that enhances the coordination ability of the py group. HOMO-1 σ coordination and d–π electron back-donating from metal to ligand (LUMO) are suggested based on the calculation. Weak interactions and secondary bonds from the anion to cation play an important role in the molecular assembly.  相似文献

A series of cationic/neutral copper (I) complexes, [Cu2(Hbmb)(PPh3)4] (BF4)2 ( 1a ), [Cu2(Hbmb)(DPEPhos)2](BF4)2 ( 2a ), [Cu2(Hbmb)(Xantphos)2](BF4)2 ( 3a ), [Cu2(bmb)(PPh3)4] ( 1b ), [Cu2(bmb)(DPEPhos)2] ( 2b ), [Cu2(bmb)(Xantphos)2] ( 3b ) (Hbmb = 1,4-bis (1H-benzimidazol −2-yl)benzene, PPh3 = triphenylphosphine, DPEPhos = bis[2-(diphenylphosphino)-phenyl]ether, Xantphos =4,5-bis (diphenylphosphino)-9,9′-dimethyl-xanthene), have been synthesized and characterized by IR, TGA, XRD and X-ray crystal structure analysis. The structural analysis reveals that each Cu+ in all complexes adopts an almost ideal trigonal planar geometry, with three coordinate NP2, and the C-H···π and π···π interactions are observed in the packing structures. DFT studied indicate the ingredients of the HOMOs and LUMOs for neutral copper (I) complexes 1b , 2b and 3b are different from cationic copper (I) complexes 1a , 2a and 3a , in accordance with the distribution of Mülliken atomic charges. Meanwhile, neutral copper (I) complexes 1b , 2b and 3b have fascinating broad blue-green emission bands at room temperature, while cationic copper (I) complexes 1a , 2a and 3a exhibit the existence of multiple emission peaks. Furthermore, the maximum phosphorescent lifetime and quantum yield at room temperature, for all copper (I) complexes, are 1143 μs and 8.82%, respectively. In addition, in order to measure the practical application of these complexes, the selection of complex 1b is used to fabricate the LED, which emits a bright warm-white light.  相似文献

New mixed-ligand copper(I) complexes, [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)X], [Phca2en = N,N′-bis(β-phenylci-nnamaldehyde)-1,2-diiminoethane and X=Cl (1), Br (2), I (3), NCS (4), N3 (5)] have been synthesized and characterized by various techniques. 1H and 13C-NMR and IR spectral data of these copper(I) complexes are compared with the free ligand to elucidate some structural features. The structures of [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)Br] (2) and [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)I] (3) have been determined from single-crystal data showing that the coordination geometry around copper atom is a distorted tetrahedron. Furthermore, these Cu(I) complexes exhibit supramolecular motifs of the type multiple phenyl embraces resulting from attractive interactions between phenyl rings of PPh3 moieties. The presence of the C–H…Cu weak intramolecular hydrogen bonds, due to the trapping of C–H bonds in the vicinity of the metal atoms, is also reported.  相似文献

A series of neutral mixed-ligand [HB(pz)3]Ag(PR3) silver(I) complexes (PR3 = tertiary phosphine, [HB(pz)3] = tris(pyrazolyl)borate anion), and the corresponding homoleptic [Ag(PR3)4]BF4 compounds have been synthesized and fully characterized. Silver compounds were screened for their antiproliferative activities against a wide panel of human cancer cells derived from solid tumors and endowed with different platinum drug sensitivity. Mixed-ligand complexes were generally more effective than the corresponding homoleptic derivatives, but the most active compounds were [HB(pz)3]Ag(PPh3) (5) and [Ag(PPh3)4]BF4 (10), both comprising the lipophilic PPh3 phosphine ligand. Detailed mechanistic studies revealed that both homoleptic and heteroleptic silver complexes strongly and selectively inhibit the selenoenzyme thioredoxin reductase both as isolated enzyme and in human ovarian cancer cells (half inhibition concentration values in the nanomolar range) causing the disruption of cellular thiol-redox homeostasis, and leading to apoptotic cell death. Moreover, for heteroleptic Ag(I) derivatives, an additional ability to damage nuclear DNA has been detected. These results confirm the importance of the type of silver ion coordinating ligands in affecting the biological behavior of the overall corresponding silver complexes, besides in terms of hydrophilic–lipophilic balance, also in terms of biological mechanism of action, such as interaction with DNA and/or thioredoxin reductase.  相似文献
