三乙四胺六乙酸钆单核配合物的合成及晶体结构

在水溶液中合成了三乙四胺六乙酸(H₆ttha)钆单核配合物(NH₄)₂[Gd(Httha)]·6H₂O,获得了单晶,并测定了其结构.晶体属单斜晶系,P2₁/c空间群.晶胞参数a=1.0400(4)nm,b=1.2761(4)nm,c=2.3132(4)nm,β=90.89(3)°,V=3.070(2)nm³,Z=4,D_c=1.709g/cm³.R₁=0.0394,F(000)=1612.配合物是单核分子,每个钆离子与来自同一个三乙四胺六乙酸的4个氮原子和5个羧基氧原子配位,配位数为9,形成单帽四方反棱柱型配位多面体.     

二乙三胺五乙酸锑异构体的晶体结构

由氨三乙酸与亚锑酸直接制得的二乙三胺五乙酸锑异构体晶体结构,属正交晶系,空间群P2_12_12_1,a=6.889(2),b=14.105(1),c=20.239(3),V=1966.6,Z=4,D_c=1.851g/cm~3,M_r=548.1,F(000)=1104,μ(MoKα)=14.8cm~(-1)。2573个可观察衍射参与最小二乘修正,最终偏差因子R=0.047,R_w=(ω=σ~(-2))=0.056。 结构测定结果表明:锑离子与二乙三胺五乙酸同侧的两个羧基和中间的羧基上的三个氧原子及两个氮原子配位,它们与Sb的孤对电子构成变形的四方双锥。     

二乙三胺五乙酸与镧铜异核配合物{[La4Cu9(DTPA)6(H2O)16].26H2O}n的晶体结构

在水溶液中合成了二乙三胺五乙酸与镧铜异核配合物兰色棱柱状晶体,用X射线衍射方法测定了配合物的晶体结构.其结构式为{[La_4Cu_9(DTPA)_6(H_2O)_(16)]·26H_2O}_n,DTPA为二乙三胺五乙酸根.晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为P(?)每一晶胞中有1个配合单元,形成网状结构,晶胞参数如下:a=1.5635(5),b=1.6496(6),c=1.7116(3)nm,α=89.07(2),β=73.91(2),γ=65.82(3)°,V=3.839nm~3,Ζ=1,D_(calc)=1.822g/cm~3,D_(ex)=1.831g/cm~3.配合物中镧离子有两种配位方式,配位数一种是8,另一种是9,其配位多面体分别为双冠和三冠三角棱柱体;铜离子也有两种配位方式,配位数一种是6,另一种是5,分别形成八面体和四方锥型配位多面体.

在前文的基础上,本文继续综述了氨基多羧酸类-dtpa和ttha配体与一系列稀土金属离子形成配合物的分子结构和配位结构。发现了dtpa和ttha配体与稀土金属离子的配位规律和结构变化规律。研究结果表明,稀土金属离子与dtpa和ttha配体形成配合物的配位数和配位结构明显地取决于稀土金属离子的离子半径,电子结构和氧化态以及配体的形状。

二乙三胺、三乙四胺钴配合物氧合作用的研究

The equilibrium constants and oxygenation constants of diethylenetriamine,trieth ylenettramine-Co(Ⅱ) complex were determined by pH potentionmetric method.Some new oxygenated species and their oxygenation constants were found.The oxygenated species and their formation conditions investigated by potentiometry were verif ied by spectrophotometry.Results of the two methods were consistant with one ano ther very well showing the correctness of the results of potentiometry.

首次在水溶液中合成了三乙四胺六乙酸铜配合物单晶，元素分析结果表明可用Ｃｕ２（Ｈ２ＴＴＨＡ）·８Ｈ２Ｏ表示．用Ｘ射线衍射方法测定了该单晶结构，其结构式为［Ｃｕ２（Ｈ２ＴＴＨＡ）（Ｈ２Ｏ）２］·６Ｈ２Ｏ．晶体属单斜晶系．空间群为，每一晶胞中有２个配合物单元，形成二核配合物．晶胞参数如下：ａ＝０．７１６２（４），ｂ＝１．３０７７（８），ｃ＝１．５８３９（９）ｎｍ；β＝９１．６６（５）°，Ｚ＝２，ｖ＝１．４８３（２）ｎｍ３，ｄｃａｌｃ＝１．７０６ｇ／ｃｍ３．配合物铜的配位数为５，构型为四方锥配位多面体．     

二乙基三胺五乙酸用于示波极谱络合滴定法的研究

本文对二乙基三胺五乙酸（ＤＴＰＡ）用于示波极谱络合滴定的方法进行了研究，同时测定了多种金属离子和藻酸双酯钠新药，该法快速、准确、终点直观。

Summary By the transesterification of tributyl and triisopentyl antimonites with ethylene glycol and of dibutyl chloroantimonite with ethylene glycol, with 1,6-hexanediol, and with 2,2-p-phenylenediethanol, heterochain antimonous and chioroantimonous polyesters were synthesized.

雷酚萜醇属雷公藤二萜类化合物。雷公藤(Tripterygium wilfordii Hook f)系卫矛科(Celastraceae)雷公藤属植物。民间用于治疗风湿病、抗炎、抗肿瘤及抑制免疫系统等。     

The Crystal Structure of Isosteviol

The title compound was prepared and its crystal structure was determined using X-ray crystallographic method. The crystal is orthorhombic, space group is P212121 with a= 1. 1114(2) nm, b=1.7677(3) nm, c=1.8312(3) nm; Z=8. The geometric structure and conformation of the title compound obtained by MMX molecular mechanics calculation are in agreement with those obtained from X-ray determination.     

The Crystal Structure of Symplesite

Since the discovery of symplesite mineral in the late 19th century, a number of structural studies were performed. The crystal symmetry of this mineral was debated to be either monoclinic or triclinic. Even though this debate has ended, agreeing on the triclinic symmetry, no detailed crystal structure was reported so far. In the present contribution, we report on the crystal structure of symplesite. The crystal structure was solved and refined from high‐resolution laboratory X‐ray powder diffraction data, collected on a natural sample. Symplesite is shown to be isostructural to metavivianite (and possibly to ferrostrunzite).     

The Crystal Structure of Enniatin B

The X-ray crystal structure of enniatin B (trigonal (hexagonal axes), a = 14.626 Å, c = 16.309 Å, space group R3) is described and the conformation compared to results of other investigations.

5-[(3,5-二溴-2-吡啶)偶氮]-2,4-二氨基甲苯对铜和钴是高灵敏度和高选择性试剂,其单晶系P2₁/n空间群,晶胞参数α=11.477(5)Å、b=15.642(6)Å、c=8.311(4)Å、β=110.54(4)°,每个晶胞中有4个分子。
