Abstract  The synthesis and crystal structure of 1,7-bis(4-chlorophenyl)-4-(1,3-dithiolan-2-ylidene)-1,6-heptadiene-3,5-dione is described. This compound is a curcuminoid analogue, configurationally symmetric about the C4–C5 atoms and also retains the two fold axis in the crystal phase. This compound crystallizes in the space group C2/c with unit cell parameters a = 19.203(1) ?, b = 13.147(1) ?, c = 8.801(1) ?, β = 112.99(1)°, with half a molecule in the asymmetric unit. The ketenedithioacetal functionality present between the carbonyl groups prevents the possibility of keto-enol tautomerization in this compound. The push-pull nature of the ketenedithioacetal functionality organizes the cinnamoyl groups parallel to each other. Abstract  The title compound, C16H22O4, synthesized by modified Knoevenagel condensation of protocatechualdehyde with monoheptyl-malonate and recrystallized from benzene, was confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (CCDC 272827). The compound crystallizes in triclinic space group Pī with cell parameters a = 5.296(3) ?, b = 10.711(13) ?, c = 13.870(4) ?, α = 98.84(7)°, β = 90.97(4)°, γ = 96.77(7)° and Z = 2. The structure is the E isomer and its packing is stabilized by intermolecular O–H···O and C–H···O hydrogen bonds. Abstract  

The synthesis and crystal structure of 1,7-bis(4-methoxyphenyl)-4-(1,3-dithiolan-2-ylidene)-1,6-heptadiene-3,5-dione is described. This compound crystallizes in the space group P21 with unit cell parameters a = 14.207 ?, b = 7.752(1) ?, c = 19.473(1) ?, β = 91.00(3)°, with two molecules in the asymmetric unit. The ketenedithioacetal functionality present between the carbonyl groups prevents the possibility of keto-enol tautomerization in this compound. The cinnamoyl groups are organized parallel to each other due to the push–pull nature of the ketenedithioacetal functionality.  相似文献

Abstract  

The compound 4-bromo-3,4-dichloro-1-(1-morpholinyl)-1-(decylsulfanyl)-2-nitro-buta-1,3-diene was synthesized from the reaction of 4-bromo-1,3,4-trichloro-1-(decylsulfanyl)-2-nitro-buta-1,3-diene with morpholine and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, UV spectra, 1H NMR,13C NMR and X-ray single crystal determination. In the title compound, C18H29BrCl2N2O3S, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, a = 15.8326(4) Å, b = 8.9915(10) Å, c = 16.7528(5) Å, β = 100.808(10)°, V = 2,342.6(3) Å3, Z = 4, R 1 = 0.0590 and wR 2 = 0.0940. The morpholine ring adopts a chair conformation. The morpholine ring and the butadiene group are inclined at an angle of 113.4 (1)°. The butadiene unit is not planar as can be expected if the two double bonds are fully conjugated.  相似文献

Abstract  The title compound was prepared from the reaction of perchloroacenaphthylene with an excess of sodium salt of 4-methyloxythiophenol in toluene/ethanol (1:1) solvent and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the Monoclinic space group P2(1) with the parameters: a = 10.351(1) ?, b = 20.453(3) ?, c = 12.1837(16) ?, β = 105.584(3)°, V = 2484.5(6) ?3, with Z = 2 formula units. The yielded product 3 was investigated with X-ray crystallographic, NMR, MS and IR techniques. Compound 3, C14H11N3O2, Mr = 253.26, crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with unit cell parameters a = 10.068(2), b = 12.353(2), c = 20.102(4) ?, V = 2500.1(8) ?3, Z = 8, Dx = 1.346 Mgm-3. The final R was 0.0474. The molecular packing is stabilized by intermolecular O–H···N interactions. 2-Acetoxy-3-(3-methoxy-4-acetoxy-5-chlorophenyl)-propenoic acid 2 was synthesized from the azlactone of 5-chlorovanillin and its structure confirmed by X-ray crystallography and nuclear magnetic resonance methods. Compound 2 crystallized with a molecule of acetic acid in the P-1(#2) space group (Z = 2) and with cell dimensions a = 6.303(2), b = 9.779(1), c = 15.528(3) Å, = 101.46(2), = 100.71(2) and = 90.21(2)°. This study reveals the formation of an -acetoxy propenoic acid with a trans extended side acid side chain conformation. The 1H and 13C NMR spectral values of 2 also show the existence of the enolic ester in solution.  相似文献

The title compound, C30H25FN2O3, was prepared from the four-component one-pot condensation reaction and the product crystallized using dimethylformamide. The structure of the compound was established by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), UV-Visible, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system with the space group Pī, with unit cell parameters a = 10.286(2) Å, b = 11.795(2) Å, c = 21.331(4) Å, α = 100.270(3)°, β = 90.093(3)°, γ = 90.062(3)°, and Z = 4. The crystal structure ofN-(2-morpholinoethyl)-2-oximato-1-phenylpropan-1-iminechloropalladium(II), [Pd(L)Cl], has been determined from X-ray data collected by counter methods. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space groupPna21 with four molecules per unit cell, the dimensions of which area=9.602(2),b=8.150(1),c=21.181(4) Å. Full matrix least-squares refinement gave a finalR value of 0.042 for the 3218 independent observed reflections. The oxime ligand is deprotonated and is acting as a tridentate ligand coordinating to the palladium through the oxime nitrogen, the imine nitrogen, and the tertiary amine nitrogen of the morpholine moiety. To complete four-coordination about the palladium atom, a chloride ion is also attached to the central metal atom. The donor atoms plus the palladium atom are planar.  相似文献

Abstract  In an attempt to synthesize a Cr(III) complex of 2′-[1-(2-pyridinyl)ethylidene]oxamohydrazide an azine product 2-{1-[(1-(2-pyridinio)ethylidene)hydrazono]ethyl}pyridinium diperchlorate was obtained by an electrophilic acyl substitution catalyzed by Cr(III). Its structure was determined by X-ray crystal analysis and showed significant changes in comparison to the corresponding unprotonated compound. The 2-{1-[(1-(2-pyridinio)ethylidene)hydrazono]ethyl}pyridinium diperchlorate crystallizes in the space group P21/n of the monoclinic crystal system with unit cell parameters = 14.3809(3) ?, b = 24.1516(5) ?, c = 15.4471(3) ?, β = 99.930(2)°, V = 5284.74(19) ?3 and Z = 12, i.e. three molecules per asymmetric unit. 1-(4-pyridylmethyl)-2,4,6-triphenyl pyridinium perchlorate crystallizes in space groups P1 with 3 molecules per asymmetric unit. The cell parameters obtained are: a = 12.142(3), b = 16.972(4), c = 20.229(7) Å, α = 83.66(4), β = 74.83(3), and γ = 69.47(2)°. The crystal structure was determined using the direct methods technique. Anisotropic refinement was undertaken using block diagonal least squares. In the final cycle of the refinement the reliability factor was found to be R0 = 0.084 for 3982 reflections with I ≧ 3σ (I). All rings are planar within experimental errors. Rings B, C, D, and E are twisted with respect to the central plane.  相似文献

The crystals of 1-(2-pyridymethyl)-2,4,6-triphenylpyridinium perchlorate are monoclinic, space group P 21/b. The unit cell parameters are a = 18.941(5), b = 19.502(6), c = 15.135(5),y = 115.99°(2), Z = 8, d0 = 1.31(3), dx = 1.319 g/cm3. The structure has been determined by direct methods and refined by block diagonal least squares to R0 = 0.08 for 2520 reflections. The phenyl rings in both molecules (I) and (II) are planar. In the solid state structure of the title compound (1) the carbonyl group is coplanar with neither the phenyl group nor pyrazolyl moiety. The electron density delocalization between these three aromatic parts of the molecule is minimal. The molecular conformation about the C–N bond of the O=C–N–N fragment is E due to electrostatic reasons.
