A chemo- and regioselective copper-catalyzed cross-coupling procedure for amination of 2-bromobenzoic acids is described. The method eliminates the need for acid protection and produces N-aryl and N-alkyl anthranilic acid derivatives in up to 99% yield. N-(1-Pyrene)anthranilic acid has been employed in metal ion-selective fluorosensing. Titration experiments showed that this pyrene-derived amino acid forms an equimolar complex with Hg(II) in water resulting in selective fluorescence quenching even in the presence of other metal ions such as Zn(II) and Cd(II).  相似文献

An organocatalysed protocol for one-pot synthesis of 1,4-dihydropyridines via three-component coupling of cinnamaldehyde, aniline and β-keto esters under solvent free conditions at ambient temperature is reported. The reaction is generally very fast and the products are obtained in high yield. The catalytic activity of small organic molecules like amino acids (acidic, basic and neutral), ephedrine and cinchona alkaloids was studied.  相似文献

Sulfonic acid functionlized silica (SiO2-Pr-SO3H) was found to be an efficient and recyclable solid acid catalyst in the synthesis of 1,8-dioxo-decahydroacridine derivatives under solvent free conditions. Zinc oxide (ZnO) is a highly efficient catalyst for the acylation of a variety of alcohols, phenols and amines with acid chlorides or acid anhydrides under solvent free conditions. An easy,safe,solvent free and effective method for the synthesis of pyrazole-substituted chalcones has been achieved by grinding pyrazole aldehydes and acetophenones in the presence of activated barium hydroxide(C-200) in high yield within short span of time.All reactions were carried out just by grinding the two reactants in the presence of activated barium hydroxide(C-200). An environmentally benign and highly efficient protocol for the transamidation of non-activated carboxamides with amines using heteropolyanion-based ionic liquids as catalysts under microwave-assisted and solvent-free conditions has been developed. As evaluated by the reactions of a structurally diverse set of amides and amines, the scope and utility of the transamidation proved to be quite general. Operational simplicity, solvent-free media, the potential reusability of catalysts and wide functional group tolerance are attractive features. Nano-crystalline sulfated-zirconia solid acid catalyst has been studied for microwave-assisted solvent free synthesis of hydroxy derivatives of 4-methyl coumarin by Pechmann reaction. The catalyst showed good activity for activated m-hydroxy phenol substrates, viz., phloroglucinol and pyrrogallol with ethyl acetoacetate for the synthesis of 5,7-dihydroxy 4-methyl coumarin and 7,8-dihydroxy 4-methyl coumarin, respectively, showing significant yields ranging from 78 to 85% within 5–20 min at 130 °C. However, the less activated phenol and m-methyl phenol was observed to be inactive for the synthesis of 4-methyl coumarin and 4,7-dimethyl coumarin, respectively, under the studied experimental conditions.  相似文献
