吡啶桥联的聚酰亚胺的合成与性能研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以3,4-二甲基苯乙酮与3,5-双(三氟甲基)苯甲醛为原料,通过Chichibabin反应制备了吡啶桥联的四甲基化合物,该化合物再经氧化、脱水反应制备了主链含有吡啶环、侧链带有双三氟甲基取代苯侧基的新型含氟芳香族二酐单体,2,6双(3′,4′-二羧基苯基)-4-(3″-,5″-双三氟甲基苯基)吡啶二酐(6FDAPA).FT IR、NMR、质谱以及元素分析等测试结果表明,6FDAPA的结构与预期的相符.利用6FDAPA与另外一种不含氟的二酐单体2,6双(3′,4′二羧基苯基)4苯基吡啶二酐(DAPA)分别与含氟二胺单体,1,4双(2三氟甲基4氨基苯氧基)苯(6FAPB)通过两步热亚胺化法制备了两种聚酰亚胺(PI)薄膜.测试结果表明,6FDAPA6FAPB(PI2)与DAPA6FAPB(PI1)相比具有相近的耐热性能,玻璃化转变温度为280℃,起始热分解温度为580℃、700℃时的重量保持率64.5%.同时PI2具有更为优良的透光性,紫外可见光谱(UV Vis)测试表明,PI2与PI1薄膜在450nm处的透光率分别为85.7%与69.4%.  相似文献

新型苯并噁唑侧基聚酰亚胺的合成、结构与性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了改善聚酰亚胺的不溶不熔性, 一类可溶性苯并噁唑侧基聚酰亚胺树脂被成功制备. 从合成的新型二元胺单体出发, 制备了侧链为邻羟基苯胺酰胺结构的聚酰亚胺体系, 进一步催化环化邻羟基苯胺酰胺为苯并噁唑结构, 并对这两类不同结构的聚合物树脂进行了红外光谱的结构表征, 以及最终成膜的力学性能和耐热性能测试. 研究结果表明: 苯并噁唑侧基聚酰亚胺的力学性能优于相应的主链型聚酰亚胺, 且TGA分析表明, 其初始分解温度高达597 ℃, 有望用于航空航天方面高强、高模、耐高温的结构材料.  相似文献

采用高温“一步法”缩聚合成了一系列含叔丁基的可溶性芳香聚酰亚胺树脂, 然后通过溶液浇注法制得相应均质薄膜, 并对其气体分离性能进行了测试, 同时研究了二酐结构和温度对聚酰亚胺均质膜气体分离性能的影响. 结果表明, 对于H2, N2, O2, CO2和CH4 等5种气体, 含叔丁基聚酰亚胺均质膜不仅表现出良好的透气性, 而且具有较高的气体透过选择性, 4,4'-(六氟异丙烯)二酞酸酐(6FDA)和均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)两类聚酰亚胺均质膜的气体分离性能最佳. 除CO2外, 这两类聚酰亚胺均质膜的气体渗透系数随温度升高而升高, 而所有测试气体在这两种均质膜中的扩散系数和溶解度系数均随温度升高而增大.  相似文献

硫醚双酐聚酰胺酸的合成及其热稳定性   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
合成了硫醚二酐和4-硝基-4'-[N,N-二(2-氨乙基)氨基]偶氮苯(二胺单体)及对应的硫醚聚酰胺酸,并对其结构进行表征.由于该发色团分子的一端有可以进一步聚合的氨基,它与硫醚酐所形成的聚酰胺酸在普通有机溶剂中具有良好的可溶性,NLO发色团和聚酰亚胺骨架的分解温度td分别为362℃和491℃,显现出了特殊的热稳定性.目前,这些聚合物在高敏感非线性光学材料方面显示着广泛的应用前景.  相似文献

以2,6-二甲基苯酚和4-硝基苯甲酰氯为起始原料, 经三步有机反应设计合成了一种含氟不对称芳香二胺: (4’-(4’’-胺基-2’’-三氟甲基苯氧基)-3’,5’-二甲基苯)-(4-胺基苯)甲酮(3); 并由该二胺单体和二苯醚四酸二酐经一步法缩聚制备了一种新型含氟聚醚酰亚胺, 其特性粘度为0.68 dL/g. 该聚醚酰亚胺表现出优良的溶解性能和光学性能: 室温下不仅可以溶于N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺等强极性溶剂中, 还能溶于低沸点的氯仿、四氢呋喃、二氯甲烷等溶剂中; 由该聚合物溶液所制的薄膜无色透明, 截断波长在352, 400 nm后具有高的透明性. 此外该聚醚酰亚胺还表现出良好的热性能和机械性能: 玻璃化转变温度在288 ℃, 氮气中起始分解温度在508 ℃; 该聚合物薄膜的拉伸强度为91 MPa, 断裂伸长率在10%~15%, 起始模量为1.7 GPa.  相似文献

A novel fluorinated aromatic diamine, 1,1‐bis(4‐amino‐3,5‐dimethylphenyl)‐1‐(3,5‐ditrifluoromethylphenyl)‐2,2,2‐trifluoroethane (9FMA), was synthesized by the coupling reaction of 3′,5′‐ditrifluoromethyl‐2,2,2‐trifluoroacetophenone with 2,6‐dimethylaniline under the catalysis of 2,6‐dimethylaniline hydrochloride. A series of fluorinated aromatic polyimides were synthesized from 9FMA and various aromatic dianhydrides, including pyromellitic dianhydride, 3,3′4,4′‐biphenyl tetracarboxylic dianhydride, 4,4′‐oxydiphthalic anhydride, 3,3′,4,4′‐benzophenone tetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA), and 4,4′‐hexafluoroisopropylidene diphthalic anhydride, via a high‐temperature, one‐stage imidization process. The inherent viscosities of the polyimides ranged from 0.37 to 0.74 dL/g. All the polyimides were quickly soluble in many low‐boiling‐point organic solvents such as tetrahydrofuran, chloroform, and acetone as well as some polar organic solvents such as N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidinone, N,N′‐dimethylacetamide, and N,N′‐dimethylformamide. Freestanding fluorinated polyimide films could be prepared and exhibited good thermal stability with glass‐transition temperatures of 298–334 °C and outstanding mechanical properties with tensile strengths of 69–102 MPa and elongations at break of 3.3–9.9%. Moreover, the polyimide films possessed low dielectric constants of 2.70–3.09 and low moisture absorption (<0.58%). The films also exhibited good optical transparency with a cutoff wavelength of 303–351 nm. One polyimide (9FMA/BTDA) also exhibited an intrinsic negative photosensitivity, and a fine pattern could be obtained with a resolution of 5 μm after exposure at the i‐line (365‐nm) wavelength. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以4-氯代酞酰亚胺和双酚F为原料,在N,N′-二甲基乙酰胺溶剂中,经水解、酸化、脱水,合成了一种新型的双酚F型二酐(BPFDA)单体,并用1H NMR和IR测试方法确认了其结构。 采用传统的一步法,用N,N′-二甲基乙酰胺作溶剂,BPFDA分别与4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)和4,4′-二氨基二苯甲烷(MDA)聚合,得到聚酰胺酸,并进一步热亚胺化得到聚酰亚胺薄膜,并对其进行了表征。 结果表明,BPFDA/ODA薄膜和BPFDA/MDA薄膜的玻璃化转变温度分别为200和204 ℃; 热失重分析表明,质量损失5%的温度分别为506.50和459.10 ℃;其拉伸强度分别为110和100 MPa。  相似文献

A novel aromatic dianhydride monomer,3,3′-oxybis[(3,4-dicarboxyphenoxy)phenol]dianhydride,was successfully synthe- sized in three steps using 3,3′-oxybis(phenol)as starting material,which was reacted with 4,4′-oxydianiline(ODA)via a conventional thermal or chemical imidization method to produce a new polyimide.The resulting polyimide exhibited excellent solubility,and film-forming capability.  相似文献

Thermotropic liquid crystal polyimide which has neither an ester linkage nor a carbonate linkage was prepared by the polymerization of 1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (PMDA) and 1,3-bis[4-(4′-aminophenoxy)cumyl)]benzene (BACB). This polyimide shows the liquid crystal phase at 549-593 K. Mixing this liquid crystal polyimide or copolymerizing BACB decreases the melt viscosity of the thermoplastic polyimide (Aurum). © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

共聚聚酰亚胺膜材料的合成及其气体渗透性能研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以2,2′-双(3,4-二羧基苯基)六氟丙烷二酐(6FDA)作为二酐单体,1,3-苯二胺(mPDA)和2,6-二氨基甲苯(2,6-DAT)为二胺单体,采用溶液共缩聚方法合成了一系列新型共聚聚酰亚胺(6FDA-2,6-DAT/mPDA),该类聚合物均能溶于DMF、DMAc、NMP等极性非质子溶剂中,具有较好的成膜性.测试了H2、N2、O2、CH4、CO25种气体在6FDA-2,6-DAT/mPDA共聚聚酰亚胺致密膜中的渗透性能.结果显示,该系列共聚物具有优异的分离性能.在35℃,0.2 MPa下,H2/N2、O2/N2、CO2/CH4的分离性能均接近或突破Robeson上限.  相似文献

通过4,4′-二羟乙基查尔酮与1,2,4-苯三酸酐酰氯反应,得到了一种新型的主链含查尔酮的二酐单体,通过二酐和2,2-双(3(-氨基-4(-羟基苯基)六氟丙烷缩聚并高温亚胺化,得到了一种新型的主链含查尔酮,侧链含羟基的光敏聚酰亚胺,并通过1H-NMR、FTIR、GPC及热分析表征了得到的聚酰亚胺的结构和热性能.这种聚酰亚胺在极性溶剂中具有较好的溶解性,并具有较高的热稳定性,在紫外光照射下,能进行[2+2]的环加成反应.  相似文献

2,2‐Bis[4‐(4‐aminophenoxy)phenyl] propane (BAPP), as a monomer to prepare polyimide, was synthesized from Bisphenol A and p‐chloronitrobenzene via the nucleophilic substitution reaction. The structures of the diamine monomer BAPP and an intermediate dinitrocompound 2,2′‐bis(4‐nitrophenoxy phenyl) propane (BNPP) were confirmed by FTIR and NMR. A novel polyimide was derived from BAPP and 3,3′,4,4′‐oxydiphthalic dianhydride (ODPA) in DMAc by a two‐step method. FTIR, DSC, TGA, and DMA were employed to characterize the precursor and the polyimide. The glass transition temperature of the polyimide was about 225–230°C. The measurement of mechanical properties indicated that the polyimide exhibited a typical yield behavior of thermoplastic polymers, which is very different from other polyimides. The elongation at break of the polyamic acid and polyimide was 6% and 29%, respectively.  相似文献

A novel method for the preparation of ultrathin films of aromatic polyimides was developed through vapor deposition polymerization from combinations of monomer pairs of either N,N′-bis (trimethylsilyl)-substituted aromatic diamines and pyromellitic dianhydride or aromatic diamines and pyromellitic dithioanhydride. Both diamine component and tetracarboxylic dianhydride component were evaporated simultaneously at a stoichiometric molar ratio under vacuum, giving a deposited film on a substrate, which consisted of a polyamic acid derivative formed by the ring-opening polyaddition. The deposit was then converted to polyimide by thermal imidization at a relatively lower temperature, compared with a conventional method using the parent diamine and tetracarboxylic dianhydride. The properties of polyimide ultrathin films such as thermal stability, chemical resistance, and dielectric behavior were almost the same as those of the polyimide films prepared by a conventional method.  相似文献

以含氟的二胺5,5’-(六氟异丙基)-二-(2-氨基苯酚)(6FHP)及二酐4, 4’-(六氟异丙基)-苯二酸酐(6FDA)或均苯四甲酸酐(PMDA)为单体,以分散红 1(DR1)为活性生色分子合成具有非线性光学特性的含氟聚酰亚胺,并采用溶胶-凝胶(Sol-Gel)法合成相应的聚酰亚胺/SiO2杂化材料.采用固态29 Si MAS NMR谱研究了含氟聚酰亚胺/SiO2杂化材料的交联结构,结果表明杂化材料中是以T3、Q3、Q4结构为主,说明在杂化材料中形成了交联网状结构.采用衰减全反射(ATR)测定了聚酰亚胺和杂化材料在832 nm处的电光系数,其值分别为 32、28、34和29 pm/V,结果表明具有较高的电光系数.  相似文献

A series of organosoluble and thermally stable polyetherimides (PEIs) containing pyridine moieties and flexible ether linkages are synthesized based on a new aromatic dianhydride, 2,6-bis-(isobenzofuran-1,3-dione-5-yl)pyridine (BIDP). The prepared polymers are soluble in common aprotic solvents such as DMF, DMSO, NMP and DMAc at room temperature. Thermal behavior of the PEIs is studied by thermogravimetric analysis/dynamic thermal analysis (TGA-DTA). The inherent viscosities of the PEI solutions are in the range of 0.61–0.70 dL/g (in DMSO with a concentration of 0.25 g/dL at 25±0.5°C). The metal ion uptake capacity of PEI-4 for Co(II) removal from aqueous solutions is shown to be remarkably higher than that of the polyimide (PI) with a similar structure reported earlier.  相似文献

A new negative‐working and alkaline‐developable photosensitive polyimide precursor based on poly(amic acid) (PAA), 4,4′‐methylenebis[2,6‐bis(hydroxymethyl)]phenol (MBHP) as a crosslinker, and a photoacid generator (5‐propylsulfonyloxyimino‐5H‐thiophen‐2‐ylidene)‐2‐(methylphenyl)acetonitrile (PTMA) has been developed. PAA was prepared by ring‐opening polymerization of pyromellitic dianhydride with 4,4′‐oxydianiline. The photosensitive polyimide precursor containing PAA (65 wt %), MBHP (25 wt %), and PTMA (10 wt %) showed a clear negative image featuring 10 μm line and space patterns when it was exposed to 436 nm light at 100 mJ·cm?2, post‐exposure baked at 130 °C for 3 min, followed by developing with a 2.38 wt % aqueous tetramethylammonium hydroxide solution at 25 °C. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Thianthrene - 2,3,7,8 - tetracarboxylic dianhydride - 5,5,10,10 - tetraoxide (TADATO), a dianhydride having two sulfonyls between two phenyl rings, was synthesized and polymerized with several diamines by a two-step method. Tough polyimide membranes were obtained with flexible diamines but not with rigid diamines. Most of TADATO-based polyimides are soluble in polar solvents such as N,N-dimethylacetamide and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone. IR study confirmed that almost complete imidization of TADATO-based poly(amic acid) membranes could be achieved by thermal treatment at 100, 200, and 300°C for each 1 h. In a series of polyimides based on 4,4′-oxydianiline, the polyimide from TADATO showed higher gas permeability coefficient of CO2 and higher selectivities of CO2/N2 and CO2/CH4 than those of polyimides from pyromellitic dianhydride and 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride, and was comparable to that from 2,2-bis(3,4-dicarboxyphenyl) hexafluoropropane dianhydride. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. <正>A new kind of aromatic diamine monomer containing pyridine unit,2,6-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenoxy]pyridine(BAPP),was synthesized in three steps,using hydroquinone as starting material.A novel pyridine-containing polyimide was prepared from the resulting diamine BAPP with 4,4'-oxydiphthalic anhydride(ODPA) via a conventional two-step thermal imidization method.The resulting polyimide exhibits excellent solubility,film-forming capability and high thermal resistance.  相似文献

A novel hyperbranched polyimide (HPPI) was synthesized from a new four‐functional amine and 1,2,3,4‐cyclobutanetetracarboxylic dianhydride. The polyimide with hyperbranched structure exhibited excellent alignment for nematic liquid crystal (LC) compared with traditional linear polyimides. The solution viscosities of the poly(amic acids) (PAAs) and the surface morphology of PI films were investigated using an Ubbelhode‐type viscometer and atomic force microscopy, respectively. The viscosities of the hyperbranched PAAs were much lower than that of the linear PAA solution at any monomer ratio (amine:dianhydride). Pretilt angles of LCs above 2.8° were achieved with HPPI.  相似文献
